Devon smirked, nodding, "Okay, now for a Guardian." he said.

Iyana grinned, "But they would see you if you landed down there." she pointed down at the other Shadows that were visiting the tree. "They can't see me and they would think you are silly."

“Okay, Guardians master each sector. They make all the discussions and missions and they protect those in their tower. But they also help protect other towers and have to be aware of other towers. They have to make decisions that are for the best of their tower and the other towers. “ she said.

Nicoli smirked. “Yes, that is true. So how is being in the tree going to help us get Jeremiah?” He asked with a faintly amused smirk.

Devon smirked, "Okay, what does a Valcory and witch have in common?"

Iyana looked at him tilting her head, "he is the spikey one, isn't he?" she asked before pointing to Jeremiah as he was walking passed to go across the center. "I thought he had spikey hair, doesn't he?"

Rowan smirked some. “Other than both being female, they’re more...independent than the others. I think was how you put it.” She said.

Nicoli chuckled again. “Yes, that’s him. But we have to get him still. He’s down there while we’re up here.” He said.

Devon smirked, nodding his head, "That's good, now is were I'm going to ask out of order." he warned before he thought of who to do first, "What is a reaper?"

Iyana smirked, "Oh, that is easy. We jump." she said, as she looked down, "Don't worry, if you bend your knees at teh right time, you can slide down the trunk of the tree and just reach him." she explained before she jumped off, she landed on her feet and looked up at Nicoli.

“They’re keepers of the dead. They trap your soul in place and force you to separate from it. Then they devour it, killing you instantly, and you never notice.” She said, remembering both his and Iyana’s words.

Nicoli watched in amusement, but then followed with ease to get down from the tree, relieved when no one saw him right away. He looked to Iyana and then quickly moved after Jeremiah.

Devon nodded, "And a goul?"

Iyana skipped beside Nicoli as she followed him, she was ready to make Jeremiah talk, if she was allowed, she was very happy to think she might get a chance, but she wasn't going to do it right away.

Rowan though a moment. “They eat the dead mostly but will eat the living too. They eat only the flesh, leaving behind blood and bone. Only those with sight can see them...I think.” She said.

“J, hold up, can I talk to you about something?” He asked as he reached the other man.

Devon nodded, "And a vampire?" he asked curiously.

Jeremiah stopped and turned to Nicoli, looking a little confused, "Okay, what about?"

“They drink our blood and drain us of our magic.” She answered about the vampire.

Nicoli pulled Jeremiah to the side. While there may still be a competitive piece, Nicoli held only respect for Jeremiah and saw him as the better soldier. “Helena’s wedding dress. You and my mother are the only ones who had seen it. I need you to tell me about it. Please, I would explain if I could but I can’t. But it is important.” He said.

Devon nodded, "Okay, that's good, now werewolves."

Jeremiah looked confused, crossing his arms as he looked at Nicoli, "Well, if it was so important, then wouldn't you have been the one to see it?" he taunted, "It was an interesting sight and you can imagine how very beautiful she was in. If I didn't have Kora, I just might have taken your place."

“Just blood thirsty creatures that kill any and everything they can.” She said.

Nicoli sighed, running a hand over his face. “Yes, I should have been J, believe me I know.” He growled as he looked to him again. “J please.” He said.

Devon nodded, "I think you just might have your mother's brains over your father's." he smirked, "Let's started with that then, Warriors, what do you know about them?"

Jeremiah looked at Nicoli for a moment before he sighed, "Fine. They were chemicals. Not sure exactly but it ran into one or two on a mission. The strains of cells that create them, Nicorbate, Cortic, and Lithium, there were more, but those where the cell strains around her waist, from the three planets you visited recently, care to guess what they make up." he said, a little harshly. Then he sighed, "Sorry, I'm sure there is a good reason you did what you did, but when I heard about it, I wanted to knock you so hard on your ass, all that would be left was chemicals."

Rowan giggled a little and thought about it. “From what I’ve seen they’re protectors but in some ways also the brute force when needed.” She said.

Nicoli smirked. “I wish you had. It would have knocked sense into me and saved a lot of pain and trouble. I can’t fully regret what I did J because I got an incredible daughter out of it. But I do regret it.” He said gently. “I’m glad she had you as a friend though. And I am happy for you and your betrothed.” He said.

Devon moved his head side to side before he sighed, "Kind of. Warriors are the force behind the tower, they are training in combat, tactics and strategy." he stated, "They are trained to be able to think on their feet and go days without rest, while still managing to survive a full attack. Warriors protect, yes, but they are soldiers before anything else."

Jeremiah sighed, "Maybe, but you would have had that daughter either way. After all, it was Helena that gave you that daughter in the first place." he then rolled his eyes, "Why do you want to know, anyway? I would think that after what you did, the whole marriage between you and Helena would never be a think again."

Rowan smirked a little but then nodded. “They do as the Guardian tells them too right? Or a Judge perhaps if help is needed apprehending someone?” She half asked and half said.

Nicoli smirked. “I didn’t either. I wouldn’t mind it. But I don’t want Helena to feel forced into it or like she’s a consolation. We will work out whatever kind of relationship is between us. And I will fix what I broke when I left this place.” He said. “As for the information, I need to get to Helena to get her some medicine and it was a code.” Not a lie necessarily but not fully true.

Devon nodded, "That is one way to look at it, but Judges don't really need help and Warriors are known for following orders by the Guardian because that is what they do."

Jeremiah looked confused, "Helena is in the North Tower, how are you going to unlock that to get her what she needs? And I am sure that the North Tower was what she needs in the first place. Besides, you don't know anything about healing, I doubt you could help. Also, why do you need to know about her dress for that?" he asked confused.

Iyana looked at Nicoli, "Can I get it out of him now? He can draw it for us and then he won't remember?" she suggested.

Rowan nodded her understanding. “I’ll keep that in mind.” She said. “And this is all stuff on one of the tests I will be taking right?” She asked. Not that she didn’t want to learn it all anyway, she was just curious.

Nicoli didn’t look to Iyana, not yet. “J I told you, I can’t explain it, not right now. It’s part of a mission. Can you draw it out for me?” He asked. If J refused then he would let Iyana have her fun.

Devon smirked, "It's all the information you need to understand that will be tested. There is no guarantee that everything will be on there, but you can bet that the creatures of Darkness will be." he assured her.

Jeremiah looked at him for a moment before he sighed, "I rather know what the hell you are on about first off. If you know a way to help Helena then I think I shoudl know that same way, in case she needs a friend and not to mention the fact that you never have good ideas that don't get in trouble."

Rowan nodded in relief. “Okay. I can manage that. Do you know what the other test will be like? I was told I have two more.” She said.

Nicoli smirked. “Just because they get me in tori me when we were kids doesn’t mean that they hadn’t been good.” He teased. “J She will need a friend, and I know you’ll always be there for her. For that I am grateful.” He said. He knew it was the lowest thing he could do, but if there was even a chance Iyana could heal Helena he’d do what he had to. “Code only. Memory of this moment only.” He said to her, his tone strict.

Devon looked at her, "You will have to do to physical tests, one includes training, this is a war tower and basic combat is kind of something we learn before 5 so you will have that and then the other will be something more of a team thing."

Jeremiah looked confused at what he was saying and then it was like he went blank, as Iyana's eyes glowed, she waved her hand, a paper and pen appeared and Jeremiah took it, drawing the design before Iyana looked at it and smirked, taking it before she waved Jeremiah gone, he turne dto walk away, shaking his head after a moment and then he just walked away. Iyana looked at the drawing before giving it to Nicoli, "He draws a lot better then you do." she pointed out and then smiled, "Now what?"

Rowan nodded. “What kind of team thing? Or is it different for everyone?” She asked. She was nervous, she was behind what was expected of someone at her age. But she was determined too.

Nicoli smirked a little. “Now we go help Helena.” He said, taking the paper. He glanced back towards Jeremiah once, feeling guilty at what he’d let Iyana do. But then looked to Iyana. “Wanna walk or poof over there?” He asked her playfully. He’d always - affectionately - referred to her teleporting place to place as poofing.

Devon smirked, "The Guardian selects a random collection of individuals and they have to work out a mission, in a way. Depending on how you are in the mission, depends on if you pass." he stated

Iyana smirked, "Poof." she giggled, she always found that word to sound so silly, especially coming from someone else. So she moved them back to the door and smirked, "We are here." she announced, "Your mother is still there too." she commented

Rowan nodded. “Well that doesn’t sound too bad.” She said, still a little nervous. She’d already been on a mission and was doing one now. But still...”okay, so what else should we work on?” She asked.

Nicoli cursed a little and sighed. “We can’t go in there while she’s there...” he started, but even as he said it the door began to open. “Shit...Iyana can we poof one more time so she doesn’t see us? Then we’ll come back and go inside.” He said.

Devon smirked, nodding, "Let's go to another position, any suggestions, you have been here long enough to know some of them." he pointed out.

Iyana smirked as she took his hand but they didn't go anywhere, "Why not just go when she comes out." she whispered, making them both so they couldn't be seen. She smirked, watching Nicoli's panic, obviously he wouldn't notice until his mother was out and didn't see them. She thought it was funny to watch.
