Hmmmmmm.... The thing that I don't like is that your character is extremely old, even for Elf standards.
Elves live a long time but not as long as many people think. At max they can live till 300 years if they're lucky enough and healthy enough. Usually though Elves live to about 200 years. An Elf is found usually in their prime at around.... 50 years old.

I'll just say, Ikasia will NOT win in any csse if she fights with her left.
With her right, i feel she has a slight advantage, but not one that would make her certain to win. 60/40 is my guess. Simply due to longer experience.

My definition of ranger is more the D&D ranger which is effectively a light warrior, usually with skills in scouting and movement. Weapon choice doesn't apply in my definition, though my definition also fits many rogues.
