She'd probably advise Izuru to kill Yuki as justice for her crimes, or at the very least, imprison her (which honestly, would be torture for her). However, if you go soft on a villain then the commonfolk will start to think you empathize with them in some way.... and bad rep is not something Izuru needs right now if you know what I mean.
