Todoroki looked around noting how many others were nearby them. "Yeah." He said simply. The last thing they wanted was some hero getting the drop on them. Todoroki let Harley go with Bakugo to the flying swings while he went to the gift shop.

"Okay!" Koeri seemed to bounce around as he took her to the flying swings. "Shosho-nii didn't come too?" She looked around not spotting him as she sat in Bakugo's arms with Harley.

"Who said I'm not going?" Todoroki was quick to return and place a pair of cat ears on Harley's head. He didn't buy one for Koeri since she already had wolf ears, seemed a little odd to give a dog cat ears. Taking the little girl back into his arms as they headed into the line, Todoroki had almost a full smile on his lips.

"Is it gonna go down up and like whoooooosh?" Koeri made a bunch of spins with her arms and flopped them up and down wondering what the flying swings would be like. She'd never seen one of that size that would fly around.

"That's right Koeri."Bakugou says smiling happily something he never knew he could do as he watched the little girl in his arms.When it was their turn to get in the swings the attendant showed the two men to a bigger set of swings where it could fit four people.

Harley smiled happily as the attendant buckled the little girls in between the men.Koeri sat next to Bakugou as Harley was seated next to Todoroki.She took the ears off so they wouldnt fly away while they were spinning.

Looking around before she stared at Todoroki she smiled at him.As the swings started she was happy but as the ride got faster she clung to Todorokis side afraid.The ride went a bit faster as it spun them and was starting to slow down.Harley hid her face in todorokis shirt and held the ears close between the two.

Koeri was absolutely floored when the ride took off. At first it was scary when it lifted them off the ground and she clung to Bakugo's side but as they ride started spinning she got more excited. She couldn't contain her laughter as the contraption spun them around, she even put her hands in the air. As it started to slow down and bring the riders back to the ground she felt winded and dizzy. "Again again." She said as her head bobbled back and forth and her eyes had trouble focusing.

Todoroki held on to Harley for the duration of the ride, keep one hand against her back in case she started to fall. When it was over he was the first to unhook the seat and get out. "How about we go see the other rides? Wasn't this one fun? I bet the other ones are just as entertaining." Todoroki lifted Harley from the seat and set her on the ground to see if she was too dizzy to walk or not. The ride had given him a bit of whimsy so he was in a much more lifted mood.

Harley held onto todorokis pant leg as she was a bit dizzy.She looked around and put her kitty ears back on.She looked at Koeri,"No spinning."She says looking at her friend.

Bakugou got off holding Koeri as he chuckled,"the other rides sound fun also come let's go check them out."He says to her smiling as he pat her head.He looked at Todoroki,"No matter what she is mine I wont let anybody touch her or harm her what about you?"He asks as Harley looked around the park.

"Kaa-chan and Todoroki-kun?"Izuku Midoriya says behind them as Harley turned around to look at the green haired pro hero who was out with his girl friends.Harley clung to Todoroki as she watched Izuku and Uraraka.

"I'd never let anything happen to her. I agreed to be a prince... or was it a knight?" He jested as he gave Harley a pat on the head. His mood was fine up until he heard that sickeningly familiar voice. Out of any day they could have come it had to be the day these two idiots decided to go as well. Todoroki froze unsure of what action he should take at first. It's been so long since he last spoke to Midoriya that he wasn't sure what to expect when he turned around. He had to play it cool for the girls' sakes. There were likely other old classmates of his as well as pro heroes roaming about so he had to play this carefully. "Hello Midoriya," his eyes glanced to the brunette, "and you as well Uraraka." He gave them a small wave before looking to Bakugo. He knew they had some bad blood so he gave him the look of 'keep it together'.

Koeri was all but spinning around too dizzy to focus as lifted her up. Her nose twitched a bit smelling others approaching them and her head snapped in their direction. For some reason she didn't like them, most likely from the aura radiating off of Bakugo. "Katsu-nii how they know Shosho-nii? Friends?" Her head cocked to the side curiously as she watched their every move.

"Ah Kaa-chan you have a daughter you as well Todo-chan."Uraraka says as she kneels to look at Harley and Koeri but Harley glared at her."Faker!"Harley shouts.Uraraka looked shocked,"what do you mean cutie?"The brunette asks as Harley looked at Izuku and Uraraka.
"You two have been following us since we came here.Leave Baku-nii and Shou-nii alone they are nice and not mean like fakers like you."She shouts.

Bakugou saw todorokis expression as he knew he couldnt start a fight especially here.This place had many pro heros spending a day off with their families.When Harley went off on Uraraka and deku he knew the girl was overly perceptive.And as the child spoke Urarakas face told him and todoroki what the two needed to see.Uraraka was a bit scared that the two had been found out by a toodler.Deku on the other hand smiled as he looked at Koeri,"she looks familiar."Deku says as he went to pat Koeris head but was kicked in the shin.

"Leave us alone!"Harley shouts as she kept Kicking Izuku in the leg.

"Daughter?" Koeri tilted her head even more confused. Bakugo definitely wasn't her father and how this brunette got that impression was beyond her. She immediately pulled away from Midoriya's hand as he tried to reach for her. Her ears flattened ontop of her head and she clung to Bakugo. "You can't tackle me from onii-san!" She ended up getting so riled up that she transformed into a wolf while Harley was busy kicking Midoriya in the shins.

"What do you want from us?" Todoroki scooped up his little guardian before she broke Midoriya's fragile legs and held her in his arms. He was silently proud of her with how perceptive she could be and how brave she was. "Better start talking before we get a little less... tame." Todoroki's eyes narrowed at the two as he spoke. He was curious why they would approach them like this and come up with a lame excuse like that.

Koeri squirmed out of Bakugo's grasp until she was on the ground. Something about the green-haired one looked and smelled familiar but she couldn't place her finger on it. So she got closer to sniff his person but she since was so small she only came up to his knees. She growled a bit as her tail tucked between her legs sensing he couldn't be trusted.

"Fine we got reports of two pro heros gone missing.And we found them,Koeri and Harley both strong pro heros and both equally as dangerous."Izuku says crossing his arms as he told the two male villains their intentions.

"We have been making sure Koeri and Harley were tame and when they went missing we thought the league had something to do with it and we were right."Uraraka says as Harley squirmed out of todorokis grasp and called to Koeri.

"Ko ko come over here."Harley says to her friend.Once harley and Koeri were behind the two they were surrounded by the pro heros in the park.

"Shit we wont be able to fight against this many pro heros."Bakugou says as a sudden blast of pink smoke appeared behind the men as Koeri and Harley were in their proper ages again.Bakugous phone rang as he answered before sighing,"Boss got rid of the girl who did that to the girls and her quirk was deactivated."Bakugou says as the two girls were wearing barely any clothes as their dresses were ripped into tight crop tops and mini skirts.

Koeri started coughing as she transformed back. Her clothes now ripped and tightly squeezing against her skin. “What the hell...” she felt groggy and had faded recollection of what was going on. “W-Why am I naked??” She looked down at herself with a light blush across her cheeks seeing how she was barely dressed.

Todoroki groaned seeing the smoke. This was a terrible time for the two of them to transform back. It would have been easier for him to get them away if they were still toddlers. “We can’t fight all of these heroes... we need to get out of here.” He should’ve known better than bringing them out in public but he figured if they were kids no one would recognize them.

“Ochaco-chan? Izu-chan? What are you guys doing here..? What are we doing here..?” Koeri rubbed her head as things started to clear up. She was a little groggy as if she had just woken up but she recalled other things before this. “Hassan what’s going on?”

"Koeri get down."Harley says as a pro hero aimed to grab Koeri but Harley reacted much more faster.She stood and blocked the guy before head butting him but he scratched her exposed stomach causing her to bleed.Harley remembered everything before she kicked the pro hero away and looked at Izuku and Uraraka."so we only became pro heros in the worlds eyes so we could be watched and monitored.Then I quit being a pro hero."Harley says as her black smoke appears and people start to run.

Bakugou looked at Todoroki,"our cue to leave."He says before taking off his shirt and putting it on Koeri as he wore a tank top underneath.He scooped Koeri up and rushed out holding her like she was nothing.Izuku and Uraraka were floating in the air above Harleys smoke as Izuku looked at todoroki.As the pro heros fainted as they were shown so many thing they were afriad of Harley looked at Todoroki before she took his hand and ran with him."come on my dear prince."She joked.

Koeri had tears in her eyes realizing the only reason they allowed her to become a hero was to make sure she wouldn’t become a villain. Not for her skill or good heart but to be monitored so she couldn’t be used against them. Everything she hoped for, everything she dreamed of came crashing down as Bakugo carried her off. She stayed silent just allowing the tears to stream down her cheeks.

“I can move faster than you.” Todoroki swiftly threw Harley over his shoulder and used his ice to glide away from the smoke. He was exceptionally fast now that he had better control over his powers so he was easily able to put a good distance between them and the heroes. “You’ve just declared yourself a villain princess. I hope you know what that entails.” He didn’t plan to make a public statement or movement with her for some time, maybe even use her as a double agent but after today word would spread like wildfire. He pulled out his phone as he ducked into an alley far away from the amusement park. “Where are you?” He texted Bakugo.

Bakugou looked at his phone,"I'm in the safe spot we decided ten years ago.Nobody followed us.Koeri needs her friend quickly."Bakugou replies to todoroki as he set Koeri down and kneeled infront of her."Hey koeri look at me I'm not going to let anything happen to you.Remember that mean man from the headquarters I protected you right and I'm going to protect you still."Bakugou says.

Harley blushed a bit as she was still barely clothes when she was thrown over his shoulder.She looked at him,"I'm not a princess I'm a dark queen now."She says chuckling a bit before they stopped.She looked around for something to wear while he texted Bakugou.She looked before she gently touched his hair before she blushed a bit,"how is your hair so soft?"She asks.

Koeri curled in on herself against the wall the moment he set her down. She tucked her knees into her chest and sank her head down as she trembled. “They lied to me..” The wolf looked up with puffy eyes and tears streaming down from them. Her ears were flattened against her hair and her tail wrapped around her waist. “They told me I could be a good hero and help people... they told me it was different a-and they trusted me... they lied... they lied...” she shook her head feeling more than betrayed.

Todoroki took off the button up shirt he was using as a jacket and passed it to Harley when he set her down. He wore a plain shirt underneath so he didn’t mind. “Come on. I think Koeri is having a breakdown.” He took her hand and started guiding her to the meetup location knowing exactly where it was. “And it’s soft because I use conditioner like my sister always told me to when I was younger.” Even though he didn’t particularly like his family some things were just instilled in him that he couldn’t let go of. Proper care of himself was one of them.

He took her to the location where he spotted Bakugo attempting to calm her down from crying. She didn’t make noise or even move but the tears wouldn’t stop falling and she refused to move. “Betrayed trust is a hard thing to move on from...” he would know, he’s been though it before. So he sympathized, even if just a bit, with their situation.

Harley ran to koeri,"Hey hey hey now wolf pup dont cry.We are together right no matter what do you remember the promise we made.As long as we are together nothing will bring us down.We dont need the heros sweetheart we only need each other.And the two villains who have protected us when we were weak kids."Harley says to Koeri calming her friend down.

Bakugou looked at Todoroki,"what are we going to do now?"He asks curiously,"we are going to have to wait till night fall before we can get to our places."Bakugou says

Koeri started sniffling as she jumped up to hug Harley. “No one else can be trusted... ever again... we don’t need the heroes. They protected us as kids... I remember. I remember everything.” She looked to Bakugo before looking back to Harley, rubbing her eyes in the process. “Only them.”

Todoroki thought for a moment before letting out a long sigh. “We’ll have to go to the underground and pay my brother a visit.” He doesn’t particularly like seeing his brother but it was the only option they had to lay low. Not that they had bad blood but his brother was a bit more intense than he was. “He practically runs the underground and it’ll be easier to stay there for some time than moving on the surface.” The underground was basically a city under the city and the only way to get there was through the sewers. He knew his way around it thanks to Dabi so he could easily lead the way.

Harley looked at him as she touched forehead with Koeri before she stood."let's go there is a sewer entrance in this alley."Harley says as she showed them to the hidden man hole."it was used for security purposes but people forgot about it."She says to Todoroki and Bakugou.

"Let me go in first incase its dangerous."Bakugou says as he climbed down.He looked around before saying that it was clear,he held his arms up for Koeri as she climbed down.He held her so she wouldnt have to walk barefoot in the gross waters.

Harley looked at Todoroki,"before we go down I want to say thank you.You have done quite a bit for me and Koeri as well as the pomeranian down there."she says to him as she climbed down stepping into the murky waters as she shivered and made a face."Slimy."She muttered sticking her tongue out.

Koeri wrapped her much longer tail around her face to prevent herself from smelling the scents going on in the sewer. Her senses were much more heightened now that she was older and being down here made her want to vomit and pass out. “Thanks...” she mumbled as she leaned her head against Bakugo.

Todoroki lifted Harley onto his back so she wouldn’t have to sift through the sewer with barely any clothes on. “You’ll get sick like that. Or worse, get bit by something.” He took long strides to get to the front of the group so he could lead the way. “There’s a secret entrance a little ways down marked by a certain symbol. It should take us into one of the tunnels.” Dabi had many hidden entrances to his little city and Todoroki knew where each of them were and how to access it.

Not too much farther down he stopped noting the little kanji for fire placed on one of the bricks. It was tiny and easily missable by anyone who didn’t know where it was. He pressed the brick that clicked in and a secret door slid open. “This way.” He said as he lit a small flame into his hand to use as light. When they entered the door closed behind them seamlessly sliding back into place.

Bakugou followed as he sighed,"your brother still works for Shigaraki doesnt he?"Bakugou asks as he walked letting Koeri relax in his arms.He smiled at her a bit when his head nuzzled against hers gently.

Harley on the other hand was bright red as she held onto Todorokis back.She made sure that his shirt was covering her body while he walked."Am I heavy I can get down."She says in his hair.

"I remember the last time I was in the underground... I did not like it." Koeri shuddered at the thought. She had been in the lower city once before undercover for the heroes but she had fallen down a manhole and got lost in the sewers when she was a kid. She was gone for two days before her family found her. "Too many villains live there..."

"What kind of prince would I be if I couldn't carry my queen hmm?" Todoroki teased as he felt the heat radiate from her body. He took a left turn when the path split followed by a right then another right. "Yes and no. They work together sometimes but Dabi is more independent again. He doesn't just work under him anymore." He continued on seeing the door up ahead that they needed to go through. "There." They came to a stop as the thick steel door and Todoroki pressed a series of hidden buttons to open up another trigger-locked door that would shut behind them. As soon as they stepped through they were met with a vastly large open area with high ceilings that was like it's own small city. There were shops around, living arrangements, entertainment and food. If it weren't surrounded by the sewers it'd be a regular city like on the surface.

"Maybe we can buy some clothes but Hassan and I would need disguises... We're known heroes... well... used to be." Koeri suggested.

"We need to find Dabi first. He's probably in some bar or doing something stupid... Just keep your heads down." Todoroki lead the way down into the city.

Harley stayed on todorokis back as she put her head in the crook of his neck."Me and your brother have fought a couple times before each time came to a draw.Then we made a truce."She says as she stayed still so he wouldnt have trouble carrying her.

Bakugou continued to Hold Koeri as he pet her head a bit."Dont worry wolf I wont let nobody hurt you at all.Ill blast their asses into a million pieces."Bakugou says as he made sure she didnt hide his face,"after all you two are villains now and it should be on the news that Harley attacked pro heros so they shouldnt do anything to you two down here."Bakugou says.

Todoroki smirked. "You're pretty strong if you met him and didn't get burnt to a crisp. He's not as soft as I am." He knew he wasn't as ruthless as Dabi was even if he tried to act like he was. The only soft spot the older male had was for his brother and the two of them didn't always get along.

"That's 'cause you're way strong Katsu-san." She giggled as she wrapped her tail around him. "How fast do you think word travels down here? I'd be surprised if they knew anything that went on up top. A lot of the quirk users with oddities to them... Things society tries to brush under the rug.. live down here. They only know what they're told..." Koeri felt odd being here again. Mostly because the scents that floated around really messed with her senses. She pressed her face into Bakugo's neck taking in his natural scent in hopes of it overpowering the ones around her. "So intoxicating..."

Todoroki looked around avoiding the odd glances others were giving him. They knew who he was and he was sure they knew who the rest of his party was as well. Their poisonous whispers and condescending looks made him want to break one of their legs just because he could. As he strolled past a rubber man he grabbed them and pinned him against the wall. "Where's Dabi? I'm tired of looking and I don't have all day."

"The hell would I tell you for? You want him go find him yourself loser." The male scoffed trying to stretch away but Todoroki held a firm grip as his other hand lit with flames all while not letting Harley off his back.

"Might I remind you what fire does to elastics rubber duckling?" Todoroki had a menacing look in his eye that could only rival his brother's, something the denizens of this city all knew too well. The man was quick to give in and tell them where he was last spotted. "Waste of space..." He pushed the other male back into the street so he could run off but Todoroki's once serious expression lightened again. "I prefer the direct route. He's in someplace called Autre Vie."

Koeri's ears immediately flattened remembering what that place was. "It's a nightclub.... a really intense nightclub." She jumped down from Bakugo's grasp but stood up on the balls of her feet. Her tail stayed wrapped around her face like a mask. "I know where that is come on." It was easy to guide them to the building that looked a bit secluded but had a bright sign and bustling people. Even with it being midday it was packed with people and had loud music fired up.

Harley got off todorokis back as she was trying not to squeal with fangirling from the dangerous aura the man just had.She had found that about him attractive and alluring.She looked at the nightclub before she smiled and unbuttoned some of the shirt and began to show some cleavage.

Bakugou looked at Koeri,"what is so intoxicating about my scent?"He asks curiously with a smirk.He looked over at Todoroki,"you two can go ahead I can wait out here with Koeri if she doesnt want to go in."He says.

Harley was missing from Todorokis side as she was already entering the club.She didnt wait for anybody to tell her otherwise as she walked through finding Dabi surrounded by girls who used more make up than anything to look pretty.

"I see you are still a play boy."Harley says as she crossed her arms looking at the fire quirk user.She looked at him waiting for him to speak to her.The two had a truce and they were no longer rivals more like frenemies.

Koeri didn't know whether to be amazed that Harley fit into this role so well or envious that she didn't get to do it first. "I don't know.. Just... something about it makes me want to never be apart from you. Maybe it's because I accept you as- a-as-" Her cheeks turned bright red almost saying something from her inner thoughts. "Come on they might need back up! Y-Yeah! We should linger around in c-case they need us..!" Koeri already looked like she was wearing a minidress thanks to the shirt coming down no farther than her butt with her tail and it fitting to her decently well.

Todoroki was quick to follow after Harley not wanting her to go in alone looking as good as she did. She disappeared into the crowd for a moment but soon he spotted her.

"Well well look what the cat dragged in." Dabi was seated back with his arms wide and legs spread. He had a blunt on his lips that he made sure to take a long drag from before passing it to one of the many girls seated around him. "I see you're still uptight about it. You're just mad you didn't get the chance doll." He smirked as he watched her but it was clear he was high out of his mind.

"And she never will from the likes of you. I'll see to it." Todoroki narrowed his eyes as he pulled her back and stood with his arms crossed.

"Ahh, my dear younger brother. Already getting possessive Shoto~? How unlike you, and visiting me? You never come to visit your poor lonely older brother." He made a faked bothered look and the girls started to pepper him with kisses and praise, fangirls will do anything.

"Quit playing around. Leave. Now." Todoroki gave the girls a look and Dabi nodded them off. Sadly, all the girls grumbled as they marched away.

"Well now that you've killed my entertainment for the night what can I do for you? What brings you to my doorstep Shoto?" Dabi took another hit, letting out a thin trail of smoke before Todoroki let out a very exasperated sigh.

"I need... your help..." Todoroki never thought he'd say the words again but here he was.

Koeri was uncomfortable the moment she stepped into the club. She hated loud crowded environments but she had to be there in case Harley needed her. She had to be by her side. As she started to weave through people in the crowd it was getting increasingly more difficult to see where she was going or even breathe. The air was filled with smoke and people were pressed together dancing. Somehow she ended up alone in the middle of the dancefloor with no idea where any of the others could be. Because she was so short people started to jostle her around and even grab onto her as they pulled her every which way. Soon there was one girl holding one arm, another boy rubbing her tail pressed behind her, and another boy holding another arm. "H-Hey..! L-Let g-go of me damnit!" As they started rubbing at her ears and poking at her it was almost reflex to give into it like a puppy. She ended up biting the girl for not letting her arm go and freeing her other arm by clawing the other boy. The other boy behind her found her too 'small and cute' to be a threat.

Bakugou lost sight of Koeri before he spotted her again and grabbed a mans face who was petting her tail.He exploded the mans face before giving a dangerous aura and glare at everybody else."Who else wants to fucking die!"Bakugou says as people backed off.He looked at Koeri,"you okay pup?"He asks.

Harley blushed a bit as Shouto appeared as if out of no where.She smiled at his protectiveness of her,"Touya me and a friend of mine are in a bit of heat and we need a place to lay low with Your brother and The pomeranian."She says using Dabis actual name as she watched him.

Bakugo seemed to create a small circle around them giving them some space. Koeri quickly jumped onto him and wrapped her arms around his neck. She used her tail to press them closer together as she held him close. "Katsu-san..." Her head rubbed into him as she purred lightly. "Yes. Are you okay?" The wolf giggled as she started swaying them slightly, her mood changing to be something lighter now that he was near.

"Don't call me that." Dabi hated his actual name, he claims its entirely separate being from him now. He let out a sigh before he sat upright. "Anything for my baby brother and his girlfriend. You're free to stay down here as long as you like. Rico!" He called over a tall male with an eye patch that seemed to stand guard. "Tell everyone that Shoto and his friends aren't to be messed with. If someone wants to try anything they'll answer to me." The man nodded as he started walking off. "As for you, you probably smell like shit and want to get fresh clothes. You're free to get whatever you want no one will charge you or give you trouble if you say you're my brother. If you need somewhere to stay for the night then go to Pink Mochi. It's a little shady and I'd recommend not touching anything in the public bathrooms but the rooms are clean." He gave them a thumbs up and Todoroki groaned.

"Just text me the information. We'll go pick up some other stuff for now." Todoroki gave Dabi his number so he could give him the rest of the information. "And... thanks... for being reliable."
