Iyana just giggled, until they reached the edge of the barrier, she turned to Rowan, "My name is Iyana and your father and I went to the Darkness with Helena years ago and no, he won't even remember asking you about me. But you can't say a word to anyone about me either, or Hector will take your memories and we will have to start all overs again."

Rowan nodded her understanding. "I won't say anything." She assured her. "Why are you back here? Have you been on a mission? Why would Hector have to take my memories of you?" She asked, unable to help herself even though they were at the barrier.

Iyana smirked, as she looked at Rowan, "When I was your age, I went on a mission, because I had your gift, with my big brother. My father sent us and we did on mission, but I got captured by a HellHound pack and barely escaped. My big brother had to leave me behind, it was passed the time limit my father gave us and I was left in the Darkness. When a witch died, they came to collect another, my brother did and he found me, my father hated that I survived, called me crazy and out of controlled a monster for my power and tried to lock me away. I destroyed him and every Shadow that stood in my way, until my big brother tricked me. Trapped me away and erased me from my own line. I don't exist in the records and no one knows I ever existed but my siblings now." she shrugged, "My brother releases me when we are going into the Darkness, I got released early, not sure why, but I don't plan to waste it." she smiled, "I'm 60 years old, in my 24 year old body and I will never age, as long as I am in my cage. I go on missions that are too dangerous for just any Shadow and I am a weapon." she smiled, looking forward, "We all have our roles to play."

Rowan nodded as she listened, taking in everything. "Well I am glad you have a friend in my father at least, it is something...I hope." She said. She looked towards the area where the hell hound was contained. "When you said you were hoping to play with the hound...what did you mean?" She asked. She wanted to ask more about the mission to the darkness, but she wasn't sure how much Iyana knew yet and figured some of that talk would be better saved for once they were out of this place. Though she knew there was a risk she wouldn't have the chance.

Iyana smirked, as she stepped over the barrier, "I mean, play." she smiled hearing the growl of the Hellhound. It stepped out on all fours, it looked like a hound made up of snacks, vines, twigs and dark shadows that wrapped over its body. Iyana smiled as she got closer, "Well, don't just growl at me." she raised her arms up, "Let's play." she announce, the hound rushed her, leaping to her before she vanished, it growled seeing Rowan and charged to her. Iyana grabbed it's tail before it got too close to the barrier and tossed it to the other side without much effort, she looked at Rowan and frowned, "Don't you want to play with it?"

Rowan just watched wide eyed. The Hell Hound was terrifying and yet there was a part of her that thought it was sort of beautiful in a dangerous way. She turned her attention over to Iyana. "I...I think it is probably best I stay on this side of the barrier Iyana. Just, please be careful." She said in mild concern. However she didn't think the woman would be in much danger. She just hoped the beast did not get out of its barrier.

Iyana tilted her head as the hound rushed her again, she flipped back, as it was just about to snatch her and she landed behind it, "It can only eat you." she stated as the hound tried to go for Rowan, it hit the barrier and tried again but stopped, turning to Iyana again. Iyana smiled, "Besides, there is nothing better then a hound with fangs." she said. She didn't dodge the hound again, she let it pounce on her and she kept its snapping jaws away from her face. She smiled the whole time, giggling a bit.

Rowan's eyes widened a little bit. Watching this woman...she could perhaps see why some may think her a little crazy. She took a couple steps back, being careful of where she was stepping as she watched Iyana. She crossed her arms a little, watching her every move as she stayed away from the hell hound. "Has anyone ever tried to...use the creatures from the darkness? To find some way to convert one that has been caught and use it in any missions in the darkness. Is that even possible?"

Iyana tossed the hound off of her and sat up with a smile, "Yes, his name was Max." then she frowned, "But he was killed, father thought bring home a HellHound was bad." she said, as the hound came at her again, her hand reached towards it without looking and trapped it in a bubble, it struggled to get out as water filled it. Iyana stood up, "I liked that hound, brought it back with me." she smiled, "Other then that no. You can control a witch by taking her heart, if you want to try, but getting her heart is nearly impossible." she smiled, her hands beside her as she moved towards Rowan, "Why? Do you want to take Gladiola's heart." she said excited, "I could hold it in place of mine. My nephew took mine for safe keeping."

Rowan smirked a little, placing her hands on her hips. "No...At least not right now. I'll let you know if that changes, however it will not be necessary right now." She would keep it in mind though. She looked to the hound whose bubble was quickly filling with water. "Will that kill it?" She asked, gesturing to the creature. "Why did Kyle* take your heart?" She asked, though she had a pretty good guess from some of the other things Iyana had said. "Do you and Hector still get along?"

Iyana looked at the hound and smirked, "No, it will just make it mad." she said before looking at Rowan, "I love my big brother. As for my nephew, he isn't strong enough for me to love as I do my brother so he had to take my heart. If he destroys my heart he kills me." she smiled, before letting the creature go, she smiled even more at Rowan, "I will get my heart back with my brother returns."

Rowan nodded a little as she listened. "Well maybe Kyle* will get stronger." She offered. Watching as the hound lunged for Iyana. She flinched a little. "How on earth did you become friends with my father?" She asked in faint amusement. She could not understand how she found this hound so amusing to play with. The creature was deadly, she knew that, and yet that seemed to make it better for Iyana.

Iyana smirked, as she twisted, the hound passing her and with grace she snatched its tail again and slammed it against the far wall. Letting it go she looked at Rowan, "We were on a mission and I asked." she simply said. "Everyone else had to forget me, but I asked for just the one time, that someone fun remember me."

Rowan snorted a little. While her father could be fun in his own way, until she saw him here, she never would have seen what Iyana meant. But seeing how reckless her father could be she could see why Iyana might be interested. "Do you know any of the details of the mission you were called for?" She asked.

iyana shook her head, "No. Just that we are going to the Darkness and I have to keep everyone safe." she smiled, turning to the hound that charged her. She took a deep breath before she screamed, the hound froze before it fall, knocking out. She smiled, "Works every time." she sighed, as she moved to stand beside Rowan, "i am bored. I think I will find Nicoli and see what a mess he is get into now." then she turned to Rowan as if she recalling she was there, "You might want to go back where you were, before Devon wakes, don't want him recalling anything."

Rowan raised an eyebrow, but she knew better than to argue with her. "I'll do that." She said as she moved to go find Devon. She had no idea what she thought about Iyana. Of course she wanted to know more, but she could almost feel how much more powerful she was than anyone else. and she did not want to push that.
"Devon?" She said quietly, placing a hand on his shoulder once she had reached him again.

As he was told, Nicoli was busy trying to find Iyana, though he wasn't sure how to do that. He knew better. If she wanted to be found she would show up, otherwise finding her was a nearly impossible task.

Devon shook his head as he stood and looked at her confuse, "Yes?" he asked as if he had just been walking as normal and stopped when he called her name.

Iyana moved Nicoli to a quiet room, and smiled at him, "She is curious." she chuckled, before moving towards him, "And I think she is a little more then she appears."

Rowan just offered a smile and started forward with him again. "Sorry, maybe it's just me, this place is...it gives me a weird feeling." She said. Not a lie, though she didn't mean a bad weird, just...weird.

Nicoli looked around surprised a moment and then over to Iyana, narrowing his eyes a little. "Who...?" He started, but then there were only a few she would let see her, and fewer still who could see her regardless. He sighed. "You saw Rowan...W-what do you mean she is more than she appears?" He asked. He wasn't so sure how he felt about Iyana and Rowan spending any time together.

Devon nodded, "You will need all the information, so we will go for now and talk about positions." he told her as he lead the way again.

Iyana smirked, "I mean she is not more like you. I would think she is more like her mother. And she has the Sight, even though she still has two tests and she is more then just a Shadow." she smiled, as she looked at Nicoli, she took a step and appeared in front of him, "Are you forbidding me to see her?" she asked. No one forbid Iyanan anything, Hector included and he had warned Nicoli the same thing. Iyana took a forbid as a threat and the last one that told forbid her anything was her father and it got him killed.

Rowan nodded. “That would be good.” She said. “I appreciate the help Devon, I can use all I can get.” She said.

Nicoli looked up at her evenly, he certainly knew better than to forbid her of anything. “You know I wouldn’t do that. That’s not my place. Just like it wouldn’t be my place to forbid Rowan seeing you.” He said calmly. “I am glad you’ve found her amusing, at least that is how it sounds. Where did you see her?” He asked, genuinely curious.

Devon nodded, "I imagine so, being from the human world."

Iyana studied him a moment and then smiled, "the Keep, silly. I told you I wanted to play there." she grinned, "She was being guided by a Wise and then we went to see the HellHound. It was fun." then she frowned, "But Rowan didn't want to play with him, I think he is a little lonely." she sighed before she looked around, "So, tell me, why were you looking for me?"

Rowan nodded. "I have a lot to catch up on if I ever want to feel like I am useful in this tower. I don't want being half human to be a hindrance."

Nicoli raised an eyebrow, but dropped the subject of the hell hound being lonely for now. At her question he smirked a little. "I have a feeling you know the answer to that already. But your cousin asked me to keep an eye on you. And besides we're friends right? And I have been gone a long time." He said.

Devon stopped as he turned to her, "You know, if everyone finds out about Helena being your blood, your human half won't be a factor, just that you were born there." he stated, "Do you understand what being blood of an Original line is?"

Iyana smirked, "Nephew." she corrected, "My cousin is died. You mean my nephew." she said and looked ta him, "Does that mean we can play?"

Rowan hesitated, frowning a little. "I mean I know it is important, but not much else aside from that." She admitted. She knew there was a lot that went into it, it was still something she was figuring out.

Nicoli smirked. "We can play. Just remember I can't do some of the things you can do. Remember what happened last time?" He asked. Her version of playing, which may have been fine for her, nearly got him killed. Not that he'd minded, though at the time he was 18 and a little more durable and reckless than he was now. Though not by much.

Devon looked at her and smirked, "It's like the humans royalty. You didn't get to be raised right, in the Original Line's eyes, but you get the same respect and power." he said, "Now that we know you are Original line, you should probably be careful too. Many families that don't hold a place in the betrothed or like your father's line, would want to make you fall for them. Being married to an Original line is like waking up with more power then you can do with." he said, before motioning her to follow, "Just trust me, people are going to be a lot nicer to you, with Helena as your mother."

Iyana smirked, "You didn't actually die, you just stop breathing and moving until the Healers fixed yo." she giggled, "But fine, I will do my best to restrain myself." she grinned with excitement, "Let's start with Sais." she said, her hand reached out and sais appeared in both their hands, "I'll let you go first."
