Jack chuckled at her and said," Yes i am ready and don't worry i got plenty of health crystals." jack then petted cooper for a minute and sent her a party request and said," If we are going together it might as well be in a party." Jack chuckled as the screen popped up in front of her."

 

[Caits]

Suki stood a moment, nodding and accepting the party invite. She checked her inventory once more, then appraised her weapon and gear, making sure the durability was still high and that they wouldn't shatter in the fight. Satisfied, she said "alright then, let's head off!" And she began to lead the way, quickly and easily finding the way to the boss room, killing some monsters along the way. Suki was level 12. The boss was rumored ri be level 14. So this should be interesting. She turned to Jack.

Jack nodded and headed of with her to find the boss and as they fought he fired arrows to help Suki on the way their. Jack had worked very hard to reach level 18 and he is very proud of that and when she turned to him he had a puzzled look on his face and asked," What is it?"

 

[Caits]

"Just making sure you are ready. The boss is just behind the door here" she said, petting Cooper and preparing herself, "alright" she said, stretching, and holding her rapier at the ready, checkinf her skills and equipping both sprint and acrobatics

Jack nodded checked his suppies to make sure he had enough and smiled as he nodded and equipped his bow and notched an arrow and went to the door and asked her," Well are ya ready?" To tell the truth he was actually scared their was more on the line this time.

 

[Caits]

Suki smiled and nodded. "Ready" she said, and pushed The door open.'as soon as she stepped in, she saw that the boss appeared, large and menacing. She swallowed, Cooper growling.


"Well" she said, "now or never!" And she charged

Jack chuckled at her and as she charged Jack quickly climbed to the top of a pillar and laid down some door fire to distract the boss before it could swing at Suki with its sword.

 

[Caits]

Suki didn't look about, instead she continued towards the boss, Cooper by her side. When they drew near, Cooper went one way and she went the other. It was clear that she and Cooper had done this before, and worked well together. With her rapier she slashed, and Attacked and Cooper used his teeth, claws and anything else. Suki made sure to keep an eye on him. With her acrobatics she managed to avoid most of the bosses attacks

Jack shot arrow after arrow at the boss and slowly began to realize that his attack pattern was changing and he seemed more aggressive. That wasn't in the beta, so it seemed like this was one of the things that got changed. He then equipped his sword and used his skill to sprint to Suki and block an attack she maybe had a slight chance of dodging. He then began to help her fight up close and personal.

 

[Caits]

Suki nodded in thanks to Jack, and shifted out the way, so they could both have room to attack. Cooper moved towards them, forming a triangle as he kept on darting in, and then back.


Suki pushed Jack out the way as the boss began to get more aggressive in its attacks, bringing down it's sword faster and faster, with more powerful attacks "one hit and we are dead" she said, "attack from both sides?"

Jack nodded and said," You read my mind." He then moved to one side of the boss and smiled as he activated his sword skill, making his blade be covered in an emerald light. He then took his stance and got ready for Suki to get ready.

 

[Caits]

Suki took the side opposite Jack, and Cooper took the front. She darted forward, hoping that Jack was doing the same, seeing Cooper rushing forward as well, a snarl on his lips. Suki charged an attack, and let it go when she reached the boss, ducking under an attack

Jack moved when she did and hit the boss with his attack and cut the boss right below Suki and when he flew to the other side of the boss it's health bar dropped down to just a sliver of red and Jack chuckled and dodged the bosses attack and shouted," Hey you want the last hit bonus?"

 

[Caits]

"Nope, you go ahead" Suki said, jumping back and calling Cooper to her, quickly using beast healing to heal him, watching his health return to the green. "Good boy" she said, "you deserve an extra helping of meat today" she looked to Jack, watching

Jack chuckled and simply stabbed the boss with his sword and as the boss died a box appeared and told him he had acquired the bosses sword which was a few levels above his. Jack then equipped it and as he sheathed it he walked over to Suki and asked," Should we tell everyone the boss is dead?"

 

[Caits]

Suki shook her head, "They'll figure it out eventually. In each of the towns, the transporters will be activating, for everyone to reach the second floor. Come on. I don't want to be made a fuss over" She said, starting for the stairs that had appeared after the boss had been taken down, cooper at her side

Jack grinned and walked after her and said," Well let's just hope no one else tries something as stupid as we did." Jack then chuckled and nudge Suki a bit and said," It feels kind awesome to have you back beside me, ya know." He then smiled at her as they ascended the steps.

 

[Caits]

Suki smiled slightly, "without a little risks how can we expect to beat this game?" She said, giving a shrugging and dropping her hand into Coopers Fur as he walked beside her. She looked to Jack and smiled "it's nice to have a companion" she agreed, looking up as light bathed them, revealing a cliff, or rather the base of a bowl, perhaps an inactive volcanos, trees and foliage covering it, and if you looked closely you could see towns

Jack smiled and used a healing crystal and said," We should head to the town immediately since I am not sure how strong any of these monsters here are."

 

[Caits]

Suki nodded, starting down what appeared to be natural steps in the side of the cliff. They were even, and at times, Suki found that she had to either jump down, or lower herself down.


"Sometimes being short is a pain" she said in amusement, then looked up at the sound of...buzzing. Loud buzzing. A giantic bug like creature was coming towards them.

jack chuckled and when he heard the buzzing he equipped his bow and turned to see the monster. He then bean to fire his arrows at it as it flew around. He hit the beast several times.


he then called out to suki," Please tell me you have some ranged equipment in your inventory. Jack then continued to fight the beast dodging its attacks.

 

[Caits]

Suki shook her head in mild amusement "nope. But I have this" she looked up, timing the massive bugs flight, and then she took a running jump, and caught herself on the monster. She equipped her daggers, and began to attack the beast, Cooper barking below

jack sighed and got under the beast as it flew and when it was about to fly over him he struck it underneath where a weak spot was and as the bug disintegrated he forgot that Suki was ontop of it.she then flew to him and he managed to catch her, but not without falling back first. He groaned then asked,' You ok there suki?"

 

[Caits]

Suki wasnt scared that she would fall. She shifted in the air, ready to catch herself, when Jack caught her. Cooper thinking that this was a game, jumped and bounced around them, licking any bare skin that he could.


Suki found herself laughing, breathless, and smiling. "Yeah-perfectly fine!"

Jack chuckled and let her get off of him and smiled as he got up. He then chuckled and petted copper and said<' well lets head on down to the town before anything else shows up. He then walked towards the nearest town there was.
