Sword Art Online: Server in ruins

I did, I still have no idea. I know it's about Ias0r doing something about leveling but other than that, no clue.

from what i've understood (and please correct me if I'm wrong)

1) there was a montage in which we reached lvl 3 and gained 30 skill points.

2) now there is another in which we advance up to lvl 7 or 11 depending on the mob grinding/xp gaining status in our last 2 posts.

There were two separate leveling instances.

The first one made everyone level 3 before the montage. The montage itself was the big thing that would compact the grind to the first dungeon quickly and get on with things. Its requirements were to post at least twice before I said the time was up

I would've like to know that earlier...since you speak at the past tense I assume its finished... I dig the Scrubs reference thou

That's because it ended like at tops a week ago.

Currently there's nothing to do progression-wise but wait for the fanfare post about the dungeoncrawl which is currently not happening as I am trying to write something else first.

I've extracted the parry definition from a ragnarok server

"Effect: You automatically block attacks with a success chance of some number((5*SkillLV)% but fuck mechanics here) This allows you to Auto Guard melee and ranged attacks."

since we decided for non-assisted fighting, how does the parry work? isn't it just a players native instincts and strength ?

I require a more accurate definition..this is what I've got so far so fell free to modify until i finish the rest of the skills.

Parry» is a skill that allows you to completely block the damage of a incoming attack. To parry an attack you have to swing your weapon from the opposite side aiming at the weapon and striking it with at least minimum the force the enemy puts in its strike. A successful parry may leave the opponent vulnerable to a counter attack. If the parry attempt fails you receive the full damage from the strike"

Well my char is gonna do the noobhouse thingy I will try to detail for the skills that Zerohex didn't have. That is why I'm asking this.

IT BEGINS!

Also way I see parry working is that it lets you block things better without getting disarmed or being blown back. However should your block break you'd take lessened damage due to having deflected partially some of the damage which would then be hopefully soaked by your armor's DR or whatever it'd be called before it applies to the health bar
