Well, I grew up around there, and as a kid, we were a friend group. I wouldn’t call myself a solitary person. I might not be the absolute most outgoing person, but I do like to be with friends. The only issues is that they’re all busy and I’m just like fuck.
Plus, my state is not a place where I could do what I want. Ideally, I’d end up in Idaho or Montana, as I love those states SO MUCH. But, if I do end up marrying my girlfriend one day, we agreed we’d need to compromise on a place to live. Ironically, West Virginia is that place.
I can’t imagine going into Weston and going to the hospital there, and thinking “well this is where we met Milly and Simon went full Simon Smash!” or being in town in the home where Jennifer almost shot herself, and where her and Mack reunited.
Or what would be even weirder is living in the house that Mack has.
Don’t forget, every place in the RP is a real place.
