Arjean slightly scooted away from Tori, but tried to make it seem like they were just trying to give her some space. "Oh, yeah, I was forced to come here too by my family. And I've met a few other people, but there's this one girl named Maloria I made friends with pretty quickly. I'm actually finishing up a request she had for me." Arjean said.

Jacob looked deeper into the forest, "I love it," he said, "It's basically walk to your heart's content, and exploring. If you do it in a national forest, there are usually trails. However, I don't think there are any trails here. Which makes it even more fun because then you know that you are about to be the first person who ever walked the path you are about to make for yourself." He looked back into Irona's wide eyes, "It's quite the experience."

Jen calmed down a bit as Emmy asked him why he had chosen to go to the academy. "I guess I just want to be educated. Most centaurs are kinda dumb, not gonna lie. But a good portion of us want to go out and learn." he said as he finished his food. He stood up and held the tray with one hand before flipping Emmy's hair over her face with the other, consider it payback for calling him ponyboy. He then trotted out of the cafeteria to avoid any type of payback from being inflicted onto him. He went back to his dorm room only to find what he assumed to be his roommate standing with a invisible in his hands. Jen pinched the bridge of his nose and muttered, "What the hell are you doing? You look like a moron, I'm sorry but I've never seen someone stand in the middle of their room and pretend to hold a invisible sword."

Prince Graeme

Graeme chuckled as his roommate walked in. "I could easily change that." Focusing once more something under one of his bandaged arms began glowing a purple hue and a sword began materializing in his hands. As it did shadows seemed to almost envelop Graeme and the sword itself gave off an aura of pure evil, as if the sword had its own intentions of being in this realm. Graeme opened his eyes and saw the centaur, holding the sword still in front of him and smiled. "I'm prince Graeme Grove. Who might you be?"

Tori nodded, understanding. "That's great." She noticed that Arjean scooted away from her and stood up. "I guess I should go find my roommate and meet them. They're bound to be around here somewhere." She said.

Amaryllis giggled as the centaur messed with her hair and left. Fixing her hair she got up from the table and frowned slightly, "Aww man... there's nobody to talk to now." Giggling to herself once more she walked out of the cafeteria with her chips and began wandering the campus.

"Oh, yeah, okay. I wonder if I have a roommate... I'd prefer no roommate to be honest." they said as they continued to draw. They really didn't want to be alone again, but they didn't want to come off as pushy and annoy Tori. "Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't tell you my name. I'm Arjean Soie, and you are?" they asked.

Jen clapped at the little presentation as he said, "Very impressive." Then, the stranger introduced himself as a prince! Jen smiled as he stuck out a hand to shake before replying, "Looks like I've got royalty as a roommate, the name's Jen. How fair thy your highness?" saying the last bit in a semi-mocking tone.

"My name is Victoria Clair Espenoza. Call me Tori for short." She said, stretching. "Roommates are okay, as long as they don't take my food." She smirked at that last part before looking towards the dorms. "If you want, you can come with." She suggested to Arjean.

Irona tried to imagine it. Walking on a trail over the mountains? That seemed easy enough. But making your own trail? That was where he got lost. Several situations ran through his head, such as a rockfall, or such events. If those were to occur, surely someone would be hurt. Perhaps that was what people found fun with doing things like hiking. The "thrill of adventure" as he had heard the phrase said before. He'd never be able to understand such a thing. He wasn't an adventurous type. The most unknown territory he had ever roamed were forests, and even then a little feeling inside him made him feel like he knew every forest by heart- so that didn't really count.


Irona lacked the knowledge of a small bird fluttering down and settling on one of his horns. The bird made no noise, and as far as anyone knew the deer-like boy didn't realize it was there at all. But then it made a soft tweeting noise and Irona's ear flicked, straightening his neck out and staring across the pond in surprise at the sound being so close. He then took in a deep gasp and sneezed, causing the bird to flutter from his horn and into a tree branch. Irona stared at it with a weird expression before shaking his head.

Prince Graeme

"I've got five other elemental swords, but I much prefer hand to hand combat or my scythe." Unsummoning the sword Graeme stared at the centaur's arm and shook it before speaking. "Just because I've got royal blood doesn't mean I care for royal lifestyle. Save the sappy formalities for a prince who cares about it." Graeme sighed and sat on the bed beside the desk he had stuffed his papers into. "In fact I look nothing like how I did before I left home. Life changes people, and I really hate royalty."

Eating some of the chips from the bag in his hand, Max was curious with how Egill responded, as he hadn't expected such confidence although it wasn't as that had been a bad thing. In actuality, Max knew his new friend could very well be a better fighter then him, but didn't want to risk finding out by pestering the guy about it. "So, are you new here too, or am I the only new kid on the block?" Max asked, adding a joke to see how relaxed Egill would get, but also trying to make conversation since he wasn't exactly sure what to talk about besides the obvious blunt questions. "I guess what are you also?" Max followed up, laughing afterwards at his own lack of planning. "Honestly I didn't think about what to talk about before coming over to you, sorry 'bout that..." @Yewitz

Tang climbed back onto Hyotei's back and looked around while Daydream seated itself back on Tang's head. It appeared that the cat-girl from earlier had gone elsewhere. "now... anyone got the map of this place?" Tang asked his two companions. Both Daydream and Hyotei looked at Tang with looks that both said 'not our problem'.


"you two are useless for these kind of things." Tang muttered under his breath. Hyotei used the side of its jade colored ice tail to smack him on the head, having caught what Tang had muttered. "ow, fine. but seriously, do you two know where we're going?" He asked his two demons. Hyotei and Daydream both stayed silent. "ok, fine then. since you two are busy having fun at my expense, then i'll figure it out myself." Tang dematerialized his two demons and set off to look for the dorms.

"Oh, thank you." Arjean said as they put away their drawing supplies in their bag. They then stood up besides Tori and followed her. "So, what's your dorm like, if you've seen it I mean." they asked.

A pale, small female around the age of 15 with short, light pink hair which was almost white and a face adorned with whiskers would wander through the forest, stumbling upon a academy shortly after reaching the end of a path, her blue eyes which were adorned with cat pupils gazed at the building with surprise and awe. She wore a gray Lolita dress with black and gray ruffles, she wore black heels with white knee high socks which had black bows on them. She had a black collar attached to her with a silver bell as well as a pair of soft white cat ears which matched a white tail with pale orange rose tip, it also had a soft pink bow on it with a gold bell attached. They both jingled with every graceful or sharp movement she made. She'd grasped a letter in her hand, it seemed to have arrived out side her tree last week. The female had grown up in a forest, south from the academy and alone from the age of two. She suspected her parents threw her out because of what she was and her weird features. She had no name and she heard some children playing with their dolls in a clearing by a cabin deep in the forest she grew up in. Hearing the name "Lottie" she had decided to call herself it as the name had appealed to her. She had decided to stay near the cabin, but well hidden, for a few days as she needed new clothes and possibly food. She was only a size 10 due to being rather skinny and small. The Mother's oldest daughter, who was 14, was the same size as her and owned a beautiful dress, most likely hand crafted by the Mother. As the Mother had done the laundry and left the dress, along with other clothes, to dry, sneakily she had stole the dress, along with some under garments with her stealth and ran back to her part of the forest. She hadn't managed to get any food but she had gathered berries and a small rabbit to eat that day. For the rest of her days she wanders around, sometimes feeling lonely, exploring new places. She had found this academy by following her acceptance letter, which intrigued her so she quietly walked through the gates after she told the gate keeper that she was a transfer and asked for directions to the Headmaster's office, after receiving directions she followed them until she arrived at a door, knocking on it with curiosity shooting through her eyes .

Egill was surprised himself at how comfortable he already felt around the other. "Yeah, I just arrived here." He replied with a very faint chuckle. He looked around the room to see if there was anyone else, before going back to Max. "I'm a selkie, if that's what you were asking. And it's fine! I.. I don't usually plan things out before doing them." He shrugged and sighed. The boy ran a pale hand through his messy black hair, and grinned, showing sharp teeth. "What're you, if I may ask?"

Tori shook her head, "Nope. This will be the first time I'm going to it. You see, I was just never going to show up at my dorm, get drunk on the rooftop and forget that I was even here, that I was made to come here, forget what I am now. but alcohol was one of the things that got me here so.. I shouldn't." She replied, chuckling slightly as she walked into the dorm building.

Arjean tried to keep smiling and hide the look of shock after what Tori said. "O-Oh... I got sent here by my family because of how unstable my powers are and... uh... mental reasons..." they said. It was obvious they were leaving out details about their powers and mental issues. They were gripping onto their clothes and looked down at the floor as they walked with Tori.

Amaryllis Emmeline Gates

As Amaryllis was walking around she noticed a cat girl sitting by the main office. Walking over she stood in front of her and giggled. "Hey there! I'm Emmy Gates! You new here?" Amaryllis was just trying to find a friend to talk to since she really hated being bored and she didn't have anything to tinker with at the moment.

"Aye, everyone who was sent here has a fucked up like, don't blame yourself for what you are. I know I don't like what I am but it's my life now, I best learn to love it." She said, leading the way up the stairs to her dorm number that she had remembered, knowing that the higher numbers were more up-stairs. She heard a few conversations of the people in the rooms around her talking, her werewolf senses giving her great hearing.

"We'll see about that." Jen said with a grin on his face. He knew he'd asked sooner or later, they always do. Jen then began to fish through his pouch until he found the candy bars he bought from the vending machine. He opened one up and began to eat it before waving the other one and saying, "Can I interest the prince in a candy bar?"

"Yeah... guess so." Arjean said quietly, still not really looking up to anyone. "I heard there will be times where we get our powers tested out and practice them, so maybe this will be helpful for me." they said with a small smile; it was obvious they weren't feeling well.


Eventually they looked up and tried to look less sad and angry, and more polite and friendly. "Even if we don't learn much here though, it is a nice place. Lots of people, good food, a big area inside and outside, it's actually really amazing."

Tori looked back at Arjean. "If you would like, I can show you my wolf form. Of course, I would come up to your shoulder, since my werewolf form is pretty big but I'm not a full grown one. I don't become full grown until I turn 23." She said, stopping in the hallway and facing Arjean. "I will warn you though, I wouldn't think the same as I do as a human. My thoughts become more.. animal like."
