Yeah, sounds cool, i enjoy the idea of begin carried, i apologize, i attempt to type things up fast, but i always seem to be left in the dust in these cases!
 
Some people around the site use colored text, but it normally ends up making the posts harder to read. Some also use italics, but that ends up confusing, as italics are traditionally used for thoughts. Bold is normally used for emphasis, but might work out for you.


Personally, though, I find quotation marks highly effective.

I expected it, it's totally fine. My reasoning is that Vallen heard the words of the others and was so angry that they meant harm towards something so precious to Ayrenn that he pretty much didn't notice how hostile Kyubi had become.
 
I am? I mean it's basically been established that Ajax lives entirely by crushing things by force and has zero respect for priests and those who place nature in a pedestal rather than a means to sate themselves. And that he loves, loves to fight and thinks himself the best fighter alive, if not the strongest creature alive. I'm acting things out entirely in-character and, for Ajax, some animal not knowing its place means you kill it and eat it or show it who the superior creature is. And as far as he's concerned, the superior creature is always himself. Obviously he also thinks very, very little of a guy who he's basically seen acting like a manservant in exchange for what amounts to a sexual favor and who also spouts the same ideologies as the priest.
 
Yeah, I get it. But no need to tell off other characters. I preferably don't like when a character says, "Get the fuck outta my face". But alright. I don't want to get into an argument, so I won't say anymore.
 
@Zerohex Yes, you are doing a well job at staying in character, and i agree that it is worth having these moments, i enjoy them, and your character would act in such a way. Although, it is really really halting the progress of the story, and at this point, it seems like Ajx is going to knock out just about everyone he doesn't like. So, i am just trying to find a way to reason with a man with such little respect for everyone that isn't a warrior. At this point, the only people to be traveling would be who Ajax deems worthy.


@Boomrocker Sounds good to me! Sorry for all these mistimed posts, this is about the 3rd time just this RP where i have posted at the same time as someone. Though, for the amount of people, i think we are doing well! I shall accept your side conversation though! I believe our characters will have an interesting interaction.
 
Well, we deemed that would be awhile, so we are following Mathews to do his duty, and i believe he is progressing the story.


We have been at this damned tavern for ever.
 
okay this is honestly pissing me off now. It seems to me that the actions of about half of the other characters in this rp has caused a permanant party split, and I honestly can''t think o any reason Vallen would decide to stay with the party after these events, not to mention Ayrenn. There have been several clusterfucks of this nature before now, but this takes the goddamn chaotic, confusing and utterly ridiculously fucked up cake.
 
I wouldn't say this is a party split at all. Rather, it's just something that we'll have to work through together.


I think we're just about ready to get moving, as soon as @Blumenkranz is ready.
 
I'm doing my damnedist to keep this party together. Let's hope Lily isn't wrong about Ajax.


Also, she's hungry.
 
Why is Vallen suddenly so averse to fighting, anyway? Isn't he all about "punishing those he deems wicked" or whatever? I mean he seemed totally cool with taking a swing at Hachi earlier, and Hachi wasn't even calling Vallen out like Ajax is.
 
He's extremely impulsive in a lot of ways, and his feelings for Ayrenn and wishes to be with her have effectively overridden wanting to kick Ajax's ass at the moment, as strong ass that urge also is.
 
Okay, i am going to just put things bluntly and how they are. The GM is MIA, his ideas have been either halted or thrown away. We have been messing around in and around this tavern for awhile, the story is dreading along, people are not getting along, and i think a few people are no longer enjoying themselves. We are all just bickering at this point, and I am getting board of it. If something happens, then sure. All the characters are cool, and everyone is doing a good job, it is just a bunch of people fighting at this point.


The pervy samurai wants to groop people, Ajx wants to crush things, Lily is trying, The bard and Seamen are trying. The Priest is just standing up to people enacting violence. The pagan worshiper is doing what he believes. Emerald and the quiet one are MIA ATM. There is to many people, and to much going on, and a bunch of nothing going anywhere. Our characters are too vastly different to be adventuring at all really. So, I really dont know, i am just frustrated at the whole situation, and the main problem would be the GM being gone. We should have just waited for him to even start the RP.
