SAO Living and surviving

As they walked, Suki could see the beginnings of a town. The town was small, compared to he towns from the level before, yet it seemed to have an inn, the travel portal, and the market as well as living areas. NPCs were milling about, and seemed to looked at them before returning to their tasks. "We made it"

jack nodded as they walled through the entrance and said," Lets get a room. It has been a long day and a boss fight is really tiring." Jack then chuckled and paid for two sweet rolls at a vendor and held one out to Suki. " Here, i know you got to be hungry." he then chuckled and began to eat his as he walked with her.

Silo gratefully took the sweet roll, and had soon consumed it. When they stopped at an inn, she took out some meat for Cooper, giving it to him. "You did good today boy" she said brightly, petting him,


She looked for the land lord, and inquired about rooms

After a few questions jack decided to get a room so he paid and said," We can share if you want." he then chuckled a bit and went up to his room and crashed on the bed tired.

Suki remembered when they had shared a room before, waking to see Jack looking out the window. She had foolishly thought that perhaps they could do this. And then Jack had left. She shook her head "it's okay. Cooper likes to roam about and enjoys sleeping on the bed. I wouldn't want him to disturb you" she said, following his lead and heading up to a room she paid for, going to the bed, watching Cooper explore every inch before falling asleep

Jack was a bit disappointed when she didn't come in. he had enjoyed her presence. he then sighed and changed into something more comfortable and eventually fell asleep drifting off into a dreamless sleep. He woke up late the next morning and after a bit he stretched and then waited in the hall after getting ready and waited for the two.

Suki had already been out, letting Cooper romp about, before returning to the inn. She was sitting at a table, and airing for Jack, when Cooper ran up the stairs, and knowing the dog,


Suki rose, knowing he would jump and playfully attack Jack jntil she pullEd him back

jack wasn't expecting cooper and chuckled as he got jumped and said," Well it seems like you guys got up a good bit before me." he then chuckled and petted copper and asked," So what do you want to do today." as he asked he got off the floor.

 

[Caits]

Suki smiled "Cooper enjoys a morning walk and exploration. Another reason why it was best to have a seperate room. I didn't want to wake you, or have Cooper wake you." She said, making a slapping sound on her leg, Cooper darted to her side, and she petted him.


She smiled and shrugged "we could explore the floor"

Jack chuckled and said," It wouldn't have been a bother really. besides I have a dog irl and he is just like cooper here." he then petted cooper and smiled as he said," Well I am going to get some breafast. Care to join me?"

 

[Caits]

"Still..." Suki said hesitantly "I wouldn't want to be a bother, or to intrude even if you do offer" she sighed softly and nodded "breakfast sounds good" she said, nudging Cooper, "go on you silly thing, down the stairs with you!"

Jack chuckled at the too and said," You wouldn't be a bother. Lets get some food i am starving." Jack then walked downstairs Cooper trailing behind him and jack grinned as he saw breakfast down in the restaurant part of the inn. he then began to fix himself a plate.

Suki nodded, and followed after them both. As she looked around she noticed a few scattering a of other players. So they had found out that the floor had been cleared and they could now access the second floor. She heard some of them saying "who do you think defeated the boss? If it was me I would be telling everyone!"


She smiled to herself and after gabbing some food settled down, giving Cooper some

Jack chuckled as he heard the two speak and sat beside Suki and after eating a bit he leaned over and asked her," so do you want to tell them or just let them keep guessing." He then chuckled softly and looked to see other people file into the inn. Asking more questions about who had killed the boss.

Suki shrughed, beginning to eat "keep them wondering. I'd rather not he hunted up to join a guild or partner with everyone under the sun" she said, finding Cooper a bit of meat. "Makes it a bit more...mysterious if they don't know who did it" she said "but it seems like a few people have figured out they can come here now"
