Elyse tried to sit back up, but the pod shocked her again. She cried out, tears streaming down her cheeks. Had she heard him right? Did he really mean it? He couldn't possibly care about her like he said... she didn't mean anything to anyone. She was just some experiment, some body that people used for testing on. There was no way, was there? Obviously she cared about him, it was why she was willing to get trapped in the pod by herself. Despite having done so... she wanted out. She wanted Kili. That's all she wanted anymore. She came here hoping to find a way to fix her so she could at least spend some time with him without being afraid of turning to metal... that was a lie, she wanted to actually touch him without turning him to metal. Feel his skin under her fingers, feel his hand laced in hers... all that sappy stuff. She wanted to strangle the life out that damn scientist for making him unhappy and hurting him... but any movement on her part send electric shocks through her body... she was kind of stuck at the moment.

She groaned and looking up,"Ow...I got the clothes though!" She exclaimed, scrambling until she was standing up. She pulled at her bottoms and frowned,"Dang it. These always seem to fall....I really need some new ones."

Taylor looked up at Celia and immediately jumped up, his mouth and eyes both wide.

"C-can I have t-the t-t-trunks now?" He asked, stuttering as he spoke.

The man wiped the blood from his face, his coat sleeve turning red in seconds. "Well, that was a well placed punch, I'll give you that. But I'm not quite done yet!" he said, running forward.


"No, you're done..." Kili said quietly, as the man's arms exploded, multiple wounds appearing on both.


The man stopped in his tracks, his jacket splattered with even more red. "How...What did you do to me?"


"I just sent a magical virus into your body when I punched you. It attacked your cells, and your body fought it off, violently. This is the result." Kili replied, kneeling beside his other arm, which he placed back on his shoulder, and repaired with a short incantation. "Now..." He dashed forward, and floored the man with a punch from his freshly reattached arm. "Let her go."


The man stared at the ceiling for a few moments, a look of disbelief on his face. He soon began to laugh, the house growing louder and more insane with time. When the laughter died down, he looked over at Kili. "That pod... is the machine you were hoping to use to save her...just slide the nano stabilizer into the slot...on the chair, and hit the button to start the process..." he said, pointing.


Kili looked back, and returned his gaze to the man. "Why should I even consider trusting you?"





"Because watching this will be...different." he said simply.


Kili did as the man said, walking over to the chair, inserting the chip he'd collected from the machine earlier, and pressed the button on the chair. 'Analysis Complete' appeared from a holographic interface, as the electric shocks affecting Elyse stopped suddenly. Slowly, a stream of gas began to enter the chamber.


"You...Girl...breathe the nanomachines into your body..." the man said, fixing his broken nose at the same time.
