I feel they should be a thirty, however, I was not the one who came up with the idea so I want to give everyone a chance to voice their opinions.

I would love to but with how things are going I might not be able to help until turn six, but remember my god wants a hand in helping create all life. Besides it might be better to wait a little while for them so we can make them powerful.
