I am curious on something as well... Could I perhaps roleplay as an animal gemsona? I would not speak, so much as gesture and interact via cues? I would like to be some sort of... perhaps pseudo-lion to our group. Not an actual lion, but you know... Like in the show.

That gives me an idea! What if your gem crashes into the side of the mountain and the huge flash, as well as recognizing a Gem ship, attracts everyone else to a central location?

Perhaps the story is something that takes place some time after the current arc the show is in at the moment? Essentially there's this forest that's been picking up a lot of gem related activity and the (canon) Crystal Gems go to see what the deal is. Perhaps the reason as to why there are so many gems in the forest to begin with is that there's a non-gem created, completely natural Kindergarten of sorts, which is the twist/a mystery in itself. How is it that gems are being made on earth without the homeworld using harmful machinery? That kind of fun stuff.

I love your idea! But so many gems in this roleplay are home world I'm not sure if it would work. Maybe we can incorporate that in some way?

Just so everyone knows, we have officially started. A home world gem ship has crashed in a remote mountainous area. The idea is that this crash will attract the attention of other gems in the area who will all flock together at the location of the crash. This is how we all meet.

It's been a while since I've done a forum Rp like this, and with this many people, I should wait for the others to post, before reply to you, correct? Or should I respond now, since your gem is interacting with mine? Terribly sorry, I'm sure I'll get the hang of this eventually!

Its no problem at all! Either would work. Typically people wait up on others to reply but you can usually get away with one or two replies towards just one person before anyone gets too far behind.

Hmm… Hey, here's my idea for Serpentine.


After about a page of roleplay has happened, Serpentine can land on Earth, a few miles away from our crew. He begins making his way through the surrounding landscape, decimating everything in his path as he gradually gets closer to our gem crew

@Oenanthe Hmm… Alright, yeah. He could be out to scout for the lost piece of gem equipment due to an emergency crash distress signal sent to home world from the ship?…


Also, I'm going to have to play an NPC Peridot temporarily when Serpentine lands on Earth. Serpentine needs a lot of direction in his missions, so for now he'll need his Peridot instructing him from inside the spacecraft they landed on.
