Just noticed, aren't the sky queens invincible against anyone not bearing a magical artefact? Making them functionably unstoppable?

Hmm. I still feel this excludes the races without much magical capacity, and all humans that never tried to learn it, as they don't inherently have it.


Also regarding IC2. I never said Wrath mercilessly slaughtered children and the elderly, those aren't worthy opponents so why would they bother? They mainly raid for food and to fight the combatants of other races. But since eldrazi don't have any food and prefer sneak attacks the wrath really didn't get anything out of this. Finally Vas is just a shepard, not the leader of the horde.


But by all means do kill him. He has served his purpose in the story.

and by now every race but the wrath should have at least basic primal magic reallyl it is there for 2 reasons 1 it sounded cool 2 it makes them sound more elite like they will be the ones fighting the champions of the armies because simple cannon fodder can't hurt them. I actually forgot about the wraths lack of magic when making it

Well in that case that makes the Xonians a prominent opponent if they ever fought since their entire army is made of basically battlemages. I plan on adding a sub-race branched off of Xonians but are big brutish people with larger fangs and pure white hair.

Your races gave me the idea that I should get a picture of a female wrath. How do you think that should look? You can use words if you don't have pictures. If you do have them, my only real requirement is badass. Gray skin would be a plus.

The Xonians are based off of Dark Elves but to my own liking, as you already know. I thought the Wrath were Asexual....

You could say the Wrath's entire culture resolves around trying to impress the ladies. As the women won't have children with weaklings or idiots. This also implies Wrath woman are just as strong (if not stronger) than the males.

You can make up by telling me if female Wrath should be attractive (which would partially explain the males' desperation to be worthy as soon as possible, as well as open up interesting interspecies romance shenigans) or brutish (for badassery). I didn't find any pictures that are both yet, i.e. nonhuman and in possession of real clothes)

But the brutish will all be guys, their female counter parts would be more alike to deadly fighters with axes and what not. They'd work along side the Hollows they tame for war.

Good luck with it. Hollows only obide by Death, that's the reason they allow themselves to the Xonians. If any other race tried something like that then they would immediately turn hostile and wreck havoc. You may, yes, but they won't co-operate.
