Kai sighed as he tucked his phone back into his pocket. Man, the boss could be so demanding sometimes. He then looked over to his dashboard, there stood a note.

Alright, first stop of the night. Kai pulled up in front of a simplistic looking house. He exited what appeared to be a large van that practically blended into the dark night. He approached the door and knocked. That's when he heard the sound of approaching feet as it opened up. There was a young adult staring out at Kai, rubbing his eye as he muttered,"Uh...who exactly are-" But before the boy could finish his statement, a syringe was shoved into his neck. The boy fell onto his knees and then flat onto his face in front of Kai. The man smiled like a maniac as he picked the boy up with ease before bounding the boy's arms together and tossing him into the van. "Now, who's next?" said Kai to himself as he stared at the note on his dashboard.


No one knows why parents would allow their kids to become test subjects in brutal experiments that would both physically and mentally scar their children. Perhaps, some of them didn't even have parents to begin with and the orphanage signed them over. You're among the group that was loaded onto that dreaded van. It's odd, it almost feels as if your memories are beginning to fade. The only things that instantly come to mind are you name, age, and the occasional fragment of a much larger memory. Your destination is unknown, as is your fate, but one thing is for sure...life will never be the same for the poor souls that were loaded onto the van that day.

The van drove for quite some time. It seemed like Kai had done his job the way it was intended for there were multiple people in the van. Some, were teens while others seemed to be in adulthood. As the van hit a bump Kito woke up and suddenly looked around. His vision was still blurry and he still felt like he would fade back to sleep any moment now. The boy tried to move his arms, but found that they were tied up behind him. When he attempted to move his legs, he could easily tell that they were bound to his seat. Desperate, Kito spoke out into what appeared to be only darkness. "H-hello? Is anyone t-there?"

Miziki groaned lightly and slowly opened her eyes when the van hit a bump in the road. Opening her eyes as a bit of a moot point considering she was blind, but she didn't like telling people she was considering she managed just fine on her own otherwise. She could tell multiple people were in the van with her, whether or not they were concious was the hard part. She winced as pain slowly surfaced in her neck, she briefly wondered why before remembering someone had stabbed her in the neck with what was undoubtedly a syringe with some form of sleeping drug. She just couldn't really remember anything beyond that or why it happened. Shortly after she woke up she heard someone speak, she moved to face them but found she was completely bound. Though being tied up was the least of her problems. "Uh..Hi." She responded, not really sure what to say beyond that. "What happened? Why am I here?" She asked, wondering if whoever was talking knew something she didn't or if the guy was potentionally who did this to her.

Kito was happy to hear another voice. The only thing was, she seemed just as confused as he was! He looked at the direction he heard the voice in and replied,"I-I don't know. I just woke up here after some guy stabbed me with a syringe. Are we kidnapping victims!? Are they gonna keep us here?" before suddenly beginning to hyperventilate. Kito was honestly terrified, what had he or anyone else done to deserve this!? He began to shake nervously as he tried to remove his restraints but to no avail. He then spoke once again,"My name is Kito, do you have any idea where they're planning to take us?"

Kito was happy to hear another voice. The only thing was, she seemed just as confused as he was! He looked at the direction he heard the voice in and replied,"I-I don't know. I just woke up here after some guy stabbed me with a syringe. Are we kidnapping victims!? Are they gonna keep us here?" before suddenly beginning to hyperventilate. Kito was honestly terrified, what had he or anyone else done to deserve this!? He began to shake nervously as he tried to remove his restraints but to no avail. Miziki was oddly calm compared to Kito who was absolutely freaking out. Though the more panicked he became the more she started to worry herself, albeit slowly. It seemed he knew absolutely nothing himself, which really didn't ease her worries. She guessed they were kidnapping victims, she didn't exactly think this was normal at all. "I guess we are..and my name is Miziki." She replied. "I don't know where we're going either..I can't remember anything myself." She told him. "What do you think they're going to do to us?" She asked her.

Ajax Donovan

Ajax was sitting at a fairly new wooden table in his dining room with his parents eating the food his mother had prepared for everyone a few minutes earlier. He noticed that his parents were acting quite differently that usual, the seemed, happier. He decided to ignore it and just go about eating his food when someone rang the doorbell. Who in their right mind would be showing up at someone's house this late at night? That thought ran through his head as he looked up at his parents, who were looking at each other and, smiling. This was very strange for them, they always seemed so down in the dumps and not once has he seen them actually smiling. His mother broke the silence.


"Do you think you can go and answer the door, sweety?" She asked while pointing her fork at him.


Ajax sighed and begrudgingly stood up from his seat and walked over to the door. Opening the door he saw a strange man, who he didn't recognize in the slightest. Before he could open his mouth, the man moved towards him and he felt a sharp pain in his neck. He stepped back and looked down at the man's hand, which held a strange needle like object. The room around him started spinning and he started stumbling before falling onto his back with a loud thud. He looked towards his parents for help, but they just stared at him and kept on smiling. The last thing he remembers before completely blacking out was him trying to reach out to his parents, and them just turning back to their meal calmly.


That was a good half hour or so ago and the drug still hadn't completely worn off. Ajax could barely open his eyes right now, let alone talk to the faint voices he could hear around him. The most he could do is let out a low groan and slightly bump his left knee into one of the other people around him.

Levi wakes up to a faint buzzing and vibration of the wall where his head is resting. Because of his choice of clothing, sweat is forming on his forehead. Levi raises his hand to wipe the sweat, but felt a little tug to both of his hands. He realized that he is tied up, and not only that, he is bound to where he is sitting on. Wherever he is, it seems to be moving. Damn, I shouldn't have taken that damn route! I've been kidnapped! Where could they be taking me? He thought. His body tenses up and his heart begins to race. He frantically looks around, but he cannot see anything other than a little light that seeps from a gap at the opposite side of where he is sitting. He felt a bump, the car might have run over an uneven road. After a while, he heard a man speak.


"H-hello? Is anyone t-there?"


Levi set his gaze towards where the sound is coming from. A few moments later, a girl responds to his call. Levi just kept quiet the whole time and overhears their conversation. A fellow victim? Maybe they made a mistake of taking me. I'm not part of a gang, or whatsoever, to be dragged into this. He thought. He kept himself vigilant through the whole time, listening to the two people who're talking, or maybe too vigilant. He felt something hit his leg, though it is not that hard, it still made him jerk his bindings and acted in panic. W-wait! Y'all got the wrong person here! Let me go! He exclaimed.

Kito immediately went back to hyperventilating when he heard the voices of more people. He ducked his head down and almost whimpered as he said,"This can't be r-real! I'm sleeping right now, y-yeah I'm asleep. I'll wake up in a few moments and be out of this hell-hole!" Kito completely refused the accept the truth, to accept reality. It was very hard to see in the near pitch-black darkness, but Kito's eyes began to well up with tears. Then, the poor boy began to sob, he had no idea how anyone could remain calm in this situation. Why did this have to happen to him!?

Natsume's eyes finally opened up. Her body was still droozy from whatever drug they injected her with, her neck stinging from where the syringe was injected. However these were the least of her problems as she found herself in the back of a dark van. In the back of the van there were other people with her, which was somewhat comforting. If she was getting kidnapped she wasn't going alone. Bringing up a hand she brushed some of her blonde hair away from her face and spoke up, interrupting whatever conversations that were going on. "Where are we? Is this some sort of joke or something?"

Miziki turned her head towards Ajax as she heard him groan, another person in the van. Then Levi, another person. Just how many people did whoever kidnapped her and Kito kidnap? The more the thought about it the more her normally high resolve started to break, her herself becoming more and more panicked. Were they going to be sold as slaves? Inducted into some foreign legion? Used as suicidal terrorists? So what, she heard a lot of TV and had an overactive imagination. Though everything she thought of had a very real possibility of happening. When Kito started breaking down crying she sighed. "It is real...panicking won't help. I'm scared to but..panicking won't solve anything. We need to think of some kind of plan. Surely they can't transport us properly without carrying us unless they remove the binds on our legs, right?" She told them nervously. They'd stand a chance if such a thing happened. Her herself would have no chances whatsoever at escaping, even if she followed closely behind everyone else.


Soon enough someone else woke up, another female. Well, she could rule one option out. Possibly. She shook her head, sighing heavily. "I don't know..and I don't think so..I..I don't know..." She whined, slowly becoming more and more panicked, tears at the edges of her eyes. "What do you think they even want with us?" She asked.

Ajax finally started coming to completely as everyone around him was freaking out. Every single one of them was shouting the same things and asking the same questions. Someone near him even started to cry. Ajax new that in these types of situations, you should stay calm, and never give up, but these children all around him clearly didn't. He had to calm them down, he had to bring some order to this dark place, and he was at his breaking point. It started to quite down a bit, but that damn kid just kept on crying, Ajax finally had enough and snapped.


"Alright, that's it! I've had enough of all of you. Yes we're getting kidnapped, and yes this is bad! But the last thing we all need is everyone freaking out and crying! He shouted to the group, hell, maybe even the driver over heard him. "Now listen, we need to stay calm if we're going to try and make it out of this. Everyone, just try and feel around behind you and see if there's something that you can use to free yourself from your restraints. And if you can, check your pockets and see if our kidnapper took anything. If not, and you still, by chance, have your phone or some other way to contact the police, do so. He said in a more calm and hushed tone.


Someone needed to take charge, and it might as well have been him. Sure he was kinda harsh, but it needed to be done. He started o feel around his back, but found nothing. Damn, whoever took them was smarter than your average kidnapper. Then, he started to wiggle his hips around so he could position his pockets into the reach of his pockets, he could just feel his Swiss army knife deep down in his pocket, but it was just out of his reach, but maybe not out of his neighbor's. He turned his head to face the person who his leg had touched earlier and bent towards him and whispered in his general direction.





"Hey you, yeah, you, I need you to try and reach into my pocket. I have something that can hopefully get us all out of this mess, but I just can't reach it." @Kayzo @Isune

Kito continued to sob even as the girl sitting next to him tried to comfort him. Even as a much older person yelled Kito continued his crying. But finally, his crying went to silence as the older boy came up with his plan. Kito looked around, but didn't see anything that would be able to cut him free. When he managed to get his hands into his pockets, he found that there was nothing in them aside from pocket change and lint. He shook his head and only said, "N-no luck h-here." Hopefully, the others might have something of use. But even then, what were the chances that the people who kidnapped them weren't armed?

She agreed with him, and it actually did calm her down somewhat. Maybe in the least she could help the others escape, even if she couldn't herself. One of them might be able to carry her, or help her even. She was kind of light after all, and none of these people sounded like young children. When she was told to try to remove the binds on her hands she felt around behind her, coming up empty. The only pocket was on the front of her dress, her tights had none, and getting into her satchel was out of the question without unclipping it. "Nothing from me either...sorry.." She replied with a sigh. Hopefully someone had something, anything remotely sharp they could use. Of course it'd be useful if one of them knew how to dislocate their thumb reatively easy too.

It doesn't quite prove to be useful in a situation like this, well, unless this turns out to be a prank and their kidnapper asks for a payment for their ride, which is, obviously, highly unlikely.


He felt the guy beside him squirming around.


"Hey you, yeah, you, I need you to try and reach into my pocket. I have something that can hopefully get us all out of this mess, but i just can't reach it."


Without question, Levi abides. Though he located it a moment later, he quite struggled in the darkness finding his pocket. He grabs onto it and tries to identify what it is. H-hey, bro. Don't tell me this is a bar of Snickers. He teased. Levi took it out and holds it tightly. I got it. He whispers.

Ajax could fell the kid to his side shift towards him and slowly reach his hands into his pocket. He fiddled around inside it before grabbing onto the tool and puling it out.


"H-hey, bro. Don't tell me this is a bar of Snickers." The boy teased, and he couldn't help but chuckle a little at the boy's comment. It always felt nice to make light in a dark situation. "I got it." Once he said those magic words, his face lit up, although you wouldn't be able to see it. He snatched it out of his hands and quickly pulled out the small and dull knife. He slid the knife up and down his bindings hearing small snaps as he went on.


"Hey, guys, I got me a knife and I'm cutttin' through the stuffs right now. As soon as I'm out, I'll start gettin' the rest of you out." He whispered to the group


Soon his hands were free, and he started working on the ones holding his legs to his seat.[/border]

Right as Ajax finished his final rope, the van came to a sudden stop. The stop was accompanied by the sound of a door opening and a key being inserted into the back. The doors swung open, filling the inside of the van with what could easily be recognized as artificial light. Persephone was jolted awake as the van came to a sudden stop. Her head slammed against the metal wall behind her, resulting a loud bang and cry of pain. She bowed her head slightly and attempted to reach up to rub the injured spot. But, as she did so, she realized her hands were tied, and so wouldn't be of much use. As her head throbbed she whimpered slightly. Then light was let into the back of the van as the doors opened, making her close her eyes. There was no time to adjust. Her eyes watered as she looked up at the man who had opened the door.

Just as Ajax cut through the final strand of rope, he felt the van come to a stop. H could feel the driver stepping out of the front seat, and Ajax went back into the position he was in earlier.


"Hey, Houdini. Do you have any plans now?"


"Yeah, just trust me."





And with that, the doors swung open and the dark metal box filled with light. His eye's had no time to adjust, and he was blinded for a few seconds. When he shook it off, a man, presumable the kidnapper started to walk through the back of the van.


"Ah excellent, you're all awake. Allow me to introduce myself, the name's Kai. I'm gonna release all your bonds and I expect you to comply with EVERYTHING I say."





The man named Kai was so close to him, and he didn't expect a thing. Quick as lightning, he sent a right hook to the left side of the man's jaw, who stumbled back a bit, not as much in pain, but in shock of what just happened. Ajax rose to his feet and started making his way out of the back of the van as quickly as he could, being careful not to trip over anyone's feet.[/border]

Damion stumbled back, but straightened himself up with a sudden smile on his face. The punch left no real mark on his face as he suddenly began to approach Ajax. "I see, you're pretty clever. But the only problem is, you're not clever enough." Kai said as he gave sweet revenge in the form of a punch to the stomach followed by a knee to the face. There was something off about his strength, he hit like a truck yet hardly had any muscle on him at all! Kai then suddenly grabbed Ajax like a child's toy and tossed him out of the van with a single hand. He kept his eyes on everyone else as he pointed outside the van and muttered, "Don't end up like smart-ass over there. Just listen to me and everything is going to be alright."


Once Ajax make contact with solid ground again he was greeted by five guards. Each guard wore a set of armor and a helmet for protection. Two had what appeared to be cattle prods on steroids while the other three carried rifles. One of the rifle gaurds smashed their weapon against Ajax's skull before smashing his boot down onto his back. He would stay here until Cassandra showed up. Then, the fun could finally begin.

Natsume was scared out of her mind but she did her best to keep a calm image. If that kidnapper opened the back of the van to a bunch of kids freaking out and she was being compliant and good, then surely she'd get the best treatment. Glancing down at the youngest looking girl beside her, she gave the little girl a reassuring smile. She actually felt really bad that someone so young happened get caught up in all of this. Her big sister instincts kicked in and the blonde girl felt the need to help her. "Just do what I do, and you'll be just fine." She said, nudging her slightly with her bound body.


When the van stopped and the doors began to open up, Natsume knew that this was the moment of truth. Either this was some sick joke for a tv show, or this was the real deal. Either way she had to put on a nice image to woo the kidnappers. The doors opened and the blonde girl looked away, the bright light shining brightly into her eyes. She heard everything that the man Kai said, and decided to do whatever. She watched as the people tried to punch out their captor but ultimately got beaten even harder. Once again she leaned down towards the little girl and whispered again. "Don't do that."

Miziki listened in silence as Ajax and Levi spoke, hoping they had a plan to get them out of this mess. She wasn't sure what they had them for but it was clear that it was nothing good, no one kidnapped people for something even remotely good. Soon enough Levi said he had a knife and was cutting himself free, and would soon cut the others free too. "Okay..be careful." She whispered back. Her heart sank when the van lurched to a stop and someone stepped out. This was it, they were to late. They had no chance of escaping now, she knew that much. She stayed silent as Kai started speaking, only slowly nodding in response. What other choice did she have anyway? There was no telling what they'd do to her if she disobeyed them. Soon enough she heard a fight break out, ultimately ending with someone getting tossed out. She hoped it was Kai, but figured it wouldn't be. And was correct.


She sighed to herself and opted to remain silent until she was cut free. Internally she was panicking and honestly about ready to just roll over and accept her fate, on the outside her expression was eerily calm. Whatever happened happened, she had no chance regardless.

Levi was stunned seeing how their kidnapper, a smaller guy, manhandle one of them. It is clear that Houdini(I'm gonna call Ajax Houdini for a while until he introduce himself IC) is the bigger man, yet he stood no chance. Kai, who introduced himself earlier, threw him off the van easily. As the man hit the ground, the guards quickly rushed in. They are all armed. It is now clear that this is not just a petty thug-like kidnapping, and that a bigger organization is behind this. As the man who tried to escape scuffle back to his feet, one of the guards rammed his rifle to the back of the man's head making him fall back in the dirt. The guard looked like he still didn't have enough and decides to smash his boots on the man's back to keep him down.


H-hey, t-that's too much don't you think? He said nervously in a low voice. The guard did not even glance at him and kept pushing his foot on the man's back. He looks at his other fellow victims. Majority are girls and they are young, though Levi doesn't know which of them is Miziki, the girl who's talking with Kito earlier. A man, who he presumed to be Kito, is still tied up. With no time left on their side, Houdini was the only one who set himself free. There are no way for them to escape or even help Houdini. Levi bowed his head, admitting defeat. We'll listen to what you say Mr., just please, don't hurt any of us. He said, almost whispering but enough for their captor to hear.
