Well I’ve been tossing around ideas for how Emperor Aldric Vaelor came to be in power. At first I was thinking he could have poisoned the last emperor, his own father, but then I felt like that’s not as horrific as I want to make him seem? Does that make sense?

That makes sense. You want him to seem really ruthless and brutal. Maybe he orchestrated a Julius Ceasar-style assassination on his father? You know... how Julius Ceasar got stabbed by all those people?

Also, I didn’t originally plan on having 3 characters myself, but I want more on the quest and I came up with a Skarn character. How would yall feel if I added him? I can manage 3 characters, but not more. Maybe I can write for him for now and if someone wants to join in later in the rp and doesn’t want to make a fresh new character they can take over?

Oh that’s also a good idea, like maybe he’s like paralyzed by the poison so he knows everything that is going on and can see and hear but can’t react so he’s trapped in the torment of his own body not working.
