Short Background:Her mother was a demon and her father was a human, and when that happens you can expect a heck of a family life. She took after her mother more than her father in every aspect. She has her mother's hair, she has her mothers lack of emotional presence, she has her mothers honesty, and she has her mothers powers. Suffice it to say this school year will be an interesting one for anyone that makes her acquaintance, her not being your typical high school girl in more than one regard. Never-the-less she agreed to go, even though her mother thought she would not want to go.

Short Background: Mike began life in his hometown of Transylvania, where the unexpected was expected and the weird was normal. Not many humans wanted to get even close to Transylvania due to the eerie nature of the place. The only beings that dared live there were a clan vampires, led by Count Dracula himself. Dracula saw potential in the young Mike, so he trained him in the art of being a creature of the night. Although Mike was not raised to be completely evil, he has a low moral compass and is willing to do what it takes to succeed.

Masumi was brought up by her mother, who is also a succubus. And her father who was a human. Her mother always taught her to be kind and caring to others rather than use them for gain, like her ancestors. She had a fairly normal life, and lived in the human world. Once she turned 5, her mother taught her to make a potion that would conceal her true appearance and make her look human. This way she could go to school and get an education like every other little girl her age. She could fit in. This went on for year's, until questions started to arise at school. Masumi played pranks and started causing drama among the students at the school. So, her mother agreed to allow her to attend the Academy. Where she could discover who she really was. There she learned she was skilled in pyromancy her first year, and started to build her skills. She still takes the potion, old habits die hard.

She wasn't born into this world but rather built and placed a living entity into her. Her eyes opened and she breathed her first breath in front of her creator unknown. She was a real life Pinocchio, a puppet and given the name Charlotte. Her skin porcelain and movements graceful, the only default was that she didn't have feelings. "Perhaps you're like a blank hard drive Charlotte, just need software downloaded for you to be complete and filled with other possibilities." The creator spoke with a hopeful smile on their face, stroking her smooth hair as Charlotte simply sat on the metal lab table and looked down at the one who gave her life.

Personality

Charlotte doesn't have much of a personality, she doesn't understand happiness nor sadness nor anger. It's very much neutral for her as she hadn't been in contact with the outside world before coming to the academy. Charley can often be considered soft spoken but an odd ball for her... unique nature.

Other

Charlotte has similar qualities to a human's but also differs in varies ways. Like a human she has a heart, a brain, and other humanly functions. Charley's skin is soft and smooth and can also eminate heat like a human's but doesn't bleed. She can hear, taste, feel, see, and speak but things such as poison, mind control, or even paralysis can't affect her due to the fact that she isn't human. Unlike a human every scratch she receives cannot heal, it is like a scar on her although that doesn't mean she's fragile to the touch. Personality: Xavier is a sad and depressing person, not having any friends nor social interactions at all with anyone; and no one knows why he is like this. He has an extremely negative outlook on life, believing that we live a useless life, and that everything we do is pointless. Passing by life, trying to convey to each other that we mean something in this short breath of mistakable existence; these are the beliefs Xavier holds. He does not do any work and still manages to pass with a solid C in his class due to his ability to memorize at a rapid rate; most of the time he just stares into space, wanting to get away from life. The boy doesn't care for interacting with anyone, he is the type of guy that would just turn around and walk away if you tried to get in his way or approach him. Xavier, although he does not like to socialize, is brutally honest, blunt, straight up; whatever you wanna call it. He will say it how it is, and he does not care for your emotions or what you think.

History

Alex has had a very very very sad life indeed, the gods of fate truly do not smile on him. As a young child, he was raised by abusive parents who always beaten him and put him, their own son, down over and over.At age 5, his parents were killed when a thief snuck in, trying to get an easy mark, when the thief finished, his parents were killed right in front of his own eyes; yet spared by the man. He grew up in a foster home, well more like over 100, having to change foster parents due to how they did not like him; him lucky enough to maybe stay a month. School was no different in the way her was treated, the really kid to bully and pick on for his life; he had never made a single friend nor ally. He was put into an orphanage, left alone by everyone else to let him sit his miserable hell hole of a life.


Every place he went, he was given back a short time later due to many reasons, one being that he would always cause trouble where ever he went as trouble seemed to just follow him. He would harm other kids that came near him or tried to harass him, things would be broken, he would scare others with his powers, etc...

Siren's Song- Although he is unable to control people with his singing like a pure siren, his songs can change someone's emotions to match the feel of the song, or he can just put them to sleep. This can be nullified either by covering the ears or just by having a strong enough will to resist.


Flight- wings... enough said...


Sonic Boom -capable of moving at the speed of sound. However, moving at this speed puts tremendous strain on his body. Doing it too many times without rest can be fatal. Attacks dealt at this speed are incredibly powerful.


Destructive Sound- capable of using his voice to destroy targets. Can only be used twice a day or he will lose his voice for a week.


Enhanced durability - Due to his demonic heritage, his body is capable of taking more abuse than the average person. However, his demonic heritage makes him quite vulnerable to holy items...


Minor Demonic Magic - able to summon small familiars and perform some small tricks (magic light source, start a small fire). He has attempted to master more advanced magic.... but it tends to backfire on him.


Demon Arm- His left arm can take on a demonic form that enhances his strength and puts demonic power into his strikes. This arm can also be used defensively to block non-holy weapons.

Short Background:


You'd never know it from his personality, but Dante's past was anything but sunshine and rainbows... I guess it's to be expected for the son of a demon and a siren. His life was hell. It started when he was six, and saw his father murdered...


They had lived quite peacefully in a small town suburb, his mother and father disguising themselves as human so that he could live a "normal" life. Unfortunately, a neighbor witnessed his father drop into his demonic form, and the neighbor in question contacted the Church... Exorcists descended upon his home, and before the night was over, his father was killed by the exorcists.


His mother did not long outlive her husband. Her heart was broken beyond repair, and Dante was cursed to find her hanging in the kitchen over the spot his father had died...


There is little to be said about him after that. He grew up, moving from place to place, strapping his Siren wings to his body to blend in with the humans. He tried to develop his talents, but without guidance, it was not so easy... As soon as he was able, he transferred to the Academy. All anyone knows of him now is his smile, something that, like his headphones, has become basically a part of who he is. None of the teachers even know his troubled past, and given his upbeat personality, few would believe it if they were told.


****Personality: Generally, Dante is very laid back and usually quite upbeat. As he tends to wear his headphones almost all the time, he has become quite adept at reading lips, but this has its drawbacks. For example, he often does not realize when people are being sarcastic, and tends to take things literally since he does not hear the cues in the spoken voice. He tends to enjoy pulling pranks using his sound mimicry to confuse people, though he usually gives himself away by laughing before getting safely away.

Short Background:


John grew up in a small town on the outskirts of a major industrial city. He didn't have a father to raise him and help out around the house so from a a very young age he started to fix things to take the load of his mother. His neighbor was a well know engineer and and after his mother died he toke him in and trained him as his apprentice. He still attended school but never enjoyed it as other kids would bully and make fun of him for always being so dirty. This caused him to be beaten up a lot but he never raised a hand against any of them. After he finished his apprenticeship he traveled for a bit before he found out the real power he had. The incident that triggered this was when a small girl was about to be killed by a truck. One shift later he gets an invitation to a special type of school.

Short Background: Hide was a rather small and weak flower, he relied on his ability to hide and paralyse hunters, eventually he became a human after two hundred years of growing. After facing a tribulation of lightning, he emerged a small five year old with a replica flower on his head, hours after the birth of Hides human body, the government picked him up and made him grow flowers in special garden made for him until he was eleven, if he didn't fill his flower quota he would be whipped and tortured him. The year of his eleventh birthday the garden he was living in was attacked by a terrorist group, he escaped and lived on the streets for a further three years, until he turned fourteen. At fourteen he was adopted and lived with a human family for two years. At sixteen he eventually realised it was too dangerous to live without protection, he found out about The Academy, and decided to go there.


Personality: Hide is a rather delicate person, just like the flower he was born from, he tends too shy away from everybody, and always acts sheepish, which has earned him the nickname "Lil Bunny," which he will only let his friends call him. Short Background: Alexander Salvatore is a man obsessed... With himself... There are many reasons why one would chose the path of an exorcist, but few do it for the same reason Alexander did. He chose to become an exorcist because he figured that, being a powerful exorcist, girls would be all over him. Only problem is, he still needs to make a name for himself. Given most demons have integrated into the world so completely, exorcism calls became increasingly rare. So rather than waiting for the call to come to him, he transferred to the Academy hoping to find some foul demons he could slay and bolster his reputation. This ability allows him to track, though he is not often in his right mindset when this ability is fully activated. Ryo was born to a small family in the mountains, where he was raised with his friend Kurai. Though he didn't know when he was a kid, his grandparents had contracted him to a tengu for protection due to his species. Where he was born, hybrids were severely frowned upon, and he never knew exactly what he had in his blood other than human. When his mother died, he was sent to attend a middle school in the city with Kurai, and was introduced to video games- which he is still absorbed into. He did get into a bit of trouble in the years that he was there, but he doesn't think much on it. Rather, it changed him a bit.

It was a surprise to her that Ryo wanted to go to a new environment, but was even more surprised when they were transported to somewhere she wasn't used to.
