Fantasy The City Of Wolves

The painfully scream struck Kendall causing her pain to increase ten times fold. Her grip on Kelsey's fur loosed as she slid off his back and onto the floor with a thud with her eyes shut. The pain pulsed throughout her whole body twenty times. After the twentieth time, light surrounded her. But then, the prince and several foxes barged into the corridor. The prince walked slowly up to Kendall, kneeling down beside her. "Tsk tsk Princess..." He mumbled as he reached out with his hand towards her hair.

I smelled other foxes in the corridor outside the room. I quickly ran outside, to see the prince and some of his buddies. "I would step away from her, if you know what is good for you!" I yelled at them. This was not going to go down so good this time. My fangs started to form, and I showed them to the prince and his comrades.

The prince chuckled. "She's about to shift and yet.....her lover boy isn't helping her." He shook his head glancing up at Andrew. "Such as a shame. I mean.... I know it's different for guys but ladies.....they always need a man to help them through it." He spoke slowly. His hand softly stroked her hair. Then he stood back up. But the light surrounding Kendall grew brighter and brighter. The prince and his followers took several steps back. "Make your choice, Andrew here and now. Not helping her could destroy her."

"If you want me to help her, then leave the area, and don't return. Because if I help her, you going to kill me, because that is what foxes are known for!" I shouted at him. I kneeled down beside her, and talk to her. "You going to make it through this, just take calming breaths. Do not stress of this. Your going to be fine." I whispered into her ear.

The prince laughed. "But that's the thing. I don't want to fight you...." He smirked staring at Kendall. "I want to fight her." He pointed. He knew how strong new shifted wolves are. He wanted to test her strength. The light around Kendall suddenly went blinding then absorbed itself into Kendall. Only Kendall....well she was....well she didn't look the same. She was a wolf. A light silvery wolf. The wolf's eyes popped open. I smell rotting fur....

You did it, now kill these foxes. I told her this as I morphed next to her. I was hoping that she knew what to do, and the prince and his comrades changed form to attack us.

Her eyes slowly glanced over at the foxes but landed on the slightly larger fox. The male fox shook his head smirking. Today is not the day to fight you, my beautiful princess. You have one week. After that he growled, turned around and raced his comrades back to their city. Kendall snarled and raced after them until she reached the city wall.

We reached the wall, and the foxes were gone. Why did every time we got close to killing them, they retreat. Their cowards, and deserve to die like the people before them.

Sighing, Kendall sniffed the air. A familiar scent came to her. It wasn't Andrew or Kelsey. It was more like food. The scent made her mouth water. So she took off towards the scent, not caring if the guys followed her or not. Her wolf size was slightly smaller than the average male. But even though she's small, she made up for it with speed.

Kelsey followed Kendall as she chased after the prince. He was mad at himself for suddenly freezing up like that. He had just been so shocked by Kelsey suddenly screaming and then shifting on top of it all. It was to much. He was started when she suddenly turned and began running toward something that smelled like food yet kept following her.

Reaching the location, the smell was coming from a small bakery. Kelsey....Is this our bakery? Everything was different to Kendall being a wolf. There was so many scents that she almost couldn't keep up.

Kelsey stopped beside the princess slightly shocked at were she stopped. It was a small bakery that opened some time ago. It selled great sweets and was relatively famous. He found it odd Kendall seems to have never saw it before.Yes princess. It is rather famous for its sweets.

I allowed the two to run off for some treats, I still had some dignity. Kendall, I will not step down from being your guard, on one promise, your mine. I told her, knowing that Kelsey couldn't hear what I said.

Kelsey, I'm gonna head up to my room to get some sleep. She yawned. Dear lord knows I need it. She trotted off to her room. Her thoughts wondered on what Andrew told her. While still in wolf, she connected a link to him. In order for that, you have to ask me in person. Reaching her room, she surprised that her door was replaced and fixed. Quickly shifting, she went into her bedroom, over to her closest and got dressed into one of her favorite jeans, a tank top and of course her undergarments. Another yawn escaped her lips as she closed her door, locked it and walked over to her bed and plopped face first onto it.

I quickly ran to her room, and slowly opened the door, it had been fixed. The door was older than than the other one, and a slight creaking sound to it. I peered into her room, and saw her getting ready for a nice long rest. I could not bother her at this point in time. I was truly disappointed in myself for not getting here sooner. I was about the shut the door, when I stuck behind the head and dragged to the foxes camp, and held prisoner of war.

Kelsey heard Kendall's message and nodded as he began the walk home. The princess should be safe here. He stopped blinking as he noticed something suspicious. Turning he looked around but found nothing.

That's weird I could have sworn I saw something.
He was about to continue walking but the feeling that something was wrong wouldnt stop nagging at him. Worried he turned and began the walk back. He had to be sure the princess was safe.

Lucas, who was in his wolf form, ran pass his sister and they start heading back to the house. They had been wondering around the city for quite a while now and his sister didn't want others to look for them. Hey Lu, I'll race you to the house, he paused for a moment before he continued, I bet I'll win! He stopped, waiting for Luciana to catch up with him. I'll even give you a head start.

Luciana was in her wolf form when Lucas ran pass her. She rolled her eyes as her brother talked and she stopped when she caught up with him. I don't need a head start, it's you who needs it. She turns her head to him them looked at the path before them. It would take them a while to get to the house, but they didn't mind. One, she started counting. Two, she waited for a bit. THREE! She took off running as she finished saying three.

Lucas start running after his sister and he matched her speed. They were enjoying the race and didn't noticed that they were almost home. Both of them could see Kendall's house, which means that their house isn't that far away.
