NICE TO MEET YOU
Name: Suzaku Miyako

Nickname/Alias: Crow (Ghoul), Neon (Human)

Age: 23

Species: Ghoul

Rank: A+ Rate

Sexuality: Straight

Occupation: Artist, and also runs a small "gang". Nothing too serious. More like just a group of people she's befriended.

LADY'S BUSINESS
Body Type: Lithe, with visible muscles albeit slight signs of malnourishment

Height: 5' 8"

Scars/Tattoos: Likes to doodle on her hands and arms a lot, so it can vary.

Clothing: When she's just walking around during the day or in public, she has on a white t-shirt, black coat, and jeans.

ALL ABOUT ME~!
Personality: Miyako is all about expression. She lets everyone around her know exactly how she’s feeling at any given time, exactly how she wants to. And most of the time, she’s feeling arrogant or angry. She’s always looking for perfection in anything, and that extends to anyone she knows. Miyako may glorify a job well done, but she also has her own small punishments for people that fail her expectations. Miyako is also a huge believer in freedom of choice, and lets her gang pretty much do what they please for most of the time without much direction. In fact, it's not even that clear who the leader really is from an outside perspective. However, there’s a soft side to Miyako that many people look over. She protects those that she believes are fragile and vulnerable, and she is also fiercely loyal to those that she loves.

Goals: Primarily, to have everyone in her gang become almost family and watch out for one another.

Likes:
- Painting.
- Talking to people.
- Killing investigators.
- Vandalizing.

Dislikes:
- Investigators.
- Being alone.
- Unnecessary brutality.

Fears:
- Death of anyone close to her.
- Hunger affecting her mental state.
- Mild fear of boiling water. Don't ask.

Bio: When Miyako was young, the two things she knew were absolute were her constant fear of the CCG, and survival. The only person she ever associated with was her mother. Her mother was fairly young at the time, and so Miyako considered her closer to an older sister than her mom. Even with the constant hiding and evasion, they lived a peaceful life. They would try to find suicide victims or other corpses during the night, and settle down somewhere during the day. In these times, they would rest and listen to the stories that Miyako's mother had about living in the human society.

But one day, they messed up. Having not been able to find food for several days, they tried to venture into the more populated areas of the city, but were eventually caught. Miyako's mother was able to fight off the investigators briefly, giving her time to tell Miyako that she loved her and that Miyako needed to run. The last memory Miyako has of her mother is her getting stabbed in the back by multiple quinques.

Something changed in Miyako that day, almost like something was hardened in her. From that day on, Miyako stuck to the suburbs, establishing her dominance and bringing other societal outcasts, some even human, under her wing. She still has a habit of scavenging for her food, but Miyako has no qualms about killing investigators. Her name is a token one in the underworld, even if the Phoenix gang isn’t very large.

Nowadays, she runs a small art studio that has a small clientele, and thus not much business, but it mostly acts as a headquarters for her gang.

WANNA SEE WHAT I CAN DO?
Skils: Miyako is very artistic, and in the rare instances where she has downtime, she’ll just sit in front of a canvas and paint. However, most of the time her artistic skills are used in a different form: graffiti. She vandalizes properties of groups and individuals that she considers as bullies in some way, with images of gravitating beauty that passersby and authorities can only gawk at.

Strengths:
- Painting
- Kagune Manipulation
- Aiming
- Persuasion
- Very agile
- Quick thinker

Weaknesses: After watching her mother die, Miyako can’t bring herself to kill any random people. On top of which, she’s extremely overprotective of her close friends.

Kagune Type: Ukaku. Miyako has excellent control over her kagune, being able to manipulate it into many shapes. When it first activates, however, it simply looks like two large eagle wings expanding up to 28 feet in wingspan depending on how large Miyako needs them. Her kagune is a myriad of neon colors most of the time, rippling between lime greens, electric blues, and bright pinks for aesthetics if she has them out while using spray paint.

Special Moves/Abilities: Her RC cells have an interesting chemical property that allows them to explode on significant impact. This, coupled with the typical ukaku ability of being able to launch a barrage of RC shards, turns her kagune into a uniquely offensive and defensive weapon.

Accepted. This CS is really damn good and I love the colorful nature of your character.

By the way the blue segment needs a lighter white in my opinion. It may just be because my vision is ass, but the white was hard to read with the cyan.

| Yukinaka Shiori |

ALL I WAS

Name: Yukinaka Shiori

Nickname: Onmoraki, Peacock

Age: 19

Species: Ghoul

Rank: ???, Estimated S

Race: At least half Asian.

Gender: Female

Sexuality: Hasn’t really had the time to think about it
...MY SCARS...

Body Type: Slightly malnourished, but still has visible muscles and is lithe in structure.

Height: 5’ 6”

Scars/Tattoos: There are scars riddled across her arms and legs, along with the upper half of her back. To cover for these, she has various tattoos patterned all over her arms and her right shin area. These are completely covered when she wears long sleeves, which she does most of the time.

Mask: Her main mask is what appears to be a black bandana with white outlines depicting a skeleton mouth on it worn over a gas mask.
...MY PAST...

Personality: Shiori lost most of her softer sides somewhere down the line, and so most of the time is very serious and straightforward when dealing with enemies. Other times, she’s a bit enigmatic, choosing to let people decide for themselves through her words on what they want to do. Deep down, she still wants to be happy, and always unconsciously tries to find a way to make herself find enjoyment in something. Shiori never forgets people who can get her to smile.

Goals: Give everyone who feels as if they’ve been forgotten by society, maybe even by destiny, hope.

Likes:
- A really good coffee.
- Smiling.
- Early morning dawns.
- Helping others, regardless of whether they like it or not and regardless of whether it’s how they expected it.
- Gratitude, because she never receives it.

Dislikes:
- Most investigators. Most.
- People who think too highly of themselves.
- People who think too low of themselves.
- People who are way too arrogant or egotistical.
- People who live without purpose.
- I think that’s every kind of person?

Fears:
- Severe claustrophobia, but only without light.
- Losing her own hope.
- Losing her sanity.
- Losing her focus in her own purpose.

Bio: Around the time that Shiori could begin to recognize her mother’s face, she was abandoned by her parents.

Thus, she grew up completely on the streets, attempting to scrap out a living for herself through any means possible for a young girl. Shiori was bullied, beat up, insulted, or belittled by pretty much anyone she asked help from, and it was very rare for her to see kindness. It became her beacon to keep going, to see that spark of kindness one more time from another person. And so, she continued to spend her early childhood scavenging from corpses and using the money she constantly was saving to get clothes, or to buy books. To compensate for her own lack of education, she spent a significant portion of her time trying to learn as much as possible, and since she didn’t have much else to do, public libraries were a great place for her to hang around.
This all changed when she was found by the wrong person. Believing them to be sympathetic, she essentially volunteered herself for experimentation in a secret division of a foreign ghoul research facility, still based in Japan. Shiori wouldn’t see sunlight again for the next six years. Her time there was spent being almost starved to death, pitted against other captured ghouls and even humans, locked up in darkness, and tortured. Electrocution, lacerations, being burned alive for extended periods of time, nearly drowned, sensory deprivation and then torture, eventually even amputations of all her limbs weren’t uncommon. There were experiments on the nature of her RC cells, and kakuhou were implanted and extracted from her on a whim. Countless other things that Shiori wishes to forget happened in that facility, but if anything, she learned exactly how close to death a person could reach.

Continuing day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year, everything blended together until she was almost oblivious to it all. So it surprised her when one day, she was standing in front of the open entrance of the facility, looking out over a picturesque forest with a clear view of a mountain. Around her was a scene from a nightmare that even the devil likely couldn’t conjure: blood was splattered across every available surface, various disemboweled body parts lay in various states of consumption in piles or were just scattered around, and organs glistened in the sunlight, some still pulsating with their last remnants of life. Blood was beginning to dry on her hands and around her mouth and throat area, but that was hardly something she noticed.

Two things crossed Shiori’s mind then. How absurdly peaceful the scene in front of her was, and how, for the first time in her life, she was completely full. In that instant, she decided that anyone who was weak and helpless should never go through the childhood she did, and Shiori resolved to spread that kindness she’d so often sought after in her youth to those that needed it.

Upon returning to Tokyo, however, she unconsciously concluded one additional thing. To be able to accomplish her goals, she had to be stronger than everyone that wished to inflict pain on others. After she moved in, corpses seem to simply vanish, graveyards completely vandalized and ruined. Even the CCG has lost several ghoul corpses.
...MAKE ME WHO I AM

Skillset:
- Finding a good place on the streets to sleep.
- Combat.
- Pain resistance.
- Motivating people.
- Staying hidden.
- Pickpocketing, from growing up.
- Scavenging.

Strengths: Shiori has an incredible number of kakuhou, and an even more ridiculous RC count. As such, she regenerates at an absurd rate, literally regrowing limbs as they’re severed. But even more than her regeneration, her fighting skills have been honed throughout her childhood. Her style is moving at blinding speeds to counteract her opponent’s moves and figure out weak points to engage her devastatingly strong kagune.

Weaknesses: Shiori is a complete mid to far range fighter. She absolutely sucks at close combat. In some part, this is covered by her regeneration, but things that internally ravage the body as opposed to outright severing things work extremely effectively at hindering both Shiori’s regeneration rate, and her prowess in combat.

Kagune Type: Chimera between rinkaku and ukaku. Her two kagune forms almost blend together, both of them using long, feather-like shards that are almost crystalline. Shiori’s rinkaku forms some akin to a tail of a bunch of the shards, but it can fan out, giving her the second nickname she has, Peacock. She can change the pattern on her rinkaku, in an attempt to “hypnotize” people who look at it or even blend in with the surroundings. Her rinkaku can extend and smash into things with extreme force, and is also blindingly fast. Her ukaku “feathers” are wider but shorter, and cover her back almost like a porcupine. These feathers can launch out, but because they’re on her back they shoot backwards, so to weaponize them she needs to turn around or spin quickly. It has a secondary property to generate electricity, an ability that she didn’t originally have but was implanted.

Special Moves/Abilities: Shiori has access to a kakuja, but she rarely uses it as she has absolutely no control over it. In this form, she appears to be a large, monstrous spider with her rinkaku patterns all over the spider’s body.
