Fisk - A would-be annoyance, if Fabio ever got annoyed. He finds the other boy somewhat amusing and finds mild enjoyment in his antics. He doesn't really mind what Fisk thinks of him and finds his paranoia a sign of weakness, meaning he must be protected.
Fabienne - His unofficial little sister, he likes to comfort her when she's sad and is always willing to listen to her problems. He especially likes to look after her because he feels that she can't always defend herself.

Appearance:
Considering himself as a 'pretty tall guy', Matthew stands at around 6 foot and 2 inches tall. He has a slightly muscular build and scars all over his body due to 'workplace hazards'. He has brown eyes, black hair, and a smug look on his face that makes it look like he's looking for trouble.

Blessing:
Wargod's blessing- As long as he has a clear intention to kill, Matthew's blessing activates and gives him increased strength and endurance and red glowing eyes (for some reason). His combat skill also improves, which could theoretically outmatch an entire army. He is also able to wield any weapon he can find with expert proficiency as long as he can carry it. However, his need to kill also grows stronger once the blessing is used and he will continue to act on instinct, disregarding any plan given to him or made by him, until it fades. The blessing fades when he is worn out, the people he wanted to die are killed, or when someone convinces him to stop.

Personality:
Most of the time, Matthew is an asshole. He would say what he thinks without tact and without regard to the feeling of others. He would also say jokes that would be considered as offensive or even insulting to others. However, he may be an asshole but he's not a complete dick. He does try to fit in with the group, despite his not-so-subtle remarks about them, knowing that a team works well when everyone gets along. In fact, despite his short temper and impatience, he follows instructions well and would prefer to stick to the plan made as much as possible. He has adapted this behaviour from the countless gangs he had joined in the past that would conduct heist every now and then.

Relationship:
The order of the white lotus- Originally, the order was going to conduct a drug bust operation in the city when they encountered Matthew. He was a member of the gang that was involved in the operation. Matthew managed to kill 2 of the members of the order before they were able to apprehend him and the rest of his gang. They soon learned that he has a blessing as well so the order gave him a choice. He could join the order and use his blessing for good or he could be executed in the gallows along with the rest of his gang. Of course, he chose the former.

Sorry but there are quite a few things that are not matching with what i had in mind for this rp.

First of, the blessing he has is supposed to start way weaker than it could be, but get stronger through the rp. Also it is supposed to be something they can actively choose to use and that can be used in multiple ways. I like the idea behind his blessing, but the way it is, it just does not fit this rp.

Further, i dont think a kid (he would have been around like 12) that is barely trained could kill two of the strongest warriors the world knows.

Willa is a young woman that stands at 5'7'', with a fit and failr tall figure that while appearing rather well-built appearance-wise, carries a certain air of elegance and confidence in the way she strides and poses. Her hair is of a light blonde, almost white in a certain angle, that reaches her waist although in combat situations kept on a ponytail or a braided bun, with rosy pink eyes, leading some to discern her as a host of an albino gene, most likely from her mother. She possesses a pale complexion, naturally, with faint scars here and there, most notably around her thighs, arms an chest. More often than not, she is seen wearing a compass in a necklace.

Willa has what could be discern as casuality perception, as in the ability to perceive and understand all cause and effect relations, deducing the path leading to any effect, allowing her to plan, analyze, and take action with absolute efficiency. Thus, she can calculate the cause and effect relations of her own thoughts giving her the ability to tackle a various situations by simply thinking about possible routes she could take. When she is successful in finding the right path to victory, she might be rewarded with an enhancement of some sort, although if randomized.

Personality
One may describe her as overwhelming, one may go for intense, insane may pop up once in a while in the case of those most easily impressed, but one matter is cear when it comes to the identity of the daughter of Francis Llywelyn; her spirit is not one so easily tamed, as she is a force to be reckoned with. Confident and passion-driven, there is no denying the fire that burns in the soul of this female, as she keeps a steady and ambitious outlook in life. Never afraid to take risks and to speak her mind, people can just as despise as they can appreciate him for her transparency and straighforward nature. Under any circunstances will Willa give up on her independence and freedom for being controlled and manipulated by those older than her. She knows what she wants and what she is pursuing in the future and no one will ever rob her of that.

A person renown for her wit and strength, she has a certain charisma, that while not infallible, has a way with people overall. Expressing no fear in acting upon her opinioned, strong-minded demeanor, she can be very stubborn and aggressive in how she interacts with others, having a hard time accepting failure if it lies on her and her alone. A trait that comes from her Blessing comes in the form of being observant and analytical, able to figure out one’s weaknesses just by a few minutes of interacting with them, as well as calculate their every move and so forth, making her somewhat manipulative to a fault.

Despite what most can perceive as someone with an arrogant and cndescending demenor, no one can deny that there is good in her heart, namely in her compassion and desire to protect those she cares more than ever. She can be playful and give in to a game of wit and snark but you must be close for her to break from her façade of a serious-minded and confident strategist. In addition, she is more often that not given the impression of a tomboy-ish individual, given how much she fawns over cute girls, has a bit of a gentleman attitude and how at ease she feels among men.

A similar issue that i had with Alias character.

The blessing should be something they can actively use and improve on.

Maybe for the beginning, she can to a point calculate the outcome of a action or predict actions of others, when she is concentrating on doing so. However, the longer she does so, the more she gets drained. Also, the predictions are not always 100% correct in stressful situations like combat. It would like that leave the spirit of the ability the same, but make it a bit more suitable.
