As soon as Macie was off the Arena...

Macie: *To her Adviser* Mrs. Green... I think that for the rest of the matches that are to happen here... I'm gonna have to just catch the news of it tomorrow morning. I'm Exhausted and if i don't get some rest... I am not gonna make it. I almost started blacking out as the match ended. *Feeling a little woozy*

Joanna: *Catching sight of Macie starting to make like she's about to collapse* Macie?!

Macie: *Collapsing* ... *Falling asleep and almost out cold*

Gene: *Walking over to Macie and kneeling down; Picking her up* Oh boy. A Long day for you and you've just kept on trying to press along.

Macie's Machoke then came out of his pokeball and walking over and took hold of his trainer. It carried her outside. Gene led the way and Placed her in his car to rest for a bit.

Alden: *Looking at the others* Is Macie alright?

Leslie: Yeah. She's just out cold and is literally drained. But she'll be fine by morning. However... We're gonna be still here battling. There's alot of Matches to see still as we're all still waiting to be with our chance to challenge the Gym.

But that was when Cherry got up and went on Stage Getting to her side of the Arena. She wanted to get the match over and done. She sent out her Alolan Marowak who even though was a fire/Ghost type. it was still with original moves as well that were of ground so... it was a good match to even it out. Samuel used Lunatone and had the match underway. The Psychic part of Lunatone out whit the fire part of Cherry's Marowak. But the ghost part... it didn't necessarily count on as Cherry's Alolan Marowak did a 4 attack combo by combining two consecutive moves... Flamewheel and Bone Club together then a Shadow Bone/Flare Blitz attack. It thrashed up the Lunatone and even with Lunatone trying to use recover... It only lasted so long till it couldn't hang loose anymore. Cherry's Marowak took some good hits as well as it was just as costly. They both duked it out and it was not till the last move from Cherry that determined it.

When the dust settled and the arena was cleared it was then that the winner was seen. Marowak was the Victor.

Cherry won the Badge... Next was Joey Who used Beartic. Not a most common choice against Rock... But it would've done nicely. This match was where Samuel used an Onix. The Onix was a heavy pounder and was a hard nut to crack. It was using moves like Constrict, Bind, Rock Tomb on Beartic. Beartic took a beating. But it then looked on and used Ice Beam and Icy Wind. Chilling Onix to a popsicle treat. The heavy hitter was Frost Breath and then the strongest attack... Blizzard. it was a done deal... Onix was done and Joey was the winner. Beartic got him the win...

As soon as Joey got off the stage...

The Gym Leader stepped out to the side and Healed up his band of pokemon so another set of Challengers could meet their match against him...

The Battles went on and kept going till all trainers were done with the gym challenge. They all had won their matches... Except for one. Leslie. She for some reason came close to losing but somehow... got met with luck and took the win. The crew all were thrilled as now that they all had won their first badge and got past the first GYM. It was gonna be all smooth sailing from there on and it was gonna be like that for each Gym thereon. But some were gonna be harder and more of a challenge. Harder... Tougher. More to expect.

As for Macie... she was in Gene's car sleeping like a peaceful young lady. It was a very emotional day for her. From being met by a swarm of fans, to being given sole responsibility of watching over two boys. Then from battling a heavy battle and having another pokemon of her Evolve... to almost getting abducted and yet being saved from that ever happening. Then from meeting her Adviser for the first time to battling and seeing yet another one of her pokemon Evolve to dealing with seeing her friends and Allies dealing with a Legendary bird... While meeting up with a friendly Merchant that her friends and allies knew. To setting her Adviser straight and then having a brief official meeting with her career team. to finally going to battle the Gym Leader and all while having been met by a group of fans... To Getting her Badge. 1 of 12. That was a full jampacked day. Also what nobody knew was that with all that activity... The Prescott sisters had vanished from sight. No one knew... No one. Not ever Macie. She didn't even realize that. However with all the battling that went on... Who could blame her. Or blame any of the others.

By time everyone was done with the Battling... They all went to grab something to eat. It wasn't much... but it would at least grant them some nourishment...

Throughout the rest of the night... the Crew... All of them, were at the hotel and were with sharing a few rooms. Macie... had her own room and Gene... Alden and Macie's adviser spread out at different spots of the room and slept. Macie slept on till early morning about 5 in the morning...

Sept. 31st, 2047...


Macie: *Looking at her phone and looking through some material for her ensemble* Hmm... Let's see.

She looked at the contacts and found a couple of possible contacts that could be capable in doing something like a full Ensemble. She got her stuff packed silently and left the room, Making way over to where the small cafe was... Ordering a large Espresso before getting on with making a couple of calls. One call was to...

Macie: *On the Phone* Hello. Emily.

Emily: *On the phone* Hello... Who's this?


Macie: It's Macie. Macie Lightfoot.

Emily: Macie?! *Gasps* Macie... Oh my... dear heavens... Well... if this isn't a sudden surprise. Hello dear. How are you?

Macie: I'm good. I'm just getting things all set for my concert. It's in less than two weeks in Cleveland, Ohio. Which is where i am right now.

Emily: In Cleveland Ohio... Why on earth would you be there... *Pauses* For your concert?! You're holding a concert, Young lady?

Macie: Yeah. I am. I'm uh... Now a celeb.

Emily: *Surprised* That's remarkable.

But that was when it had hit her...

Emily: Oh my... So those Radio broadcasts... on the local Radio Station... MRHAP. They were talking about a new celeb... one of this city's very own. That was... You they were speaking of. Wow!... How are you doing over there? You having a good time over there.

Macie: Yes. I am.

Emily: That's good.

Macie: It's been a wonderful time however... the part of me almost being abducted by Team Magma... That wasn't fun. But i was kept safe from that.

Emily: Thank god... you're okay...

Macie: Thank you. Listen... I called as i need a favor. I need a seamstress to put together a complete ensemble for me for the Concert...

The call went on...

A disgruntled Markus sits with his partner Metagross in his Cleveland law office looking at his phone waiting for it to ring. He begins to think mostly to himself about his last call. Those thoughts mainly on how his last client gave up on him. It was an angry phone call. That is when his phone rang.

Back at the Hotel which was only a few blocks from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and the Cleveland city Gym...

Macie was still on the phone with Emily Gilmore and going over some of the details... But it wasn't till she heard her phone suddenly beep when...


Macie: *Checking her phone for an incoming call coming in* Sweet mother of Seriously... At 6 in the morning... i get a call? What the hell... *Sighs* Gosh! now i got a new caller trying their luck... I better take it. *To Emily* Emily... Please forgive me... I got a call coming in and it's like they keep on trying to stick their pincers into me... trying to watch me squirm. I'll call back in a moment. I am terribly sorry about this. Darn these constant calls coming in...

Emily: It's okay, Macie. We can finish up again soon. You just take care of your grown up responsibilities. I'll wait for the call.

Macie: *On the Phone with the Caller* Hello, This is Macie... Macie Melody Lightfoot. I am sorry that i missed your call before... I was just out of it last night. Had a very long trying day. Can i help you?

Maya was a little annoyed as she found herself walking down the streets of Cleveland. She was just starting out on her Pokémon journey, just got her pokedex from the professor and had been on a bus back to New York in order to really start her quest closer to home. But the darn bus broke down and they had no idea when they'd get the thing fixed. In fact they had sent word to their company to have a new bus come out to them to pick them up.

Ofcourse, they offered those who decided to find a new way to their destinations a refund and that's what Maya decided to do. She heard the wait would take forever and she just wanted to get started on her goal. So for now she was heading to find a hotel she could stay at for the night. She pulled out her map and double checked her destination before glancing up. There should be a good spot around here somewhere.

Soon enough she found a good enough hotel as she went up to the clerk and got a room. She thanked the individual before making her way to her room. She entered her room and spent the night there. The next morning she was up early, ready to start the day. Her tummy let her know it was time to eat and she remembered a cafe in the hotel. So she left her room and headed to the café once there she ordered some food and headed to find a seat. As she did she happened to notice a mysterious girl sitting in there. She didn't get the best look at her as she half wondered if she'd want some company. Then again perhaps she shouldn't bother her. Nonetheless she walked past her table. Joanna Matilda Barlow

Macie: *Sighs* Darn this life. The concert's got so much prepping to be done for. I can't even focus on one thing. I need a seamstress. There's also the part of getting the Promotional Pictures out. Press releases. I also have to find some way to do up a Video clip for the Press. *Groans* Sweet mother of stress... What am i gonna do? I can't do this. Not in less than just two weeks.

Macie: *Sighs* I know. I just needed some time alone to gather my thoughts. I'm so stressed. I have 1 week and 5 days before the day of the concert arrives and already... it feels like time's grown short as a fracture line. *Shaking her head* Gene, I need some alleviation... Assistance in this.

Gene: It's okay. *Grabbing a seat* Macie... You'll be okay. Remember... It's rocky at first... but in time... it'll all be easier. You just need to take a deep breath... relax and think. Take all of this... one step at a time. Just try to think... First thing on the list. From the top to the bottom. One thing at a time.

There's the Promotional pictures and Press packages. *Groans* Sweet mother of nightmare... So much to do...

Macie: *On the Phone* Hey Emily... It's me again.

Emily: *On the phone* Hello Macie. been waiting for you to call.

Macie: I know. The other call was from someone who came off being an Attorney or something. But whoever it was... it was likely a fluke. Now... about the seamstress. I need a Complete Ensemble for the concert. Something that's more me... What i want to represent.

Emily: Which would be what?

Macie: Love. Peace, Courage and Honor. Something that i think that most of the world's forgotten. The presence of Team Magma is perfect example of that.

Emily: Hmm... Well now. That can be arranged. Something dignified and of taste for someone such as you. But with a direct message of who you are and what you represent.

Macie: Right. Do you know of anyone that can do that?

Emily: I might. Although... It will probably be best if i were to call up a seamstress. But you try not to worry yourself too much. Something will be done.

Macie: Thank you, Emily. Bless your heart.

Once the call ended...

Macie: *Sighs with relief* Thank god... That's one thing done. The Seamstress is now take care of. I'm gonna have something done. Being famous has benefits... But it's just so much hassle. Making sure everything is on cue. Everything has to go well as it's gonna be about you and what you represent.

Maya had been periodically glancing over at Macie and the others, she didn't mean to ease drop but she found it interesting. She finished her food and glanced over again, only to notice Macie was looking right at her.

Macie saw the girl and automatically recognized her... or did she? That was the question. Perhaps... it was a fan... Or just someone curious... Macie saw the girl looking over and grinned. She didn't know... In fact... She wasn't sure if she was seeing clearly of who the girl was. Likely same name... But totally different... then again... some names were indeed common. So... what she could have seen was someone that looked like... eh. probably was best to not go there. Macie was already going nuts trying to think of her career. Then to think about whether a girl could be like another... It would have driven Macie off the rails. It was apparent that with all the pressure and stress she was under... She was clearly seeing things and imagining things that may never have been and yet... unsure.

Macie couldn't help but smile a small smile at her and felt as if there was different about the girl. She looked new to her as it was one that who she never met before. Although she'd met a lot of people so some faces were starting to mesh as one. She wouldn't guess on it being a name she'd known before. Hearing many different names... it was hard to tell who was who...


Macie: *Curious* Gene, Who's that girl over there?

Gene: Which one?

Macie: That one over there a few tables over sitting with lone Pokeball. her.

Gene: I don't know. *Looking to see the girl looking over towards Macie* She could be a fan.

Macie: A Fan? Hmm... I think that i like her. She looks... nice. Gene, Think we should have her come over.

Gene: I don't think it'd be wise. She looks nice. But after all you've been through yesterday... It might not be so safe. However... She seems to be rather safe and just a curious individual. So... if you wish for her to come over...

Macie: *Looking over to her Machoke* Muscle Star, Go and approach her and escort her over here a minute*

Machoke: *Nods* Ma... choke!

She then looked at Jenny and smiled and thanked her for being around for her...

Macie smiled at the girl and couldn't figure to place her... She was curious as to who she was. Macie looked at the time as she saw that the outside was getting brighter and lighter. She started to feel a little hungry although she didn't want just up and leave. She stayed for a little while as she couldn't do anything till after another 3 hours have passed anyway.


Macie: *Looking at the girl* Hey there. I noticed that you were looking at me. I couldn't help but to find out. I'm sure that I've seen you before... But then... seeing so many people whether it be fans... or trainers... Allies or ones who are all in helping my career and all. I can't tell. But I just wanted to meet someone who... well wasn't trying to just go excited just by the idea of my fame... that is growing rather too fast. *Smiles* I'm Macie. Macie M. Lightfoot. "The Rising Star." However... it's just a title. Not entirely all that i am.

Macie was being rather very cordial. She didn't know what to expect from the girl. She sensed a tone of loneliness and longing for a friend or two. However, Macie wanted to just meet her. See what the girl was like. She was unknowing to believe that the girl could have heard about her... She was mentioned enough clearly... so it'd be odd for one to not know who she was by that time...

Macie smiled at the girl and couldn't figure to place her... She was curious as to who she was. Macie looked at the time as she saw that the outside was getting brighter and lighter. She started to feel a little hungry although she didn't want just up and leave. She stayed for a little while as she couldn't do anything till after another 3 hours have passed anyway.


Macie: *Looking at the girl* Hey there. I noticed that you were looking at me. I couldn't help but to find out. I'm sure that I've seen you before... But then... seeing so many people whether it be fans... or trainers... Allies or ones who are all in helping my career and all. I can't tell. But I just wanted to meet someone who... well wasn't trying to just go excited just by the idea of my fame... that is growing rather too fast. *Smiles* I'm Macie. Macie M. Lightfoot. "The Rising Star." However... it's just a title. Not entirely all that i am.

Maya listened to her as she wondered who she was. Well she heard them say her name a time or two but she hadn't really heard of her... then again as she thought about it, she may have seen a flyer or too.

"Uh... I'm Maya Jensen," Maya finally replied, "And you may have heard of me... my parents have made a few headlines, especially in Albany, New York."

I never really suspected that fate would just bring you... here. But... *Giggles* You shouldn't worry about it though. But i do like what i read about you. helping the sick pokemon from your hometown. having a hand in research that could better relations between pokemon and trainers. It must make you... A Connoisseur. I wouldn't mind meeting one like that. They think everything is like a recipe. But maybe it's their way of seeing things.

Macie was finding a rush of friendliness in the girl who intro'd herself as Maya. The name sounded familiar but to Macie... it was possibly an Asian name as she'd recognize such a name given that she is half Japanese. Half Caucasian and no matter how much she was transformed... that still stay as a hardwired part of her. DNA never would change... even if every other thing had. DNA wouldn't.

Maya was a little annoyed as she found herself walking down the streets of Cleveland. She was just starting out on her Pokémon journey, just got her pokedex from the professor and had been on a bus back to New York in order to really start her quest closer to home. But the darn bus broke down and they had no idea when they'd get the thing fixed. In fact they had sent word to their company to have a new bus come out to them to pick them up.

Ofcourse, they offered those who decided to find a new way to their destinations a refund and that's what Maya decided to do. She heard the wait would take forever and she just wanted to get started on her goal. So for now she was heading to find a hotel she could stay at for the night. She pulled out her map and double checked her destination before glancing up. There should be a good spot around here somewhere.

Soon enough she found a good enough hotel as she went up to the clerk and got a room. She thanked the individual before making her way to her room when she does, she passes by the café in the place and her tummy gave a low growl. She could use a quick bite. So she went up and ordered some food and headed to find a seat. As she did she happened to notice a mysterious girl sitting in there. She didn't get the best look at her as she half wondered if she'd want some company. Then again perhaps she shouldn't bother her. Nonetheless she walked past her table. Joanna Matilda Barlow

Macie smiled and nodded. She didn't even consider the idea that the girl was a connoisseur. The only thing that she made mention to was that it would be rather nice to maybe meet one.

Macie: I wouldn't call you a connoisseur. You're not referring everything to a term as a recipe. It'd be rather weird if a person did that. Unless it was how they say things.

It was starting to get to morning hours and before long some of the crew showed up...

Alden: *Walking over to Macie and Gene* Morning Mrs. Lightfoot. You okay?


Macie: *Suddenly turning to see her Publicist* Yes. Alden. I'm okay. I just had to step out for a bit and gather some of my thoughts. I think that i'm gonna be ready to get started today at the Rock and Roll hall of fame. I've already got a contact looking into doing up an Ensemble for the concert. I am also prepared with the Promotional packets too... Alden... aside from getting facetime for me on the cameras... even though i am not too sure that i'm ready for that yet... You find a way to mass produce these Promotional pictures. I want them to be mass produced and sent everywhere.

Alden: Okay. Consider that done. It should be a total go within the hour or so.

Macie: I have to do a Official Video message. So... When you get back from getting the stuff mass produced... We'll call up a camera crew. Get that done. If i'm to do this... i want it to be done right. Because... i'm putting myself out there. I don't want to come off sounding like a fool.

Alden: Right. I'll get on it.


Joey: Hey there, Macie.

Macie: Hey Joey. *Smiles* It's another day. And just think that today is where i'm to start my rehearsing and doing drill runs for the concert.

Joey: No mystery there, Macie. But if nothing else... You really should think on getting some food. And plus the pokemon might be getting famished too...

Macie: You're right.

Macie then looked at the girl and smiled before nodding...


Macie: Well... Maya. It looks like i've gotta go. I got another long day ahead of me and it's gonna be pretty busy for me from here on in. *Shaking her head* The Celeb life is sometimes the real pits. Just when one thinks that there is a break... Something comes and before they blink... they're on the road again. Sometimes i wonder if that guy MJ ever had a break. Having to be always on the go. Never resting... Just busy busy busy...

Macie didn't want to just up and leave the girl... Maya behind. However it would have seemed indeed very cruel to just drag her around and with likely nothing to do.


Macie: I would perhaps offer that you maybe join along, Maya. But... there isn't much for anyone to do. I'm gonna be in the middle of doing drills and everything.

Maya watched as the new people came over and started to talk to Macie... Maya started to feel like she was being ignored but then Macie turns back to her and says how she will be needing to go. Of course, she practically did offer to have her tag along with her things she was doing... Maya had to think on that... Macie seemed quiet nice, and even polite. She would of loved to get to know her more... but she had heard about the stress she was having and didn't want to be a burden to her.

"Ah I see," Maya replied to Macie, "Well, I wish you well... I should really get started on checking out the various pokemon in the area anyways."
