Sword Art Online: Server in ruins

Both of you quit it.

Also in case it hasn't been made clear canon is being played very loosely here. Also I believe nautilus' character didn't kill a guy so much as slam him which is funny but probably wouldn't work in town unless he left his Pvp flag on.

I'm not making you out to be the bad guy, I've just been arguing that the canon mechanics for combat in SAO are pretty damn awful and that replacing them with something more free-flowing would be better for a freeform experience overall and providing my thoughts on that matter. I even threw you a post in spanish because I figured you'd understand it better. Also if someone died it could very well be two bumfucks who decided it was all a joke and carried on with their duel. Because muh pvp even at level 1.

Now I'm having warm memories on my stint on Age of Wulin with Kung-fu gangfights happening on the town streets and fighting the stranglehold the Vietnamese held on the community politics stuff.

Seriously if Snail was competent and didn't have a US skeleton crew and my pc was less of a toaster I'd be playing it as a pseudo-subscriber and doing nothing but fighting while grinding

Alrighty then XP and stuff has been posted

:) ) Marco needs to join the conversation, when I saw you posted I thought that I would have to change the post, fortunately it wasn't the case

You know, it didn't occur to me that I should probably watch more than 6 episodes of SAO Before I join a SAO Rp, so, like, I'll probably be inactive in the RP for a couple days.

@MechaGhoul I think you misunderstood this part "Seeing him disappear in the cave she said in a low voice, more to herself than anyone else" the training part and the rest was more of a monologue as it could only be heard by Mr.Steele, as your char was in the mine/cave already, he could only hear her request to help them, just wanted to make it clear

//also Bushido= the way of the samurai life, which her father instilled upon her when she was doing basic sword training.

@Natevess you can watch the first 13 or so episodes that represent the Aincrad arc, next comes ALO which we don't rp

You don't really need too much knowledge outside of the whole matrix you die in the matrix you die for reals thing. Especially since we'll be deviating from canon for setting knowledge to be useless in the grand scheme of things

cmon I'm making things interesting since u guys ganged up..I'll play the lonely wolf part..feel free to brand me as a "Beater" :) )

Beater is the worst fictional jargon ever invented.

Also the first rule of grinding is GIT GUD

why rude, just asked if she could help...for a price, if she wore rude she wouldn't stay her blade:)), especially with both your backs wide open

No that would be pyscho given she knows about the death thing.

She's just being rude for intruding on their personal business and trying to get paid on top of that as well

Well, Ryu takes very seriously his pseudo-Japanese heritage. Calling him a Samurai wannabe is probably going to hurt him.

Anyway, just think how would a bunch of hardcore gamers that take the game very seriously (even without the death switch thing) react to your posts. If it wouldn't work in a real game, it probably won't work here. Be very careful when meeting groups of people you don't know, since you don't know how will they react.
