The funny thing is that Zai is technically a mutt given that he has three separate Faunus traits and ran through the lottery of possible Faunus traits since his parents were both Faunus and they were each a different species of Faunus.

How so? Tigers have golden eyes, kitty ears and black claws...

And tails.

Zai has stripes, a tail, and cat ears. Each one of those is an individual faunus trait.

Technically Monkey Faunus have the tail, but I wanted mine to be a Cat because reasons, and I see no reason why you can't have a cat Faunus with a tail instead of kitty ears.

Btw I never specified what kind of faunas his parents were. I just thought tiger.
