Chihiro would smile at him. "Oh, you're not a cowardly crybaby! I see you as a strong and caring person, like a big brother! So, don't damage yourself! Hold your head up high, Zenitsu! I believe in you!" The child would sign. She doesn't like seeing people beating themselves up. She would then heard a voice and turned her attention towards a female and a Clefairy. "Who are you, Miss?" The girl would sign. "Sylveon?" The Pokémon would tilt her head curiously as she unwrapped her ribbons from Chihiro's waist. "W-Well...there was a commotion here, but Nii here came to help me!" The girl covered her mouth while letting out a soft gasp. Oops! She let it slip out! She looked back at Zenitsu with an awkward smile.

Chihiro would then notice a pokeball that was right next to Sylveon. 'Huh? Is that Sylveon's pokeball there...?' Chihiro thought to herself and she reached for the ball. Sylveon noticed this and nudged the pokeball and stood there, wanting to be her Pokémon. Chihiro would be stunned. A Sylveon wanted her to be her first ever Pokémon...?! She grabbed the pokeball and held out the ball towards Sylveon. She tapped the pokeball and it sent her in it. The ball shook once...twice...three times...and it clicked. This is it...! This is her first Pokemon that she captured! She beamed with excitement and let out her Pokemon. Sylveon squealed with joy and nuzzled her face into her chest. She smiled sweetly and started to pet her. Sylveon squealed in pleasure. Chihiro felt very happy to have caught Sylveon.

Zenitsu smiled was he understood what Chihiro was trying to say by her signs.
" You...you really think you? You think that I would make a good big brother to you? If only I could be like Tanjiro..."
His thoughts were interupted when he noticed a blond young woman and a pink creature near her. Raimaru ran to the newcomers. Zenitsu's Pichu stares at the Clefairy.

Zenitsu blushed. " Well...I...I...found this young girl...I think she was attack by bullies...she needs to be treated as soon as possible." Zenitsu studdered.
Who was this young woman? Was she a princess? A outworlder like him?
She was soo beautiful.
"Is she a princess? I feel like I'm a fairy tale right now... I'm in heaven!!!!!!!!" he thought.
No,he can't be distracted.
1. His heart belongs to Nezuko.
2. The priority right now was his " little sister whosr name he dosen't know yet."
" Do you know any medical facillity nearby?" Zenitsu asked the princess. " Her wounds are bad!! "
He also noticed Chihiro capturing the fox creature. " So...that makes it your partner, right?" He also heard her. " Wait a minute, did you just...?"

Shinobu followed Kanae and Sharpblade, which led her to a young woman. By her clothes she could tell that she was also an outworlder. Near her was another of thosr pokemon creatures. This one resembling a large Starfish. A purple starfish with a red gem at it's core.

" Hello there." Shinobu said to the newcomer. " Are you lost too? Like you,we come fro other worlds. Those creatures..that the locals refer to as pokemon came to us. There is alot of explaining to do." she added." We believe that this Gym leader challenge and the badges we collect from them might help us in returning to our respective worlds."

"For starters, my name is Chihiro Sakurajima, Zenitsu..." Chihiro started to sign. "And secondly, Nii is right. I might need to go to a hospital...I-I'm starting to lose blood fast..." The child would sign weakly. Sylveon started to worry for her Trainer's health. "Sylveon! Sylvie!" The Pokemon would alert the two. "N-Nii...I-I am scared...! I...I do not want to kick the bucket now...! I wanna come with you and your friends...!" Chihiro would tear up as she weaky signed.

"That's a nice name Chihi....WAiT...." Zenitsu's eyes widened as Chihiro mentioned losing blood fast. " AHHHHHHHH!!!! THIS IS WORSE THEN I THOUGHT!!!!" Zenitsu shouted, going into panic mode. Chihiro's sounds were now weaker. He could hear sounds of civilisation south east ftom his curent location.

His adoptive little sister needed to be treated fast. He had to do something! What would Tanjiro do in that situation,if Nezuko was injured....He would take care of her right? Though Nezuko is a demon, who can regenerate if she's injured. Chihiro is human. Zenitsu held Chihiro in his arms.
" We need to go into the city snd find an hospital!" Raimaru climbed onto Zenitsu's left shoulder again.
"Ven,Lea...I'm sorry."

STEVE

Lake of Rage

As Steve ran after his companion, the soldier was hoping that he wasn't getting into trouble. Of what he had seen of Sharpblade thus far, the metal clad Pokemon was a bit fiesty. Perhaps it was just because the Pokemon was in a foriegn place. The more Steve thought about it, the more he wondered if the creature hadn't been abandoned by someone in the past. It would explain why the creature was in a place it wasn't native to as well was why it wanted to fight everything it came into contact with. That said, he wouldn't put it past Sharpblade to hurt someone if he thought they were a threat. Having him run ahead like that made Steve fear the worst might be happening and a human might be on the recieving end of those sharp metal blades. Just the thought of being impaled by one of those sharp things made Steve's arms sting, maoing him even more grateful that his armor came with him upon his sudden departure from the warzone.

Speaking of abandonment, Steve found himself thinking of John once more. Surely he's realized he was missing by now. Or maybe not? There was no telling how much time had passed in the warzone but based on the sun's positioning, Steve guessed a few hours had passed here. However, if it was indeed noticed he was gone, Steve was certain John already had the whole army in a panic looking for him. He honestly felt bad, knowing they wouldn't have any luck finding him considering how Steve had left his homeworld entirely. John was definately going to be having a meltdown until he returns - if he does at all. Well, if things did end up that way where Steve could never get home, he was sure John would stop at nothing to find a way to get himself here. He wondered of perhaps the culprit of his transport might attack one of the other soldiers. What if they ended up in some far off location too?

The soldier shook his head. One thing at a time, Steve. If you go thinking about too much at once, you'll just go into a panic attack and that would be embarassing, especially in front of all these other people.

For now, Steve kept his focus ahead as he hurried after his companion, barely even noticing Shinobu and Link following along.

Lake of Rage - Shoreline

"Shaa!!"

While Sharpblade recognized the sight of a Starmie, what kept the creature on the defensive was how Ishmael still adapted a fighting stance. The bladed creature expected the human to throw the first punch, maybe give him a bruise or two before he would attack.

Blades poked in and out from the back of the Bisharp's arms as he kept his agressive chirps up, daring to move one foot forward though he did not yet attack, further proving that the creature was only behaving this way out of desperation. Faint trembles were seen in its stance but one in such a panicked and defensive state as Ishamel was right now may not see them.

Luckily for the human and her companion, Steve came rushing over at that moment, putting a hand on his knees as he caught his breath. The soldier was releived that no harm had come out of the situation. Thankfully, the only things that happened were the ingerdients for a fight but it had not been allowed to brew long enough for the full thing to erupt. Though, he had to admit, Steve felt rather embarassed for losing sight of Sharpblade and making this situation have to happen in the firdt place. He could only imagine how terified Ishamael must be. It didn't seem she was native to this place either. Likely stuck in the same situation as they were.

Sharpblade scurried to Steve, standing beside him and continuing his angry chirp. The soldoer just put a hand on the Bisharp's shoulder to try and reassure it as he spoke.

"Sorry about Sharpblade. He must have heard you fall and thought it was a threat. The fellow's got an attachment to me and is protective, I think." the soldier gave a chuckle. "Anyway, I'm Steve. And like she said, her name is Shinobu."

He then pointed a thumb toward Link.

"And the boy behind us is Link. As Shinobu said, we're likely in the same situation as you. It'd be good if we all stuck together. It'll be dark before long and we need to head toward the city for shelter."

LEA

Illex Forest

Lea listened to what Ventus said. Now it was definately true. Somehow, someway, they had time travelled. It made him wonder if the Ventus of his world, whetever he was, would have that same reaction. Not that he'd ever meet him, right? He was older now, doing his own things. He was certain their paths would never cross again. Still, it felt nice to hear this Ventus say what he did. To be remembered as a friend, let alone even remembered at all.

"You think you'd still be saying the same thing ten years from now?"

He couldn't help but ask. Back in this Ventus's world, Lea hadn't yet become a Nobody he was certain. He and Isa probably hadn't even started sneaking into that castle yet. Or maybe they had. They had been going at that old game for as long as he could remember. If he grew to find out everything as the years pass in his world, would Ventus still care to remember? Or perhaps, he would go off to better things and forget Lea entirely like he had nearly done to Ventus?

Lea was brought back to reality when Ventus mentioned the voices and Apollo then took off flying, presumably in the direction of said voices. Tiger still didn't move. At first Lea was worried the dog had lost mobility in his hurt leg but when the Fire Type stood on his own that immediately faded. Maybe Tiger was looking for Lea's guidance on what to do. Barely met and already loyal. Huh.

"Guess following the voices is our best shot. I'll keep pace with you. It wouldn't be a good idea for us to get seperated. We might rub into more of those Grunts and it might not be so easy a battle if we end up caught in one alone."

The ex-Organization Member commented before picking up his pace, moving at a good pace with Ventus toward the voices. What he doesn't know is that the source of the voices are likely to be gone before they can even get there...

Ishmael
Lake of Rage

The creature, though it kept its distance, still maintained its own fighting posture. It was followed with a series of chirping sounds, the tone undeniably laced with some form of aggression. Ishmael assumed it was some sort of territorial disagreement set off by herself or Queequeg, or perhaps even both of them. Queequeg remained in front, acting as vanguard, though it was far more calm in the face of naked aggression. Queequeg remained quiet and docile, seemingly staring down the blade creature as if waiting for a moment to strike. Ishmael was ready to start backing off, letting the creature maintain its territorial rights without incident, when others began to appear. They had far more humanoid forms, she noted. Still, Queequeg didn't budge from its spot.

The first to arrive was, as far as Ishmael could tell, a human woman. Purple. Purple eyes, purple bangs, dark purple clothing. The girls most striking feature was both the size of her eyes and the white jacket that seemed to be hung around her shoulders , as it was a much more soft white color compared to the shades of purple. She didn't present herself with a name, though, Ishmael was worried that it would be something to do with her trademark color scheme. Mentally she labeled the woman as 'Indigo' until she could wrangle a name out of her. There were still two others quickly approaching, 'Indigo' had simply arrived first.

" Hello there. Are you lost too? Like you, we come from other worlds. Those creatures...that the locals refer to as pokemon came to us. There is a lot of explaining to do. We believe that this Gym leader challenge and the badges we collect from them might help us in returning to our respective worlds."

Ishmael wasn't sure to trust them just yet but she did lower her fists, wincing as her muscles struggled to uncurl. She was about to reply when the second interjected as he arrived, caught his breath and slid in as 'Indigo' finished speaking. The second and third were wildly different in their appearance. The second, who introduced himself as Steve, was more akin to a caricature of a human being then a real one. As far as she could tell his uniform made him look the part of a soldier, though he wasn't wearing anything that signified what group he was with. She had never seen anyone dressed like that in the many Fixer offices she had worked in.

Behind the soldier was a boy with blond hair and green clothing. Green tunic, green undershirt of a lighter, more olive color. The contrasting colors of his bright hair mismatched against his clothes. She had seen people dressed like Indigo before, an entire syndicate dressed in that manner of garb, and Steve was wearing armor, but this kid, Link, was dressed in clothes that were far more alien to her. They were simple in their make, which was probably a good enough reason to wear them. Any sailor worth a penny knew that ease of repairs and utility of use were the best reasons for any particular garment. Link hung towards the back, for a moment giving Ishmael pause, making her wonder if they were in a formation of sorts.

"Sorry about Sharpblade. He must have heard you fall and thought it was a threat. The fellow's got an attachment to me and is protective, I think." He finished with a chuckle, seemingly trying to diffuse the situation further, "Anyway, I'm Steve. And like she said, her name is Shinobu."
Ishmael briefly considered correcting him that Shinobu actually hadn't introduced herself but instead focused more on simply noting the girls name wasn't Indigo.

He then pointed a thumb toward Link, "And the boy behind us is Link. As Shinobu said, we're likely in the same situation as you. It'd be good if we all stuck together. It'll be dark before long and we need to head toward the city for shelter."

Of course, for Ishmael, this left a fair amount of questions with no answers. Her eyes narrowed as she considered what they said. On the one hand, she was in an alien world that had followed a wholly different path of evolution, surrounded by strangers who were claiming to be in the same position she was in. On the other hand....there was no other hand. The cards dealt were wholly simple; she was stuck. Still, she had found allies in the other Sinners of Limbus Company and even her alliance with Queequeg was something that was spur of the moment. She had plenty to lose if she accepted their aid and it turned out to be a ploy; just as much to lose if she refused.

"You've offered me a lot of info without many details. If its not obvious, I have a load of questions, but for the time being I can't see a reason to refuse your aid. We can walk and talk, if the city isn't far, like you said. We shouldn't encounter too much on the way back." She spoke softly in response to them, choosing to focus on the group as a whole rather then trying to break apart and reply to everything they said wholesale.
The fact they mentioned the City was reassuring. They might be from Fixer offices or one of the Syndicates. This must be the outskirts too, since that was the only thing close to the city. It wasn't the bombed out husk she thought it was, however. For the time being she chose to keep the ball in her pocket a secret, in case it was more important then its seemingly banal appearance let on. She stepped around Queequeg, one of her hands motioning towards him as she introduced herself and it.
"This is Queequeg, the 'pokemon' that saved me from drowning. As for myself, if you please,
Call me Ishmael."

"Let's go to the nearest town...I...I have to get treated quickly...or...or..." The girl paused and started to whimper from the pain. She truly did not want to die this way. She still has a life to live...! She started to cry as she repeatedly signed, "I don't wanna die...!" over and over again. Sylveon would let out a cry of worry as she looked at her Trainer's slightly pale face. She was just caught and now she is gonna watch her Trainer die right before her eyes. She didn't want that at all.

As Ven moved along, he quietly thought over what Lea had said before they took off. Would he actually remember him after ten years? It was possible, but it also depended on the circumstances. It was possible he might not even live another ten years. It all depended on how things took shape against Vanitas. Honestly, he didn't even want to think of it. The bad endings that could arise from it all were too much for him to think on. He had to remain positive, even if he was uncertain.

"I don't know for certain if I would, but I definitely try to. It's important to remember friends after all!" he said as his usual cheerful smile crossed his face. Even with his own uncertainty, he somehow was able to remain as cheery as possible. That was just who he was- someone who always looked on the bright side of things.

All his thoughts on the subject were brought to an immediate halt as the sounds of nearby explosions began to echo out from the direction of the voices. That couldn't mean anything good. Before he could even say a word though, Zenitsu had run off past him, clearly eager to investigate whatever had occurred. It was admittedly surprising given how he had acted before, yet who was he to judge. Maybe the explosions triggered something in the other boy. It wasn't as if he would know. What he did know, was Zenitsu had no plans of waiting for them and as quickly as he passed Ven, he disappeared out of sight. So much for sticking together. At least he could count on Lea not to run off.

"We should hurry too. Whatever is ahead clearly doesn't sound good," he stated, even though he knew it was likely obvious. "Hopefully we won't have to put our companions in danger while they're hurt."

As much as he wanted to believe that whatever was up ahead wouldn't force their Pokemon to fight, Ven mentally prepared himself for the opposite. It was better that way, especially given how unlikely it was to not find some kind of issue after noises like the ones they had heard. Such things often pointed to signs of a fight, and a less than pleasant one if explosives were being used- or so that was what the boy believed.

Picking up his pace, Ventus hurried along through the forest all while being mindful of staying near Lea and Apollo. Soon enough, the trees began to open up, indicating that they were nearing its exit. However, in the corner of his vision he noticed a few fallen trees and a group of people nearby- one of those being the familiar figure of Zenitsu, one being a smaller girl and the other being a woman dressed in a vibrant pink dress. Even from where he was, Ven could hear Zenitsu's voice carrying through the wind and heard him yelling out something about a hospital. Just what exactly had happened? There was only one way to find out.

Abruptly turning himself, he sprinted towards the group and immediately threw a hand up in the air to give a small wave. "Hey! Lea and I are here now! What's happened?!"

Coming to a stop near the group, Ven allowed himself a moment to catch his own breath before he quietly looked around. The area certain was worse for wear. Whatever had taken place had caused its damage, but not only to the woodlands. As his eyes fell upon Chihiro, he could see her injuries. How they had been caused was beyond him, but they didn't seem to align with anything immediately involving an explosion. How strange. Even so, she was wounded. If only his magic worked here. Casting a cure spell would have patched her up, even if his own magical capabilities were rather basic. Things could never be that easy though.

STEVE

Lake of Rage - Shoreline

Steve listened to the newcomer speak. Thankfully, Sharpblade did not cause another scene. The creature seemed a bit more relaxed now that his trainer was present but if anything were to sneak up and attempt to harm the soldier unexpectedly, there was no doubt that the Bisharp would respond. He did, however, seemed intrigued by the Starmie that Ishmael had as shown by the occassional tilt of the creature's head as the Starmie kept much quieter.

"I know it's akward at best. I mean, I never expected my morning patrol to land me in the middle of all this." Steve admitted as he rubbed the back of his head. "But if you're in the same situation as us, it'd do you good to stay with a group. I have a feeling that others might not be so kind to us."

It was truly a mystery as to what means landed them in this sotuation. To Steve, it was just a portal but no culprit to be found. No answers whatsoever other than what he had ended up dealt. But having travelling partners, others who were in his same situation, made him feel more at ease. Or maybe that was just his commanding instincts kicking in and telling him to lead more than fear. Then again, John was always the better commander. As much as Steve hated to admit Ted might be right, sometimes he did wonder if he had his rank because John saw him as a best friend.

"If it might help you feel better, we can certainly talk along the way." he added with a nod. "In any case, it's nice to have you along, Ishmael, Queequeg."

The soldier looked at the starfish. Was it listening to what they were saying? It was hard to tell. It wasn't nearly as expressive as a creature like Sharpblade was. However, there was a certain glint in its light that showed that it was probably listening in its own way.

Steve rubbed his eyes a bit. He was getting more and more exhausted by the minute. He caught himself blinking his eyes back open as they attempted to sneak closed. He wasn't sure how much longer he was going to be able to stay on his feet of they didn't find somewhere to rest soon. His exhaustion may be why he was making mistakes in his dialouge as well, assuming Shinobu had introduced herself earlier. The second in command definately needed to get some R and R soon before his body decided a place to get some on its own.

"Mhhh..." he couldn't help but make a sleepy sound of discomfort as he rubbed his eyes again.

LEA

Illex Forest

"Yeah. That it is. More than you'll ever know..."

Lea nodded to Ven's first words. Friends were important to remember. He himself knew this so well. It's been a long time since he's seen him but Lea still remembers every memory he'd had with Roxas. The good. The bad. The ugly. All of them were memories he'd keep close. He would never let them go. The same was true for his memories with Isa, even with him being one of the thirteen Darknesses who were likely beyond saving. The memories with his friends were a part of him. They were worth holding onto even if they may never be relived again.

To be completely honest, Lea wasn't happy at Zenitsu leaving them so suddenly either. Especially after putting up with that Grunt earlier, he was certain about how clearly they needed to stay together. Yet in an instant, Zenitsu was running off and leaving them in the dust. Well, it showed that he might not be the most reliable person. Granted, the boy was young and likely acting on childish instincts. Still, it didn't fully excuse things. Regardless, for now, the Keyblade Weilder was set on accompanying Ven at the very least. Even though they were from completely different times, the thought of the kid remembering him ten years down the road made him already feel a connection with him. Lea found him reliable to travel with. Travelling with Ventus after hearing his words made Lea sometimes imagine he was his Ven that still somehow remembered him, even if that wasn't going to be the case.

Like Ventus, Lea too picked up his pace at the sound of explosions. That didn't sound good at all. What if Zenitsu had gone off and gotten involved with some more Grunts? He could tell that the Pichu he had was too injured to fight, meaning he would be completely vulnerable to an attack. As irritated as Lea was about Zenitsu's sudden departure, he didn't wish for him to end up physcially harmed.

"As much as I'm not happy he ran off, I hope nothing happens to him." he said in response to Ven. He glanced at Tiger, who was keeping well enough pace. "I just hope he didn't run into any of those Grunts again. His mouse guy is too injured to battle again, meaning he's defenseless. And even if we do get there, Tiger isn't much better off. We wouldn't have much of a chance."

He hated to admit that but it was true. The cards weren't exactly in their favor, in the words of Luxord. If a battle does ensue, they may very well be in trouble. They had to get to a shelter, both to rest themselves and heal their companions.

Ilex Forest - Enterance

As it turned out, the two had to go all the way to the enterance of the forest to find the source of the commotion. Lea was surprised to not only see their travelling partner here but also two others. One looked to be a young girl while the other was in an elegant pink dress. Honestly, the dress made him think of some of the princesses who resided in the many worlds he had gone to. Elegantly dressed yet seemed innocent and confused. However, the first things rushing out of his mouth were nothing of his surprise or curiosity

"What were you doing?!" he couldn't help but yell at Zenitsu. "I thought we were going to stay together! And you just run off? I know a girl was hurt but had one of those Grunts been out here, where do you think you'd be?!"

He was probably going a little off the handle but in this moment, Lea didn't care. His firey emotions were getting the better of him in that moment, expressing his grievences about how Zenitsu had run off just moments after they'd agreed sticking together was the best course. He barely had even assessed Chihiro's injuries and how severe they were. In this moment of rage it almost didn't even matter to him.

Zenitsu heard familiar voices and turned to face familliar figures.
"Ven! Lea!You're here!" Zenitsu replied. Tears fell from his eyes." I...I need your help. We need to take Chihiro chan to the hospital. I think there is a town nearby... I can't do this alone! We if don't take Chihiro to the hospital, she will die!"

Zenitsu cares alot for his new adoptive little sister. " Don't yell at me like that! I'm sorry I left you two behind! I know we had to stick together! That girl needed help! I hope you understand. She can't talk. Only through signs and I can read her feelings thanks to my sharp sense of hearing. That's how I located her too! I believe she was bullied. "

He took a deep breath before continuing to talk." Chihiro chan's injuries are really bad!!"
Zenitsu had a good heart. He felt ashamed to have left his new friends behind. He hated himself. Being a coward. He wanted to help people.
" If we don't take her to the hospital...her partner will be alone." Zenitsu added, mentioning Sylveon.
"Pi...chu..." Raimaru said sadly, looking at Sylveon.

The Demon slayer Corps,in the world I come from, hunt down demons, who terrorise our world. Fortunatly, not all of them are evil." She added.

She admited, these new traveling partners were more fun, then Giyu Tomioka, the water hashira.
"Perhaps I should introduce them to Tomioka. He DOES need friends." she thought to herself.

"Usually,I don't travel at nighttime,as demons roam during that time, but since this world is demon free...well,there might be still be hostile " pokemon" that are just as dangerous as demons. We still need to find shelter for the night. Ishmael, you and your partner will be safer with us."

Chihiro would cover her ear as Lea yelled at her adoptive big brother. She didn't like seeing someone yell at her big brother. She looked at her partner, and somehow, Sylveon understood. She nodded her head affirmatively. Sylveon alerted the three with her cry and use her ribbons to point at Chihiro, who was still covering her ears. "Sylvie! Sylveon! Syl!" Sylveon cried out to the three boys.

Flinching as Lea began to scold Zenitsu, Ven couldn't help feeling for both of them. On one hand, he knew what it was like to be called out for doing things one shouldn't. Aqua and Terra had been on him plenty ever since he had run off from their home, and tried to coax him into returning, though he refused every time and continued to chase after his friends. On the other hand, he could understand Lea's feelings as well. Much like Aqua or Terra would do for him back home, Lea was merely looking out for Zenitsu. His brief lecture was in good faith, even if it came off as something entirely different.

Zenitsu seemed to understand that much and even acknowledged it, however the more he continued on, the more he lost Ven. Cocking his head in confusion as the other spoke of understanding this girl via hearing her emotions. While he had heard weird things before, this was something new. How was it even possible? It made no sense. "Sensing her feelings via your sharp hearing...?" he repeated, showing clear confusion in his words.

While he would have loved to question it, he figured now wasn't the time to. If this girl was injured then they needed to get her to some place that could help. Would something like that even be nearby? It was hard to say and they'd only find out once they investigated. However, even if they were in a hurry, Ven felt it rude not to address the other woman that was present.

Quietly shifting his gaze towards the princess, a smile crossed Ventus' lips and he turned to face her. As he did, Apollo perched himself atop the armor on his left shoulder. Looking at her, the keyblade wielder couldn't help but be reminded of the few princesses he had encountered on his own journey back home. This woman was just like them. Could she be the princess of this world or was she, much like them, dragged here against her own will? Either way, he planned to offer her respect.

Placing a hand on his chest, Ven bowed his head slightly at Peach. It was a simple, yet polite gesture- one that he hoped was taken as such. "Excuse me ma'am, you aren't injured as well, are you?" From the looks of it, she wasn't, but it felt rude not to at least ask and make sure. For all he knew she could be hiding some kind of injury and be good at doing so. "If you are injured or even your little companion there, then maybe we can help you as well."

Princess Peach

and Clefairy

"Me? I'm Princess Toadstool, but you can simply call me Peach." she introduced herself to Zenitsu and Chihiro, curtsying. Her Clefairy waved at Raimaru in a friendly fashion. "Well, I just came here from a tiny town. I don't know if it has a hospital, I didn't see one...however, there is a city up ahead, Goldenrod City, I imagine there is a hospital there. But Azalea Town, where I just came from, is definitely closer than Goldenrod...what a predicament..." she twirled a lock of golden hair around her finger as she thought it over. Perhaps there was some sort of medical center in Azalea? There would have to be...but would the care be enough for Chihiro's serious wounds?

"Clefairy..." her Pokemon said consolingly as he patted the Sylveon. The calm moment was broken with shouting coming from people approaching the scene...a man with a fiery sort of way about him, and a young man with spiky blond hair, accompanied by creatures, respectively. Princess Toadstool was beginning to wonder if everyone had one of these things with them.

"Sir, calm down!" Peach said indignantly. "There is no need for this sort of aggravation! He simply wanted to help this poor girl, and she might have been hurt even worse if he hadn't stepped in!"

Peach sighed, a bee now in her bonnet, and she turned to the young man who was accompanied by what looked like an owl. A small smile appeared on her pink lips, and she answered, "No, I'm fine, thank you for your concern, however." she returned the bow. "Although, my...er...Clefairy? I think that's what it is....he has a small wound on his forehead after I spooked him....Clefairy ran and bonked into a tree." you could tell the princess still felt bad about the whole incident.

STEVE

Lake of Rage - Shoreline

Steve absentmindedly listened to the conversation. However, the more he tried to listen, the more intense his sleep headache got. This was just what he got for trying to wotk hard for once. Sonetimes the soldier wondered if he would just be better off slacking on the job. But after what happened the last time he slacked off, he knew better than to beleive hr would allow himself to do that.

He was so tired that he didn't even answer Shinobu. Not that her words were reslly directed at him anyway. Instead, he gave another yawn as he actually started to lean backwards a bit. Of course that was a terrible idea as he was met with nothing but empty air which made him fall onto his back. He was awake though, just a little sleep-dazed.

LEA

Illex Forest - Enterance

The mild scolding he got from Peach was enough to get Lea back into reality before he could say something that might potentially traumatize Zenitsu. He needed to remember that both Zenitsu and Chihiro were young - much younger than people even like Roxas who he'd mentored in the past. They might not understsnd things like the importance of sticking together. Still though, Lea would keep it in the back of his mind that Zenitsu probably won't be reliable going forward, that he will run away if something peaks his interest.

"Yeah...I guess it isn't needed. I just don't appreciate being left in the dust." he admitted, taking a moment to get his breath. "Especially after we went through a rough situation before getting hwre and had said we were going to stick together. The least Zenitsu could have done is give us a chance to follow! Had we been any slower, Ven and I probably would have been cut off from him entirely..."

He didn't want to admit it but he was starting to take on a similar role as he did with Roxas when it came to his travelling companions. He was probably the oldest out of them, being 23 when they were teenagers at best - he felt it fell on him to make sure that they aren't doing anything rash, that they're making progress but doing so responsibly. He couldn't help but let his temper flare a bit when he had discovered how Zenitsu had left him and Ven behind.

"Look, I get that you wanted to help the girl." he said, turning to Zenitsu. "Just...let us know the next time, okay? Sorry for yelling but if you hadn't been lucky, you might have ended up just as injured as her."

Of course, he probably wasn't the best example either. If the roles had been reversed, Lea might have run off and done the same thing. He was always a bit reckless. But it was just a oart of who hr was, unfortunately. Though thwre have been times that his recklessness came in handy.

He glanced back at the group, nodding at the notion of moving forward.

"Anyway, we need to move. She's hurt, our creatures are hurt, we aren't gonna get far unless we get them patched up." he said. "So let's go, but stay together this time."

"I get it." Zenitsu replied. " I'll try to wait for you next time." He knew what it was like to be left in the dust. It happened to him during his mission at Mt Natagumo...when Tanjiro and Inosuke left him behind...wait Zenitsu was the one who didn't want to go and his friends went ahead. They would have at least tried to convince him to come with them and he would have accepted. Instead he went on his own at the last minute and ended up being bit by a spider and almost got turned into one.
He noticed that Chihiro was still in pain. Het fox creature was worried and so is Rainaru. Peach told them that there was two towns and the closest was smaller. There was no time. He and his new friends had to take a chance and head to Azalea town. " Azalea town is where we should go. " Zenitsu told his companions.
" Chihiro, hang in there alright? We'll get you to the hospital...or whatever medical facillity as soon as possible. Ven,Lea,let's go!" Zenitsu went on ahead, carrying Chihiro in his arms along with Raimaru. He headed for Azalea town, while making sure his companions would follow.

Shinobu noticed that Steve was almost sleepy. She was tired herself but didn't show it. Being spirited away to another world seems tirering alright.
"Steve, are you alright?" the Insect hashira asked.

"Staying here won't do any good. We should head to the closest town as soon as possible." Shinobu cared for new friends as well as their partners. She felt a big loss when her older sister was gone. She didn't want to lose her new friends.

Ishmael
Lake of Rage
For a brief moment, Ishmael considered the gravity of the situation. Steve and Shinobu both had given small accounts of how they were from different 'worlds.' Its true that she only had a basic grasp on what distortions were and an equally feeble understanding of what all was outside the City. However, their manner of dress, the things they spoke about, led her to doubt if they were all talking about the same city. She took a few shaky steps forward, her legs regaining some fatigue from her fighting stance and flexing her muscles to be prepared to react if things had gone south. She listened to what the other two spoke about, noting either an abundance of excitment at getting another ally or a general lack of origination as the two spoke on different topics.
"I know it's akward at best. I mean, I never expected my morning patrol to land me in the middle of all this. But if you're in the same situation as us, it'd do you good to stay with a group. I have a feeling that others might not be so kind to us."

"Usually,I don't travel at nighttime,as demons roam during that time, but since this world is demon free...well,there might be still be hostile " pokemon" that are just as dangerous as demons. We still need to find shelter for the night. Ishmael, you and your partner will be safer with us."

"I see." She quietly replied, more or less speaking to both of them, "Generally, most people in the City are looking after only their own skin. It's not that unusual but I've always heard that out here in the outskirts is far worse. Here be monsters, so to speak. Though, I can't say that I've ever heard them called demons. Or Pokemon, for that matter."

To be fair, she wasn't entirely sure what any of the creatures outside the City were. Maybe these Pokemon creatures were simply what had been outside the city all this time. It wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility, she supposed. It definitely wasn't outside the possibility that the Head was keeping that sort of information suppressed. As for danger, it was hard to argue they couldn't be dangerous. What if she had run into Sharpblade without Steve around? She wasn't sure that a starfish and a weaponless wash up would be much of a challenge for a creature sporting blades over an unhealth amount of its body.

Ishmael stopped for a second, noting that Shinobu's Pokemon, Kanae she had called it, had taken a liking to Queequeg. The starfish was rather impassive about the butterfly fluttering near it. It seemed more concerned with Ishmael moving away from it, ignoring the other Pokemon to instead cartwheel after the redhead. It seemed an inconvient mode of transport, but until her own body was recovered enough to assist in carrying him, Queequeg would simply have to keep cartwheeling. The lingering question of why she had imprinted on the creature or how they had been teleported to the outskirts kept surfacing in her mind but she ignored them for now. Instead, she should focus on her new allies and finding out more about them.

"
If you don't mind my asking, where are you both from? You say different worlds and I'm wondering if you mean that literally or figuratively." She asked just as Steve slumped to the ground. Shinobu was first to ask if he was okay with Ishmael approaching him second, trying to maintain enough distance to let him catch his breath and not block him in.

??? Town

Something or someone was keeping the woman from entering the tower. She could only get a peek of the gatekeeper which was round, glowing, and purplish. The frustration in the woman's voice, glued Ib's feet to not advance too close. Still as the wind as of current. The woman stood before turning her head behind her. Where she could see her face with clarity. She seems as strange as the other one earlier. Their dress was not of the norm even by official boring business standards. Her ears were pointed and her eyes alluring and sharp.

She delivered nearly in a mumble. Her Marill stared into the door and still in her small arms. The crowned woman was speaking nearly similar to the one she found herself with earlier. Something tells her that she too is not from this place.

"W-wait for me!" Unwilling to be left alone in this strange new world, Okashi followed the man towards the building.

The inside of the building was something Okashi was very unfamiliar with. The room itself wasn't too big but the number of seemingly advanced gadgets was quite overwhelming for her. Most of the advanced technologies in her world were left abandoned due to the declining population making it hard to maintain them, but it seemed in this world they had no such problem. Behind the counter was a pink-haired nurse beaming a bright smile at them as they entered the building, next to her was a large round pink creature wearing similar hat with the nurse. Other than the nurse there's also a short haired woman wearing a lab coat in the corner feeding a muffin to a what seems to be a living giant lizard tail with a fish attached to it.

Huh...

Okashi realized something. The nurse had the round blob, the corner woman had that abomination, Tooru had his giant bug and she had the alien baby. Was this a normal occurence in this world? For all human to be paired with some creature?

"Welcome to the pokemon center, may I help you?" The nurse asked the newcomer with her gentle voice.

"I found a lost baby." Okashi raised the alien baby and showed her to the nurse. The baby didn't seems to appreciate it much, she turned around and gave Okashi's face another smack with her rattle. The nurse was worried for a brief moment but she let out a small chuckle when she noticed that the smack didn't hurt the girl and only slightly dazed her. The nurse didn't seems to take the question seriously.

"I'm from Hyrule, a Kingdom ruled by a king, and his daughter, Zelda, is my best friend."

Link heard Shinobu and Steve discuss the possibility of there being hostile wild pokemon beforehand, and Link already knew what they meant by that. However, Link also had full faith their pokemon could take on any dangerous opponent. Link himself could even jump into the fray if needed.... except he had no weapon, or shield. But maybe Link could be a distraction to enable his companions to escape. He certainly was agile enough to put up a good chase.

Things seem to settle down between Lea and the others, which in turn put Ven at ease. His attention didn't linger long on the others before it returned to the princess before him and gave a small nod as she addressed his question. "Perhaps you should come with us then," he suggested. From how she had spoke before, it sounded as if she was on her way out of the nearby town and moving towards the city she had referred to as Goldenrod. While he didn't want to slow her own journey, he simply figured it might be safer if she healed her injured companion first. Maybe they could even help her reach this city, even if it meant returning to the forest again.

"You are free to go on your own. I wouldn't want to slow down your own travels," he acknowledged. Even after Lea's whole lecture of staying together, here Ventus was telling Peach she could go off on her own if she wanted. "But you seem as lost as we do, so maybe we can help each other out. That choice is yours though."

A smile crossed his lips as he offered up those words. While he still didn't know if she was from this world or not, Ven had a hunch she was like them, especially given how she spoke of her companion. She seemed to not know all too much about it, much like he and his companions. If that were the case, then it would make sense that she was like them. Even so, if she already had her mind made up on where she was going, then who were they to stop her.

Ventus' moment with the princess was soon cut short as Zenitsu called out for them to follow before taking off himself. It seemed they were moving once again. He would need to follow if he wanted to keep up and not be left behind.

Returning his gaze to Peach, he offered once last smile before dipping his head politely. While he hoped she would follow, he had no way of telling if she actually would. Only time would tell. With that, Ven turned and moved back to Lea's side, giving the older keyblade wielder a nod before pushing himself off after Zenitsu.

It wasn't far to the town's edge- only a minute or two- and as he arrived, he quietly looked around. It was a quaint little place with a rather rustic vibe. A few houses lined the pathway along with a few other buildings which he had no clue where. One in particular has a logo that resembled the odd ball that he had found with Apollo. Was it some shop for similar things? He was not sure. Looking around, he wasn't even sure if there was a medical facility around. A place like this didn't feel like one that would house such a thing.

"So... any idea if one of these buildings is what we're looking for?" he asked, a concerned expression blanking his face. While he was more than willing to explore, he figured they didn't have the time to check every building around. Once again, his eyes landed upon the large, red and white building. Unlike the other structures it stood out as something of importance. Maybe they should start there. Pointing towards it, he spoke again, "That one looks important, but I have no clue if it'll help us out."

    Princess Peach

    and Clefairy

Peach inclined her head towards Lea, and added, "I understand that you were worried, but now is perhaps not the best time for reprimanding." there was a bigger problem at hand, and the most important thing at that moment was Chihiro and her well-being.

"Perhaps you should come with us, then." Peach had been searching for help all along, hence why she wanted to go to Goldenrod in the first place, but now it seemed like it would be best to stick with a group. "Are you also not from this world?" she asked Ventus, a glint of curiosity in her eye. She would pursue the subject in other circumstances, but instead, she replied, "No, no, I think it'd be in my and Clefairy's best interest to join you and your friends."

And with that, Princess Peach lifted her skirt's hem from the ground (the last thing she'd want to do is trip) and hurried close behind, her Clefairy on her heels.

Back in Azalea Town, Peach scanned around, but to no avail- no hospitals seemed to be available. "Oh no..." she sighed. Ventus pointed out the big, rather important-looking building. Compared with the sleepiness of Azalea, it stuck out considerably. "...A Pokemon Center? Well, there's no harm in looking, is there?"

It was surprising to say the least.

The building some sort of mix between a hospital lobby (something Tooru was well accustomed to), a doctor's office, and a convenience store. A woman with shockingly pink hair stood behind a desk, straightening up when Okashi and himself entered through the sliding doors. A few other guests were standing around doing idle tasks, each with another strange creature. Tooru got the impression that these creatures were commonplace. He had to be careful, though, no telling if whoever brought them here did it with sinister motives.

Okashi, of course, immediately jumped to the most worrisome conclusion and announced that she had found a lost baby. After said 'baby' hit her again, Tooru realized that it was a much more lighthearted atmosphere than he had clocked. Quickly following the girl, Tooru smiled and spoke to the pink-haired woman.

"Sorry about her, we're new to the area. You wouldn't, uh, happen to have any pamphlets or maps would you? We've been trying to get a lay of the land before he we head out."

Ah... perhaps more than someone in a similar situation. Even better, a potential customer! While the Happy Mask Salesman understood that children wouldn't appreciate his art and many other folk he had encountered, he knew that would find more value in it. That fairy boy certainly did, back when the Happy Mask Salesman could afford his Castle Town shop. He began reaching around instinctively, making sure that all of his masks were there. They were, and he knew it, but it never hurt to double check. Thieves could be rampant in this world, for all he knew...

...

What was that?

The Happy Mask Salesman perked up as the young girl turned, her round blue mouse taking notice of a commotion. She stepped closer to one of the larger towers in the city, but it took a second for the Happy Mask Salesman to register what he was seeing.

The girl was asking a young woman if she needed help, a young woman dressed in fine silks and jewels paired with some sort of floating lantern. The Happy Mask Salesman widened his eyes, and rushed over as the two were conversing. Hunching down more than he usually did, he bowed as best he could.

"Princess Zelda... what a strange idea, to encounter you here as well."
