Good question. I believe it is not under either side’s control. It’s too far out to really have too much of a role in the war, so both sides dont’ really bother with it.

It's up too you I mean I could just technically have Nova activate automatically when she detects the ship landing. Also do you want Nova to be Talannia's guard?
