The above joke really has nothing to do with Chaska - I can't help but be silly! Thanks for putting up with me! =)To be clear and in the name of fun, Chaska has to be guided because this is his first intimate experience, so I imagine Toni will be doing a lot of the guiding for which Chaska is grateful for like many wild animals he has a warm and intimate side too.
I imagine he won't see her the same way for as long as we play this game. She is someone dear to him now - and with all of the chaos and uncertainty that the war against the Machine and Legion brings, the last thing he thought he'd have in life is a steady girlfriend! =)

For me, Chaska is one of my less socially-developed characters - he really only knows what he has seen in the wild and what the Bio-teacher back at House Apollo taught him (the bare scientific basics). So, romantically-speaking, he's kind of innocent and maybe even naive. In contrast Dreamy (from our defunct Rifts game), is not only aware of herself in romantic matters, but being comfortable with who and what she is and affectionate by nature, is a real natural in scenes like these.
Meanwhile, Chaska, my wild-hearted introvert, has just had his mind-blown out into space thanks to his now-very-special gal, "To-ni." He doesn't know what to do next, so in the spirit of the animals he has spent so many years watching, befriending, or fleeing from, he's just taking things one day at a time. =)
One more thing - I don't see Chaska going to Axel for romantic advice. Heh! Chaska trusts Axel to not lose his cool under fire, but Chaska is willing to figure things out - just he and Toni. =)

Yeah, he’s probably not the best selection to go to for love and dating advice. Right now, though, his focus is seriously locked in on Shauna Davies, the demo expert, so his thoughts are somewhat distracted.

LOL! =) *I* see some benefit to asking Axel; it is Chaska who holds a different perspective. =) Axel has a perspective Chaska lacks. However, Chaska, clearly seeing that this is his very first romantic relationship, does not see any reason to reach beyond those uninvolved in the relationship that he and To-ni share. Thus, he sees no need and honestly doesn't want even Chief Rybeck's advice.
Though he might take some from Woodstock on these matters. Deliverymen. Who can figure them out, right? =)
