Stonesong narrowed his eyes at Mistyrose, now knowing there was nothing he could say that would make the she-cat feel better about going to Shadeclan. "Fine. Take Wildsong and Badgerlily with you." He meowed, before adding, "And do your best for them." He looked at her meaningfully, then padded back into the den. "She's ready to go when you are." He announced to Hiddenvale as he padded over to check on his leader.

Badgerlily's ears twitched hearing her name and quietly she walks to Mistyrose forming back into her usual self. "What's this?" She questions but ready to do just about anything right now. It was hard to stay in camp for too long. Her eyes shifted to the medicine cat and apprentice from the other clan.

Dipping his head to the Shimmerclan cats, Hiddenvale turned and started to exit camp. "Come along now, we don't have much time"

Stonesong looked at Badgerlily. "I need you to go with Mistyrose to Shdaeclan. They need her light gift." He explained briefly. "Take Wildsong with you as well." He said, catching his sister's eyes and waving her over with his tail.

Tiger paw watched all the cats as they talked but didn't say a word. She simply sat there, and when it was time to go, she dipped her head to the shimmer clan cats and followed after hidden vale.


Dream star looked at stone song, and then to the shade clan cats. She nodded a good bye to medicine cat and the apprentice. "May star clan bring you safe travails." She said and a small spark shown in her eye before she looked back down at the groynd.

Mistyrose followed along side Badgerlily liking the comfort that her clan gave her. She was bitter, it was true, and probably childish, but it could not be helped. They had ruined her kittenhood, taken away her family, and she was left alone. They were great warriors, they said, You should be proud, they comforted, but it was like squashing water, useless. She did not want to hear their words of how great her parents were. She just wanted her family back!

Stonesong waved Wildsong over and explained the situation quickly, and then allowed his sister to catch up with the group. She fell into step with Mistyrose without a word, the serious situation making her lose her usual chatter.

Badgerlily looked to Mistyrose quietly then to Wildsong. Two of the clan's best she cats. A quiet sigh left her at the thought of going across the border into Shadeclan's territory. Do not forget your place. She thought in silence as they went along trailing after the medicine cat. Her eyes looked forward ready to get out of there for a bit.

At the shad clan camp Shadow finally arrived with her deputy and her personal guard. It was truly the star clan that had guided her for on her first day she had seen both camps without that secret guidance she would only know of one clan's home.


Shadow strode into the entrance of tha camp flanked by her two followers and looked at all the cats that looked to her. " Shimmer clan cats tell your leader that Shadow of the blood clan has come to speak to you all, I bear a message from the star clan for you all. " She said looking about at each cat.

Longwhisker had been sunbathing in the center of the camp as an unknown scent wafted to his nostrils. He rolled over onto his side before standing at the unfamiliar voice and gave a low growl. The smell of fox reaked around him. It was in no shape or form comforting. His fur bristled in an unfriendly gesture and quickly he turned and stalked toward the medicine den where Dreamstar had been resting since the incident. "Dreamstar, we have company..." He spoke softly though his voice has an edge to it.


Briarpaw had returned to camp with his kills and had just placed them into the pile as the strangers approached. Slinking off into the shadows, he stays silent waiting to watch what was to come. His eyes stayed glued to the three intruders only glancing away to see Longwhisker going off to fetch the leader. Interesting...

Stonesong had been repairing the warriors' den when a strange smell reached him. With it, the smell of fox. He turned, hackles already half-raised, and confronted a group of cats. "Bloodclan?" He said, in a scoffing tone. Then he recognized the rogue from before. "Starclan wouldnt speak to the likes of you. You have invaded our sacred places, lied to our faces, and abused Shadeclan's kindness. Who ever sent you, is not our Starclan." He said proudly, raising his chin and waving his tail angrily.


Silverpaw padded over to stand beside Stonesong, her eyes glaring at Shadow, the cat who had directly gone against their requests and spat at their kindness. Apparently, in the time she was gone, the cat had spoken to ancestors and accrued a following.

" And that is why they spoke to me, because I am not one of you because my mind was not filled with dogma and blind faith, but I do not expect you to believe what I say you are full of pride and self righteousness. Pride and division are not what the star clan want they want humility and acceptance. Your clan is close to that so is the shade clan but you don't do enough. You are gifted with great power, you are blessed with a kind land, you are nurtured by a great bounty of prey. They know what you can do they know what you should have done and you have not and they have run out of patience and so they have called an outsider to try to help you to show you that you should not fight the shade clan, that you should not fight the rouges that we should all be one clan. Forgiveness, kindness, acceptance, humility, understanding these are all things you both have and lack. I say this to those who see that endless fighting is pointless, to those who want to help more than just a handful of cats if that , those who realize that understand that helping as many cats as they can should be the goal of every clan, not territory, not power but advancing all cats. Those who want to help more than just the clan those who are sick of endless bloodshed , those are who this message is for. " Shadow said her words genuine she did want to help but these clans refused to be helped and that was the truest tragedy.

"Youre a delusional rogue who couldnt accept our ways, so now youre trying to destroy them. You call yourselves Bloodclan, how can you be for peace with a name like that? Our pride in our ways and our ancestors is what makes us, and what they want. You tried to twist this clan against Shadeclan, and when that didnt work youve come up with this ridiculous story. Tell me, what you think you spoke to Starclan, where were you standing? What did it look like around you, as they spoke to you?" He asked, not deterred by her empty words. Times were hard, and this cat was just preying on the doubt in the minds of those who had suffered.

 

[Karcen]

" I know how you see me I am just a rouge who had lied to you, and you think this is another lie, but for what gain if I hated you why would I bother to come back why would I want your clans to survive as one unified clan as it once was. " Shadow said


" But I can see it in your eyes you will never believe me you lack forgiveness and understanding " Shadow continued


" But I did speak with the star clan the same night I left this a place and slept in your scared cave they came to me cats made of the stars themselves upon a plane made of stars and they saw that the conflict was pointless they saw after their deaths that there was no point in with holding these gifts they have given you they want you to understand that a clan should no longer focus on territory or power but helping cats" She said


" Still you will not see you saw me when I was here I was pure black and now I bear their star upon my brow, but that will not convince you " She said raising her paw and stopping on the ground and from now where small stoned fell stones anyone would know as the stones that gave the cats their powers


" And even bringing forth these stones the very stones that the star clan sends to give you your powers that I have brought forth as a sign will not convince you " She said pawing one of the stones that had landed near her.


( I confirmed the ability to summon stones and how the star clan appears with demonkitten awhile back)

Stonesong watched with hackles raised, still convinced that this was some form of trickery. "Dreamstar!" He meowed, calling the leader out to deal with this rogue.


"If Starclan truly wished this, why would they not speak to us? They put medicine cats in place, and decreed that we would not know the normal boundaries between clans, and would be the messengers of their wills. So why would they speak to you, a cat who disrespected their descendants and the ways they established, and a cat who we would never listen to? They do not mark cats with silly stars and give them the power to summon the stones. Although powerful, this is not the work of my Starclan. And if this truly is what Starclan has become, I want no part of them any longer." Silverpaw said quietly, looking at Shadow and her followers in disdain.


Stonesong looked at Silverpaw as she spoke, and couldnt agree more. Wildsong appeared at the edge of camp, with her clanmates close behind, only to find they were too late to warn their clan.

Dream star looked at long whisker and got up with barely any energy. When she heard he name called from stone song she walked slowly out of the den, her eyes had a small spark and it looked like she was her old self again.


A low growl came from her throat, and she slowly walked over to where stone song was. "What do they want..." She hissed to stone song, just for him to here. She looked at the cats, her eyes shown with fury when she saw crow, crow was the one that killed the leader before her.


Crow didn't say a word while they where in shade clan or even on the way to shimmer clan. When they arrived she sat down just a little way a way from shadow. She looked around at the other cats, her eyes laying on dream star. She chuckled a little as she moved her neck a little to show her the leader before her his teeth.

"They want to take our clanmates and turn them against us." Stonesong growled to his leader.


Silverpaw laid her tail on the deputy's shoulder soothingly, adding to his statement. "They wish to build one united clan, that apparently would be better than ours because we are too prideful and unforgiving. She claims to have the blessing of Starclan and has somehow summoned the stones." The medicine cat apprentice meowed, her tone cold and almost angry. "They come seeking followers, I assume. They speak of peace and acceptance, an end to endless fighting between cats, but I shudder to think what will happen to those that refuse to join."

Dream star narrowed her eyes at shadow. "Why would star clan even speak to you?" She asked, her voice calm and smooth. "And why would we join a clan to unit all clans? There are and always been two clans, no more no less." She said her tail lashing from side to side.

" They spoke to me because I was an outsider and there was once one clan then it became two and before that there was no clan everything changes this is just another one of those changes. Sadly all those changes have required blood to be spilled I wish to avoid that. " Shadow said remembering the constant hate of her clan's name.


" Do not think that because the clan involves blood it is violent, blood gives life, blood makes bonds, blood is a bond and it is life, I wish to save blood to stop it from being spilled if I can " Shadow explained.

 

[Jinx]

Dream star narrowed her eyes at shadow. "Why should I, we, shimmer clan. Believe you?" She said looking at the cat. "And I know all that blood stuff, do I look like a kit to you." She spat, but after words she coughed and starting gasping for air. She worked her self up and her body wasn't taking it good. "You... Say a thing about this being something from star clan..... I will my self rip your throat out....." She said taking deep breaths, he lungs burned slightly but after two breaths she was back to normal.

Silverpaw placed her tail on Dreamstar's shoulder worriedly, but didnt look away from the intruders. She tilted her head. "Where will you and your followers go to live? Will you not fight to have territory to survive on? No one will give it to you freely." She said softly. "You say you wish to avoid blood, but it all you seek in the end, spilled blood and power over the forest. And it is all your followers seek. We all know that those who dont join you will be attacked without mercy." She said, shaking her head in disappointment. To use their beliefs against them was disgraceful. It was downright wrong.
