Fantasy The Random Hotel

feeling a little hungry again she heads down and seeing a restaurant she heads to it. approaching she sees the demon she sat down though pretty nervous. she wasn't exactly sure about the demon but she couldn't be all that bad. after all she had heard awful stuff on her race and she wasn't all of them at least her human side. she picked up a menu looking it over and said "Hey there..." to the Demon shyly and a "Morning, Thanks for last night." to Casey.
 
She frowned a bit at the question, seeming to think really hard about something. "Uummm... Sooort of..." She scrunched her face up, then gave her a bright, beaming smile. "I think I might kind of know what my name might've started with!"
 
Casey glanced up at Luna."You're welcome." Now a little more awake, she glanced at her table partner and nearly fell off her chair. Casey had never seen a demon before, and she didn't know that they existed, much less were ever likely to patronize the same hotel as her.

Sha'tana turned and saw scrawny woman with long hair. 'Hello there,' she said. Sha'tana smiled in response then said "Hi, are you a new guest here?" She waved toward 83. She selected want she wanted. "Raw meat with eggs would do." 83 nodded then asked, "How would you like your eggs? Usual?" she asked robotically. Sha'tana nodded, "Mmhmm." The green haired girl replied to her question, 'I think I might kind of know what my name might've started with!' Sha'tana chuckled a bit. "What letter would that be? Are you going to have a seat, you're making 83 nervous." She gestured toward a chair.

Casey was nearly frozen with shock. She managed a: "What... wait... what the hell are you?" directed at the scary red-skinned thing that was her table mate.
 
She sees the green girl "oh hey. thanks for helping on healing me yesterday." and she turns to the demon "yeah...checked in just last night...i-if y-you s-see a-any b-blood stains in the l-lobby sorry about that..." she said. you may see the girl has golden eyes, sharpened ears and as she orders a rare cooked breakfast sandwich.
 
Blinking her eyes rapidly, the green haired girl stared at the werewolf. "Oh yeah! I remember you! How did your wounds heal? Did it still hurt at all after they closed?" She asked her worriedly, moving a bit closer to her as she spoke.

Sha'tana was taken aback by Casey's question, "Pa-pardon me?" She sounded almost out of breath. She looked back at the guest who just recently checked in. She said to her, 'Yeah...checked in just last night...i-if y-you s-see a-any b-blood stains in the l-lobby sorry about that...' Sha'tana gave her a twisted, awkward smile, "No worries," she wanted to laugh, but Casey made her feel truly uncomfortable, "My robots are experts at cleaning."

Casey managed to pull herself together, and apologized: "I'm sorry, it's just the shock. I've never seen anyone like you before."
 
smiles at the green haired girl "yeah i'm doing good. you and your friend where real life savers." she said sweetly. "oh and i'm Luna. what's your name?" and she sighed in relief at what the demon said "that's good. a werewolf hunter tried to end me. the bugger wasn't big on quick or clean deaths as i nearly learned..."

She looked at Casey; she was checking if she was apologizing sincerely. "I've seen just about every type of being here." She paused to reflect on her previous customers, "From Gods to unorthodox looking critters, I feel that I have seen it all." She rested her elbow on the table then her head on her palm. 83 placed her blood-colored drink before her. It was warm. Just how she liked it, "Thank you, 83." Luna described the situation she was in, "Well, you're safe here, Luna." She took a sip of her drink, "I'm Sha'tana."

"Nice to meet you Sha'tana and thank you. i guess you own this place?" she asked. as the maid bot came by with her order "ah thank you...83 was it?" soon she starts chowing down hungrily on the sandwich causing an extra set of sharp canines to show and she is a bit of a messy eater.
 
"Hi! I don't really know my name, but I think I kinda remember the beginning of it, but Ajax has been calling me Laurel because he said that was his favourite colour of green so you can call me whatever you want!" She spoke quickly and didn't seem to breathe at all through the entire introduction, though she didn't appear to be out of breath at all at the end of it. She grinned at flopped down on a chair across from Sha'tana. "Hi Sha-Sha!"

"What give's you that idea?" she asked when Luna guessed that she owned the place. Sha'tana's eyes opened wide when she saw Luna eating like an animal. Well, she kind of is one... she thought to herself. She chuckled at Luna's dirty face. Her raw steak and sunny-side-up eggs just shortly arrived. She immediately held her fork and knife and began to eat. "Hi again, Laurel..." she smiled sweetly at the girl and quickly continued eating again.

The young girl sat in her chair, humming an odd tune and swaying to music only she could hear. She stopped this quite suddenly a moment later when her stomach made her hunger known. Very loudly.
 
She grinned sheepishly, blushing a little in slight embarrassment. "Thanks... Um... I'd like... Something with honey." She nodded once, as if confirming her words. (As if she'd actually made a legitimate order... Silly silly girl... x3 ))
 
looks up embaressed "sorry it's been awhile since i've had actual food, still getting used to it." she said "and you said i would be safe here so i was guessing... well either that or you have someone chasing you too or you've been here awhile..."

She waved off Luna's apology. "Actually, both are true." Sha'tana laughed. "You could say I'm a regular here, and I used to be part of a blood thirsty clan." She said the last part in a hushed voice. "Usually, when you're caught up in those situations, they don't let you go easily." Sha'tana spoke as if she were telling a scary story, but was being honest. Her raw steak was almost done and her eggs looked barely touched. Sha'tana made a mental note to just order steak, and try not to satisfy her human urges.

takes an interest and understands what she saying is true "ah so what was it like if your okay with talking about it mind telling what it was like like" she said quietly her ears twitching slightly.

Sha'tana laughed uneasily when Luna asked about her past, "I am not too fond with speaking of my past," she admitted. She saw her ears twitch and smiled at its cuteness. "Would you like to open up first?" she rubbed her arm shyly. She doesn't normally ask guests about their personal life, but Sha'tana's mind countered with a childesh, 'Well, she started it!' "I just MIGHT open up if you do." She said with a sly smile.

"well okay. i was a pretty normal girl but was never a social butter fly. but i had a few close friends so i was fine with it. then during a camping trip i was gather firewood..." she gulps and with diffuculty continues " i got attacked by some rabid thing. it banged me up pretty bad and bit my right leg..." she motions to the ragged bite scar " i got enough commotion to get my friends over to scare it off. we went to the hospital and i got treated. i though my fast recovery was just luck but then my first full moon came..." clearly it's getting difficult for her but she keeps going "i was lucky that the only thing i killed were some wild animals but i couldn't risk hurting my friends and family. i took what money i had and a spare set of cloths and ran away. i lived like a hermit not exactly opposed to hunters but they kept being into slow, painful death so i'd run. one chased me here and originally i was just going to quickly hide but here i am. that's my story." she said seemingly relieved to get it off her chest.
 
Nerissa entered the strange building. After venturing off too far from her town Nerissa found her self lost in a small village she had never seen before. "Huh" she said out loud as she looked around wide-eyed. "What IS this place!" she exclaimed aloud. around her was an antique looking hotel lobby. Taken aback Nerissa noticed two individuals whom appeared like they they were having a serious conversation. "I better not interrupt them" she thought to her self. not sure what to do Nerissa reached a nervous hand up to clutch the dolphin ocarina around her neck. Nerissa shifted her weight around unsure of what to do.(Sorry i'm not compleatly sure if you were in the lobby but i read "front of hotel")

"I feel like I'm going to have an interesting stay. The amount of different creatures I've seen here so far is more than I've seen in my life before this."


Casey looked at her menu and ordered some food from 83: A cup of coffee, some waffles, and bacon.
