Hmm... Considering Fornicus' size and personality, I think it's best for me to wait a bit (when the group leaves the Tavern minimum) before I introduce it. Continue on without me for a while; I'll read the Main thread in the background until a good opportunity arises.

Well I was thinking about it, and I think I want the story to be like a Hobbit type adventure, from the lord of the rings stories. Like how they go on a long journey through dangerous environments and through mountains to reach their destination, in our case D'zreth


Yes there will be some combat but I think most of the group's struggles should he from the harsh conditions, like animal attacks, falling rocks, freezing temperatures, etc.


Also having a couple characters die would enhance the story but I dont think anybody would want their OC to die.

Sounds good. I'm fine with a character dying even if it's mine, I just need it to make sense in the story. Want to discuss obsticals and creatures? Of course they rely heavily on the environment.

'Fingers crack'


I am currently looking at the 5th edition of Dungeons and Dragon's Monster Manuel, so I've got the creatures down. A few I'd like to highlight that may seem a bit "out there".


The Jhen Mohran:

A massive creature that lives in arid climbers and burrows underground. It is popularly called 'The mountain dragon'. Can demolish ships with its two tusks. Has scales like stone.


The Risen:

Gargantuan sentient golem. Regenerate using nature around itself. Extremely territorial/hostile. Fabled to be the last of an ancient race.


The Sea scurge:

Ravinous serpent that roams the water and attacks boats and bays. Sharp fangs and spines.  Uncharacteristicly weak scales. Fast. Prefers to drag prey under water. Not as large as picture depicts. Hunts alone.


Id be happy to add more, some more average beasts. Tell me what you think about these though, they might be too large scale for this story.

As @Gummy hasn't been on since December 27 (unless he turned post-tracking off), I'm going to assume this RP is dead.
