[Foxora]

The Ride lasted for two hours until finally, the jeep rolled up to a River in the clearing of the forest. "Alright! This is our stop" he parked the car and looked at Ellie.

 

[Karcen]

84 got out of the machine and looked around nothing had been placed her before hand but well it was a big enough clearing so she wondered just what kind of high tech camping gear Sebastian would have.


" So what do we need to do to set up master?" She asked.

 

[Foxora]

He smiled "We need to set up the tent and campfire" he then went up to her . "taking another drink" and he leaned to suck on her neck again.... he had to admit, he kinda found this fun and funny. He looked like some kind of vampire for slime girls form how he always went for then.

 

[Karcen]

" yes master" She said having though there would just be some device to do that setting up Sebastian after all did have lots of technology so why would he not have some for this kind of occasion.

 

[Foxora]

After drinking his fill he backed away a bit and got a good look around. "Alright, Lets set it up" he headed toward the jeep pulling out the pieces for the tent.

 

[Karcen]

" yes master" 84 said following Sebastian to the back of the machine not sure exactly what his people would have for camping gear as the worlds current level just meant camping was whatever you could get as mass production of anything what just in its infancy and everything still required an artisan to make it.

 

[Foxora]

Sebastian placed certain objects on certain areas of the ground and directed Ellie with her share as well. He then started pressing some kind of panel on each of them and they started to expand configure themselves into rather futuristic looking camping furniture, tent, etc. The Tent looked more like a small Cabin, enough to fit two beds, a table with chairs, and a heating system, Though the heating system wouldn't be needed since they were in the forest, And there seemed to be only one bed. "Oh yeah... they still think it's only me down here...." he smiled looking at her. "Well, feed you at night anyway so I guess that makes sense"

 

[Karcen]

Well this was more like what 84 expected things that seemed to be really advanced and were. She didn't get how they worked or rather she got what they did but the exact mechanics behind it eluded her but she would get it one day. She was less worried about one bed than Sebastian was, though he seemed to get over it very fast. he had changed some from when she had first met him and she liked it she had changed as well life was food.


" Yes master" She said

 

[Foxora]

"Alright, now we just gotta set up the defenses for our camp, and a fire." He walked over what looked like a large metal ring tube. He stepped on it and made it sink into the ground. "good spot for a for a fire pit" once half of it was in the dirt he stepped on it he flicked his wrist and a hatchet was in his hand now. "Ok, Ellie, could you go out and grab some sticks and dried up leaves. Don't go too far out, holler if you see something and run straight back to camp. We don't know whats out there and I don't want some unknown beast thinking you'd make a tasty meal" he said patting her head before walking up to a tree and checking it's branches for any signs of wildlife. He didn't want a wreck some animals day Because he wanted some firewood. Once he was certain the tree was clear he began chopping away.

 

[Karcen]

" Ok" 84 said, though finding something dry was kind of pointless as she would get it wet and despite how convenient slimes were they did not burn which was a good thing otherwise they might be used as fuel for some to the more complex machines. This also meant she wasn't going to be gathering any dry any things. Still she went out and gathered small sticks and what not getting them wet with her touch before returning.

 

[Foxora]

the thought that act of her getting dry sticks and leaves soon dawned on him as he was in mid chop..... "Duh.... Well it's not like I need them right now I guess." he then return to giving on more chop and the tree fell over, where he started to chop it into pieces.


Some time later, Sebastian had successfully chopped the tree into logs to which he grabbed some and made a log pyramid with them in the fire pit. "Ok... there we go"

 

[Karcen]

84 hand brought in several loads of small branches while not soaked they were slightly soggy but not unusable. Their fire would of course be mainly fueled by Sebastian's logs as it normally would it seemed some things never changed no matter how technologically advanced a species became. Still the reason for a fire was for light and heat and well she didn't think with all the technology Sebastian's people wouldn't need a fire for heat and light.


" Why are we making a fire master, your people must have a way of making lights without burning wood?" She asked.

 

[Foxora]

He started chuckling at her question as he took a some of the driest twigs and leaves from her and placed it in the pit. "Well to be honest, this is entirely unnecessary. I just like to make campfires, so I never really requested for Light orbs and heat stations. My pops once said I was a bit of a firebug.... perhaps he was more concerned that I'd become an arsonist or something." He chuckled. "I just like fire is all, my favorite element. I know better to not set a forest on fire" He stood up with a proud smile when he looked at his handiwork. A small billow of smoke trailing form under the logs, but it wasn't long before Ellie saw small licks of fire trying to grow and claim the log period for it's own.

 

[Karcen]

84 stayed a short but farther distance from the fire than her master as heat would make her lose liquid faster so her instincts took some control over her causing her to stay away. It was obvious she did not share Sebastian's love of fire and while it was obvious she wasn't afraid she just didn't like being near a big enough fire.


" SO what do you want to eat master" She said glancing away from the fire to ask she still had a few jobs to do for her master, she did after all still have to always prove she was worth buying, or at least she thought she did.

 

[Foxora]

It seemed like perfect timing that she asked as he felt his stomach start to grumble. "It has been awhile since I ate. Well I suppose you can surprise me then. the cooler should be next to our camper. The scanner on it should be able to identify you and unlock itself." he said as he went to work on setting up the rest of the camping equipment. as well as the table and chairs.

 

[Karcen]

84 nodded and went over to the cooler and opened it finding that it had a variety of food, though she wanted something simple for her master because he seemed hungry right now. So she picked up three large pieces of meat they were already wet so she didn't have to worry about them getting wet from her. With the meat she also grabbed a small cube and clicked it to make a self heating grill to cook the meat. She quickly put the meat on the grill which started to sizzle in seconds. While that started cooking she picked up another bit of tech that looked like a sheet but was a spice storage device and selected the right ones for the steaks, then she pulled out a spatula.


" I will cook three is that ok master?" She asked though she had already started.

 

[Foxora]

Sebastian nodded "Sounds good, Ellie, let me know when it's ready" he said to her as he continued setting up camp. He now got the music playing device playing and it started playing some rather chill lounge music automatically. "Mmm, might play that for later tonight" he changed the music to some light rock.

 

[Karcen]

" Yes master" 84 said letting the steaks cook and adding the spices as needed. Cooking something like this was simple and she was going for well done as she didn't know how Sebastian liked his steaks and it seemed the simplest. Still it required watching carefully and would take a bit of time to get it just right though she would most likely cook it too long or not long enough this was her first time grilling.

A bit of time went by, Sebastian finished setting up came after he set up the defense perimeter for it, and took a moment pull a chair to the fire, feed it another log and listen to the music before he had to do the paperwork part of his job that he wasn't so fond of. hoping that food would finish before that so he could procrastinate even more.

 

[Karcen]

Fate it seemed was on Sebastian's side as the meat was done cooking just before he could start his paper work. 84 soon brought the well cooked meat over the her master on one of the plates, it looks good and it seemed she had nearly gotten it just right she should have left it on the grill a little longer , but it would still be good.


" Dinner is ready master" 84 said holding the plate to Sebastian.

 

[Foxora]

Sebastian smiled looking at it. "Wow, not bad at all. Were you like a cook as well before we met? Cuz, it's hard t believe you just started yesterday. He then cut off a piece and started eating.

 

[Karcen]

" Why should I have cooked before slimes don't even talk we aren't very smart.. or well most don't think we are so why would they trust us to cook?" She asked perhaps taking what Sebastian said a bit to serious " I just read the thing you gave me ." She said forgetting what to call the tablet. She was most likely being to serious and she knew it but well she needed to remember that Sebastian was her master and she needed to remember her place and not get to comfortable with him otherwise she might forget her place.

 

[Foxora]

Sebastian looked at her "I see" He then remembered something. "Wait, you read about how to cook steaks? I figured you reached as far as the basics. Your actually quite literate." He was astonished on how far she had read already in that cooking tablet.

 

[Karcen]

If 84 could blush she would have but well changing color took concentration. " Well I was at the brothel for a long time and sometimes people shared stories or brought things they would read after they were done and I learned from that, they always thought I was just looking at it because I never spoke. " She explained, though she had no real explanation for her luck in cookign the meat but she had gotten lucky. " I must have just gotten lucky it is meat after all"

 

[Foxora]

He smiled at her "Oh, don't sell yourself short, you did a fantastic job, all things considered" he said taking another bite of the steak. "Mmm, yum" He decided to take his time with the steak.
