Fantasy The True Strength of The Warrior

Artorias actually growled, anger flowing through him, doing his best not to rip her head off, eye twitching "I'll be going now, I can see that she made a mistake, you were merely a skank playing doctor." Artorias got dressed and walked out before he did anything he would regret.

Claire was left, alone in her bed as she watched him go, wondering who the next man she'd be sleeping with be.

Christina was still on the long road to the capital, but had already cleared quite some distance, she only had a few dozen more miles to go.

Isaac left the building it had been too long since Christina had left he went to talk to Artorias to see what was going on and what made Christina leave.

Artorias stomped through town, pushing anyone too slow out of his way, heading towards the woods, planning on grabbing his armor, going back to the cave, maybe grabbing his greatsword, fixing up both and hunting down Christina, to at least tell her sorry, even if she wouldn't forgive him.

Isaac was making his way to the hospital and he was shoveed for no reason he turned around to see Artorias pushing through everybody in his way and screamed "Wait up Artorias!"

She eventually found an outpost on the side of the rode, and snuck up to it, grabbing the reins of a horse and galloping towards the capital before any of the soldiers there knew what happened.

"Hey!" he yelled catching up which was quite easy since everybody was already shoved out of the way "What happened, what made Christina run away." he said

Artorias growled, "I'm just going to say this once, me and her made a mistake, she left me with a skank who played doctor, I let my discipline go after that." Artorias turned around and kept walking, disappearing into the forest.

Christina continued to ride, a few dozen turned into a dozen, a dozen into six, and soon, she was galloping within a mile of the massive kingdom walls. Her armor was distinctive, so she'd most likely be arrested immediately, however, she did not intend to be apprehended so quickly, she intended to make it to the throne room to see these three Knights, perhaps even to die there. The irony of it all amused her, she wanted to face death of the very kind she had saved, yet this kind whom she saved had stabbed her in the back. Her heart ached.

Isaac now understood why she had run away and didn't bring it up anymore as he caught up he said "We need to find her she ran off after she went inside the hospit-" he stopped mid- sentence "A while ago."

"What do you think I'm going to do? I just need my armor and greatsword, and I'll find her, I won't rest until I do." Artorias continued on, stepping into the clearing his armor still on top of the circle of crimson snow, putting the armor on.

She entered the city after a several hours ride, the sun was now setting as guards pursued her while she galloped through the town, moving up towards the throne, once there, she hopped off the horse, striking down the two guards with one strike, and proceeded into the massive hall as light came from the outside into the bleak place, her sword was bloody in hand as she stood before the four men. Three of which were Knights, one, she would not be mistaken, was undoubtedly the Lord Kerain.

(please don't figure this out so quickly, I need time to fight, rather, I got something planned.)

(Okay, i caught up. Maybe ill have Adrian somewhere in the city, selling hides and the like. And mikhail could be one of the knights with Kerain and Christina)

Artorias sighed, staring down at the ground, knowing this was his fault, if he hadn't tried to intervened during that fight with the giant knight, he'd never have gotten that hurt, and wouldn't have had to deal with this. "I just mess everything up, don't I?" Artorias sighed, leaning against a tree.

"Hey it's not your fault I could have tried to stop her but I didn't just like my village where I got everybody killed, but you know the difference we won't let Christina die got it?" He said

Adrian sighed, handing the merchant a few coins. He should have known better than to befriend anyone. He took the fish out of the man's hand, wrapping it and slipping it into his pack.

Mikhail stood solemnly, glaring at the girl. He had heard of the White Strider, but he never expected to meet her in combat. He gripped his shield tightly, ready to spring to Lord Kerain's defense. He had never been defeated in one on one combat, but her reputation preceded her. The cold fingers of fear began to penetrate his mind. But he expelled the feeling- fear was simply a chain, holding him back.

"It is my fault, this entire thing is my fault. If I didn't come down and hunt her down personally me and her would never have fought, she would have kept running until she either got away or died. If I had simply done as she she said when the giant knight came around, I wouldn't have been left in the care of that skank of a nurse and wouldn't have done what I did. She wouldn't be who knows where." Artorias sighed, slamming the back of his helmeted head against a tree.

She breathed heavily, "Kerain..." Her voice was dangerous as she glared at him, walking forward quickly as she took good notice of the large Knight in the room. "I'll be your slave, you can have me executed, but to public example, whatever you wish..." She stared him down as she proceeded to add, "But you'll have to defeat me..." She raised her sword with both hands and brought the hilt to her neck as the pointed tip shone in the dark room.
