Zenitsu Agatsuma

"The thing is...well..." Zenitsu started." We were spirited away to another world,so time travel dosen't have to do with our situation. Woudn't it make more sense to search for a creature that is able to travel through worlds? I bet it was a creature like this that sended us here,to it's world. So it's the creature we should go after." Zenitsu explained.

He then looked at the injured Rainaru in his arms. " Though the priority right now is to find shelter and...maybe medical supplies for our creatures." Zenitsu added. He hoped that a medical facillity similar to the Butterfly mansion existed in this world.
"What happened to the little guy? I passed out after seeing this spider and...when I woke up,Raimaru was injured. It's always like this. When I face a demon, I black out and when I regain conciousness, the demon's head is rolling on the floor next to me."

"This is the Lake of Rage. One of the big highlights of the Johto region." the fisherman replied." The closest town is south from here. There is a pokemon center where they can heal your pokemon and a pokemon gym too!"

"Well, well, there was a medical facillity after all!" Shinobu replied with a smile. "And one that treat these creatures too. It is better if we head there as soon as possible." Shinobu suggested to her new companions. "After all,we can't afford to stay outside during nightime. Who knows what kind of dangerous creatures might come out to play!"

The fisheman handed a map to Shinobu. " I think you might need this." He said. "That is so nice of you!" Shinobu replied. She looked at the map, then handed it to her companions.

Link felt himself shudder at Shinobu mentioning night time. He remembered hearing stories from Smith about creatures that rose up from the underground during the night hours. If those things existed here..... but Helmasaur wasn't from his world. Link looked at the map and his concerns were affirmed true. This wasn't Hyrule. Nothing on the map had anything involving things like Hyrule Castle and Death Mountain.

Mahogany Town. That's the place south of the lake. Link also had a question.
"Are Gym Leaders Sages?"
"Sages? No clue what those are, but Gym Leaders are strong trainers, and beating one gives you a badge, which along with seven other badges, enables you to get to the pokemon league."
Link's mind went into overdrive. Seven other badges. Collect them all to open the way to the pokemon league. His experiences in his quest to save hyrule certainly helped him to piece together a possible answer to his companions problems.

"Lets go to this Gym, Shinobu, Steve. If we gather these 8 gym badges, we might have a chance to go back to our respective worlds."

Yet another night had come, yet Nikol found himself awake far past the others in his group. A had retired early claiming they wanted to wake up before sunrise to prepare for their next outing and they had encouraged the others to do the same, though to no surprise Matthew had argued and claimed he'd be up on time no matter when he went to sleep. Glimmer on the other hand gave no objections and took her leave. Nikol had quietly followed suit, but sleep had yet to find him. His mind was racing from all that had occurred over the past day, especially his time with Shulk.

It was hard to move past what had happened. The older man had been observing his mechanical work and praising it quite highly. Such a thing had taken Nikol by surprise. In the moment he had been quick to ask Shulk to stop, feeling uncertain of it all at the time, but now that he could think on it, he couldn't help but feel a desire to speak more with him. It wasn't everyday others appreciated his work and didn't make fun of him for his shortcomings- that mostly being his inability to summon his own blade.

Sighing, Nikol pushed himself up from his makeshift bed and crawled towards the exit of his tent. Maybe Shulk was still awake and they could talk. It might put his mind at ease and allow him to finally find some sleep.

Keeping quiet, the Kevesi mechanic slipped out from his tent and passed by the dim fire that still glowed around their campsite. It seemed Matthew had forgotten to put it out again. Shaking his head, he left it be before he scampered off down the alleyway and quickly turned onto the main walkway. Where would Shulk even be? Would he still be awake in the HQ preparing for the journey that was ahead or had he also retired for the night? Where did he even stay? Nikol wasn't even sure. He'd figure it out once he got that far. The walk to the HQ building wasn't far anyways.

Up ahead, he could see the entrance to it, but as he neared, a golden ring quickly formed in front of him and blocked his path forward. With a sharp gasp, he came to a halt and quietly stared into the void the ring showed. "What is this?"

His curiosity brought him to inch closer to the gaping hole and without warning, he was shoved in. Letting out a panicked yelp, the last thing Nikol saw was a small purple being with pink markings, but those colors were quick to fade into a blur the further he fell and soon enough there was nothing- only the darkness of himself losing consciousness.

It wasn't long until he came to again. When he did, Nikol slowly lifted a hand to his head and held it. What had happened? Had he stumbled and hurt himself? No, he wasn't that clumsy and even then, he would have expected to have someone at his side, even if it was only one of the members of Colony 9. They would have surely heard him, yet he found himself alone. As his eyes began to adjust, he quickly began to realize he was no longer in the Colony. The worn buildings had long disappeared from around him and instead he found himself on a dirt path with nothing but greenery around him.

"Wah?!" he squeaked out as his mind tried to wrap around what was going on. Quickly, green orbs flickered about and quietly observed his surroundings. Nothing was familiar though. In his eyes everything looked different from what he was used to on Aionios. Panic began to rise in his chest and he could feel his heart pounding against it as if it would pop out at any moment.

A small electrical hum was enough to momentarily pull him from his panic, but as Nikol's eyes settled upon its source, a panicked shriek rumbled from his throat. Pushing himself back across the dirt, he scrambled to grab for the controls of his weapon, only to realize they weren't on his arms like usual. That was right, he had left his pack in his tent when he went searching for Shulk. How could he be so careless.

Seeing the ghostly figure flickering towards him in the corner of his vision, Nikol's eyes widened in fear. "N-n-no! S-s-stay ba-a-ack!"

His sputtering caused the Rotom to momentarily stop, allowing him enough time to heave himself to his feet. It at least seemed to understand him, though that did little to put him at ease. Sure, he was used to seeing monsters and fought them on a daily basis, but that was different. It hadn't been in a time like this. Besides, he had never seen a creature quite like this. It was unsettling.

"Y-you stay right-t-t there... I-I'm not w-worth your tim-m-me."

His voice wavered, making his nervousness quite obvious even to the Pokemon before him. Sensing his fear, the Rotom's own skittish nature began to kick in and it began to jitter in place. Its flickering only made Nikol feel worse and without hesitation, the teen turned and bolted off down the path- unknowingly leading himself in the direction of Lavender Town.

    Princess Peach

    and Clefairy

Peach bustled down Azalea Town, her pink puffy skirt bunched in her hands, her heels clacking away as she hurried toward the entrance of the Ilex Forest. She couldn't shake the image of Toadsworth, Mario, and the rest of her friends worried as to where she had gone.

Her toads didn't know what to do without her. The Mushroom Kingdom could have fallen in Bowser's hands by now!! This both terrified her and spurred her to move quickly. There was no time to waste.

However, she halted upon seeing something pink lying in some tall grass upon running a few feet into Ilex. She parted the tall grass, and saw a pink, round creature napping peacefully.

"Awwwww!!!" Peach cooed upon seeing it. The creature started, and woke up suddenly upon hearing Peach's voice.

"Clefairy!!" The creature screamed, running away from Peach. Unfortunately, the creature wasn't looking at where he was going, and he bumped into a tree.

"Oh dear, are you okay??" Princess Peach asked, walking over to it. The Clefairy was crying a bit, a small injury on its head. "Here, I promise not to hurt you...let me take a look..."

Ishmael
Location: District 11, J-Corp
Another long day. Another long, grueling day of fighting things that would be better left in the darkest parts of the human imagination. It was like that every time they set off the bus to travel into the depths of another L-Corp facility. Twisting halls that test patience, the souring of corpses that test the stomach, the constant sound of fighting doubly testing her patience. Things that scuttered and leapt from the dark, human or otherwise. It was always either some flunky from whatever group was currently opposing them or the other sinners bickering non-stop that echoed through the halls. Or Outis licking the managers boots like her life depended on it. Every moment of it was headache inducing. Sometimes it even made her long for those bygone days on that hellish voyage. Perhaps it was a matter of the devil you know and the devil you don't.

As always, the other Sinners had all fallen silent as they approached the bus, a simple line filing onto the red coach that heralded them. It was spacious enough to act as a base of operations but minute enough to be a terrible half-way house to rest at. Which, coincidentally, was what it was about to be, again. Ishmael would have complained internally at the prospect, often catching glances from her fellows that they felt the same way; a pensive look that told her 'Who do I have to sit next to this time?' It was quickly becoming a professional courtesy to sit next to individuals of a similar temperament, mostly to avoid the brutal infighting this group was prone to. Ishmael watched the line of Sinners, thirteen including her, quickly shrink as they boarded. Her arms and legs felt like heavy lead poles, her head like a burlap sack filled with two tons of bricks. Tired, even exhausted, felt like an understatement.

Her hands gripped the rail leading up into the bus as she pulled herself into its carriage. Most of the other Sinners were already seated, leaving only a seat next to her seatmate, Meursault. He was quiet and easy enough to get along with, usually keeping to himself and having no actual interest in whomever it was he shared his seat with. This meant her rest until their next stop would be actually relaxing, giving her time to deal with the throbbing headache that threatened to pry open the sides of her skull. She blinked as she stepped up onto the bus's main level, her hand releasing the railing as she did so. Her foot fell into open air, her eyes opening to find the familiarity of the bus replaced with an equally familiar yet foreign sight. Water.

Ishmael
Location: Lake of Rage

Limbus Company's bus was there just a blink ago, now replaced with the open air of a unknown world. Ishmael didn't have a chance to respond to the sudden change when the crystal blue lake below her came rushing up to greet her. She had been in such a place before, when the boat she had been on had been destroyed, leaving her as a piece of driftwood in the ocean. This was, to some degree, preferable. Before the water had overtaken her head, she could make out the shoreline and trees beyond that. She was, at her best estimation before hitting the water, only 100 or so meters from the shore. No matter how clear the water looked from above, once submerged there was an inky black abyss greeting her. She was an experienced swimmer, immediately regaining her senses in the water. Her arms and legs, tired as they were, quickly began to tread water, keeping her from sinking any further then the meter she had already drifted.

Looking down into the depths of the lake, she was quickly met with a sinking feeling. There, in that twilight blackness, something moved just within the grasp of the last rays of light able to feebly penetrate that deep. The tale-tell signs of fish life. Blue scales on something swimming just out of sight. She quickly noted the length of it. It was easily several meters. Ishmael lost any interest in staying the water. Fresh water or not, nothing grows that long without being a predator of something. She propelled herself back towards the surface and took in several deep breathes, both steadying her nerves and to help her stay afloat. She started for shore at a steady pace, trying to conserve what little energy she had; cramping up in the middle of the lake would be a sure way to drown. She was far out enough that it would take a competent swimmer to reach her in time.

She was making decent progress, moving slowly but surely, when something bumped into her leg. Instinctively she pulled away as hard as she could, floundering for a moment in the water and forcing her arms to pick up the slack for her leg now curled up towards her body. Her head craned to try and catch a glimpse of her aggressor. Something was stirring in the water, a dark violet starfish stalking her in the water. No, starfish wasn't accurate. It had twice the number of appendages and in its center was a ruby red jewel. It spun in the water on its axis, moving around her in a circle. Her eyes widened in horror at the realization. There were no fish in the world that appeared this way, meaning she must have fallen into a Distortion. Whatever the creature was, it had to be part of it as well. A terror of the deep of some sort.

Ishmael didn't believe she was capable of panic, not while in the water, but still felt her limbs pushing harder then before to reach the shore. The creature continued to circle, occasionally fluttering out of her view and into the deeps of the water only to come cartwheeling back soon after. It kept a short distance between her and itself, at most not coming any closer then a meter to two. Meanwhile, she did her best to both keep track of the thing and the approaching shoreline. She was more then halfway when the thing had shown up. She was probably three quarters of the way when she felt her arms grow heavier. She already knew what was coming but was in refusal. Her pace had quickened since the starfish creature had appeared and not slowed down any.

Her arms cramped up first, the muscles in her forearms locking suddenly around the elbow, pulling themselves into her chest as the muscles tightened. With only her legs to keep her afloat, her head was quickly submerged into the water. She refused to panic, trying to wrench her arms from her torso and force them to tread water again. They refused and stayed locked to her body. Her legs were weak already as well but the day of fighting before being carted to this distortion had left her arms in far worse shape. Her legs pushed hard and fast against the water slowly rising up past her, the pristine surface above her expanding in her view as she drifted downward at an agonizingly slow pace. The starfish creature flew into her view, this time only scant inches from her. She finally got a detailed look at it.

tumblr_pey6kiOskg1s4sukgo1_r3_1280.png
Her initial description wasn't far off. It resembled a set of starfish resting on top of each other, a golden metal band binding them together and a red gem in its center. Was this its plan, she wondered, as it seemed to stare at her. To exhaust her and then feed when she was too weak to fight back? It was an admirable plan but not one she was going to let happen. At least, the opposition to her perceived fate existed in her mind. In reality there was nothing she could do to stop from drowning let alone stop this thing. She was puzzled as it grew closer and momentarily though about simply headbutting it. She discarded the idea as the water would prevent it from having any real impact along with the general lack of hostility she was feeling from it. It drifted closer still and gently bumped into her chest. Was it offering her help? It bumped into her again, a little more forcefully now. She let her fingers wrap around its hard, shell like body.

It moved without seemingly any manner of propulsion, she noted, as it began to rise to the surface. She surfaced once more, gasping loudly as she did so and as her savior rested under her as a flotation device. She resumed kicking to swim towards the shore, using the bizarre creature as a piece of driftwood. It was an act she was familiar with. The shore rapidly approached now her feet quickly making purchase in sand. She stumbled ashore like a drunken sailor coming for shore leave, before face planting in the sand. Heaving for a moment as well before rolling to lay on her back. She had noted as she grew closer that she wasn't alone on the beach but her own pride as a sailor had kept her from calling out and disturbing any of them from their own matters.

She turned her attention instead to the creature. It was standing up right in the sand and facing her, as if it was watching to make sure she was okay. It was a peculiar beast, but seeing as it was part of a Distortion, she could only imagine its origins or abilities. It wasn't the first time a strange creature had befriended her. She eyed it for a moment longer, before coughing to clear her throat, sitting up and speaking to it. She had plenty of reasons to both trust and refuse the thing, it was still better to come with an open hand then a closed fist when in the unknown.

"What are you?" The question lingered in the air for a moment before it let out a strange cry. A warbled 'ha' sound with a tinge of metal to it. She screwed up her nose in surprise. Distortions could usually speak. It wasn't the norm but they usually could speak to some degree. "How about for now, I'll call you Queequeg. Any objections?"

It let out that warbled cry again, though she could have sworn it sounded a little chipper this time around. It didn't move from its spot as it kept its vigil.

She chose to rest on the beach for a few more minutes while it seemed safe. She would need to gain her bearing soon and figure out where she was and how to contend with the distortion. There were others on the shore after all, she could question them if nothing else. She pondered if Queequeg was actually trustworthy and if it could be away from water for a prolonged period of time.

??? Town

The Marill's mousey ears perked up. Looking and hopping around Ib trying to source a sound as their ear keeps twitching at every halt. The sudden activeness of the blue round mouse got her attention. Instead of eyeing the smiling many mask man she'd watch Mary instead.

... ... .!?

Without a windup to its body, Mary dashed eastward of town at a surprisingly swift speed. Ib picked up the pace to chase the Marill. Where is it going? Is it urgent? Mary was simply too fast to catch up to as she dashed through the solemn town. The lack of faces seemed to be rather normal to the girl, by that meaning the lack of people roaming about outside.

"Where is my Magic.??"

🟢

Just right around the corner, she faintly heard a woman's voice. Magic? Not the strangest thing she's heard all day but it did intrigue her. Although her pursuit of Marill was more on focus, seeing Marill turn around a corner of the building, she follows only to stop around as she turned. Marill standing still staring ahead.

0fbc9294621c4912b885a7f79e7bf4c8.png
"Don't runaway like that, what's wrong?"

Ib scoops Marill into her arms. Marill retrieved! marill.jpg

"I demand entrance to this tower, on account of needing to understand my current whereabouts!"

🟢

Just right ahead, there is the woman's voice again, but now physically present. The first thing noticed was the stunningly beautiful dress she wore, it was reminiscent of royalty in some way. A fitting color but doesn't strangely fit with the town at some weird feeling. She wore elegant gloves matching the dress. She was tall even in a distance, and her brown hair was longer and more voluminous than hers, and from some angles, she can identify that the woman has pointed ears. The girl with her Marill stood still before standing at least 2 feet away from the woman who was trying to get through the door demanding access from someone, or something.

"Woah! Those people over there," Hakumei points, "they're... huge!"

"Hakumei, more immediate problems!"

While the two talked, the mouse pair duck closer to the swarm they were standing on to benefit from their abilities while the sleep powder remained in the air, Hakumei shouts to Palutena and Kasetto -

You're no fun!~ If you wanna stop us from bullying you, you have to beat us in a Pokémon Battle! Oh, do you have a Pokémon? Oh wait! You DON'T HAVE ONE! Haha!" One of the bullies would mockingly say to Chihiro. The rest of the bullies would laugh hysterically at her. It was true. She didn't have a Pokémon at all. STEVE

Lake of Rage

"What's with these people? First they were being all smug and annoying with fish that couldn't even do anything and now they want to be nice?" Steve couldn't help but voice his concerns as he watched the scene unfold.

He definately wasn't complaining about them getting some help. Any sense of direction was a step forward afterall and it was best that they got to some sort of settlement before the night comes. Now that all the battles were over and the adrenaline from being dumped into this new situation had faded away, his exhaustion was starting to come at him like a truck. It wasn't anything he wasn't used to but he definately would do better with a little bit of R and R. He was fairly certain that Sharpblade, as well as Shino and Link along with their own companions felt the same.

"Well, thanks for the tips." he answered about the explaination of the Gym Badges.

It seemed that battles were some sort of sport in this world. If someone won battles, they would get respect. Honestly, it wasn't so different from his life back at the warzone. Although losing battles meant that you were just another dead body to get picked up if you're lucky.

When Link started to speak, he gave a thoughtful hm as he thought about what was said about the Badges possibly being some link to them getting themselves back home. As much as Steve wanted to beleive that was an easy solution to their problems, he didn't think so.

"It does seem Gym Badges get you respect around here but I don't know for sure that getting all of them are going to get us back home. I don't think the Badges hold any power other thab you getting more respect. Which might, at most, get us more contacts at least. We need as many tips about this world as we can get."

He couldn't help but let a soft yawn escape his mouth as his exhaustion was becoming harder to hide.

"Regardless, we should get going. Even if we don't get anywhere with the Gym Battles, we need the shelter, like Shinobu said."

He was cut off by agressive chirping from Sharpblade as activity from somewhere in the distancd caught the bladed creature's attention.

"Hm? What is it, Sharpblade?"

"Shaaa!!"

All Steve got in response was another agressive chirp before the creature took off running in the direction of the sound, leaving the soldier in the dust. He couldn't help but give a slightly annoyed sigh as he had no choice but to give chase to the creature.

"Hold on, Sharpblade seems to be distracted." he told his travelling partners quickly before hurrying after his bladed friend. Little does he know, he was headed right for where Ishamel had fallen.

LEA

Ilex Forest

"Again with that memory..."

Lea hoped he wasn't heard but his soft mumble could be made out if one had a sharp ear. He wasn't sure if it was wise to talk about everything in the middle of nowhere. Besides, he wasn't sure how Ven would even comprehend it if he said everything. How he ended up an Apprentence, how he and Isa and other friends had become Nobodies bound to do gross jobs for Xemnas, how he ended up recompleted and was now a Keyblade Weilder. Everything he'd gone through was complicated enough for him. It would be insanely complicated for anyone else to hear.

"So you remember me afterall...."

He couldn't help but feel happy at the idea of someone remembering him. Afterall, that was always what he'd wanted from anybody he met - for them not to forget him. It really was sounding as if he had met Ventus before. He hadn't forgotten him either, even if their meeting was breif. Admittedly he almost forgot about the boy entirely had he not been reminded of it.

"I remember a guy just like you too." he finally admitted. "Kind of shy, honestly almost forgot about the kid had you not brought it up. But a lot's changed since then. About...let's say, 10 years worth of stuff."

He decided to leave it at that. If time travel really was a thing, it would probably violate one of those fancy world order rules for him to say everything anyway. If they were all events yet to come in Ven's world of course. If he had to guess, Lea was probably still his younger self in Ven's world. An appearance he'd left behind a long time ago. Rather, an era entirely that was left behind a long time ago. Ten years ago, to think he'd end up like this. He probably would have never dreamed of it. All he wanted to do was sneak into that castle with Isa. Now look what it all led to...

His thoughts were cut off when he swore he heard yelling in the distance. Agressive yelling? It seemed too far away for them to respond to though. Tiger's ears wiggled as he heard the noise but the dog stayed put, seeming to know the same thing as Zenitsu began to speak. He gave a nod.

"Yeah. Tiger's hurt too." he agreed. "We need to get somewhere where these guys can get patched up. Probably wouldn't hurt for us to get some rest too. I'm tired."

It wasn't a lie. He was exhausted right now. All of this was too much for him to think about in one day. Maybe some R and R would help clear his head.

However, her smile faded as she saw the impending mayhem coming towards them. "Woah!!" she said as Lilligant put the swarm of angry beedrill to sleep. But the rumble of the engines wouldn't cease, Lilligant's sleep powder didn't work on them.

Hearing Zenitsu speak, it seemed he had missed the point Ven had been making. His reasoning wasn't without some kind of thought after all, but the other boy seemed to brush off his whole explanation of how time travel might be involved because of the differences he saw in Lea, and in turn make Ventus feel somewhat stupid for even suggesting such an idea. A brief frown formed on his lips as those feelings settled in and he turned his head away in attempt to hide it. It was a silly thing to let himself get upset over in the first place.

His woeful moment didn't last all too long. Lea's voice cutting in was enough to draw his attention back. Looking towards the redhead, Ven's eyes lit up and he gave a quick nod of his head. "Of course I'd remember you!" he exclaimed as he clambered to his feet. "We're friends, right? Friends wouldn't forget one another!" As quickly as it had disappeared, Ventus' optimism returned and he grinned ear-to-ear like an idiot.

His smile dimmed a bit as Lea mentioned the time that had passed- ten years. His mind tried to wrap around such a fact, yet it was admittedly difficult. Even so, it was a point that pushed his previous notion to be even more of a possibility, though not necessarily the answer they were looking for.

"Ten years, huh... That explains why you look grown up then..."

While Ven wished to ask questions, he knew now wasn't the time, and part of him was scared to know what had become of himself in that timeframe. Had he won against Vanitas? Did he lose? Did he spiral out of control and get struck down by Aqua or Terra like he planned to ask? Even if he did know which outcome were to come for him, there was no telling if it would come to be true or not. It'd only cause him to panic more. Besides, it didn't matter in their current ordeal. Whatever fate awaited him at the Keyblade Graveyard had to be put on hold for now.

As if on cue, the shouts Lea heard also caught Ventus' attention and pulled him back to reality. His mind took a moment to comprehend it, but as it settled in that the yells belonged to other people, his expression twisted. "Voices... Maybe they can help us find a way to treat our new companions!" It was possible they might help, or maybe they'd wind up being much like the grunt they had already run into. Either way, they wouldn't know until they investigated.

"Hold out a little longer for us, okay? We'll find a way to get you healed up soon!" Ven assured the three Pokemon, his cheery smile crossing his face yet again.

"Row! Row!" Apollo cooed. Sensing his trainer's optimism, the owl decided to put his belief in his words. The Pokemon turned himself in the direction which the voices had come from and gave a flap of his wings before he took to the air once more.

Despite his previous guidance, Ven was quick to follow after. This time he was positive the Rowlet would lead them to people and not some shrine, although the information they did receive would hopefully prove to be useful on helping them find their way home. He had to believe it would. For now though, all he could do was follow Apollo as they traveled south through the forest.

No doubt about it. He wondered if people from his world ended up here too. He really hoped. Though it was only wishful thinking.

His thoughts were interupted by yells. Thanks to his sharp sense of hearing,he could hear them. Among them were of yells of a girl. Zenitsu always desired the love of a female companion but he still respected women more. He coudn't stand to see a damsel in trouble. The last time he stood up for a girl was in the Entertainment district, where he stopped Co Upper Moon six Daki from bullying a girl.

"Someone's in trouble..." Zenitsu told his companions. Well,it seemed they heard the voices too. Ventus's bird was leading the way yet again. Followed by his owner. "Ven! WAIT FOR MEEEEEE!!!!!"Zenitsu ran after Ven,Raimaru holding on his left shoulder.

"Gym badges?" Shinobu replied. "I doubt getting these will help us get home. I am not a competitive person. Howrever,if it does help us get more allies, including some who are knowledgable able to cross dimensions then perhaps...yes? In the meantime,my suggestion still stands,we need to find shelter and heal our creat..."

Steve soldierlike creature seemed to be distracted and ran to something. At the same moment,Kanae flew after it. "My,it seems Kanae felt the same." Shinobu replied."There might be a reason why." She followed Steve as they both ran after their companions. She didn't know that a fellow outworlder would await them there.

Noah only felt the questions piling up the more he listened to Optimus Primal speak. DNA scanner? He had never heard of such a thing before, but he figured he should hold his questions back. Much like himself and Mio, this individual was lost. Bombarding them with questions would likely only add to the annoyance of being lost. That was how he saw it at least. The only ones that mattered were the ones directly involved in their current situation.

"I have not seen anyone like you, no," the Kevesi off-seer responded. It would have been hard to miss someone like them after all. It was exactly why Noah had been drawn where he was in the first place. Standing out like a sore thumb had its benefits, although it had its drawbacks as well. He knew that much. Being one of the Ouroboros made it difficult for him to blend in. Most would immediately be able to tell his iris was no longer connected to the Flame Clocks.

Actually, why hadn't this individual noticed? Noah hadn't thought of it at first, but it was ever present in his mind now, especially since he believed Optimus Primal was a feronis of some kind. Such machines could easily detect such a thing, but then again, there were oddities about the being before him. Like he had already taken notice, this one could speak, whereas more times than not such was impossible unless there was a pilot inside. Could there be one in this one?

His eyes quietly scanned over the other yet again, but he was unable to come to any sort of conclusion. Maybe he was overthinking it all. Admittedly it wouldn't be the first time. His mind was always racing with thoughts and now was no different. Perhaps he should ignore such for now though. Whatever this other may be didn't matter. For now they were on good terms and as such he should keep it that way. It would help him, and maybe it would help Optimus Primal as well.

Pushing his thoughts aside, Noah quietly turned in a circle to take in their surroundings once again before his gaze landed back upon the mechanical being standing before him. "I can help you search for your friends. It would benefit us both, I believe."

He hoped that was the case. If they could find the others, then perhaps the scanner the other mentioned could be repaired and Noah could find out where he was. It was a longshot, but it wasn't unlike him to take such risks, although he felt guilty for dragging Mio along with. Still, it was better for them to stay together. She was as lost as he was. However, that left the strange animals that were following them around.

Glancing down, Noah quietly eyed the strange feline that huddled itself against his leg. It didn't seem to be leaving any time soon, though he wasn't sure what it exactly wanted with him in the first place.

"I suppose these creatures will be joining us as well," he noted with a small shake of his head. "Perhaps they are lost as well. Whatever the case may be, we should probably get moving. Any ideas on which way we should go?"

Ishmael
Lake of Rage

It didn't take long for Ishmael to start to recover from the ordeal that was the lake before her. The cramping in her arms slowly faded away, her elbows unlocking enough for her to gently flex them to check their functionality. They still felt like they were full of molten lead, a burning sensation creeping out from under the skin as the muscles were still sore. Still, she could fully extend them with only a minor pain at the joint, a throbbing spasm of the muscle. The creature that had helped her - Queequeg - had remained at her side, seemingly staring at her. Was it concerned with her well being? She could see her pale face in the red jewel at its core, her murky green eyes reflected back at her. She assumed there wasn't some deeper meaning to the reflection, this was a distortion after all, and over thinking these sorts of things had a tendency to make matters worse.

Taking a deep breath, she forced herself to stand up, knowing full well the coming response from her body. As her knees straightened she could feel her blood rushing, her head lightening. Hours of extraneous combat, melting a little at the hands of a monster, being teleported to a strange place and almost drowning left her feeling unsurprisingly weak. All of this on an empty stomach and with almost no water. Ironic that the body of water before her was fresh water that she couldn't drink without even more work. As her body settled, the nausea and random pangs of soreness flashing away, she decided that drying off was the first thing she should do. Wet clothes could lead to a rash, which could easily get infected. She grabbed at the torn hems of her jacket and began to wring them out, letting gravity pull the water down and out. As she grabbed the fabric and twisted it into her fist, something in her pocket caught against her wrist.

Odd, she thought, I don't remember having anything in my pocket. Her hand slipped into the pocket, fetching the object. A small, round orb, cut in the center by a thin black line that seperated a red and white half. The cut out section terminated in a small button that stopped it from being a perfectly circular line and subsequently stopped the red and white halves from being a perfect half sphere as well. She had seen plenty of anomalous E.G.O. gifts while working for Limbus Company but this was outside of her wheelhouse. As she turned it in her hands, she noticed that Queequeg seemed to move, bending to look up at the ball. Ishmael wasn't sure about trying to brute force the strange interactions between abnormalities and a small flash of movement drew her attention away from the violet creature. She quickly pocketed the orb after noting the movement in her peripheral vision.

Ishmael turned to face the movement, noting that another abnormality was approaching. Unlike Queequeg, this one was more humanoid in its shape, but one particular part of its body stuck out, adorned around its torso seemed to blades. Its head even had a blade running from the nose, up the head, and down to the spine. Abnormalities were always strange in their design and now that she was being confronted with a second one, Queequeg seemed almost normal. Queequeg seemingly noticed her turning to face the oncoming thing as it turned in the sand as well. Ishmael noted the strangeness in its movements, cartwheeling as it had in the water. It seemed to have some ability to move on its protrusions but was far better suited for the water. Still, something approaching as fast as it was, Ishmael had no choice but to assume the possibility it was hostile.

She was in no condition to really fight and the manager wasn't there to bring her back if the worst happened. She moved to a fighting stance, bending her knees a little, bringing her arms out to the side and ready to pull her E.G.O. weapons to fight with. Expect the mace and shield she fought with didn't appear. That was even more troubling. Was she distorting? Hearse was part of her mental state and being, the inability to summon it meant she must be out of sorts. She kept her fighting stance, bringing her arms up, hands balled into fists, into a weak boxers stance. She wasn't about to go down without a fight. Queequeg seemed to have a similar outlook as it cartwheeled to face the attacker as well, albeit standing between Ishmael and the approaching blade-creature.

"Hmm. Guess that makes us shipmates, huh?" Ishmael said to Queequeg, smiling as it gave a warbling 'ha' in response. Alliances had been made on less and she was grateful to have the back up. She turned her focus on the approaching beast again, hoping against hope that it would turn, change course, hell even just keel over. Either way, she was ready for a fight.

The bullies would be seen still making fun of Chihiro, who is still bawling her eyes out, until a Sylveon came in front of Chihiro and started to growl at the bullies. The bullies' faces contorted to a surprised look. They were shocked not only for a Evolved form of Eevee to be seen in the forest, which is really rare to see a Sylveon, but also the fact that a really rare Pokemon was defending thier one and only stress toy! The bullies were furious. The leader of the group said in a threatening tone, "Alright, guys! Let us defeat that Pokemon!" Chihiro quicky turned towards the Sylveon and ran towards her and shielded the Pokemon, causing a big explosion, followed by a painful shriek. As soon as the smoke cleared out, the bullies would see a severely injured Chihiro. Scared that they might get into trouble, the bullies ran away from the scene. Chihiro would cry loudly from the pain, while the Sylveon went to the middle of the forest in hopes of finding people there.

The sounds went ftom an explosion,to a shiek then cries of pain.
"Ahhhhh...this is no good! I'm sorry guys I must go on ahead!" Zenitsu cried before to run ahead as fast as he could, with Raimaru still clinging on his shoulder.

He did manage to arrive on the location of the noises first. A good 10 minutes but still. Did could see a pink and white fox like creature, which seems to tries to get his attention toward the source of the cries.

A young injured girl. Zenitsu's eyes widened. He looked worried. He went closer. " Are you alright? Who did this to you? I tracked down sounds of pain coming from you!" he said. " I'll do the best I can to help you!" Zenitsu replied. He looked in his pockets. He still had some bandages with him. " That's all I have on me that could help you until we can get you to a medical facillity." Zenitsu explained. He did his best to put the bandages over the girl's wounds. Tears poured from his eyes.

Zenitsu indeed has his heart in the right place. Tanjiro could see it thanks to his sharp sense of smell. The girl he defended from Daki in the Entertainment district? He did hear her cry and went to console her prior to Daki bulling her.
"My name is Zenitsu Agatsuma, snd this little guy is Raimaru. What is your name?"

The girl would notice the yellow-haired boy and would start to tear up. "I am Chihiro Sakurajima. And...I was bullied by a group of kids from my school...! I am so scared...! They always bully me because of my autism and...I cannot take it anymore...!" The girl signed as her hands were shaking vigorosly. This moment in her life severely traumatized her.

Zenitsu looked shocked. He could barely read the hand signs she made. The girl can't speak. However,he could tell by the sounds coming from her....
Fear,sadness...the emotions of someone that was bullied.

" Those punks bullied you? That's horrible!!!!!" Zenitsu cried, only guessing her situation." I...I was alone and bullied too in the past." Indeed. He never knew his parents or if he had any siblings. He was alone. The only persons he met during his childhood prior to Gramps and Tanjiro either left him due to his personality, bullied him or took adventage of him...like the girls that left him with a huge debt.

Zenitsu took Chihiro's hands to confort her. ". I know what it's like to be scared. I felt like that alot in the past...even now, ever since I arrived in this new world." He added, sobbing.
"I know it's hard right now but you're going to make it alright?!" He said.

Zenitsu felt something inside. A different kind of love. The same kind of bond Tanjiro and Nezuko share. Fraternal love? He never had any siblings...Is he treating Chihiro like she was his little sister?
He was like Tanjiro now?

His thoughts were interupted when he remembered something.
"Ven! Lea! I left them behind! I'll hope they'll find their way in here!" He turned back to Chihiro. " My new friends and their creatures should be here sny moment too! They might be able to help too! And if those punks come back to bully you Raimaru and I will give teach them a leason!"

"Teaching them a leason? What am I saying?!" Zenitsu thought.

Chihiro would be shocked. She did not have any friends who cared for her at all. But this....it felt like a fantasy...! She then saw her brothers. She blinked, and she was brought back into reality, seeing Zenitsu. She started to tear up and hugged him, crying softly. "Thank you! Thank you, thank you, thank you! Nobody that was my friend never cared for me like the way you do, Zenitsu! So, thank you so much from the bottom of my heart!" Chihiro signed. She felt so overjoyed to have someone who cared for her deeply. She continued to cry as Sylveon wrapped her ribbon-like feelers around her waist and hugged her.

Zenitsu was touched by everything Chihiro "told" him. Tears still poured in his eyes as he hugged back Chihiro.
"I...I...I never knew my parents...I still son't knew if I had any siblings either..." Zenitsu replied." I never until my met Gramps....then Tanjiro...Inosuke...and Nezuko."
"Tanjiro....so...that's what sibling love feels like? To care for a sibling? I just met that girl and I feel like I want to protect her like she was my own little sister...I guess...I..learned it from you."

Zenitsu let go. " Even if I bandaged your wounds, you still need to be taken to a medical facillity."
While asking this,he thought it was still wise to wait for his new friends to join him. He will need help. He can't do this alone.

"To tell you the truth,I can only guess what you meant to say by the signs you make. You can't speak? So sorry to mention that! I...I meant no offense! However,my sense of hearing is sharper then any normal human being. I could read your feelings by the sounds coming from you." Zenitsu explains. " You are a good person too,but you went through alot. By the feelings I could hear,I only guessed that you were bullied."

Meanwhile,Raimaru tried to pkay with Sylveon's ribbons.

Chihiro would wipe her tears away and smiled sweetly. "That is cool, Brother-I...I-I MEAN ZENITSU...!" The 10-year-old corrected herself. "Sorry...! It's just...you remind me of my four older brothers....they would always protect me when I was little...they used to play with me, but, ever since they became Pokemon Trainers, they never come hangout with me..." The girl signed as she started to tear up and would let out a whimper.

Zenitsu could tell that Chihiro was happy. For the rest he carefully watched her hand signs. He knew about those signs as he as a few mute people around Tokyo using those signs. He didn't kniw much but tried to learn.
"Alright....let's see....your...older brothers...protected you....and...played with you during your childhood...but now...they are busy...to take care of you? I think I'm getting the hang of it!" Zenitsu said.

The closest to a brother he got was his mentor's other disciple, Kaigaku. Well,he wasn't much of a brother, always putting Zenitsu down, saying that Jigoro Kuwajima, their mentor was wasting his time training Zenitsu( which was not true) and yet Zenitsu still saw Kaigaku like a brother. Much like with Raimaru,Zenitsu coudn't help but see abit of himself within the girl.

Then the girl started to tear up again. " Whoa, whoa,it's alright..."
Then Jigoro's words came back into his mind. That it was alright to cry.
"You know,it's okay to cry. I do feel better after crying." Zenitsu told Chihiro.
" I am one to talk.I'm a cowardly crybaby. Though,I want to change and be a better person.Be braver too."

Raimaru came closer to Sylveon and tried to speak to it. " Pi?"

The idea certainly might sound far fetched, but Shinobu and Steve definitely agreed it might help them all if they got Gym Badges.
"Then it's settled! Let's get goin-"
Sharpblade and Kanae would rush off in a direction, as if they sensed something.
Helmasaur started to run off itself, but tripped over a rock and tumbled onto its stomach.
Link ran over and picked Helmasaur up. Link struggled a bit, and understood now that his pokemon (what the fishermen called the creatures here), was incredibly heavy.

Link toughed it out and soon carried the Shieldon above his head with both hands. Helmasaur never felt this experience before, and sounded happy that it was "flying".
Link would soon arrive, meeting up with Shinobu and Steve, and along with them, a new person. She was dressed oddly, and next to her, a Star creature of some sort.

Link was silent while Shinobu and Steve introduced themselves to the new person. It wasn't because he was shy, but rather out of politeness. Steve and Shinobu arrived first after all.

The Clefairy Peach had stumbled upon wasn't so keen on letting her tend to their wounds, but eventually it caved in.

"Oh my...I'm so sorry, I didn't mean to startle you." Peach apologized, gently kissing Clefairy's forehead. "I'm on my way to Goldenrod City, and I was wondering if you could help me get there. Perhaps once we do, I can get you patched up somehow."

Clefairy smiled and grabbed Peach's skirt, tugging it gently and pointing into the forest. "You know the way?" Peach asked. The pink Pokemon nodded. "Great!" Peach chirped. "Lead the way!"

A few feet into the forest, Princess Peach and her newfound companion were met with yelling and crying. "Oh dear, it sounds like someone's in trouble..." Peach mumbled.

"Clef!" replied the Clefairy, pointing at a girl, a Sylveon, and a boy in the distance.

"Perhaps they're the ones who needed help..." Peach remarked, and she and the Clefairy walked over to see what was going on. "Pardon the intrusion." Peach said once they got close enough. "But we heard fighting. Is everyone alright?"
