Max groaned and opened his eyes. He blinked at the blue sky and covered his eyes with his hands with a light hiss to block out the sunlight. "What is that... is that the sun?" He blinked a few times. "Why am I looking at the sun? Light, bright, bright sunlight, is this grass?" He rubbed his hand on the ground. "So VR is out of the question. I'm not dreaming either, unless..." He held up his hand. "One, two, three, four, five, nope. Not sleeping." He looked over and saw a girl unconscious nearby. "So... I'm outside, in the grass and sunlight, sleeping with a girl next to me... and I'm not sleeping?" He stood up, finally adjusting to the sunlight. He looked out to the horizon, and from his high vantage point he spied a spanning ocean. "There's no city nearby, and I'm near the ocean..." He popped his knuckles. "Okay, what is this: a survival game?" He looked to the nearby trees. "At least I got a good spawn..."

Senuri blinked her eyes open and was met with a burst of bright light. She grumbled a little, her arms thrown over her eyes for a few brief seconds, before she noticed she was not laying on her soft bed like she should have been. Her arms dropped, and she pushed herself up into a partway sitting position. Why am I outside? She wondered as her eyes wandered to the surrounding area , though still rather blurry and still adjusting to the light, somehow completely skipping over the other human nearby. Her gaze flicked from tree to tree, then out into the horizon. This was definitely not home, and it felt too real to be a dream. As her eyes finally grew used to the light, she stood carefully and pulled a hand up through her red hued hair in the immediate confusion as her head tried to catch up with the current situation.

It was then that she finally took notice of the boy stationed not to far from herself. She blinked a little at him as her eyes scanned him silently. The new found development only added to her confusion. Has he always been there? She pondered to herself, before the question was shoved away. She turned away for a second, her gaze drawn back out to the horizon, before she turned back to the boy. Her eyes scouted out his amber-like ones as a couple of questions drew to mind. Hopefully, he had answers. Three of the most imediate questions in her mind rolled off her tongue in a rush, talking quite fast and not really pausing until she had finished the last question. This was perfectly normal behavior for her, though the boy before her most likely didn't know that.

"Who are you? Do you have any idea where we are? Or what's going on?"

Max turned as he noticed the other girl standing up. He watched her acclimate herself to the new environment before her questions spilled out. He considered briefly her questions. While caught a tad off guard by the tempo of the words, he was still used to swiftly talking and understanding words. Granted, not vocal words... but still.

"Triple D, a nondescript forest, I woke up here with no idea how I got here and given your reaction I'd guess that's the same for you," he said. He too spoke a tad quickly, but his tone was almost a tad frustrated. Not angry per se, and it wasn't even all that obvious. But there was still a tone to it. He didn't like having to explain the game to n00bs. As for Triple D, that was his common gamertag. Well... that wasn't his tag. His tag was typically DraconicDemonDuke. This led to a multitude of nicknames, such as Draco, Draco Duke, Demon Duke, DDD, 3D, D Cubed, and Triple D. He was so used to calling himself by his gamertag... he didn't even consider telling Senuri his real name instead.

Madoka Terzani

Madoka's eyes flicked open rather quickly as she came to consciousness. Her arms moved to block out the sudden glare of light and she found herself shivering slightly. There were several issues with her current location she found right off the bad. Firstly, it was too bright for her liking. She was laying on something quite hard, and lastly, it was cold. Those crucial facts drew her to one simple conclusion. She was not at home. Her arms dropped from her head, elbows up and hands on the ground. The shockingly cold ground. She grabbed at what was under her hand, and picked up a good chunk of the cold material. Her eyes traveled to the white substance, and she knew what it was without much need to take stabs into the dark. Snow.

"Why am I outside? Last I checked I was at home, inside, and it was the middle of summer. No snow anywhere..." Her voice was highly confused as she spoke aloud, mostly to herself. Slowly, she stood up from the snowy ground and turned in place. For a little bit, she thought she was completely alone, which would have suit her just fine, until her eyes dragged across another girl asleep not to far away. "And I'm not alone. Perfect." This time, her tone was dripping with sarcasm. Slightly put off by the knowledge of being stuck with another person, which would undoubtedly lead to interaction, she turned away.

The land around was rather sparse, dotted with a few trees quite a ways away from her, or rather them. Her eyes drew out into the distance, to find they were considerably higher towards the sky than the bulk of green trees out to east. She could see quite a ways, and found herself very, very confused. This made no sense what-so-ever. The landscape was not that of her home in any way, shape, or form. It wasn't logical. When you sleep, your supposed to wake up right where you fell asleep or at least know where you are. Not wake up in the middle of who-knows-where with someone who you've never once met before.

Senuri Malis

Senuri blinked in confusion at the name given to her, before she gave a friendly smile. Couldn't hurt right? Her smile soon faded. He didn't look all to pleased with the situation. Her eyes moved away and out to the surrounding area for a few moments. There wasn't much of anything to show how, or why they were here. This was all too strange, and confusing. After a few moments, she turned back to her 'companion', if he could be called that quite yet, and began to speak.

"Well... Nice to meet you, Triple D. I'm Senuri."

Her words were very light and cheery, ever positive, though just slightly lost. She was still quite confused about the boy's name, as it didn't sound normal, but chose not to ask about it. It sounded more like something out of one of those games her sister was so obsessed with. She herself had never gotten into them much, aside from the occasional game with her sister here and there. I wonder why she isn't here too... she pondered silently, completely forgetting whatever else she was going to ask for several seconds as her gaze moved to the sky. She shook her head slightly, and returned her attention to Triple D. What're we supposed to do now? She asked herself the very question she was debating on asking him. She couldn't come up with a decent answer herself. she'd decided against asking Triple D, so she simply stood mostly still, her weight constantly shifting from foot to foot slightly.

Max groaned slightly under his breath. She was a talkative player. And not the cooperative kind. Well... The OTHER cooperative kind. He looked back at her. He waited for a few moments. Is she AFK or something? "Well? Let's get started."

Damien's eyes slowly slid open as he emerged from unconsciousness. He sat up and gazed at his surroundings, not really fazed by the fact that he had woken up in some new place. Trees full of hanging vines were scattered across the area, some growing in the water. Sugar canes were growing in large numbers near the shallow pools, and mushrooms sprouted out from the ground. As he took in the scenery, he noticed another enderman on the ground next to him. Wait, no, not an enderman, but an enderperson.

The sound of a rushing river fills his ears. a breeze sweeps across his face, waking him within mere moments. Exis blinked slowly and sat up, looking around to the beautiful scenery he was in. "Where...Where am I?" He asked himself out loud as his two ears popped up one by one and twitched. "This doesn't look like home..what happened?" He said and looked around to notice a girl on the ground, a neko girl. He looked to her and went over, crouching down near her. "A neko girl..?" He said curiously, poking her face and seeing that she was sleeping. He stood up and stretched. "Well this can't be a dream...let's see. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9...Nope, I have all my tails," He said, his tails fanning out around him as he looked up to the sky. "Are we in the wild? If we are, than I need to find a way to keep us safe," He said, beginning to walk through the woods, and picked up the sleeping girl.

Senuri blinked a little and raised an eyebrow ever so slightly. She then glanced around, wondering jsut what in the world they needed to get started on. despite the oh-so obvious fact of the pair being the the middle of nowhere, she still could not for the life of her figure out what Triple D was referring to. So, she simply asked, not even aware she was making herself seem even more like and idiot than she already had.

"Get started with what exactly?"

She spoke with a clearly confused tone, and her eyes narrowed in thought for a few moments. She thought about it for several moments, before she finally got it. Ooooh... right. She finalized mentally, do realize just how utterly pointless her question had been. Well that's greeeat... She mused to herself, all the while paying attention to however the boy beside her reacted.

Max muttered to himself a bit before sighing. Ok, so she's a noob. Alrighty than, fine. At least I have a co-op partner. Can't have a nooby one, though. "You know... surviving?" Max walked over and looked at a tree. Hmm... how to go about this... Max searched for a rock to bash the sticks off the tree with, but found nothing. He shrugged and punched the tree. To his surprise, it didn't hurt. He punched the tree a few more times, and a chunk of it fell off. Now in his hands floated a cube of what seemed to resemble the tree. Before him, the rest of the tree that didn't fall off simply floated in mid-air. Max chuckled. "Alrighty than, so non-physics based survival sandbox logic, huh?"

Max tapped his feet a bit as he looked around. He glanced back at Senuri before groaning. Definitely AFK or something. Somehow it didn't click in his mind that just maybe she might be a bit shocked by the gravity defying tree. Max hardly gave it a second thought, however, as he punched it to the ground. He sighed as he walked over to Senuri with the new pieces gathered and held his palm out to her, wood floating in his hand.

"Alright," he said. "Let's see how long you'll last. Now, what is the next logical step to take with this?"
