Fantasy Seiunita OOC

Eleph, what writing exercises did you have in mind?

We write short excerpts that explore various themes and resolutions, that also explain a lot about the world too. So, we can refine our writing skills and put forth a vague anti-thesis at the same time!

.......... THE ONE TIME I DIDN'T GET NOTIFICATIONS TO JOIN THE SPAM TRAIN!

Oh well. What's the status anyway. I see we have new members?
Not entirely sure tbh, though ill have a post up some time soon.

Hello, Wanda!

I prefer simpler names so instead of calling ya Nogood I'm calling you Nogy!
Aww, I like Nogood tho

Oke! Cool!

Can I pester you for a bit? I must question your mercilessly and squeeze every bit of information from that little brain of yours!

What are your impressions of Silvester? Do you have hopes for him? Do you think he'll be a fighter or a mage? What moral alignment do you think he would be in? What do you think he'll look like?

Go nuts.

I think he's just some poor sheltered knight who's probably never left the kingdoms before, depends, I see him kind of as a cleric or palidan so probably more mage, lawful good, it's hard to describe sorry.

I see, that sets things in perspective. This is enough to work with, thanks, Nogood!

. . . . . Really? That's party level water magic.

You're right, I'm going to have to give this ability to another character since Silvester is an Elysian character.

But imagine that character having the ability to not just walk on water but being able to make other people walk on water as well. This will be an interesting dynamic in sea battles because characters will be able to chase ships on foot that way. It may be impractical but it sounds crazy awesome. Too bad for the guys who have to run just to catch a ship though.

Well any skilled water magus can walk on water. And yeah, chasing a ship on foot is stupid cause ballistas, Tempest flamethrowers (If it was a League ship), and regular archers.

Just read my first WK post. It shows what a High-Level Water Magic user can do.

Damn, Walter's gonna be so dominated on the high seas then.

I know chasing a ship is fucking crazy but I just can't help but picture a group of knights chasing a ship that's shooting ballista bolts, flamethrowers, and arrows at them. This is only good for entertainment value but still!

Just a question, have the Oceanic League been involved in land battles before? On what scale have they participated on these campaigns? Small-scale, pillaging a few villages here and there and then leaving, or have they actually sent an entire army of 10,000 men to invade a kingdom?
