Generally they turn mad with power, depending on their colour it varies, but they turn into a slaz, a talented monster.

I can answer that. The eyes become more like the Color that they use as power. They eventually become 'Slaz' monsters. Highly skilled, but shunned, and revolting to most people. Cast out by society and considered insane.
