" I have shown you all the proof I can I have told you what I have been asked to tell you and while I do not honestly believe you to trust me or any of you to join me I still thought it was worth trying to avoid conflict." Shadow said un phased by the threats and the insults.

" it is true that we would like the forest if the clans were willing to give, but there is much more land that is not taken up by your clans. I also said i wanted to avoid bloodshed but I am realistic and I know it will happen as for power I don't care about power I only want to help as many cats as I can, it is your choice to believe me or not "

Dream star thought for a second, she knew if her clan didn't join then later down the road most of them will die or injured. She took a breath and looked at silver paw, then to shadow. "We will not join you, but if it is ok with, and my cats. Is that I would like to make an alliance with you, we help you you help us. Simple." She said her eyes filled with slight sparkles as if star clan cats where with her and in her helping her.

Shadow had to think about the idea of an alliance for a second. It wasn't exactly what the star clan had wanted, but that was the ideal she guessed she could start with an alliance and then perhaps it would evolve into them one day merging with the blood clan, there wasn't exactly a deadline for assimilating the clans, it was just the faster she got first part done the faster she could move to helping cats. She didn't like setting up in the unused forest space but she could do that soon enough clan lines would be blurred and forgotten.

" That is acceptable helping is all I desire " Shadow said truthfully she would accept what she could where she could .

Dream star nodded. "If you need a place to stay, your always welcome here, or there is an abandoned bear den a little ways a away." She said standing. "Gig me a moment please." She said as she walked over to the high rock and leaped up. "All cats old enough to catch there own food, meet here under the high rock!" She called as she saw her cats look. "We will not be join blood clan but just an alliance for now." She said as she looked at shadow. "As long as we are close enough to help each other, there will be peace between us." She said dipping her head slightly to the blood clan leader.

" I thank you for your kindness and wisdom" Shadow said bowing her head " But I am afraid I must decline your offer to stay for now, I have many clanmates in the Twolegplace that will need to know of this day's news" Shadow said her tone calm and pleased.

Shadow looked to the two she had brought they had been quiet, but they need not speak, crow might have actually made it worse but at least they had a foot in the door of joining all clans. " We shall take our leave, i will however return soon enough on more friendly business. " Shadow said meaning it as if none of the clan medicine cats could heal the leader from whatever afflicted her perhaps if a few were blessed with healing they could. After she had spoken Shadow turned at started to walk away planning on taking the long way home.

Silverpaw looked up at Stonesong, who hung his head in defeat. Wildsong had come up beside them, looking much the same. The three cats all looked at one another, sharing their loss of faith and sense of identity silently. They all knew that this was the end of their Shimmerclan. It was very possible that Shimmerclan would disappear altogether. Silverpaw shook her head, thinking that this situation was completely wrong. The clan could never survive this way, and she couldnt stand by and watch its slow demise. The siblings couldnt bear to see their clan changed from how their parents had lived in it. "I cant do this." Wildsong whispered, her voice tight with sadness. Silverpaw gazed at the she-cat, and dipped her head. "I will not stand by as my clan falls apart. There are tales of another clan, far away, beside a lake. Perhaps they could help us reclaim our lives." The three cats talked in such low voices that none around them could hear.

Stonesong stepped up to Dreamstar as she climbed down. "Silverpaw says they are in need of herbs. If Wildsong and I go along, we can keep an eye on our new allies. We will be careful, and return quickly." He promised with a respectful dip of his head, even though the lie to his leader caused a deep pang in his gut. It was for the good of the clan. With that, the three cats trotted confidently out of camp, as if they would return before sundown.

But they would not.

((Best of luck, everyone! ^.^))

"Do as you wish, safe journey to get your 'herbs'." She said turning around, and walked back to the high rock and sat. "See you at sun down?" She asked, defeat in her eyes.

@Flutterby (I'm guessing this is your way of leaving huh?) ((*waves* see you soon*))

(No one say a thing! I have an idea that I have to talk to demon kitten about!)

Dream star looked around at her cats, all mummering. She leaped up upon the high rock. "Now, I know you're all shocked. But there was reason." She said looking around. "I did what I did to get in close with the blood clan cats to destroy them from the inside. I hope many or all of you will help me and trust me. Images be young but I am filled with wisdom from the elders and the leader before me." Her voice was like a whisper tell just in case the blood clan cats where still near.

Redsage flexed her claws at the thought of Bloodclan. "I knew our leader wouldn't betray us," she meowed to her sister who just ducked her head in defeat. "I need some fresh air," Maplehollow meowed as she exited the camp with everyone cheering for their leader's brilliant plan. The pretty she-cat left the camp passing by Nightshade who gave her a nod. Where had he been? she wondered, but decided not to think to hard on it.

Redsage watched her sister leave and her brother enter to sit next to her. "Hello Red," he meowed at his sibling who was too shocked for words to know what was happening. Since when did Nightshade decide to talk to her. "H..Hi?" she questioned his motives, but couldn't help but feel a little bit happy to have her brother back even if just for a moment.

The elder stared a blank stare up to their leader. He was hoping that what he had heard had all been a misunderstanding and luckily it was just that. Dreamstar had a plan and it was the cats of Shimmerclan's duty to listen and back her up. His tail lashed from side to side being the only way to tell of his annoyance though he doesn't speak it out loud and silently retreats back to the den.

Gingerpaw was pacing back and forth in anxiety though soon got a grip on himself and settled down. His eyes glancing around camp then catching sight of his sibling leaving out the camp entrance. Oh, Briarpaw. The tom hung his head and closed his eyes no longer interested in tracking his brother each and every time he left camp. Truth be told he had been going out every night and following Briarpaw just in case. Of course he'd never tell Nightshade, but his tracking skills are much improved despite his earlier seemingly failed task. He sighed and slowly stood up after a few moments. He was tired and Briarpaw most likely wouldn't be back for a while anyway.

Badgerlily entered the camp and could already tell that the tresspasers had come and gone before they had had time to arrive. Her chest deflated in guilt for not making it there before hand though something must have happened seeing the looks and hearing some of the murmurs spreading around the camp. Her eyes went to Dreamstar and quietly, her body does the same.

Dream star listened to mummer of cats around her, she hoped all of them will stick with her through this. Her eyes wondered around until the landed on badger Lilly. She kept down and sat at the gotten of the rock, her tail went around her paws and she licked her paw.

@ShadedRose

Mistyrose ran up to where Dreamstar was settled. "Are we fighting back? What is happening?" she asked already aware that they had no need to give these cats their message about Bloodclan. Odd enough, Nightshade was the one to approach the she-cat and calm her with a tail. His eyes were still cold, but his voice was very soothing. "Calm yourself, Mistyrose. Dreamstar has chosen are path," he meowed to the she-cat that looked at him confused before gazing back at their leader.

@ShadedRose @Jinx

Badgerlily ignored the murmurs and went straight to their leader. She glanced to a confused Mistyrose although allowed Nightshade to take care of the questioning she cat. Her eyes went to Dreamstar scanning over her wondering what was going through her mind at this time. "Everything went well in Shimmerclan, Mistyrose did an excellent job." Saying this would hopefully ease any troublesome thoughts weighing the Shadeclan leader down. Her eyes went back to the white feline and a small smile showed. She just wanted everyone to take a breath while they still can, that is.

@Jinx @DemonKitten

Oh really! Oh I didn't know get on that ASAP but I'm in school

Dream star awoke in her den, after talking to badger Lilly and all the other cats she went to her den and slept. She stood and streached, she felt damp and knew she should get her bedding changed.

She walked out of her den to see one or two warriors and an apprentice up. She sat down and let her eyes close.

(Here we go!! Time skip.... Sorry it sucks but I don't know what to wright >.<)

Nightshade approached Gingerpaw with a little less disgust today. Gingerpaw was aslepp as Nightshade prodded the tom awake. "Gingerpaw?" he meowed still slightly monotoned. "We are going on a group patrol this morning," he meowed as he looked around for Briarpaw as well. Redsage had asked him to group up with herself and Briarpaw today and shockingly he had agreed. Something must be wrong, but Redsage was too happy to care.

@ShadedRose

Maplehollow sighed as she looked around her den. The sent of Silverpaw still clung to every inch and see missed the she-cat's presence. She now felt more alone then ever as she left the camp to go gather herbs. She hated being in her den too many memories of the fact that Silverpaw never returned, again. The next apprentice she had she would never let leave her site, she had vowed as she started to walk towards the shadeclan border.

Stormpool stretched her legs with a yawn as the sunlight warmed her fur. She had slept in a little late, that was bad on her part, but it was too late to fix it now. She padded around slowly, trying to awaken her aching muscles before she was to do any work today.

Gingerpaw twitched in his sleep state but soon opened his eyes to see Nightshade standing over him. His eyes grew wide slightly out of surprise and quickly sat up in his nest. He blinks for a moment then nodded his head once back to his senses. He had not been out early that morning, luckily, but doubted Briarpaw would be here. Looking to his right he is surprised once again to spot is sibling 'sleeping' soundly in his nest. The darker tom was soon to raise his head and look over at the other two. Gingerpaw stood then and walked out, passing Nightshade and not much caring to see whether Briarpaw was joining them. Why would Nightshade have agreed to a group patrol? Gingerpaw was wondering and waits outside of the den for his brother and mentor.

@DemonKitten

Badgerlily entered camp after a successful morning hunt and quickly discarded her kills to the pile. She had the Bloodclan encounter on her mind and Dreamstar's decision to think about. It worried her that their leader had accepted the idea of joining the newly formed clan even if it was to keep their own skins safe. She was itching to get out again even after walking into camp. Everything just felt off and unnatural. Looking around at the rest of her clan who weren't out on patrols, she realizes that now would be as good as ever to highten her given ability. Breathing in slowly, she turned and head back out of camp. With no apprentice or other cat to be accompanied by she simply goes on her own.

Dream star looked up, her eyes surching the sky for an answer. She knew she shouldn't of done anything with Bloodclan but she had no choice, and if no one would help her on destroying them from the inside the. She would do it her self.

She sat there going through her mind on a new deputy, again. After stone song left and never came back, witch she knew was gonna happen. But she couldn't do anything about it know. She was thinking that badger Lilly would make a good deputy, but she watched her movements as she came in and left again. She could tell that she was uncomfortable in her own clan, she shook her head. Maybe nightshade? She thought, he was a very good warrior and seemed to know how to deal with things..... She took a breath and stood up, she paced back and forth. Thoughts of a new deputy running through her mind, and then blood clan, back and forth she she thought of them.

Stormpool decided it was probably best to set off to hunt, after all, she was off to a late star. With one last stretch of her legs so bounded off to find some prey. Some mice maybe? Or perhaps a few voles? Whatever she found, she finally figured. As she was prowling around, she heard a loud crunch of the leaves and froze.

Maplehollow decided it was time to return to camp as she had been out early in the morning to clear her thoughts. She noticed Stormpool hunting and was going to go around until she heard a crunch and stopped. Detouring, she approached Stormpool. "Sorry about the noise," she meowed to the she-cat. "I might be a tad out of practice since I feel I am always in my den," she purred, but it was a painful purr as she attempted to hide her sorrow.

@MistyWinds

Nightshade waited for the others near the entrance. What did he have planed? he wondered about himself, but was cut short by the cheerful appearance of his sister. "Nightshade!" She meowed in the all too familiar voice that he had not really heard in awhile. "What did you have planned?" Redsage asked her brother unaware of the heartache she would face soon. "A Patrol, like I said before," he meowed in his cold manner. Redsage swatted him over the ear and the tom gave a friendly growl. "You know what I meant," she purred at him and he nodded with a smug look on his face. "Its a surprise," he told her as they waited for their apprentices.

@ShadedRose

Briarpaw followed Gingerpaw silently while masking how wide awake he was. It had come to his attention that the night only fueled his desire to train. He much preferred to sleep less and train as long as possible. As long as no one noticed him nothing could go wrong and even if they were to see he couldn't be frowned upon for training. His eyes were quick to land on his overly positive mentor. She seemed to be much happier now that her and Nightshade had seemingly grown close again. However, nothing about Nightshade was like it should be. Briarpaw was easy to pick up on that even if his naive brother would be too slow to see.

Gingerpaw went after Nightshade and looked around. Maybe this would be another one of Nightshade's tasks and if he could pull it off successfully his mentor wouldn't be so unfriendly towards him. It would be a nice change but not one that Gingerpaw had hopes for. His eyes went back and forth between the siblings and a small smile spread across his face. It was good seeing them interact so naturally once again. He had only caught onto the 'it's a secret' bit of their entire conversation not having much need to listen in before then.

@DemonKitten

Nightshade looked down at his cheerful apprentice than back at Redsage's calm one. They must of thought this was a joke when they did this, he thought to himself as Redsage started to walk a tad faster being just as impatient as his apprentice. As the got farther away from camp, he veered off a little and stopped. "Gingerpaw, catch me a bird," he meowed, but he seemed a little more humorous about it recalling his first training session with the tom.

Redsage stopped and looked at Briarpaw as she thought of an idea. "How about a friendly competition between them, like we use to have?" she meowed as she remembered her fun apprenticeship with her brother. "Who ever catches the bird first, the mentor and the apprentice get to eat before continuing, but the other two must walk with an empty stomach," she meowed proudly as Nightshade narrowed his eyes. "We can do this," he looked down at his apprentice. "Don't fail me," he meowed to the young tom before walking to sit by his sister as they let the apprentice go. "If neither of you come back with one before the sun sets another notch than we eat and you both starve," Nightshade informed them.

@ShadedRose

Gingerpaw was genuinely confused by this outing and how pleasant it seemed to be. He was far too excited about it actually happening to question it however. His head lifted up to the sky with a smile on his face. He was ready to go and see what their mentors had planned for them. Hopefully he wasn't going to be put to any over the top tasks. His eyes shone at the order given by his mentor. He had been practicing his climbing and stalking skills so this would be a simple task for the apprentice. The confidence was lowered greatly when Redsage announced that Briarpaw should join him. They were on separate levels, Gingerpaw knew but says nothing while Nightshade and Redsage came to the agreement. He would have to get that bird before his brother or else Nightshade and himself would go hungry...

Briarpaw had no intention of losing to his sibling but then another thought came to him. Waiting until everything was said and done, Briarpaw was first to creep away, keeping his pawsteps light and using his surroundings as extra camouflage. Gingerpaw was still dwelling on Nightshade's 'Don't fail me' phrase that he only caught a glimpse of Briarpaw's tail disappearing off into the nearby brush. He frowned and turned from them to go in the opposite direction. He was worried over this little competition though tried not to think about it, his main objective would be hunting down a bird.

Within the first few steps off into the bushes Briarpaw was able to spot his target. The bird was in its own little universe not paying any mind to those around it. Briarpaw would make quick work of the creature and then perhaps have time to catch a second. He was satisfied by the idea and silently climbed up to where the thing was. Leaping at the unsuspecting flyer, not a sound was made. He had cracked it's neck swiftly. Gingerpaw was still having no luck as he went through the forest trying hard to spot anything at all. The sun would be dipping to the next notch soon and so with a defeated sigh, the young apprentice turned to head back. His path was blocked, however. His brother sat there quietly, the dead bird between his jaws. It was a quiet exchange but after a second the bird was no longer Briarpaw's and Gingerpaw was standing behind the dead animal. Briarpaw was already heading back to his hunting section before Gingerpaw could say anything. What...? His eyes rested on the bird before slowly picking it up and heading back to the mentors. He made it back just before Briarpaw. Nothing in his jaws this time. "Seems you were lucky." Briarpaw spoke towards Gingerpaw, a slight nod toward the kill Gingerpaw had arrived with. Briarpaw..
