How powerful is Lilith? I associate the term "celestial" with God stuff so I'd need a list of what she can do in case it's too OP.

Folks, if your profile gets a like from me it means you're in the RP. You also get a tag as I add your character(s) to the accepted list but sometimes you don't get notified for that. Notifications can be a bit odd sometimes.

I believe how that works is, the person only gets notified if the tag is part of the original post. Edits simply have the tag link to the user.

Don't quote me on that though. That's just what I think based on what's happened in the past.

I was about to type that. I pretty sure that you're right.

There are three force users in this RP, an ex-Sith and two Jedi. All three are working with The Soviet Empire at the moment and will soon be leaving on a mission involving a unique tear that holds a lot of power. If you're willing to wait a post or two, Grievous could have been sent after the tear by his Master as a lot of forces across the multiverse are interested in it.

Ultron's going to be involved as well as some other factions.

- Humanity.

- People.

- God. (But doesn't respect him)

- Everyone in the Hellsing Family bloodline.

- Normal Humans, that are not afraid to face him and fight him.

- Normal Humans that can defeat him. (He also admires and swears undying loyalty to them and their offsprings, thus the like for the Hellsing Family)

- Blood.

- Human emotions.

Dislikes:

- Vampires, including himself.

- Supernatural beings, but only if they chose to become Supernatural, including himself.

- People that gave up their humanity, and turned into Supernatural monsters, including himself.

- Arrogant People that think they are above him. (Except everyone in the Hellsing Family bloodline.)

- People that give him orders. (Except everyone in the Hellsing Family bloodline.)

- Suicide.

- Atheists, or people that disrespect God, including himself. (He's pretty conflicted, no?)

Personality: Arrogant, he believes no one may kill him (Partly true, to be honest). He sees Humanity as superior to Supernatural being in every way. He sees human emotions and their civilization as the very brink of evolution, and he sees Humans as the best creation of God. He absolutely hates Vampires, including himself. Going as far to call them: "Filth, Scum, Nothing, Arrogant Pricks, Dog Food, Bi****, etc.". He behaves like a Gentleman, however in battle he lusts for Blood. He loves to intimidate and scare his opponents shitless, because his favourite tactic is to allow his opponents to blow him to dusty shreds, before he uses his powers to re-assemble his corpse. (Read Powers)

He has two sides to him, that he changes due to his slight mental disabilities. (Read Backstory) Alucard may at first seem a Gentleman, however he is always nice to everyone, as he wants to try to fight everyone he sees. That's because of his motto 'That is a man, that kills a monster.'

He sees himself and Vampires as Monsters, and everyone else is a Human to him.

His second side is the one he takes during combat. He becomes literally bloodlusted, and goes crazy, until he kills his opponents in the most painful, bloody way. Oftenly by dismemberment, he also loves to Intimidate his opponents before they die, in order to make them as scared as possible. However he will stop fighting when he is asked to stop many times, especially if a Human does so. He will also stop fighting if defeated by a Normal Human.

Surprisingly, he is very kind towards humans, and especially Children. And as much as he'd like to appear as a scary, bloodlusted monster. With a mere mention of his wife, family or friends he will crack up and possibly even cry. He believe he is the worst monster that denied God, but he has lots of Humanity in him. Using his Emotions against him is possibly the best way to defeat him, and the easiest. However without reading his mind it might be hard, as he very, very, very rarely mentions his family or wife.

Backstory
: Alucard formerly known as Vlad Tepes, or Vlad Dracula, or Vlad Dragon, or Vlad Impaler, was a Wallachian ruler in a specifically unknown year. As a little boy, his mother and father gave him to the Turks as a part of a Hostage exchange. He was brutally beaten, abused and even raped by the Turks. One day he escaped and he lead his troops towards battle, however his Childhood mentioned previously he believed that God doesn't care when someone prays, and God prefers when somene shows his dedication through Battle and Suffering.

After a failed war campaign, the Turks have Captured Vlad and when they were about to Execute him, by cutting off his head. Alucard denounced God, saying that he hates him. Then Satan gave Vlad a gift, in-front of Vlad was a pool of Blood. After Vlad drank it, he became Dracula. He killed the Turks and returned home, only to discover his Empire is in Ruins, and his Wife had suicided. He was crushed mentally until a few centuries later.

At this Point, Vlad called himself 'Dracula', or 'Count Dracula' residing in his long abandoned Castle. He was visited by a Medic, that wanted to cure him of mental illness, as there were rumours about an Old Man living in a Castle filled with Skeletons and Corpses, all by himself. Then the Plot of Bram Stoker's Dracula happened. AKA, Dracula travelled to England, where he met Mina Harker. They loved each other and he turned her into a Vampire.

Then Abraham Van Hellsing defeated Dracula by staking him in the Heart. However unlike in Bram Stoker's Dracula, the events here went different.

Dracula survived, thus causing Vamprisim to survive too. During WWII Mina Harker was captured by the Third Reich, and used to create weaker, Artificial Vampires, that Alucard hunts for this day.

After his defeat, Dracula\Alucard swore loyalty to Abraham Van Hellsing, and all of his offsprings. He swore he'd continue his work, and on Abraham's Death-bed, Alucard out of pure admirance for the Human, took his Coat and Hat, to continue his great work of killing the Supernatural.

Then he was passed as a Servant along the Hellsing Bloodline, and his name was changed to Alucard, to hide his identity from people of England.

Known enemies
: Section XIII: Iscariot, The Whole Catholic Church, Nazis, Millenium, Vampires (Except Seras Victoria, as he gave her Vampirism to save her from death), Alexander Anderson, Over 15 Governments.

Known rivals: Alexander Anderson, The Major and arguably Abraham Van Hellsing (Deceased)

Known allies/friends: Everyone in the Hellsing Family, Seras Victoria.

Known Family: Elisabetta Tepes (Deceased), Mina Harker (Deceased), his childern; names unknown (Deceased)

Companion: Seras Victoria.

Skills, abilities and gear: Huge Cannon that shoots depleted Uranium Shells. She is a Vampire like Alucard, however due to being of Young Age, she does not posses as much abilities as him, and is much weaker in General.

Unlike Alucard, she can be killed easily with a direct shot in the head\heart.

Relation to character: She's friendly to him, some people ship them together, however they actually maintain a strict master-servant relationship.

Weapons: Custom-made, 13mm Pistols called: "The Jackal" and "Casull". They fire 13mm explosive, high-impact, hollow-point rounds, with a core melted from a holy Silver Cross from Manchester Cathedral. They, and their bullets are blessed and they were covered in Holy Water, to ensure no Vampire other than Alucard may touch them.

Gear/gadgets: Silver Cross to scare away evil spirits and the undead, minor equipment for hunting vampires, AKA Stakes, H. Water, etc.

Powers/abilities: (This list is very, very, very, very, very long. I'll put it in a Spoiler.)

Release States - Alucard, in order to ensure he doesn't go too crazy has 6 Release States. He may use the Cromwell Invocation when he feels like he needs more Power. Release State 6 is the weakest and he usually uses it. Release State 0 is the most powerful, and unlocks his full, unholy potential and his blood of Satan gives him the maximum power.

Immortality (Kindof, read further) - This ability is rather ambiguous, as Alucard himself has stated that immortality is a myth. However, what it most likely refers to is the human souls inside Alucard; it has been speculated that, when Alucard is damaged too much by excedingly Holy Weapons the death is instead directed to the reseirvoir of souls, thus when he dies someone else goes to Hell for him. Because this ability does not really grant him true immortality, it can be considered as pseudo-immortality.

Ultimate Regeneration - Alucard's ability to regenerate is considerably greater than any other vampire's. He has regenerated from a pool of blood and from being decapitated, blown to shreds by gunfire, incinerated completely, etc. When damaged to an extreme extent, his body simply turns into a shadow-like substance and reconstitutes. Exceedingly holy weapons have been shown to incapacitate him for a time, but even Anderson, augmented with Helena's Nail, could do barely any lasting harm to him.

Superhuman Accuracy - Alucard has been known to hit targets at great range using handguns while looking the other way. He does this by using his so-called 'third eye', that allows him to see everywhere he wants to see.

Superhuman Strength - The extent is unknown, but Alucard can physically rip humans and vampires apart with ease. He can slice through Tubalcain's cards (which are sharp and strong enough to easily cut through a uranium shell moving at high speed, without the slightest damage done to the cards themselves). With just his bare hand, he was able to stab through Alexander Anderson, infused with the Nail of Helena, in the heart and kill him while the Casull did not have noticable impact on a human Anderson.

Superhuman Speed - He can move faster than the eye can see, such as when he seemingly appeared to be a glint of light in a few fights. He could easily outrun bullets 6 times.

Superhuman Reflexes - He has demonstrated the ability to catch bullets (both Rip Van Winkle's and ordinary ones). He easily caught Rip Van Winkle's magic bullet with his teeth (the same bullet which punctured an SR-71 moving at Mach 3.2 speed several times in rapid succession and intercepted multiple missiles).

Superhuman Agility - The ability to defy gravity to an uncertain limit. He is also seen leaping impossible distances and can walk up vertical surfaces. He also has the ability to levitate.

Intangibility - The ability to pass through solid objects.

Shadow Manipulation - Manipulation of shadows into physical form, which he can then use however he wishes.

Invisibility - He is able to turn fully invisible, including his clothing... I don't think there's much more to say.

Blood Manipulation - The ability to control blood with the mind, as demonstrated when he absorbed the blood of London's dead in volume 10.

Soul Manipulation - The ability to manipulate souls.

Shapeshifting - Alucard can transform himself or parts of himself into bats, insects, snakes, hellhounds, other human forms including a little girl, an amorphous mass of darkness, and various other forms. Alucard has four known human forms, each with different characteristics and weapons. He also states that his form means nothing and that he can take any form that he chooses.

Weather Control - The ability to control the weather to an unknown limit, as demonstrated by the fog created when he returned to London aboard the H.M.S Eagle.

Smoke Control - The ability to control smoke to an unknown extent.

Necromancy - The ability to control darkness and death.

Teleportation - The ability to disappear and reappear somewhere else.

Telekinesis - In the manga, Alucard uses telekinesis to close a door on a fleeing SWAT officer. He also launched six SWAT officers into the air and guided them to flag poles where they were impaled. Alucard is later seen moving a broken down air-craft carrier from the Gulf of Italy to the Dover of London all in a little less than 40 minutes.

Telepathy - Alucard can speak telepathically to anyone he wishes, he can also hear anyone he wishes speak to him through their thoughts. It's like a Radio, but Alucard decides if both Radios work.

Mind-reading - He is able to see and hear the thoughts, and memories of others when he chooses. The latter is much harder and requires him to focus, however just seeing the thoughts is easy. It's confirmed that it's harder when someone is Supernatural.

Hypnosis - Alucard is able to hypnotize whoever he wishes, however he free-willingly decides not to use this power as much as it's possible, as he sees it as a Violation of Free will, and he uses it mostly when it doesn't do too much harm to anyone. Like for example; Making them forget they've just seen him kill some super-natural monster.

Precognition - The ability to see into the close future, which allows him to predict the movements of the opponents he fights. According to Pip, a vampire can easily dodge a bullet with their ability to predict human movements.

Familiar Summoning - The ability to summon familiars, the souls of those whose blood he has drank in a variety of forms that either emerge from his body or swarm around him as an army numbering in the millions. These familiars can also include animals such as horses and the weapons and abilities that the familiars possessed in life. However he rarely uses this power, as he sees it as "quite unfair"

Blood Drinking - The ability to drink a person's blood, absorbing their soul and, consequently, their powers and abilities. It's unknown how much of his own powers are ones that he absorbed from other Supernatural beings, but it's known that some powers at this list indeed are absorbed rather than developed.

Hibernation - Alucard is able to survive long periods of time without consuming blood, but is able to fight at a usual level of strength after drinking even the smallest amount of blood.

Resistance to most Vampiric weaknesess - His abilities and health are not in any way compromised by such things as sunlight or silver. In fact, it appears that the only weapons capable of harming him to any real extent are the most holy of Christian artifacts, such as Father Anderson after augmenting his abilities with Helena's Nail. Alucard also said that the Sun does nothing to him, except for slightly annoying him.

Supernatural Sense - The ability to sense People, Monsters and other kinds of stuff on quite the long range. For example he can see people through walls, even if they don't breathe, move, give any sounds and barely have any smell because he can simply sense them.

Combat Experience - In addition to his superhuman abilities, Alucard also possesses centuries of combat experience. While he usually relies on crushing his opponents with sheer power and force, he does at times use strategy. When he fought Alhambra, Alucard used shadow duplicates to distract him, allowing Alucard to close the distance between them and deliver the death blow. He has stated that only The Major can equal him on an intellectual and tactical level.

Omnipresence - At the end of the series, Alucard has acquired Schrodinger's quantum reality manipulation powers after absorbing him during the Millennium incident. This grants him the ability to exist wherever and however he wishes to. He can also exist in multiple places at once using this power, and he can appear in astral realms (being physically present in a person's mind for example). It also makes him completely immortal; Any alterations to his person by outside forces can simply be willed away, including fatal injuries.

Skills: Alucard has centuries of Combat Experience, using any weaponry. Handguns, Sniper Rifles, Machine Guns, Swords, Axes etc. He can use practically anything to any extent. He is a tactical genius, and the only person (in his universe) that can match his Tactical prowess was 'The Major'

Weaknesses:

- Alucard's biggest weakness is his emotions, if somehow you were to discover his family. The slightest mention of his wife will make him break up mentally and stop\refuse to fight further, oftenly also make him cry.

- Very Holy Weapons oftenly stun and stagger him for whole minutes, making him unable to revive for some time.

- Telling him that he's a Monster is a good idea, it will stagger him for a few seconds giving an oppurtunity to run.

- Alucard practically can't be killed, but as he himself have said "I can be easily defeated."

(Optional) Character quote:

"That is always a man, that kills a monster" ~Alucard to almost everyone he's fought, either at the start or end of the battle.

"The world would be so boring without idiots like you to amuse me" ~Alucard to Alhambra.

"I want to hear you squeal like a pig\
I WANT TO HEAR IT PIG... SO SQEAAAAL!" ~Bloodlusted Alucard to Alhambra

Barry takes his job as a speedster and a hero very seriously. Putting his life on the line multiple times for others, Barry is seen as a true hero. But, that doesn't make him a serious one. Whenever he is crime fighting, he uses humour to distract and annoy them. Some people speculate that he does this to keep his attention on him and protect the citizens. But when he was younger, he watched his greatest rival kill his mother. This affected him, making him almost obsessed with him.

Backstory:

Long before he became the Flash, Barry Allen trained as a forensic scientist. His police training means he approaches super-crime as an investigator, not just a fighter, and his scientific approach allows him to come up with new and creative ways to use his speed. However, Barry held an experiment. At this time, a lightning bolt struck him, sending into a bunch of chemicals which gave him his powers (Not Mopey...). He discovered time travel, vibrating through objects, creating whirlwinds, and more in his time as the Flash. Barry is also a lifelong comic book fan, who maintains his collection with the same meticulous care that he uses in the crime lab.

Speed Force Conduit
:

The Speed Force is a vaguely defined extra-dimensional energy force from which most superspeed-powered heroes draw their powers. The Speed Force serves as the ultimate measure of velocity in the DC Universe. They are often referred to in terms of barriers: Sound barrier, Light barrier, Time Barrier, Dimensional Barrier, and finally the Speed Force Barrier. Barry Allen is the very source and creator of the Speed Force, and generates it with every step he takes. For this very reason, he is unaffected if any other speedster tries to steal or drain his speed. Barry has shown that he cannot be stopped by any force if he absorbs the Speed Force. Barry Allen is one of the fastest of the Flashes, and is arguably one of, the fastest beings to have ever existed. He is currently fast enough to easily break all of the barriers and even enter the Speed Force itself, and is one of the few people to have ever escaped from it. He does not often go beyond Mach 10, as speeds above that level are catastrophic to the environment. He has outrun Death in the form of The Black Racer, and can reach any speed he can imagine, and more. Barry Allen is the generator of the Speed Force if Barry ever needs to run faster he can just generate more energy like when he escaped the Negative Speed Force.

Speed Force Conduit

Accelerated Healing

: Speed Force conduits are not invulnerable nor durable enough to sustain damage however if they are harmed they will heal at high speeds. Any normal wear and tear damage to their bodies are almost instantly healed.

Decelerated Aging

: Speed Force conduits have a slowed aging process. This power can be imparted on their most intimate loved ones by extended contact rather than distribution.

Energy Construct Creation

: Speed Force conduits can use the matter generated by their speed to create solid objects such as walls or bridges. This power requires constant concentration and reapplication of the construct for it to remain stable. Flash's after images are also construct creations.

Flight

: Speed Force conduits can rotate their arms and spin their bodies like tops to achieve something of a kind of helicopter flight. However, with practice conduits can even achieve controllable flight if launched at high speeds. Despite their flight abilities they are always faster on their feet.

Increased Perceptions

: Speed Force conduits traveling at the speed of sound may miss important events as they run by. The Speed Force grants them enhanced senses that allow them to see, hear, smell, touch and/or taste at an increased speed and understand it as it is processed.

Infinite Mass Punch

: Speed Force conduits have an increased level of strength added to their bodies which they can impart in different ways. Certain speedsters can strength each and every move they make however this requires attention and stress for each movement and therefore is almost never used. In most cases conduits can focus the Speed Force's extra-dimensional energies into one massive punch; when used in practiced this punch pushed a metahuman from one continent to another.

Phasing

: Speed Force conduits can vibrate their molecules so quickly that they can achieve intangibility for short bursts allowing them to phase through objects.

Self-Sustenance

: Speed Force conduits travel at incredible speeds which cause their bodies to work overtime. In situations where their bodies may be too fast for them to breathe they may impart on the Speed Force for sustenance. However, this almost always results in the conduits having an increased metabolism at all times requiring them to constantly refill their energy supplies.

Sharing the Force

: Speed Force conduits can allow their friends or family members to run along side them at their equaled speeds. Certain conduits who may only have minor access to the Force may achieve full levels of the Force due to the main conduit's association with it.

Speed Force Aura

- People who are propelled by the conduits during high speed situations can survive the harsh conditions associated with mach speeds. When the conduit must rescue an individual from a burning building these individuals will be protected while within the aura.

Speed Force Conduit

: People who, for whatever reason, are connected to the Speed Force are sometimes called Speed Force Conduits. This means that they are connected to the Speed Force and are tethered to it. Some characters may control their Speed Force imparted powers in different ways such as only Superhuman Strength or even directed through Lighting but no matter their adaptions they are still connected to the Force.

Steal Speed

: Speed Force conduits can steal the accelerated motion or momentum from objects or people to reduce their speed or even virtually stop them. Conduits may also steal the speed from other Speedsters or other fast moving people.

Supercharged Brain Activity

: Sometimes neglected by Speedsters who only operate at superhuman speeds and never slow down enough to understand their full potential; Speedsters can access superhuman levels in their brains further than processing information. They can test theories, understand difficult equations and run trial and error in their brains at superhuman speeds. Different conduits access this activity in different ways.

Superhuman Stamina

: Speed Force conduits have to access the Speed Force for a number of different tasks. Most Speedsters use their superhuman speed and react at superhuman speeds; therefore, they must run for extended periods or operate for a large amount of time. Their bodies can handle the stresses of superhuman racing without noticeable distress.

Superhuman Speed

: Speed Force conduits have one main ability above all else. Conduits are connected to the barrier and accumulation of all Speed known in their universe. These characters immediately understand how to run at superhuman speeds and their bodies instinctively understand how to react at high-speed situations. Older speedsters have a reduced but maxed speed of 770mph which is just below sonic booms allowing them to react to situations without causing civilians undo stress. Speedsters in their prime can travel at much faster speeds such as the max level of recorded aided speed on Earth and even reach the speed of light with enough willpower. It is possible for conduits to travel much faster than the speed of light however such levels require an incredible amount of stress. Speedsters unaccustomed to their max level of speeds may detach themselves from the Speed Force or even become part of the Speed Force by accident.

Vortex Creations

: Speed Force conduits that plant themselves on the ground and rotate their extremities can cause an incredible amount of wind to burst through their focused funnel. Most Speedsters use this ability automatically when they run reducing the air currents around their body to low enough levels to no longer inhibit their speed. Creatively, Speedsters can create tornadoes and gusts with their arms.

Skills:

Super Speed Reading
: He is capable of reading at superhuman rates, accumulating mass amounts of knowledge in seconds. However, unlike his grandson, the knowledge does not stay in his memory very long, and disappears after a short time.

Causing chaos and despair in Gotham City, leading the League of Shadows, killing people, antagonizing and trying break batman, planes.

Dislikes: Batman

Personality:

Bane was ruthless and cold, and was perfectly willing to slaughter millions of people as Ra’s al Ghul sought to and killed people with his bare hands without a care in the world. Despite being cast out of the League of Shadows, Bane was fully immersed in the organization's beliefs and ideals, was willing to rejoin the League and be given the chance to lead the raid against Gotham. Bane’s time in prison affected him greatly, to the point that he sought to make Gotham experience the same situation that he and inmates did. Bane commanded absolute loyalty from his men and was perfectly willing to kill them in pursuit of his goals.

As a contrast to his brutality, Bane generally behaved like a stereotypical aristocratic gentleman: he acted jovial and polite toward both allies and enemies. Bane's habit of casually talking to people that he planned to hurt made him a disarming presence, which allowed him to maintain dominance in any situation. The only person that Bane seemed to truly care for was Talia. He was extremely calm, and spoke softly and confidently at all times, even when he threatened people.

In his speeches, Bane behaved like a classic revolutionary leader. He had an extremely sophisticated vocabulary that made his speeches more rousing. He was an exceptionally powerful public speaker, who was capable of dictating in front of vast crowds of people, even his enemies, and turned them over to his side.

Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe):

Bane was said to have been born and raised in a hellhole of a prison called the Pit, where Talia al Ghul, the daughter of Ra's al Ghul, and her mother were imprisoned. After their cell was left unlocked, the prisoners attacked and murdered Talia's mother, but they would have also killed Talia if Bane had not intervened. He protected her, and was determined to ensure that the one form of innocence to exist in the Pit was kept alive as the prisoner's redemption.

Bane brought Talia to the wall that one could climb up to escape, though no one had ever succeeded. As the other prisoners attacked Bane, he watched as Talia managed to climb to freedom. Talia went to her father and the League of Shadows, who returned to the Pit to rescue her savior. But, by that time, Bane’s body had already been badly mutilated by his fellow prisoners and though the prison doctor had saved his life, Bane was left in constant agony. He was brought into the League of Shadows’ fold and was given a mask that was created by the League that pumped a constant stream of gas into his system which kept his pain at bay.

Bane and Talia were trained by the League, but to Ra's, Bane was a monstrosity and a constant reminder of the nightmare he had left his wife to die in. So, Bane was excommunicated from the organization and became a mercenary.

After Ra’s death, Talia inherited his mantle and brought Bane back to the fold to launch a multifaceted attack to destroy Gotham City and fulfill what Ra’s had failed to finish. Bane was also responsible for a coup in West Africa which brought John Dagget, Bruce Wayne's business rival, exclusive access to the resources there, brought his company into prominence, and lead to Bane attracting the attention of the Central Intelligence Agency. Their working relationship was later used to bring Bane and other League mercenaries to Gotham City.

Name: William Joseph "Bill" Wilson

Nickname: CIA

Personality/Backstory:

CIA was many things, most of all ambitious, dashing, brave, witty, quick-minded, and easy-going. Thus, when compared to the rest of the gang, he was the one to take charge. However, CIA's personality took a turn for the worst when he was around hotheads, particularly Bane. Despite being a natural-born leader, CIA was almost always usurped by guys bigger than him, which ultimately led to his downfall.

CIA's biggest weakness was his knowledge of his own smallness. He worked his way up through what he thought was the most powerful intelligence agency in the world in an attempt to become a big guy and even led a squad of men, but it was not enough. He then attempted to compensate for this through countless means such as the adoption of a power stance, his attempts to frighten prisoners, ignoring his own men's warnings, his petty refusal in allowing Pavel to bring friends and finally his taunting of Bane, in which his underlying insecurities become known. Ultimately, despite his best efforts CIA was never considered a big guy for Bane or even Masketta.

CIA's interests included flight plans, Agent C, shooting people before throwing them out of planes, prizes, feathers in his cap, his power stance, being/feeling in charge, and taunting others for being "Big Guys". His pet peeves included hired guns, mercenaries, people who can't talk (mutes), Master Plans, and not being in charge.

CIA was always seen wearing his trademark navy blue jacket, light blue shirt, and cargo pants. He was often seen in his trademark cowboy pose, gripping his belt.

Powers and Abilities:

  • Hyper Intelligence: Ever since CIA was born unto Walus Greene Smith, CIA has been given the power of Hyper Intelligence. CIA often got bullied at school for his massive amount of intelligence. He seems to know a great deal about shooting men before throwing them out of planes.
  • Resurrection: CIA has the power of resurrection. Due to a gypsy curse, he will be resurrected if the source of his death was directly or indirectly caused by a big guy. This power, while unknown to most of his adversaries and enemies, can be seen/hinted during his encounters. This bravery can be seen in the movie adaptation of CIA's biggest encounter. He enabled bane and unhooked his hand cuffs because he wanted to fight him without consequence of permanent death.
  • Head Temperature Control: This ability allows CIA to monitor and change the temperature of his head (mainly forehead area). This power became apparent after Joseph Gordon-Levitt's hothead ability was used on CIA. He was able to lower his head temperature to a satisfying 70 degrees fahrenheit.
  • Being in Charge: CIA's belt provides him with the ability to be—or at least FEEL—in charge here.

Relation to Bane: Has been a loyal accomplice to him after he hijacked his plane, they have formed a strong bond and work as a team, CIAs connections allow him access to military weapons, information and vehicles making him a large asset to Bane although due to him not being a big guy he is rarely on the field.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Weapons: His Fists. A very very very large and powerful bomb.

Gear/gadgets:

Bane was an extremely tall, herculean bald man of an incredibly muscular build. He wore a breathing mask that covered his jaw, mouth, nose, and the top and back of his head. He wore a brown trench coat with a military vest underneath with black combat pants and boots. He had a very deep voice - whether this was his actual voice or an effect of the mask was left up for debate.

When Bane first appeared, he wore a long-sleeved black shirt.

Powers/abilities:

Bane had extremely high strength, durability, and reflexes and when combined with his League of Shadows training, he was a very strong opponent. A complete master of all martial arts, Bane was able to take repeated punches from Batman with little to no effect and even outfought him with his knowledge of fighting techniques similar to Batman. Bane was also extremely cunning and very intelligent, and frequently misdirected and tricked his enemies, and his combination of brains and brawn made him very dangerous.

Bane possessed extremely heightened senses and awareness: he could see through unclear environments easily due to his League of Shadows training, which also enabled him to contradict such techniques if they were used against him. That meant that he was completely immune to Batman's most resourceful and conventional weaponry.

Bane's mask also functioned as a breather that dispenses a type of anesthetic that kept his pain at bay. It also prevented him from experiencing any and all physical pain and exhaustion. That particular factor made him even more dangerous in a fight since he would take risks that others would not even think of doing, and enabled him to exhaust an opponent before throwing the first and killing blow. However, it's also Bane's weak point, as without the mask, he suffered crippling pain from the injuries that he had sustained while he was down in the Pit.

  • Skills:Immense League of Shadows training
  • Theatricality
  • Genius-level intellect
  • Expertise in military tactics
  • Incredible strength
  • Inhuman durability
  • Complete immunity to pain
  • Complete mastery of advanced martial arts
  • Extremely experienced close-range fighter
  • Perfectly skilled athlete
  • Highly talented at motorcycle riding
  • Master orator
  • Charisma
  • Cunning
  • Excellent tactician
  • Manipulation

Weaknesses: Will be extremely painful if his mask is taken off and will not be able to function however he would not die. (If his mask is damaged or removed he is rendered incapable of pretty much anything.)

(Optional) Character quote:

  • "I'm Gotham's reckoning. Here to end the borrowed time you've all been living on."
  • "Do you feel in charge?"
  • "Speak of the Devil, and he shall appear".
  • "Calm down, doctor. Now's not the time for fear. That comes later."

(Note: This Character is very specific, as almost everything about him changes as he gains more Souls. Just saying he isn't a character like any other.)
Universe from
: Undertale

Alignment: Chaos Evil, but with 7 Souls it changes. (Read Powers)

Name: Asriel Dreemurr is his real name, but he refers to himself as "Flowey the Flower"

Alias/nickname: Flowey the Flower

Age: He was a child before his "death", right now it's unknown but as evident from the True Pacifist ending, he is still likely a child\teen.

Gender and sexuality: Asriel is a Flower, however before he became one he was a male, and he still refers to himself as one. His sexuality is unknown, probably straight.

Species/race: Boss Monster (Formerly, and if he gains 7 Souls. Read Powers and Backstory) Flower (Right now)

Appearance:

(Optional) Clothes: In his Flower form he doesn't have them, as a Boss Monster he wore black pants and a striped shirt, with the same colors as Chara's shirt. As a grown-up fused version he wears clothing similar to his Mother's.

Likes:

(In Flowey Form)

- Gathering souls.

- Being less bored. (As he can't be amused.)

- Determination.

- His motto. (Read Quotes)

(In Boss Monster Form)

- Chara and the rest of his family.

- Determination.

- Keeping his souls.

Dislikes:

(In Flowey Form)

- Emotions.

- Lack of Sunlight for too long.

- Lack of CO2 for too long. (Duh, he's a Flower.)

- Lack of Determination.

- People that try to spare him, as he can't comprehend how "Mercy" works.

(In Boss Monster Form)

- Chara on her period homocidal rampage.

- Having to return to Flowey Form, sooner or later.

Personality: (As Flowey) Flowey was once a good person, he tried befriending everyone and giving them the good ending, all with his Determination. With time however, he became bored. Doing the good endings became reptetive, then boring and then annoying... he decided to try something else.

He killed for the first time, to see what happens. It helped him fight the Boredom.

Flowey cannot feel most emotions. He can only feel: "Determination", Different levels of Boredom (The less the better), Survival instinct and Fear.

(As Asriel) Asriel is a good child, trying to help everyone out of kindness. He is the Heir to the monster throne, and he had always kept a good relationship with Chara, until he had to absorb her soul and he died.

Backstory (if OC give some details about the universe): Asriel was the only son of Asgore and Toriel Dreemurr. He was playing outside Home, and suddenly a Human fell down, something that hadn't happened in ages according to his parents. He brought the Human home, helped her and they became friends. Soon after, Asgore and Toriel adopted the Human, and Asriel and Chara became sibling-like.

However one day, due to Chara's plans on avenging what happened to Monster-kind, she suicided and tricked Asriel into absorbing her soul, so that he could pass through the Barrier and bring her to the Village. Everything transpired according to Chara's design, and when she wanted to kill the Villagers to free the Monsters from Mt. Ebott, Asriel refused and decided not to fight them. As he was the superior soul in the body he returned home wounded. He died next to his Father, who in rage declared war.

His ashes were spread across the Garden, with Golden Flowers. Many years later, the Royal Scientist: Dr. Alphys, started her experiments with Determination and it's power. She decided to try to bring something to life that never was alive in the first place with it. As Determination gives the will to live. Asgore donated some of the Flowers from his Garden, and as Alphys injected one of the Flowers with pure determination, Flowey became alive.

He possesed the Power of Determination and freed everyone from Mt. Ebott... but with a few short tries it became repetitive, annoying and boring.

He decided to kill someone. Just to see what happends. After he did, he liked it. He had a new vision of the world, that vision is his motto "In this world, it's kill or be killed." After Frisk fell into the Underground, her Determination naturally over-rided his, unallowing him to Save and Reset. However he still felt Determination.

Known enemies: (As Flowey)

Frisk, Sans, Papyrus, Toriel Dreemurr, Asgore Dreemurr, practically everyone in the whole wide World.

(As Asriel)

No one.

Known rivals: (As Flowey) Frisk. (As Asriel) No one.

Known allies/friends: (As Flowey) Possibly Chara Dreemurr. (As Asriel) Everyone.

Known Family: Asgore Dreemurr(Father), Toriel Dreemurr(Mother), Chara Dreemurr(Adoptive Sister)

Companion: No one.

Weapons: None.

Gear/gadgets: (As Flowey) None. (As Asriel) Chaos Sabers

Powers/abilities:

(Both Forms)

Soul Absorbtion
- Asriel and Flowey can both absorb souls, in order to gain power. By gaining 1 to 5 souls, Flowey will simply become more powerful.

With gaining 6 souls, Flowey will turn into OMEGA Flowey. (Screen in the Spoiler)

__god_flowey___by_silver_heartcrosser-d9fcy0e.png
And with 7 souls, Flowey will turn into Asriel.

They are able to keep their souls, until they free-willingly release them, or until the Souls are determined.

Determination - Determination is an ancient power. I won't explain why it works, but how. Both in Flowey and Asriel form, they can feel Determined.

While Flowey's Determination level is lower than Frisk and Chara's, Omega Flowey's Determination is much higher.

Asriel's Determinatin is below, or equal to Frisk and Chara's.

Determination allows Flowey to Save and Reset the Game. (Which I won't use here, because it's simply too OP) However if Flowey is near Frisk or Chara, this ability is lost.

The Second thing that Determination gives is the Will to live. When someone feels Determined in Undertale, their HP is fully restored.

(As Flowey)

"Friendliness" Pellets
- Small magical Pellets that Flowey summons. They deal damage, about 6 of them is enough to kill an average human child, as proven by the Game.

Ecokinesis\Naturakinesis\Plant Manipulation - Flowey can manipulate, create, grow, extend etc. Vines and Plants from nothing. It's not revealed until the ending of the Pacifist Ending, where he uses this power to tie up everyone in the room.

Dissapearing into the ground - As long as Flowey has direct contact with Earth, he can burrow into it and move at fast speeds under it.

He can probably grow Vine-like legs, due to the "Flowey Ran Away" sign, at the end of the Pacifist ending. But that might just be a small mistake\misunderstanding.

(As Asriel)

Pyrokinesis\Fire Magic - The Ability to manipulate Fire and create it. He can create fireballs, streams of Fire Magic. ETC.

Chaos Buster - Asriel summons a blaster and fires waves of bullets, he can also use it to charge up a Powerful Beam that he shoots, but after firing the Beam he needs to wait some time before using the weapon again.

Chaos Saber - Asriel summons two swords. He can disperse them into a mist that causes damage.

Shocker Breaker - Asriel summons multiple Lightning Bolts, that hit the Battlefield from Above. Even if they are under a Ceiling, he can still use this power.

Star Blazing - Asriel summons Explosive Star-like projectiles from the Sky, they hit the Battlefield and explode, releasing even more, damaging stars.

At the end of this attack, he always uses a Giant one.

Hyper Goner - Asriel's final attack before he fights at Full Power. His head grows huge, and sucks in the Protagonist towards itself, probably to devour him. While at that, small projectiles near the Head, if a Projectile hits the Player their HP falls to 1, making them almost dead.

God of Hyperdeath - Asriel's form, in full power. In this form he has two attacks. An attack in which he shoots homing projectiles, that deal massive damage to the player. And a second one, in which he shoots a super-powerful beam of Energy, all across the Battlefield. If the Player was not Determined to live, this would practically dezintegrate them, making it Asriel's most powerful attack.

(As Omega Flowey) (This is a long list, I'll put them in a Spoiler)

  • Flowey shoots X-shaped bullets that cover the whole Battlefield.
  • Flowey shoots X-shaped bullets in triplets that go near the Player.
  • Flowey shoots Flamethrowers near his arms, that create a long wave of lasting fire.
  • Flowey will shoot a large beam from his "mouth".
  • Flowey will spawn an Enhanced Version of the Friendiless Pellets around his enemy, and they close in.
  • Flowey shoots a bunch of vines that are concentrated at the Enemy.
  • Flowey can grow a venus flytrap out of one of his cactus hands, which will suck in flies that deal damage.
  • Flowey can drop numerous bombs from the sky in large amounts.
Skills: Flowey can photosynthesize.

Weaknesses:

- Defeating him, and then sparing him will cause confusion and make him afraid of the one who defeated him.

- Lack of anything neccessary to a normal flower. Earth, CO2, Water, Sunlight.

(Optional) Character quote:

"In this world... it's kill or be killed." Flowey before fighting the Player.

"Don't you understand that being nice... just makes you get hurt?" Flowey after defeating and sparing him.

@Assailant's already using Flowey.

Universe from: Recettear

Alignment: Lawful/Neutral Good

Name: Recette Lemongrass

Nickname: Recette

Age: Ten, I think? Somewhere around there

Gender and sexuality: Female, some-kindasexual (She's never thought about it before)

Species/race: Human

Appearance:

full

Personality: Bright and cheerful, and very much naive. Her imagination will often take the unknown to outlandish and hilarious extremes.

Backstory: Recette lived a carefree life with her father, an adventurer. Until one day, about three months ago, her father left to "Be a hero", though he never explained exactly what that meant. He never returned, and Recette was eventually visited by Tear, a Fairy working for the Terme Finance company. Her father had left behind, in addition to Recette and their house, a large debt to the company - So big that Tear refuses to tell Recette the exact amount in fear of the girl fainting, but tallying up the payments in-game yields a total of 820,000 Pix, or approximately $7,400 - and Tear has been sent to collect payment. Fortunately, she is willing to help Recette pay off the debt, and the two convert the ground floor of Recette's home into an item shop, paying off the debt a little bit at a time.

Known enemies: None. Well, probably Griff, but that's the closest you're gonna get.

Known rivals: Alouette, the daughter of the owner of Big Bash, a large and successful business. Their rivalry is also in the loosest of definitions, and mostly one-sided.

Known allies/friends: Tear, Alouette, Louie, Charme, Caillou, Tielle, Nagi, Elan, Griff, Arma

Known Family: Her father (MIA)

Companion:

latest

A Fairy contracted to work for Terme Finance. She is helping Recette pay off her father's debt by helping her run her item shop.

Skills: Despite taking a carefree attitude and not doing a few rather important tasks, what she does do, she does well. She prides herself in her ability to run the storefront and manage inventory, and she has also displayed prowess in crafting, sewing, knowledge of nutrition and anatomy, and herbalism.

Weaknesses: As mentioned above, she tends not to do things she's supposed to, such as recordkeeping. Her naivete also gets her in trouble sometimes, though she's been lucky enough to have an adventurer with her to bail her out of it. She is unable to fight for herself, and must rely on others to protect her if diplomacy fails.

Character quote: Capitalism, ho!

I've checked the sign-up page, but I don't actually see Flowey.
Is Assailant Flowey for sure?
He hasn't made a CS for Flowey, but he's used him enough that I think he probably should.

You haven't seen me RP Flowey, and without a CS you can't RP as other characters. At least I think so.

@Some_Bloke Please, solve this.
