Roman watched as the beings had left. He had looked at the scroll in his hand, and his hand tightened with anger. Would he really kill someone if he didn't show up? Was Roman really that important to this guy?
"Damn... He knew what he was doing. He's probably laughing at me right now..."
Roman opened the scroll and read the text, taking in the location. The rain started to fall harder and he went to get his cloak before setting out for his destination. After some hours of travelling, Roman was finally there, walking towards the middle of the area.
"I'm here... You can come out and let the prisoner go. Whoever they are they've done nothing wrong."

Though though he didn't care all that much as his was naturally darker skinned thanks to his mother. After a minute of barely keeping his mouth shut while chewing Roland swallowed before smiling over at Dakota. To be able to keep her happy while how hear without worry, that's what mattered to him. Luckily he was never given the provoktion to take drastic measures, as he almost had an comfortable airship ready. ...ΨKenji finished preparing the breakfast with a smile on his face. He happily left the kitchen with the tray in hand and began making his way up to the bedroom. He opened the door and was soon greeted by an empty bed. He dropped the tray and ran over, desperately trying to find Lumina. He couldn't sense her presence, and then his mind fell back to the words Akira told him. It was all fake. She really was just a figment. And Akira knew. He lied. Kenji muttered under his breath as his irises began to glow with a burning red colourΨ...Lumina said:

...♤Lumina just smiled and nodded slightly as Kenji left the room. Stay in bed, huh? Her hands grasped the sheets a bit and her expression fell to a less happy one as a war raged in her head about what to do. He seemed much happier now that he apparently thought she was real but... the seed of doubt that she had accidentally planted in her head earlier only grew, and now she was doubting everything about herself and Kenji and being real and their pair bond and everything else. Lumina's gaze had dropped to her hands, but it snapped back up to the door, as if to check if Kenji was there, before two words fell off her lips, almost too softly to hear♤...
"I'm sorry."
...♤And with that, Lumina was no longer in the bed, but standing outside the doors to the school. It was raining, but she was under the eave of the building so she wasn't quite getting soaked. As the rain fell before her, some of the earlier memories of Kenji kept coming back, from the picnic before she disappeared to Ecrilia, to the bird, to just having dinner with him. Before she could really think on them too much, Lumina felt her feet moving underneath her, and off she was running through the rain, water soaking her clothes and flattening her hair and running down her face. If she was crying, you wouldn't be able to tell. All these happy memories... none of them would be ruined by her anymore. He would be better off without her, because she felt like all she would do was hurt him, over and over again. She loved him with all her heart and soul and every cell in her body knew that he was the only one for her, even still... he'd be better off... right? Lumina's eyes widened as she felt her foot catch on something, and she yelled out in surprise as her body slammed forward on the ground and slid a bit in the now wet dirt. Lumina opened her eyes a bit to find herself lying on a forest path... when had she made it to a forest path? Apparently she wasn't even paying attention to where she was running, just that she was running at all. The phoenix moved her arm a bit to try and get up, only to feel a searing pain pulse through it. Apparently she had moved her injured arm against the ground when she fell, because the cauterization had apparently reopened and she was bleeding just as heavily as the first time. The sudden burst of pain made her cry out quite agonizingly, as she saw the blood mixing with the dirt, staining it and her clothes red. She hadn't quite recovered from cutting herself the first time, and she was bleeding quite badly now, so she felt her vision start to go blurry, and there was no way she was going to be able to get up now. How freaking helpless could she be? If she wasn't crying before, she was now, knowing that there wasn't anything she could do. Kenji wouldn't be able to find her, why would he? Their bond was gone, right? Even still, a small shred of hope that maybe he'd come back popped up in her mind. If she wasn't in such a bad state, she'd laugh at how stupid she was at the thought of Kenji coming for her. It was her choice to leave, and yet she still wanted him to come back? How messed up could she be? Lumina's head rested against the muddy ground as her vision grew more blurry, wondering if she'd die like this. Of course she didn't want to, bug that's the way things seemed to be going at the moment. Oh well♤...

The hostage that was a person wouldn't even be missed for another hour or so. After that however, a high ranking government official will be missing their only son. Such loss. Hyouinmaru picked her up by the neck and squeezed tightly as he carried her to a large tree where three boys were hanging in a crucified type way.
"Join the heroes."
Hyouinmaru tossed the girl up and kicked her towards the tree , and sent metal flying at her wrist and ankles, which locked her on the tree just like the others I the crucified position.
"Heh..."
Hyouinmaru was about to kill the three of them brutally, but he sensed a familiar energy nearing his position. He looked in the direction behind him and saw Alejandro limping towards him. He was holding his arm, which was obviously still broken.
"So the kid is still alive."
Alejandro looked up at the tree and then at Hyouinmaru.
"I-I... Still have a lot... T-To make up for before I die... Hyouinmaru. I'll start by stopping you."
"Let's just see how far you get before you become mush."
Hyouinmaru charged at Alejandro, but was immediately stopped by his body slowly freezing.
"Cheap tricks?!"
"I... Was always prepared to fight you.... Just in... C-Case... You went rogue."
After Alejandro's final word, he passed out, his shoulder in a weird position as it was broken and Hyouinmaru fighting to break free, but soon completely frozen.

...?A hospital room. White walls. An open window with white curtains blowing a light breeze into the room. Skylar was laying on the bed closest the window, the fresh air being breathed slowly into the unconscious girl's lungs. Soon though, she stirred a bit, signalling to whoever was in the room that she was slowly arousing. With her vision blurry, she blinked a few times, not quite realizing yet where she was. She felt the cool air on her face, and her head turned toward the open window, seeing the bright blue sky outside of it. Where in the world...? Skylar tried sitting up, only to be greeted with a flurry of pain throughout her body, especially in her right shoulder, her whole left leg, her right knee and ankle, her left wrist, and her whole abdomen. Crying out from the sudden shock of the pain, she fell back against the bed, panting and on the verge of tears and passing out from the pain. Looking down at herself, her eyes widened to see nearly her whole body patched up in white bandages, her whole left leg in a cast as well as all the other places that seemed to hurt. Upon further inspection, it looked like she was in a hospital room, and there were other people in the room with her. Now she was tired, and in pain, and thinking about why she was in here in the first place. Ah yes, it was the iron-skinned man... he had attacked her... if it didn't hurt to breathe, she'd probably be hyperventilating, but she was too tired for that. And really, she still wondered what was up with him, acting like he had. Either way, she was in a hospital now, and probably would be for a while. How lovely?...

"Alright, Alright I'm trying it now" she said with a nod as she looked to her food, thinking a moment before lifting it to take a bite, being a bit more cautious about messing her face than Roland was, he could kind of get away with it but she was so pale she'd look even messier than him so after taking a bite she wiped her mouth.
