That'd been my assumption too, but it had been quite a long time since I'd read them.
 
Ah, gotcha. I love shooting, but I never got into hunting even though a lot of people I know do it all the time.

I've given a lot thought of getting a license and hunting feral hogs/wild boars, though.

I don't keep any of the animals I shoot, they all get donated to the reserve near our hunt camps because they use every part of them there too.

I don't got into hunting like 10 years ago when they re-did how the licenses work. Used to be you could get a license and do whatever.

Then they passed the long gun registry law which limits how much can be killed in each region based off of population; it helps with population control.

Also prevents the poaching of predators too since it's really regulated.

Lots of respect for well-regulated hunting like that. I'm not fond of "sport hunting" people tend to do here in the States where they use the bare minimum of the animal they have to by state law (if that) and are satisfied as long as they get their trophy :-/

The only reason I've given thought to hunting boar is that they're a local menace. They're overpopulated and invasive and cause tons of property damage, agricultural crop loss, while destroying the local ecosystems. The rules for hunting them are pretty lax because DNR just wants them gone, but I'd love to donate the meat if possible.
 
Totally agree with the trophy hunting thing; which is why I donate everything.

I won't even hunt with people who are there for the mantle pieces.

At least my family feels the same way as me.
 
Only except for turkeys. I will kill those fucks every chance I get.

They run all over Ottawa and during breeding season have been known attack people (like me) waiting for busses.

I've never hunted myself. The only animal I've ever done anything similar was, ironic considering recent talks in the rp, a Coyote. But that was literally me sitting in the back of my truck all night waiting for them to show up. >_>
 
I will be going to Croatia on vacation so I won't be around.

@SleepyBudda You're free to control Thor, just so you know though, he will be dropping off Eddie at Vitae and then returning to Asgard. ^^

Then again, could very well just be the 103 F/40 C temperature.
