the teen girl took Tannis's arm to stay close she was scared an looking around so far so goo no terrors.

Tannis was surprised when she suddenly grabbed hold of his arm. Such a foreword motion. When nothing seemed amiss in the store, he left back out to the car, opening his trunk and taking out a few bags. He handed one to Ebony, "If you want to gather things for that bag, what ever you find, there is plenty here."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"Oh...ok," she went into the shop looking mostly for can non perishable foods. She also grabbed bandaids and other medical stuffs.

 

[Ricia]

Tannis grabbed much of the same things, shoving them into the bag. When he was done he walked back out to his car and put the bag in his trunk, picking up another bag and shoving in more of the foods.

Ebony brought the bag back to Tannis "more?" she asked softly.

 

[Ricia]

"No this should be enough for a few months." He said with a small smile, "I try not to take to much.... so that if other survivors come, they can have some as well..." Tannis then put out a card that had an address on it. It was his address stating there was a safe place, a friendly place. He usually left them in places for people to find. "Should we go get your things now?" He asked softly.

"If you want to," Ebony said once more tugging her skirt and looking down shyly.

 

[Ricia]

"This is for your sake, how old are you?" He asked before closing the trunk and getting back into his car and starting it. "I'll also need directions, please."

 

[InsaneTruth]

"The dance studio on... southwest main, um I'm 16." Ebony said softly getting into the car again.

 

[Ricia]

Tannis nodded and started hit drive to the street, "I'm almost 30." He said lightly. He was a bit nervous, with someone so shy and young. it was a bit strange at the same time. Slowly he started to drive to the address she had given him.

"Almost?" Ebony asked softly "so you are... 13 years older then me..." Ebony said

 

[Ricia]

"My birthday is soon." He said with a soft smile, he slowed the car down as he arrived to the area of her address, looking for the dance building.

Ebony went silent she had forgotten the days the building was kept up as well as Ebony could all alone. "will you help me cary the water out?" she asked

 

[Ricia]

"Of course." Tannis said as he got out of the car, he opened the trunk once more and followed Ebony in.

she had a few stacks of water in a room that was once full of it, after she took him their she went into the building going to get her clothes

 

[Ricia]

Tannis slowly picked up a few of the waters and slowly started to bring the water back into his car. Plaving the water next to the canned food.

Ebony came back with a bag of her clothes and personal things "Sorry it wasn't much,"

 

[Ricia]

"I'm more surpise of how much was here... but trust me I don't need it... you'll be safer and healthier with me." Tannis assured him.

She smiled "you ... sound so confident," she said his confidence made her less nervious

 

[Ricia]

Tannis only smiled, "if there is one thing I know, its how to take care of others... ready to go to your new home?" He asked softly, closing the trunk.

Ebony nodded and got in the car holding her bag to her chest.

 

[Ricia]

Tannis silently started the car again before driving out of town again, soon he turned on a long road that went between several trees before opening up to a rather large two story house. It almost looked like a mansion, but everything was over grown around it, making it look a bit abandon. "Here is it. My house before and after everything sarted."

"So... it always looked like this?" Ebony asked a bit shocked.

 

[Ricia]

Tannis laughed, "no, I just don't have the heart to cut trees and plants. Its a living thing, so I don't wish to control it. I had a gardener to fix the leaves.... but I've upkept the house well enough.." he parked the car infront of a garage when he got out to open it up for him to drive in.


There were several cars inside the larger gurage. There was also several cans of gas. Tannis got back in the car and parked it before turning it off and closing his gurage by hand. No electronics to make it do it automaticly. Popping the trunk he picked up several of the bags before unlocking the door and walking in. "Come on in."

Ebony got out of the car "It's... very nice," she told him
