"Oh good. Another SHIELD." Peter said. "Technically he never did anything wrong then. And you'll have to let him go.
 
XR-3 slowly walked down a war torn road with his rifle over his shoulder. He was the last of his squad. It wasn't until it was too late that he realized that there was a sniper on the roof of a building nearby. The shot tore through his right arm servos, through the unarmored side of his torso, through one of the leg actuators and out the other side into the asphalt. Crumpling to the ground XR-3 turned as much as he could and returned fire. He missed but the shots he returned made the sniper back off. He reached down to grab a grenade only to have his hands close around empty space. He knew it was risky but he sent out a distress call on a military frequency. The call would contain his combat condition, the location and the threat level he was facing.

The hero league picked up the frequency. One of the head agents saw that Watcher and Dana were busy so they gave out the orders. "send a team in."
 
XR-3 Couldn't hold off the sniper for long. He had to get moving once again. Despite the lack of strength in his left leg he slowly got to his feet and began to quickly limp behind a car. The sniper fired again and the shot ricocheted off a steep angle on his chest plating. Getting behind the car, he blind fired in the general direction of the sniper. Suddenly the car exploded and XR-3 was send flying backwards into a brick wall. A piece of flying metal stabbed through his chest and into the brick wall behind. Low on power and ammunition, XR-3 grasped onto the scrap metal and slowly drew it from his body. He stood up once more and with the remaining power he had XR-3 began charging towards the building. He tripped and fell face first into the ground. The sniper walked up and pointed a handgun at the top of XR-3's head and said, "Asta-la-vista Baby."

Suddenly three vans arrive on the scene and agents dressed in darkblue came out. They all aimed thier weapons at the sniper. "Lower your gun."
