Fantasy The Calm After War (Always Open and Accepting)

Kids
Ari's Ship
It was at this time that Alex approached the group. "Come on guys, mom said we can explore the ship." The twins smiled at each other, and quickly ran away to join their older brother. "Bye bye guys!" They said in unison, before walking away with Alex. Kylesar1 Kylesar1 P Paint The Wind

Bailey O'Connor
Ari's Ship/A nice room somewhere
Bailey sighed, and ran a hand through her hair. She was actually exhausted for the first time in a long time. She actually wanted to sleep instead. The room she and Herah had found was decent, probably one of the higher members of the crew had once stayed there, but not any more. Sitting down in the bed, she streched. Herah knew where the room was so had been dismissed to go find somehwerento clean up., Bailey was armed so she didn't need to be hanging around, and Bailey could fend for herself. Besides, Bailey knew that the crew still on board would leave her alone because someone would rip their head off if they tried anything. So, she felt safe enough to lay down and take a nap. (Open incase anyone would like to come say hi)

Ari Waesmor
Ari's Ship Bar
Ari kept hugging him for a minute longer, then released him. He picked up his drink, but didn't drink just yet. "No more of this lone wolf shit Tyr. No more drinking your problems away either. If you have a problem, I'm always around. If you didn't know, now you know." Ari drained his drink. Tyr was his First Mate, plain and simple. Ari wouldn't let him struggle, not emotionally. Physically, there wasn't much Ari could do for him due to the immense strength gap between them, but he could be there when the bullshit got to him and ended in him a mess like he was right now. "Be Tyr, not the Barbaric Bard. You owe something to no one but your wife and kids. Not even me." Ari laughed. "Especially not me."
Tyr sniffled, and patted his buddy on the back. Ari really made Tyr feel happy. And honestly, he felt a whole lot better. Ari's prep talk had given him something he hadn't had in a while. It gave him hope. Hope that everything would end up better than it was now. Now he felt like it was only a matter of time until he was back to his old self.
"Thanks, Ari.." He said with a genuine smile, before pulling back from the hug. Then he realized that Avery had been there the entire time. He looked over at the TARI shipper with an embarrassed smile. "D-did you see all of that...?"

Avery Valencia
Ari's Ship Bar

Avery nodded furiously. He had been watching while 5 different pictures were being drawn simultaneously. He showed them. One of them was a highly detailed picture of Ari comforting the crying Bard. The rest were....... Less of that. 2 of them were of them kissing. The last 2 were very NSFW

"That beat out every TARI moment since ToKV. The love that extends beyond the physical and breaks the ceiling into the emotional, to the point where the players themselves get shipped. It's fucking beautiful." He was teary eyed and happy, the only thing redder than the blush on his face was the blood pouring out of his nose.

Quinn gave Arabelle a snuggle before moving through the shadows to explore the new ship. "I am going to explore a bit." They told her, their curiosity booming. The shadow moved around the ship looking at things with mild interest. Quinn saw what was going on between Ari and Tyr and that cross dresser, and decided to avoid that mess. They almost gave up until they came upon Bailey in her room alone. Quinn reformed from the shadows and moved forward, the naked shadow child on all fours like always. "Bailey?" They tilted their head, hoping their memories were correct.

It took a moment, but Bailey eventually opened her eyes. "Oh...hello Quinn," She muttered, giving the shadow child a soft smile. "Do you need something sweetheart?" Bailey sat up on the bed, rubbing her eyes. Hopefully, Bailey could resume her nap soon, but she wasn't going to be rude. Tetro Tetro

(Man, isn't Pokemon great?)
Tyr looked over at Ari, a big, dumbass smile on his face. Not only was he happy to see Ari as embarrassed as he was right now, but what really drove the nail in the coffin was the fact that in those NSFW pictures, Ari was the bottom. If Ari's talk didn't cheer hi up already, that sure as hell did. And as it seemed, this lil' cross-dressing yaoi fan was absolutely growing on him. So Tyr decided to return the favor by picking the trap up, and quickly whisking him away from the soon to be fury of the ship's captain.
"Avery, you are my new number one fan."

Quinn moved over to her, climbing onto the bed and sitting next to Bailey while staring at her. Quinn began singing softly, their hypnotic song filling the room. They knew Bailey was tired and they felt an urge to care for her. That involved making sure she got good sleep. Quinn continued harmonizing beautifully as their eyes glowed in a softer way than normal.

Ari took a look at the NSFW pics and drained a good portion of the bottle of scotch and sighed, saying nothing.

As Avery was grabbed and pulled by Tyr, a blade passed right by his face, slashing off some of his hair ends. Ari's usual blue aura was now blazing red. "WHY AM I THE BOTTOM TO THAT DRUNK BASTARD!?!"

Avery was holding on to Tyr. Whether it was fear or it was not only being touched, but picked up by Tyr, he was crying even harder. "You're the bigger heartbreak, Ari, amongst the fans. You have a smooth body and you're more lean. It's only natural that you be the sub to a big strong bear like Tyr." Ari was still shirtless and even he forgot. Avery surely didn't as he captured every detail, even the scars on his chest.

"I'M NOT A FUCKING SUB AVERY!!!"
"Then could you show me in person......?"
That stopped Ari from trying to slash him again. He sheathed his sword, but not after slicing up the pages into more than a thousand clean cut pieces. That was, all but the one where he comforted Tyr. "I'll allow this one to live. The rest get burned." Ari said. "I won't, at least not in the way you want me to, Avery."

Ari looked over to them. "We should be arriving in Faylen in a couple of hours. Take this time to rest up."

Bailey chuckled as she watched Quinn. It was odd, but the shadow's singing was calming. "Aww, you don't have to do that sweetie," Bailey yawned, "You can go back to Arabelle if you want to." But Bailey was already laying back down to try and fall asleep again. "But thank you Quinn, this is sweet of you." Tetro Tetro

Quinn's eyes started glowing, infusing their singing with the sleeping effect completely. They timed it well so Bailey wouldn't think much of the extra bit of sleepiness she would have felt. Quinn smiled sweetly as they sang, enjoying the thanks and compliment they received. They were so used to people trying to kill them when they heard their singing.

Auscent Residence

Cross was puzzled as all he had found in the house was Siegbert. Who he was happy to see was as happy and outgoing as he remembered. "Hey Sieg! Sorry about the long time with me g-"

Siegbert tackled his dad causing Cross to tumble at first but before falling he regained his posture. "Take me Flying daddy! Mommy can't and you promised!" Siegbert wailed as he hugged his father.

"Hey do you know who were talking to? Of course I can take you flying! Just let me find your mother." Cross put his son down as he started looking. "Katherine? I'm back... Katherine? Oh dear did she dissapear again? Eh a note will work." Cross swiftly wrote a note to his wife saying he was taking Siegbert flying. "Well Sieg daddy is raring to transform. I'll meet you outside!" Cross Jumped out of the windoe turning into his Red dragon form.

Siegbert seeing this jumped on and without a second thought Cross jumped up into the sky taking flight. Easily going over all of Loudwater in only a good 30 seconds. And fast approaching Toron as both of the half dragons laughed as Cross did a few tricks in the air.

Theo was woken up by a pain in his... Everywhere. Being slammed into by a red dragon will do that to you. "What the!" Theo cried as he fell out of the sky. "Ology!" He cursed, trying to right himself. Luckily the dragon didn't hit him head on otherwise he would be almost dead. Now to figure out exactly what was going on... Crap! He thought. He had fallen asleep while flying. He was supposed to be watching for Assasins. He had to get to Faylen, fast.

Cross stopped when he could've sworn he had hit something. Almost like his wing had barely hit something. Then he looked down to see an odd winged man. At that moment Cross believed he just fucked up in the biggest way. He hit an Angel! "Oh gods I am so sorry man! I didn't see you and me and my son were just having fun. If your god must be wrathful tell him it was me and me alone. Just leave Sieg out of your report!"

Siegbert also transformed tried to fly off of Cross only for the Draconian to grab him and place him back on his back. "Daddy what's wrong?"

Theo rubbed his head. "What?" He mumbled, still a bit groggy. He looked up. The dragon was talking to him. "Damn I am so dead." Theo said, slapping his palm to his face. He was un cloaked. That was just wonderful. Theo was a bit caught up in his own self loathing but he managed to catch the gist of what the dragon was saying. "Uggh." He moaned again. "No, no it's cool. I'm not an angel."

Bakuyoshi Bakuyoshi

"Not an Angel!? But how? You have the body of a person and the weird bird wings. I mean what else could you be?" Cross had only been introduced to the existance of angels in the form of a Holy man who could weaponize wooden spoons. And that was only a few years ago. And he was confused by the mans statement. And curious about it.

BackSet BackSet

Theo debated telling the dragon about what he was. He couldn't just reveal the secrets of his people. But then again his people were trying to kill him. "I'm an aether." He said, deciding to just spill the beans. "I come from another plane of existance known as Thera where we natural evolved to have wings."

Ari Waesmor
Gates of Faylen
17:00 (5pm)

The Airship finally made it to Faylen after a long trip. Noam and Selra finally got on, but Ari was too preoccupied with landing the ship to really mess around with them. Plus, Avery started teaching Ari some of the Psionic Arts, more specifically Telepathy and Minor Telekinesis. This was damn near nothing compared to what he had before, but all magic had to start somewhere. The sun was still shining, but not over Faylen as it was still cloudy. Even if it did though, it'd be a nice pink and orange as the sun started setting over the horizon. From the skies, it was a breathtaking experience as they caught sight of Faylen's highest mountains. "Here we are, people. Faylen." Ari announced to the entirety of the ship via a Communication Crystal. There was one in the Control Room linked to many of them placed in the ceiling around the ship. This was basically the equivalent of an intercom to announce things over. "Fire, you can go ahead and take control. We're all under your command. Just keep me out of the bullshit please."

He then made his way over to Noam and Selra. "Now for formal introductions. I am Ari Waesmor, God Contractor. You need a little help in controlling your Dark Magic and in bringing back some for a revolution, yes?"

Alison Foster
Ari's Ship

Alison was the first off. She made sure all her stuff in order. Everything in order. "Here we are finally. Mithras, Theo, let's go to the library and see what we can find out. There has to be something on these Ancient Gods. Let's find out about Amos first and foremost."

"Well yeah. Er sir I apologize this is all so new to me. And well just trying to take in everything all at once. So give me a moment to gather myself." Selra took a deep breath then smacked herself. "Ok it's all real. Now yes Mr Waesmor I do need assistance for everything you said. Alas coming from a family of mages is no help. Magic comes easy enough. It's really a matter of controlling it and it being able to leave the palm of my hand. Last time I used a spell well my right hand got melted. If not for a passing cleric I would only have one hand. Actually..." Selra bowed down. "Please teach me magic. I need to get my homeland back to how it was in the days of old."

Bailey O'Connor, Herah Addar, & Kids
Faylen Border/Ari's Ship
Herah had managed to wake Bailey about thirty minutes out, which was enough time for her to fully wake, and make sure that all of her family's luggage was together. Not to mention find her kids who were being taught how to gamble by a few of the crew members. Herah thought it was funny. Bailey was not amused. Anyway, her and her Children would have been the first off, if not for the unexpected guest boarding the ship. Three elves with ling silver hair, all dressed in the same silver tunics and other fine bits if clothes. They looked almost identical if not for their prominent difference in age. The others who saw them thought them nothing more than an overdressed welcome party, but Bailey and Herah were not happy to see them.

For one, these were the people who tried to hang Herah almost a two years ago. And they've been out to politically ruin Bailey ever since her half blood status came to light. These were the members of the Faylen Royal Council. Bailey approached them, with a sweet smile. "Goodevening gentlemen, I wasn't expecting to see you until later. I was expecting my sister to welcome us," Bailey said.

"Well Miss Del'Lanis, we figured who better to prepare you and your guest for this evening's festivities than us," The man in the middle said. His voice, as you will notice with quiet a few of the Elven nobels, was rather arrogant. He though very high of himself, and it was very clear that the other two shared this.

"But they won't be attending the peace talks, it's no-"

"Well of course not! We mean the party her highness Queen Anora is throwing in celebration of the peace talks. You know what a royal ball is like, don't you?" He sneered.

"Yes, I'm aware. I just wasn't aware there would be one tonight, if I had I would have told my guest to pack something."

"Nonsense! A full wardrobe will be provided for the Weasmor's for tonight, a gift from the king and Queen themselves as a welcome to Ellasin Sal!"

"Just say Faylen please, nobody but me and Herah know Elvish," Bailey sighed. "Anyway, when is the uh...party?"

"Seven, the peace talks will be at nine milady," The councilman said.

"But it takes nearly five hours to get to the capital from here, so...do you an idea for cutting the trio down to merely and hour at best?" Bailey asked, cocking her eyebrow.

"Well of course I do! Lady Addar and the Weasmor guards will escort luggage and anything else to the palace while those of us important for tonight, will teleport. Aver here is an expert with teleportation magic, and can have us there within seconds."

This didn't sound like a good idea, but Bailey couldn't exactly argue with them. And since it did take so long to get to the capital...she sighed. These peace talks were important, and if it meant relying on someone she didn't trust to be there on time... "Allow me to gather everyone."

"Of course Milady."

Bailey turned her back to them, the fake smile she managed to keep on dropping and she established a telepathic link with the entire ship, minus the councilmen. "Hello. I need everyone who wasn't originally part of the crew to find me. But please, take your time. You should be spared as long as possible."

Arabelle had been busy gathering up the kids, making sure they were ready and on their best behavior. “Come on, kiddos. Time to go.” She picked Ryan up and could feel Quinn on her back. She took Willow’s hand and walked with her to find Bailey. “Hey, Bailey,” she said kindly with a smile. “You look absolutely beautiful,” she said, admiring her for a moment. She then noticed the three elves and wondered why they were there.

Mithras smiled. "Faylen. My mother should be here if she's alive," he whispered to himself. Mithras felt half-determined to find his mother for his whole life. She'd definitely be a better parental figure than his father was - that's for sure. But now that he remembered she left him with an Amos cultist in Rivannia in the first place, he began questioning what kind of woman she was.

Mithras turned to Alison. "Of course I'll go with you."

Quinn was clung onto Arabelle's back as always like a little monkey. "Hey Bailey." They spoke in Arabelle's voice, mimicking her. Quinn gave Bailey a little wave and a smile before looking at the three elves. The shadow child gave them a threatening hiss. Quinn didn't like the elves with the silver clothes. The fancy dressed humans and elves always gave them the hardest time when Quinn was caught singing to their kids. "They are mean..." Quinn wanted Arabelle to make them go away.

Theo looked around, very unsure of where he actually was supposed to be. "Dammit!" He cursed. "I have no idea where I'm supposed to be right now! Am I talking to the dragon or in faylen!? And how did I get to faylen if I'm there?! I'm so very confused!" Theo put his head in his hands. He didn't have to deal with this kind of meta stuff before he had gotten his ass kicked by a member of The Adventurers.

Gates of Faylen

Ari got off the ship with Willow. He yawned. "Whatever is going on, let's go. I'm incredibly weary of people with attitudes towards my friends. Makes me want to kill someone." Ari was itching to slash the throats of all these elves immediately for disrespecting Bailey like that, but that would go against his Magic. He had to control his bloodlust, no matter what the situation entailed. Still, he gave the elves a look that told them that he didn't give a damn about potentially being thrown out of Faylen for their murder if they wanted to keep up their disrespect, a look that entailed glowing red eyes and an aura of purple that symbolized his struggle to stay his hand.

Gates of Faylen

She got on the mount to the capital. Unfortunately, their center of knowledge was far away from where they were right now. "The elves should have plenty of exclusive information not found anywhere else on the Ancient Gods, as they actually worship them." Alison was full of anticipation of what they could find in Faylen. Is Faylen really the intellectual wonderland the world gives it credit to be? Or is it just overblown. Alison knew that the elves specialized in anything dealing with the spiritual or the Arcane. That's why all the best magic schools were in Elven country
