Alrighty, since I apparently can't take the uniform with the cape, I made my own idea for an uniform. And this one is even better (*U*)


so, we take the middle uniform of this image, and then make some modifications:

The design will be something like that, except for those long jacket ends (think standard military jacket form) and the hat will be a garrison cap instead. So like this (ignore everything below the cap):

That's my uniform idea, at least for the navigation department.

It can be assumed that much of the records are pieced together from different alias'. Most are speculation on the actual crimes rather than; "warrent out for his arrest" sort of deal.

@Anaxial I kinda wish that would have been posted before now, but I understand having to cobble all of it together so I'm not complaining or gripping at you or anything. This is just a big deal character/story wise for Woods and Marshall. Woods has access to all of his files and information, not too mention he probably was around for the Outliner outpost raid and the murder of his fellow operative. Thats a big deal. Woods is now working with someone who probably killed one of his good friends, I almost feel like I need to completely edit all of my posts for content that will be included in their later interactions. Its nothing against you man, I mean that was a great backstory, but I'm OCD with making sure my characters are consistent to the established backstory.

Maybe it's under a file that was locked when he was assigned to lullaby to prevent issues

I've based SIAD around groups like the CIA SAD, SFOD-D, ISA, and other tier 1 units, so the teams are very small and closeknit. It would be a 9 out of 10 chance that Woods was there, and even if he didn't see Marshall kill his squad mate it would still circulate among the team. Especially if Marshall was identified then his face would be posted on their target list. Remember, these guys are a more elite group of Outliners, so they don't exactly play by standard ROE. As long as they get the job done then command probably would look over them taking on some unsanctioned hits every now and then.

Most records on Marshall's Criminal Activities are speculation. It's pieced together from separate accounts of similar MO's and witness descriptions of Marshall himself as he usually operates under an alias.
