Elliot had reeled back when she had snapped at him, tensing up. She had the same look she had when he had stood in front of her during that fight. Withdrawn, emotionless and cold. Just as he was about to apologise profusely for upsetting her with his questions she seemed to have snapped out of whatever moment she was stuck in there. He blinked a few times at her apology before shaking his head. "It's fine, really. I shouldn't have asked something so personal..." He said before more thunder hit and Diana jumped again. He didn't comment on it, judging by how red her face was getting every time it happened, she was embarrassed enough by it enough as it was. Him pointing it out wouldn't help at all, so he just glanced to the window briefly before looking back feeling her place her hand over his. The gesture took him a moment to process.-------Diana Young-------
Diana sighed lightly when he mentioned himself looking, "If you wanted to ask it's ok. Pretty sure if you didn't take me here I'd be dead and those kids would be getting paid for it. So I owe you my life so to speak." She said laughing to herself as she looked back up at Elliot, the question that he brought up made her lower her head slightly looking at her locket, "Dead, most likely for 30 years now. I hope so anyway. For what they put me through I wish I could've killed them myself." She said in a cold tone that had no emotion in it, her face was a stone cold emotionless husk from before when she was talking.
"If you think I've got these... things.... Because they helped me in some way your wrong... very." She said before he seemed to snap into what she was saying, "Sorry... I didn't mean to snap at you..." She said letting out a sigh as another clap of thunder sounded outside caused her to jump, "Dammit..." She said under her breathe a blush creeping onto her cheeks.
She looked up at Elliot and moved her hand that was now bandaged over one of his, "Thanks, I mean it," She said giving him a genuine smile as the storm raged on outside. Diana gave a look out her window and let out a soft sigh, "Where do you live? If you don't mind me asking," She said the blush deepening on her cheeks.
Even when she had changed the subject he had still been starting at her hand placement with pink cheeks, though his mind was reminding him it was probably just because she was scared. Though he was glad when she changed the subject, he was about to anyways, hoping to take her mind off the storm outside. "U-Uhm. You're welcome, I'm glad I could help out." He shook his head in response to her second question "And No, not at all!" He answered with a smile, his cheeks had since went back to normal. "It's nothing fancy unfortunately" he said with a short laugh. "Its just one of the school dormitories." He said with a small shrug "The reason I'm so sure that I have the space is that...Well, I don't really sleep, so it's not like I really use my room often" he admitted "Sorry if that sounds creepy..."
