Fantasy The Euphorian Highschool for Empowereds

He smiled softly in response "Well, I don't think anyone is expecting you to get over that kind of stuff that fast. That would be a big ask...I'm happy to hear you got at least some sleep, it really bummed me out that I couldn't help, I even tried a few times to use my powers but the really don't work on you at all." He said with a nod and a slight sigh as he lifted the Diana's food plate, pausing when she told him he was comfy, his own cheeks changed colour slightly before letting a small laugh "O-Oh. Well, glad I could help you sleep..." He said a bit awkwardly. Watching her move, be was going to help but she seemed to be getting on somewhat okay, at least for short distances. He wanted to give her at least a little bit of independence for walking the shorter distances. He went ahead and left Diana's food on the small dining table he had, pulling out a chair for her to sit before searching the cupboards for the salt and pepper. As she mentioned the storm, he pulled his head from behind the cupboards door and glanced out the window. "Yeah, I don't think so, it's a pretty bad one..." He commented as he pulled the salt and pepper from the cupboard, shutting it's doors slowly "I'm sure it'll let up soon." He said sounding slightly reassuring as he knew the storm freaked her out every time thunder was involved. He left the salt and pepper on the table before grabbing his own plate of food.

Diana sighed lightly as she made her way over to the table, sitting down on the pulled out chair mumbling a thank you along the way before she sat down looking at her food, her stomach rumbling on impulse as she gave an awkward laugh, "S-Sorry, just hungry I guess," She said giving a short laugh and sighing after. As she went to go pick up the knife and fork she quickly remembered she didn't actually have her other arm.

She let out a sigh as her face turned into an annoyed one, with what seemed to be a hint of sadness, "Uhm... You wouldn't be able to grab my arm would you...?" She said looking down at her plate of food, "I can get it if you don't want too," She said adding it to the end of what she said, keeping her head lowered, she felt extremely guilty over what felt like taking advantage of Elliot.

He had almost sat down when she asked about her arm. Blinking a few times as he looked at her "Oh right. Sorry. Yeah" he said as he walked off to the room to get it. He looked around the room pausing when he spotted it sitting on the bedside table, he lifted it and carried it out to her. He didn't seem bothered about having to look after her, he understood that she was hurt and he did agree to do it. He quietly stepped closer to her "Do you need help popping it back on or are you okay to do it yourself?" He asked as he held it towards her, noticing her expression, he furrowed his brows before sighing "I don't mind doing these things, I promise." He started as he looked at her "You're hurt, everyone needs help when they are hurt. I told those nurses I would look after you, I wasn't expecting you to miraculously heal within a day and I wouldn't have agreed if I didn't want to help you out. I'm bad at being social, not a pushover" he said rather bluntly "You need to stop thinking that you're inconveniencing me, please" he said, healing lightly. It wasn't hard to tell she wasn't the kind of girl to ask for help normally, he assumed this was where all this guilt was coming from. He didn't want her to feel guilty about all of this but it seemed like nothing he would say would change it.

Diana turned her head up to look at Elliot, her face slightly surprised as she bit on her lower lip lightly before sighing, "O-ok then... I believe you..." She said nodding her head before she turned so her shoulder socket was facing Elliot, "If you can... please..." She said her face turning a light shade of red as she waited for the familiar pinching and connecting of nerves to her system. She let out a sigh when it clicked holding back the pain before she looked at her plate.

"So... what did you want to know?" She asked looking back up at Elliot with a blank expression before letting out a sigh, a small smile on her face, "I noticed you wanted to ask a lot of questions... It's written all over your face..." She said letting out a small laugh before she sighed once again.

"Sorry" Elliot mumbled as he clicked the arm back in, he knew it hurt when he did that and he wasn't sure there was a way of doing it without hurting. After connecting her arm he had walked around to his side of the table and sat in front of his own food, lifting his fork. Her question caught him off guard. He paused as his eyes darted up to meet hers a "What?" falling from his mouth. Was it that obvious? He gave a sheepish smile "I didn't realise it was that noticeable" he said quietly "I just didn't want to bother you, you know?" He admitted as he poked at his food with his fork, sighing lightly. "Why did those guys...want you dead? Well I mean. I know they didn't but whoever sent them." He asked straight out "If that's a difficult question it's okay. You don't have to answer" he said apologetically.

Diana sighed lightly as she picked up her knife and fork, taking a piece of her food and quickly eating it as he finished speaking, "N-No it's fine..." She stammered lightly before she took a breath in, letting out a sigh afterwards before she looked back up at Elliot, putting her knife and fork down as she leaned forward on both her arms.

"I'm supposed to be someone's property, specifically Russias top secret weapon research program, or RWP. As it was called in Russia," She said in a cold tone, her face not brightening or turning dark, "My mother and father sold me off to them about 60 years ago, through extensive time and money they "Perfected" me as they would put it," She spat the word out like it was poison before she let out a shaky breathe closing her eyes, the intense experiments memories coming back in flashes, if only she could forget things.

"T..." She stammered before she gave a small cough, "Sorry... They then lost me due to a raid, that was 3 years ago. Before that I was a very emotionless, very tamed person, I killed when asked and did things that would make most people sick to their stomach." She said once again in a cold tone as she leaned back in her chair, "The good "Doctor" as he was called reached out and asked me to come back, I said no, he used violence as a threat, I said come get me, and here we are now," She said in quick succession before she let out a sigh once again, looking at Elliot with a sad look, "And... Now that you know more about me... What do you think about me...?" She asked with a worried tone as she turned her head down, she didn't like the thought of Elliot hating her, she didn't understand why, but she was worried, extremely by this point she had said something that would make him hate her.

Elliot didn't think the answer she would give would be short by any means but wasn't expecting her to spill out everything to him like that, after all he was still probably just a stranger to her right? He listened intently, lowering his fork back onto the the table. His gaze was locked on her as continued to tell her story, where she came from, how she got here...what she did. His brows were furrowed, looking annoyed. He was of course not annoyed at her, he was annoyed at how she had been treated. Her asking what he thought of her now caught the boy by surprise blinking a few times. He saw her expression realising that she thought he'd dislike her because of it. He sighed lightly "I think you are brave." he said simply his gaze still not leaving her, no hint of shyness or embarrassment on his face while he answered either "You left, you got away and you overcame those who made you do those things you didn't want to." He said offering a small smile, letting her know that he didn't think any less of her now that he knew her story.

Diana let our a relieved sigh as she visbily relaxed more into her chair. Tears started to fall from her eyes before she looked back at Elliot, a large smile on her face, "Thanks," She said her smile growing slightly wider as she wiped her tears away, "Sorry... Emotions are weird things..." She said letting out a small sigh after she said this wiping the remaining tears away before she smiled happily back at Elliot.

She looked back at her food, "Well..." She said her mood dropping slightly, "Thing is... I didn't escape... I was taken to another lab in Russia... Only reason I can feel anything... The only reason I know anything either... I didn't know right from wrong back then..." She said lowly as she picked up her knife and fork as she began eating some more of her food, "Sorry if I'm blabbering on.."

She said feeling slightly guilty before she went back to eating her food.

Elliot just nodded in agreement "I guess they are." He said with a slight smile "And you're fine. I asked the question, you're giving me the answer" he said with a small shrug before lifting his fork again and turning his attention to his food, she seemed to want to stay quiet for now and he was okay with that.

He waited until they were both finished their food before he would speak again, lifting both of their empty plates and taking them to the sink to wash them "How are you feeling today? You know. Physically?" He asked eventually as he dried the dishes and putting them to one side "Wait. Did I ask that already?" He said with a slight furrow in his brow as he looked back at her. "Oh and I can get my sister to bring you some more clothes if you want?" He offered as he held up his phone. "I'm sure you don't want to be stuck wearing my clothes until your own dorm is safe..." He said as he rubbed the side of his face with his hand.

Diana sighed contently as Elliot took her plate, "Thanks..." She mumbled quietly to him as she sat there feeling a tiny bit guilty about not being able to help, "Oh, no you haven't asked yet... And I'm feeling fine as it is, I don't think I can do anything too straining, but walking should be ok, if a bit painful..." She said sighing lightly before her cheeks turned a bright shade of pink, "Th-They're ok... I actually like them..." She mumbled the last bit a bit more quietly as she bit onto her lip a bit.

When he followed up with his next question she turned and looked at him as she smiled a bit, the blush still evident on her cheeks as she nodded a bit, "I mean, if I can maybe get some more fitting clothes that would be nice..." She said her cheeks turning an extra shade of pink as she played with her bandages around her chest, lowering her head to look where her hands were, "I'd be ok with these clothes as well," She said giving a small laugh to herself as she raised her head again to look at Elliot.

Elliot had heard the thanks, he had a feeling that she felt bad that he was washing her plate. It was no big deal, just a plate he would have probably done it even if she was feeling better so he didn't say anything. He smiled at her first response as he had walked back to the table now "I'm glad you're feeling even a little better" he said before hearing her mention liking his clothes "You actually like them?" He asked with a slight laugh "I mean wear them if you want but yeah, I was going to get her to bring some clothes that might fit you better..." He said with a nod, clearing his throat a little. He may have been low key thinking it might be the best. His own clothes on her may or may not have been, on occasion giving him more of a view than he was expecting when she had been dozing off, eyes were averted away more than a few times... So it was probably for the best of she got some more fitting attire until she was safe to go home.

Diana blushed lightly as she looked down at her clothes once again, "Y-Yeah... Ok then, uhm, so how long until she get's here then?" She said quickly looking back up at Elliot as the lightning cracked again outside, catching her off guard as she jumped slightly into the air, "Bastard weather..." She said under her breathe looking out at the clouds outside, a look of pure hatred on her face as she let out a sigh. She moved to the side of the chair, grabbing onto the table as she pulled herself to her feet, letting go of the table as a slow burning pain began to build in her side, "S...Shit..." She hissed out as she had walked over to the wall, holding onto it for support.

"Don't know what I was expecting... Just... Not that..." She said slightly out of breathe as she looked over at Elliot forcing a smile before she hissed from the pain, "Maybe I should sit down..." She said slowly as she eyed the couch, from where she was standing that was miles away, "Some help?" She said this time in a pained tone as she waited for him to help.

When he did she sighed lightly, "So... What's your sister like...?" She said looking up at Elliot with a pained expression on her face as the pain slowly burned itself away.

Elliot shrugged in response, his fingers tapping as he sent a text, presumably to his sister. "It depends on if she wants to attempt to travel in that or not" he answered as he gestured towards the window at the crappy weather. Though he assumed she'd be over soon, the notion of Elliot having anyone at his dorm never mind a female would be enough for her to come over just to confirm the information she was reading from him was actually true. He had pretty much subconsciously headed in her direction as soon as she had stood up so he wasn't long behind her when she had asked for help. He walked her to the couch so she could relax, waiting until she was sat down comfortably before answering her question, sitting down next to her "My sister? ...Sleepy." he answer with a slight laugh "She's pretty easy-going. No sense of danger what so ever." He added as he shook his head "It's a full time job making sure she just stays safe honestly. But I guess she can't help that" he said with a smile and a nod.

Diana smiled lightly before she laughed when he finished, the pan had since subsided as she leaned back into the couch, she had noticed his arm was still around her as she gave a small blush before giving a small laugh, "I think I'd like to meet her, she sounds fun," She said smiling before her face broke into realization, "N-Not that your not fun, but... well... uh... You know what I mean..." She said letting a sigh out as she lowered her head slightly.

She shuffled slightly in her seat as she looked down at her arm, "I'm sorry about last night... again... I snapped back into my old self..." She said lowly her face was a mix of guilt and sadness as she let out another sigh, her eyes still locked on her arm.

Elliot had been checking his phone briefly seeing that Elaena was indeed on her way over. Hearing Diana speak he looked to her and lowered the phone. He had raised a brow as she began trying to explain herself before bursting into a laugh and shaking his head. "I get it. Don't worry" he assured her with a smile "I am apparently the 'un-fun' twin according to some so even if you did mean it, I'm already used to it and I don't mind" he said with a shrug and a slight laugh. He paused as she apologised, feeling his hand subconsciously travel to the side of his neck when she talked about the night before. He frown lightly "Hey, hey. I told you it was okay. I woke you up and you were scared..." He said with a small sigh, running his hands through his hair for a moment. He felt she wouldn't believe him even if he did mean it. He hoped she would just forget about it or something eventually. He took a hand and gently placed it on her shoulder to get hr attention "I'm serious, just forget about it, okay? I'm not even hurt or anything"

((good call xD))

Skylar

It didn't take long for Skylar to lose track of the time. Hyou had this magical way of making her lose all sense of the world around her and only focus on him, and by the gods did he do that. She wasn't sure how he did it, but somehow he knew exactly it was what she wanted and needed, not that she was complaining of course. There was something different about their interactions this time, some kind of urgency that was felt between the two of them. A sense of intimacy they both needed with each other. With what happened with Perfect and having been absorbed for about three days, the only place that Skylar wanted to be was by Hyou's side. Ever since the hospital, he made sure that he was always by her side if he could be, and that was one of the many reasons why she loved him as much as she did. She knew that Hyou still felt guilty about how they first met, but it wasn't something she'd ever blame him for, or hold against him. And besides, it was how he treated her moving forward that really mattered. He did his best to take care of her, and this night was no exception. By the end, Skylar was breathless and physically spent, but feeling... good. All of the negative feelings from her nightmare or from dealing with Perfect were gone. It was just the two of them. Skylar was snuggled into Hyou's side, one free hand stroking his hair. This was her happy place, being here with Hyou. On the other hand, however, Skylar was blushing up a storm, still a little unable to believe what it was that they had just done. She wouldn't deny that there was a part of her that always wanted to do that with him, but it wasn't something she ever really had the courage to think about. Apparently all it took was an traumatic event to make her okay with it. And if she was honest with herself... it was really nice. Maybe just because of what it was, or maybe because it was with Hyou. Either way, Skylar was happy. "I love you." she spoke aloud, hoping that Hyou was still awake to hear it.
After everything was good and done, Hyou lay in bed beside Skylar, one of his arms around her, and the other behind his head. As Skylar stroked his hair, he smiled softly and remained silent. He was enjoying the peace, the sense of happiness that he felt, and relaxation. Honestly, he just felt relieved. With all that had happened, he was at his most tranquil. Not even able to think about Perfect, of the damage the monster had done to him or his friends, and mostly Skylar. He slowly rolled over, his eyes closed, though he wasn't asleep yet. Both of his arms now wrapped around Skylar. He did that just as she told him that she loved him. With a smile on his face, he placed a small kiss on her forehead and snickered his signature laugh, "And I love you..." He said, and he looked at Skylar, his smile now a smirk, "And your moans... Gihee, I love those too." Hyou teased, before letting her go, leaving one his arms around her. He loved teasing Skylar, mostly because watching her become flustered and blush like crazy is one of the most cutest things he's ever seen. He then closed his eyes again and yawned. "Damn it, short stuff... You tired me out." Hyou then sighed and began speaking, his voice trailing off as he slowly fell asleep, "Wake me up... In... The morning... Will ya? I could go... For a huge breakfast... Right abou..." Before he could actually finish his sentence, he had fallen asleep. It was probably the most peaceful he looked while sleeping.

Diana looked back up at Elliot as his hand was placed on her face, still a guilty look on her face as she bit her lip, nodding slowly as she let out a small sigh, "I-It was still my fault... I should have thought before I did it..." She said as she slightly leaned into Elliot's hand subconsciously.

She once again let out another sigh as she gave a small laugh at herself, "Uhm, is there anything else I should know about your sister? Like.. I don't know, likes to torture puppies or something?" She said before giving a soft laugh at herself. She brang her hand up to Elliot's as she slowly pulled it away placing it in her lap, looking down at it as she leaned her head onto Elliots shoulder, "Maybe I should get some more... appropriate... clothes..." She said looking down at the shorts and shirt on her, blushing a bit before she lowered her head to hide her blush from Elliot.

He just exhaled softly and closed his eyes for a brief moment when leaned her face into his hand. She still kept apologising and blaming herself... He just didn't answer her this time, feeling the more they talked about it the more she'd keep blaming herself. He raised his brow when she asked about Elaena again "God no." He said with a laugh "She loves animals." His laugh stopping when when she had lifted his hand and placed it into her lap. He watched her actions blinking a few times before she had leaned against his shoulder, mentioning her attire. Well that's what his sister was coming for, to bring some clothes to fit her better... He didn't agree nor disagree he just looked at her from a moment before averting his gaze again.

Just after Diana had spoke, the door to Elliot's dorm opened slightly, a head poking around it first with a surprised expression before the door opened fully with a girls quiet giggle accompanying it. This seemed to alert Elliot to look towards the door, knowing who it was and knew she had saw Diana laying up on his shoulder after hearing her giggles. The girl spoke after she stepped inside. It was indeed, Elliot's sister, it wasn't hard to tell they were related. Her hair was the same colour as Elliot's, wavy to the waist, her expression was exactly as Elliot had described, sleepy and calm. "Oh, my. Should I have knocked?" Her voice was soft and quiet but her amusement could be heard coming through it. "This is my sister." Elliot had said simply as he straightened his posture a bit his gaze darting from Diana to Elaena a few times like he knew his sister was going to say something, her face seemed to be examining the two "Hmm. He normally doesn't let people touch him" Elaena had said nonchalantly as she slowly tilted her head. "Elaena!" Elliot had blurted, his face coloured. Elaena gave and amused grin "I'm only just saying an observation" "N-Not a needed one!" "Debatable." "Elaena!" She just sniggered a little, swaying where she stood for a moment "Yes, yes. Apologies." She held up a bag that obviously contained clothes "It's lovely to meet you miss. I'm sorry about your injury. I do hope these clothes fit okay, I think they should though" she said with a polite smile as she left the bag beside Diana, she then took a seat o the chair near the couch, her expression had still remained sleepy, her voice still soft in tone when she spoke. "I hope my brother has been nice to you" she said with another smile.

Diana didn't hear the door open when it originally did, but was too late to lift her head as the embarrassment began, sitting up as straight as a ruler as she looked at Elliot sister as her face was as red as a tomato at this point. She kept quiet a lot of the time as she noticed the casual banter between the two of them as she blushed even more, if at all possible, when she noted off some things that were extremely awkward before she tried shrinking more into her seat, pushing up against Elliot a bit before looking at the girl now across from her.

"Y-Yeah... I.. Well... I would be dead if it wasn't for him..." She said before casting a smile towards Elliot, her blush starting to fade slightly before she looked back at Elaena, obviously seeing what she just did as her face started to turn red again. She noticed the tired and sleepy expression on her face as she bit on her lip slightly, "Uhm, are you sure your not tired? I'm sorry that I made you come all this way for clothes..." She said guilt written on her face as it laced into her words as well.

Diana turned her head down slightly before looking back at Elaena, forcing a small smile to try and keep up appearances, "Uh.. He's actually helped a lot really... I don't think I'd be alive at this point if I had to go back to my dorm as well, so that's a bonus," She said nonchalantly as she tensed up against Elliot slightly from when she said this, obviously not enjoying what she just pointed out.

Levi had remained sitting on the floor as he waited for Seiko to come around but had dozed off himself in the process. Waking up to the sound Seiko bumping into furniture and mumbling, his blue eyes creaked open slowly. "Seiko?" He mumbled quietly before his eye opened fully "Seiko!" He repeated louder as he got up on his feet and made his way over to her "Careful! You hit your head." He said, placing his hands on each of her shoulders. "I'll get your staff, just...sit down, alright?" He said in a softer tone as he guided her towards the sofa to sit her down, letting go of her shoulders after and making his way near the door, where the staff was still laying on the floor. "Your staff is here, look" he carried it over and leaned it against the couch, sighing lightly after.

She drowsily sat down on the couch not paying much thought to being held by a boy. She opened her eyes a bit rubbing her eyes. "Thanks for finding my staff." She said twirling it to wake herself up via magic instead of washing her face and coping with the fatigue like a normal person has she was wide awake. She soon realized the time. "S-Sorry for making you stay late." She said "I'm such a horrible white mage. No one would want a mage like me on their adventures" She said her bleak internal monologue spilling out.

Elaena once again tilted her head to one side slowly as if she was quietly observing Diana's reactions, which admittedly she had been and she would have been very straightforward about said fact if asked, it was just her nature. She listened to the girls answer on if Elliot had been nice to her. Upon hearing her answers, Elaena looked genuinely surprised for a moment, her sleepy, calm expression swapped out for a curious one as her eyes moved from Diana to Elliot then back, catching Diana's smile when Elliot hadn't "Huh. Wow. It's nice to see that you're alive and well, Miss" she answered before looking back to Elliot, who still looked embarrassed but was recovering somewhat "I'm surprised." Elliot blinked, a bit lost in terms of what she meant "What?" He asked with a slight furrow in his brow. "You know, with you. Jumping into a fight involving knives, Saving girls" she leaned her head into her palm and stared at him with the most innocent looking smile but a mischievous glint in her eye "Letting a girl stay in your dorm..." Elliot flushed red again "Elaena... Please..." He mumbled as he rubbed his hand up his face before exhaling as Elaena just waved her hand dismissively and giggled "I just like to poke a bit of fun, I understand the situation, don't worry." she said softly before turning to Diana again, shaking her head a little in response to Diana apologising "It is no trouble at all. I wished to visit, I haven't done so in a while. As for my condition, I am always tired regardless, though I appreciate your concern for me, it's very sweet of you." She said offering a bright smile to Diana, trying to reassure her. As Diana had spoke about her dorm, Elliot had felt her tensing up at the thought, causing him to look at her with concern, though he didn't bring it up or point it out in case it would embarrass her. Elaena just watched the girl for a moment before she had answered "Is that so? Well, I'm glad that Elliot is helping you stay safe" she said with a smile and a nod.

-Beatrice-

She was sipping her coffee as she strolled around the campus. The rain was pouring down as the sound of a guitar resonated with the weather. She was truly concerned about her daughter whom has not returned to her dorm. The only reason she allowed her precious daughter to live in the dorms was because of the two body guards she had her husband make. A golden butterfly hovered behind Beatrice. "Go and find Scarlett and her body guards." she told the butterfly who vanished shortly afterwards. Scarlett is taking after me too much...hopefully that path will not ruin her. She thought to herself as she sipped the sweetened drink. She stood in the breezeway looking out, wistfully lost in the reverie of her memories of her passionate youth many centuries ago.

She was a young heiress, forced by her parents to learn some humility by working with the serving girls. The other girls treated her no different than one of their own. This gave her some freedom from the stuffy confines of the Aristocratic life. She held the basket in her hand as she was told to go to the markets for the supplies for the week. She hummed and skipped through the flower lined dirt path towards the town near her mansion. She passed a mounted constable who was charged with patrolling that road. It was not odd for a single guard, as the town employed men well versed in the art of combat. After a few minutes she heard the clash of steel, and witnessed boys her age training with the sword and bow. One boy stood out as she could not help but stare at the boys nude torso, glistening with sweat in the mid day sun, as the trainer had broken the boys up into sparring pairs. The boy's near fluid motions through the various forms as he sparred with his partner made her heart skip a few beats and a feeling well up in her lower stomach. She heard the low chatter of the other girls in the town and the fellow servants watching from a nearly hidden vantage point. The boy who piqued her newly risen interests was facing a more aggressive opponent, one who swung the wooden sword with the intent of doing bodily harm. However the boy deftly dodged to the side and landed a solid blow to the other boys calf and the teacher stopped the fight. "It is just training boys, save the blood lust for when you can actually hold a real sword without pissing your pants." The teacher spoke, spitting into the dust. The murmurs of the girls followed by the quiet laughs of the older girls in passing made Scarlett acutely aware that she was in the middle of the road watching the boy with a hunters eye.

She quietly gathered her basket and left in a hurry. An older girl laughed at the sight, to her friends as they went about their chores. Later as she was helping load the wagon with her mothers personally ordered sundries, she heard a group of boys laughing in passing. She turned around, and leading them to the drinking well, was the boy she watched! "Man, those girls wont stop watching us." an older boy spoke as he passed the ladle to his junior. "Its getting harder to focus on the lessons when those spring hens watch us every day." another boy goaded. "It isn't like we are all Randall here, he is just a pretty face." the younger boy jabbed. Randall, so that's his name... she thought as a blush rose in her cheeks. "Yeah, why does a pretty boy have to learn to fight. He needs to stick to the farms at the orphanage." another boy chimed in after gulping down a ladle full of water. "Well whatever, at least we get the chance to train under a true swordsman, I wish there was someone to wrangle those wool headed girls though. The act like we can't see or hear them. And that one girl standing in the middle of the road, staring at him like she lost her ever loving mind. What is that about?" the older boy spoke as the young men sat around the well using their shirts to wipe the sweat from their bodies. Scarlett boarded the wagon and watched the boys in passing, sticking her tongue out at them as she rode by..

He sat alone, on the large broken wall. He let Kanon do her thing, despite missing the warm fuzzies she had given him when they were together. All he was good for was fighting and well, some other unmentionable things. So it perplexed him why couldn't he help his gf. And why did he have the urge to stomp her brother. All he knew was, that he was lonely without her. The rain softly fell on the boy long from his time as he hung his head low.

-Misafune-

(forgive me i forgotten where we left off here.)

Misafune was truly happy to be eating with Chiharu and Rini. Especially Rini. He was glad his date proposal was not rejected. It warmed his aching heart up. She deserved a nice date, if not more than the love he had for her and the want of a beautiful memory for her, for when he passed on. He smiled as he tasted the wonderful cooking she had done, and occasionally rubbed Chiharu's head.

Rini had continued to eat in silence for a while. Although she was quiet her expression was content, a small smile subconsciously showing her face occasionally especially when Misafune had rubbed Chiharu's head. She was happy with this calm moment she was having with this odd little family she had. Chiharu had had a tough few months with everything that had happened with all of them, so she really was happy the three could sit for dinner calmly like this. Maybe the should have had Miyaka here too perhaps? Though she seemed to have went her separate ways with the group somewhat after returning to the school perhaps she would have been busy with her own friends? Rini seemed to quietly pondering subjects between bites but keeping the thoughts to herself. Her mind kept drifting back to Misafune's question about them having a date in the near future however, another reason for her subconscious smiling while having her meal. Despite having an odd few months and now taking care of a child full time she was still a teenage girl after all, such subjects did make her giddy and she was excited about it. Her eyes had glanced to Chiharu for a moment but moved off again "Do you think it will be long until you can go home from here? When we go out for the that day, I don't wish to leave Chiharu in the dorm by herself." She said softly at the same time she looked away from Chiharu and to Misafune with a small nod. "I think I'll have one of my siblings look after her, I was asking because I was going to let them know in advance...truth is. I haven't told my siblings about Chiharu staying with me so Il have to explain that..." She admitted with a quiet exhale that sounded sort of like a laugh. She looked to Chiharu again wearing a soft smile "You wouldn't mind going to visit my brother or sister someday, right? They're family. I'm sure you'd have lots of fun" she as her smile grew a little. She thought it would be better if she told Chiharu in advance incase the notion would scare her and she'd have to do some reassuring...

Levi stared blankly at the girl when she had quite literally twirled herself awake. "...You're welcome." He answered after a moment or two of silence. He started frowning as she began to speak again. He was actually getting ready to leave before she had started apologising and talking about being bad at her job. He looked to the clock and sighed a little, shaking his head his eyes closing as he spoke "It's fine, don't worry about it, I had no plans this evening anyways" he answered, opening his eyes and looking back at her "And don't say those things about yourself. Sure, you're clumsy, easily distracted and all that. You've definitely made my day interesting...but you have a good heart, you seem determined and you are a good mage. I'd say with a lot of training you'll be a great mage. I'm sure loads of people would be glad to have someone like you on their team" he said without much hesitation in his face. After he spoke he looked to the door for a moment "Anyway, If you are feeling better I should probably get going soon. I don't think your doll likes me being around you." He said as he hands drifted into his pockets, his eyes gazing around the room to make sure the thing wasn't there to throw something at him or glare.

Diana sighed lightly once again before smiling lightly back at Elaena, "I am as well honestly. He's a good person," She said giving a small laugh to herself, "Bit weird sometimes, but other than that he's fun," She said trying to lighten the mood as well as give Elaena some more ammo to fire at Elliot.

She let out a small sigh as the pain began to slowly burn again, holding in a hiss as she once again stiffened against Elliot, slowly pulling her metal arm to hold onto the wound on her side, before pushing down on it, stopping the pain but only slightly. Why does this feel like some strange twisted perfect dream? The thought echoed in her head as she let out a small sigh trying to keep in the yelp of pain that wanted to escape every second.

She gave a look at the bag at her feet as she looked at Diana and Elliot before giving an awkward smile, "Uhm, maybe I should change out of these clothes I guess?" She said a light blush climbing to her cheeks as she looked to Elliot and back at Elaena, surprised she hadn't already noticed the clothes she was in.

Oh Elaena had noticed. She was surprisingly observant for someone who always looked to be spaced out. She was just waiting for the right moment to mention it. Elaena had giggled along when Diana had called Elliot weird. He had just huffed in response, clearly embarrassed at the conversation that the girls were having "Weird?" Elaena said as her eyes moved to her brother the same mischievous looked growing on her face "oooh Elliot. What did you do?" Elliot groaned into his hands "I-I didn't do anything!" he mumbled through the hands that were over his face which just caused Elaena to giggle more. "Not fair..." He mumbled even quieter, Diana was joining Elaena now? Great, he was even more embarrassed now. It was only fair though, a change from Diana feeling embarrassed. His face had immediately left the safety of his hands when he had felt her stiffen up next to him and mention changing. "I mean, yeah. You can go and change in the next room. But...Are you okay?" He asked with concern lacing his voice. Even Elaena had stopped with her joking when she had saw his expression and Diana tensing, blinking a few times.
