Yes, those are fine. I'm just trying to hold a theme, so the rules are kind of strict for these silvered weapons.

Gotcha, so the black weapons would be more heavy and forceful weapons such as hammers, axes, maces, etc?

The Black Vessel don't have to be. It's just the silvered weapons have more rules on them because .... of things.

Ohh if Black Vessel it can be non bladed? Thinking of getting a frying pan or a staff or chain and steel ball (like chain chomp from Mario)
I'll settle for a staff if everything else is weird.

A frying pan might not serve the 'beastly' nature of the weapon, but the ball and chain with teeth would be perfect, really. :^D

Sorry I haven't posted again yet. I started working on my post yesterday, but I'm not sure if I like it. Thought I knew what kind of character I wanted to make, but now I'm having second doubts. I'll try to have something up soon.

A greatsword couldn't be a silvered weapon, could it?

They can take the shape of nearly all martial weapons, the only exceptions are those that cannot have blades and/or are brutal in nature. As such, spears, lances, haldberds, etc, are allowed. Their tips and edges just need to be bladed. Black Vessels are usually far more vicious than their silvered counterparts, often taking a more grotesque demeanor. They may or may not have blades, but they all share a cumbersome, overgrown design with signs of heavy corruption, i.e. the many bulging eyes and mouths. I hope that clears up all the questions regarding the weapon choices.

Ahhh, I see. That clears up a lot, actually. Do you think it would be fine if my weapon of choice was changed to a greatsword? If a weapon change would cause issues or something, I don't mind sticking with a rapier.

The rapier hasn't made itself cannon yet, so you can change it. Just edit any previous post accordingly. I will only allow retroactive change this once. Otherwise the point of making a choice will be made moot. Be sure this is what you want this time, okay?

Mhm, it is! I just wasn't sure about silvered weapons. I assumed it would consist of smaller weapons only, so a rapier would've been my choice. I'm a huge fan of greatswords, so. I'll edit posts, and I'll get a character sheet up, probably in an hour or so.
