Ryan looks around at all the newcomers. "I'm Ryan." He states his name for everyone to hear, having to introduce himself to everyone is starting to be a real pain. He's currently sitting next to Ravena, but out of the group of four is the closest to Ryker. He hears Ryker's speech. "Props to you I guess...I freaked at injuring a guy...I guess my power really isn't under control. But I guess that's true for everyone here." Ryan takes a bit of the sandwich he made. He looks to Emmie when he hears her. His voice grows soft. "Sorry Kid...I'll be quiet for now alright?"

Emmie glanced up, face reddening in slight embarrassment, but she smiled sheepishly.

"I'm just tired," she said quietly, standing up with her plate. She didn't bother to introduce herself to the new comers as exhaustion began to weigh her down. The day had been hard for her, much too eventful for her taste. "I'm going to bed."

Emmie headed sluggishly out of the Mess Hall, and paused outside the door. A bulletin had been posted, one that she didn't remember seeing upon entrance.

"Roommates?" She groaned to herself, reading a sheet pinned to the corkscrew board. But Emmie was somewhat relieved. She had felt slightly out of place among the others, maybe because of her youth or because of her inexperience with her powers, she didn't know. The girl she would room with was Thalia, and she had trouble putting a face to the name.

Emmie shrugged a little, and headed to the elevator, her full plate in hand. It was a wonder she didn't fall asleep standing.

David's brows knitted together in a frown. There he was. Ryker, bloated by the sins of wrath and pride, belittling him in front of everyone else. An invisible force radiated from the his dark eyes, making David feel even smaller amidst everyone else. "I saw you fighting them. You attacked them first, you enjoyed killing them!" By now, something had started to smolder inside of him, growing hotter and hotter with every passing second. How was it even possible for people like Ryker to exist? How could anyone sit there, calm and quiet, after having ripped the life out of some unfortunate souls. They could've reasoned their way past, they could've waited a moment to think. "I don't need any bedtime stories," he scowled and picked up a potato from his plate. "I can tuck myself in," he aimed. "Eat this if you're so hungry!" He threw the potato at Ryker, it didn't quite hit his face as he'd intended to, but it landed close enough to make a point.

He instantly regretted his action and prepared to jump up from his seat and storm away if Ryker even thought of retaliation.

"Come on Fire" Colt whispered gently into his sisters ear, squeezing her hand carefully as hers was in his. For many the way the two of them acted was weird, that it shouldn't be like it was. Many had even gone to the edge of trying to seperate the two of them. Not really worked ever. They were like yin and yang. One only able to work if the other was there too.

Even during the nights they had always been together. Twins through thick and thin.

Even when she had started to sleep up under the roof he had been there, helping her stay up there, making sure she wouldn't hurt herself, though she had hurt him a couple of times thanks to it, falling down on him when they lost contact through their sleep.

"Just eat a slice of bread even" The smell of blood was lingering in the air, and by the way everyone acted, and looked, he suspected there had been some sort of fight. Though how he didn't know. "You spent the whole trip sleeping on my shoulder. You're probaly still affected by the drugs, but you need to eat. even if it's just for me" Colt's voice was gentle to her, and Inia knew that no one would be able to ruin how much he cared for her.

_______

Elisa looked at everyone who spoke, trying to registrate who everyone was, though it was sort of confusing. The smell of blood just made it worse. Almost like she had wandered into a war zone. "I'm Elisa" Her voice was weak and fragile, almost like porcelain, just pressing her name out there between all the comments from everyone else, especially as one of the others had introduced himself.

This was rather scary, but she had to make friends, didn't she? There was no way she could run back to her mother, not now. Not when her mother would be recieving money. Maybe the kids here were better than the bullies at home though?

More than one here was... Different. Not in a bad way of course, in a good way! The people from A.N.C.H.R had told her that her powers could be used to good in the future after all. They had to speak the truth, right?

With a sigh, Inia started towards the table, not letting go of Colt "I'll try Ice, but no promises" she whispered, still feeling a little drowsy as she moved. Whatever they'd drugged her with, it was strong. But she knew, she couldn't deny her twin, he'd done so much for her over the years, always trying to make her happy and comfortable, even when he didn't need to.

Unintended, she found herself thinking of the same thing as her brother, sleeping on the ceiling. It had been an accident when she'd first done it she had to admit. Inia had always slept on the top bunk in their room and one night she woke up face down on her bed with a thump, exhausted. Turns out she'd changed her gravity and slept against the ceiling. Thinking it was a one off she ignored it but then she kept doing it each night until Colt worked out what was going on, since then he'd always slept on the top bunk, holding onto her as she slept on the ceiling like her anchor in the waves. She was definitely a weird one that's for sure and she didn't deserve him.

Reaching the table, she smiled slightly as she heard them talk, picking out a guy introducing himself as Ryan. "I'm Fire" Inia replied on auto-pilot.

"Uh, speaking of fire, i don't mean to alarm anyone, but i'm still on fire." Thalia said, flinching as the flames licked at her wrists. "I can't, uh, I don't know how to turn it off... Help?"

She had been standing some ways away from the general group, frantically waving her hands and trying to calm herself down to get the fire to go out. But it was no good, she was still angry, and her rage and slight panic just fuelled the flames more. "Anybody have some water? Or dirt? Dirt would work too." She muttered, half to herself. "Maybe even a gigantic candle... Putter... Outer... Thing? What are those called...?"

"You mean a fire extinguisher?" Ryan asks curiously. "Hold on, there's some water on the table." He picks up a pitcher of water and walks over to her, pouring it until the fire is out. "I'd take it that means you have the ability to control fire huh? I control wind. So I guess we're in the same boat in a way." He looks at the hand. "You going to be alright? Can fire burn or are you immune? It seems like an unfortunate thing not to have if you create it in your hands." Ryan's voice is calm, he figures the stereotype of fire people being powered by emotion might be true, as its a similar case to him. He's trying to relax Thalia so she calms down, the water should have helped as well.

"Correction, this blonde here is Inia" Colt spoke over her with that polite tone, as he sat down with his sister by the table. Non of the two were really hungry he would have to say. Inia with the drugs, and him... He just wasn't hungry for once. Most likely because his sister wasn't. Almost like they were one at times. "while I'm Colt. Friends and family tend to call us Fire and Ice simply because of how different we are" There was a polite smile on his face, though it did not meet his eyes.

Senna watched quietly from her seat as the events around her unfolded. She found it a little comforting that there were others like her and they were just as equally lost about their abilities as she was but was still on edge. She jumped slightly when one of the boys stood up angry about how one of the boys killed the guards and threw a potato. She looked quickly between the two of them already feeling the familiar tension of a fight in the air. She sank down her her seat anxiously, all of the excitement getting to her. She could feel the Table beneath her hands starting to vibrate and tremble but didn't care much to stop it she was too worried about what was about to happen to stop her abilities from acting up.

Thalia breathed a sigh of relief when the fire went out. "Thanks... And yeah, fire's my thing. It doesn't burn me if it's just my hands, but..." She pulled up the sleeve on her shirt, showing the guy the various scars and burn marks still clearly visible on her skin. "The rest of me isn't as immune. My name's Thalia, by the way." She wiped her now wet hands on her shirt. "Oh, also, you know those things people sometimes use to put candles and such out? Not fire extinguishers though, much smaller. I don't remember what its called and it's killing me..."

Another guy spoke up, and Thalia turned towards him, realizing he and another girl had probably been talking to wind boy. "Oh, jeez i'm sorry. Please continue your conversation."

When Andrew left, he was more than grateful to do so. The battle was a disappointment to him, in all honesty, but it wasn't far from what he had expected. He leaned back in the black leather seat behind his black oak desk, and stared up at the ceiling. Upon his arrival, he had made several calls in preparation for the next few tests.

He had something up his sleeve.

Andrew had called the South Wing to prepare uniforms for the teens, which would be in their rooms by the time they ate. He jumped slightly as a knock on his door pulled him from his thoughts, a rare moment of vulnerability.

"What the hell do you want?" He called out. "Come in."

The woman who entered was a lady by the name of Kathrin Ember, a rather young scientist from the Research Facility. She wore a pants suit with a pristine lab coat, her hair pulled in a sleek bun.

"I apologize for the disturbance, Dr.Michaels," she held a clip board that was thick with packets and valuable information. She remained rigidly professional as she pushed the clip board across the desk for Andrew to see. She hated no one more than Dr. Andrew Micheals, despite his charming good looks.

Andrew kept his eyes on the woman before examining the papers in silence. "Leave," he said, his voice wavering with a forced calm.

(DUN DUN DUNNNN)

Ryan nods and turns to the twins. Also trying to think up the name of the candle thing.

"Like I said, I'm Ryan, nice to meet you guys." He hears the comment on fire and Ice. "Sounds neat, you guys seem close though, so something along the lines of Ying and Yang would probably make a little more sense." He laughs. "Anyway, we're all new here, so we don't know this place fairly well yet so don't worry if you get lost." He points to the table. "You really should eat, both of you. You can't do anything if your starving right?" Ryan has relaxed slightly, now that the shock is over from injuring the guard. At least he didn't fry someone or incinerate them in half like Ryker. He looks over at David's outburst, he's a bit tense, he can sense a fight in the air and hope Ryker knows enough to figure the kid is just stressed.

"Pretty much" Inia nodded "But I don't really feel like eating, don't think I'll be able to keep it down until whatever the suits drugged me in gets out of my system" she shrugged "Colt should eat though" Inia looked at her twin pointedly. She didn't like this place one bit to say the least, the sooner they were out of here the better like.

"No, Fire and ice fit better, because she's wild as it, while I'm more like ice." Colt said as he looked at his sister, a doubtful look on his face. She actually believed that would work? "I'll eat if you eat, fire. i don't care if it is only a cookie you eat, you'll eat" His voice was strict, though had care running through each and every word. Turning half-way back to the guy, Ryler was it? "What happened in here anyway? We just landed, so we were a little bit late" Why they had been so extremly late he wouldn't explain, though Inia was not without fault.

Ryker attempted to continue eating, new kids came in, one of the younger girls was telling everyone to be quiet before getting up and leaving herself. The wind kid decided he would add his two cents to the interrogation he was receiving. Scooping a bit of rice into his mouth, he heard a *thump*.

Ryker looked up, hearing the boy yelling at him now. "I saw you fighting them. You attacked them first, you enjoyed killing them!" The kid paused for a moment before continuing. "I don't need any bedtime stories," The kid scowled and picked up a potato from his plate. "I can tuck myself in," he paused. "Eat this if you're so hungry!"

He threw it. Ryker couldn't believe what he was watching. The potato barely made it a foot from him before it rolled to a stop.

Ryker's gaze shifted between the kid and the potato, the kid had thrown, repeatedly.

He couldn't control himself any longer. Ryker's face of pure annoyance changed in an instant. His eyebrows raising before he squeezed his eyes shut, his mouth flew open as the sound of laughter exploded from it. "Are you kidding me?!" He genuinely asked, "You have got to be kidding me right? Kid...a potato? A potato, really?" Ryker stood from the table, honestly amused by the kids actions. His head shook side to side as he spoke. "You know. You might have killed someone in that fight too, had someone given you a potato to throw first..." Ryker started off towards the elevator, plate of food in hand. He continued chuckling to himself as he walked.

'So naive. It's sad really. Hopefully he will find out how this place works soon. He might not survive.' The thought travelled through Ryker's mind as he stepped into the elevator.

The teen pressed the button for the dorm floor. He ate some of his food as he waited for the doors to finally open. Once they did, he walked to his room and quickly noticed two things. Someone else shit was in here now and there was some new clothing on the bed. Some kind of high-tech suit it looked like. Ryker set down his plate, forgetting about the new roommate for the moment to inspect the gear that was neatly folded on his bed.

@Macaberz

Senna jumped when Ryker let out his sudden burst of laughter staring at him as if he was the strangest person in the world. Then again she was used to an all our war breaking up for someone just raising their voice, not laughing and walking off. She sighed heavily the trembling of the table stopping thankfully nothing was too disturbed other than a few plate shifting. She looked down at her half eaten plate of food not sure she could even finish it thanks to all of the excitement. She rubbed her temples easing the headache that was starting to form from all of the stress. This was only the first day! What else would be waiting for her tomorrow?

Inia rolled her eyes "Urgh, fine" she grumbled picking up a single crisp and popping it in her mouth before crunching it loudly to make a point. Once she'd finished eating it she smirked at Colt. "There, happy now? Your turn" she quipped at him smugly. He really should've expected that after all these years she had to say.

With every word Ryker threw at him, with every bubble of laughter his face turned a shade redder. His small hands turned into white-hot balls of seething anger and before the boy even raised himself from the table to walk away laughing, David jumped up and stormed out into the hall and up the stairs. Every fibre in his body ached to keep back the water lingering in his eyes. His feet carried him blindly to his room, but when he walked up to it, expecting the automatic doors to open, he slammed nose-first into the solid material.

A piece of paper had been taped to the door. It took him much longer to decipher the characters through his blurred vision but eventually he understood that he was to head up a floor and share the room with Ravena. At any other time he would've jumped in joy at the news, but now he simply wished to be left alone. There was something about physical exercise too, but he ignored it and stamped up the last set of stairs.

The shared room was literally twice as large, there was something akin to a living room beyond the entrance. Two couched were seated opposite to each other, seperated by a smooth tapestry and backdropped by a massive horizontal window that looked out into the distance. The scent of bleach indicated a bathroom to his right and, when he stepped into the living room, he found one room on each side. His, judging by the nameplate that had been bolted onto it, was on the left.

His room had clean, white walls. A single bed with fluffy cushions stood next to an oaken nightstand and his belongings had been placed at the foot of a cabinet full of plain clothes. It was the tidy pile of cloth and what looked like carbon plating that caught his eye. Snorting, he finally began to cool off a bit and sat down next to the package. It came with an instruction manual. "T1 light-weight unisex armour. User Manual," it read.

Curious to see what it looked like he spread out the different pieces. There was a trouser of sorts, though it had an elastic feel to it, like a wetsuit. There was a long-sleeved shirt as well, made of the same material. It was the plating that fascinated him the most. Everything had an XS label on it and still he felt the black boots would be too big for him.

After he'd examined all the bits and pieces, and determined that he would have to wake himself half an hour early to get everything on, he decided to inspect the bathroom. The scent of bleach was a little overwhelming at first, but the rather spacious bathroom was unlike anything he'd ever seen. He picked a towel from his cabinet, took a set of pyjamas out of a drawer and locked the bathroom.

He had never taken such a delightful shower before. All his worries washed away, the steam cleansed his skin. He only stopped showering when wrinkles started to form on his finger tips. Slipping into his pyjamas he headed out of the bathroom and curled up on the couch. He wanted to see Ravena's reaction to their shared room before he headed off to bed.

Senna didn't really feel up to eating any more and got up quietly and left the dinning hall. She didn't eat much but with between her stomach and nerves she'd probably throw up anything more. She noticed a paper pined to a board out side the mess hall that wasn't there before and read it. "Roommates...." she muttered groaning slightly to herself before shaking her head and making her way back to the room. Perhaps she could avoid conversing if she was already asleep by the time they came back. Though that plan didn't seem to solid but she was to tried to really thing. hopefully a solid nights sleep instead of a few hours interrupted with travel would help her feel better.

While all the kids ate and pined around in the building a military plane landed in the port near the building. The back opened and out stepped multipule men, a tall woman in a white lab coat following them with a clip board in her hands. She looked around for Dr. Michaels, having expected him to be out here waiting for the new arrival, the one child who couldnt be controlled by her, by any Psychiatric, or by any other means.

Candice, or as used in her file, Loo, was strapped to a dolly-like thing that a military officer was pushing. She had a strap covering her eyes so she couldn't see, and was tied into a straight-jacket with her legs and torso strapped to the dolly by metal cuffs. Her long silver-white hair hung down in graceful waves, a contrary to the way she was tied and strapped down.

The woman clicked a few buttons and pressed an intercom to Dr. Michaels office,"sir, i believe you got the girls file just recently, I expect you to come down immediately and show them to her room." She spoke sternly, her brown eyes narrowed in annoyance and her voice laced with stern athourity.

The girl had a rag between her teeth and couldn't see anything, she was pissed too. She grumbled unhappily after hearing the conversation and learning her voice by ear, she smirked beneath the rag.

"I expect you to come down immediately and show them to her room," Andrew frowned at the woman's voice over the intercom, made his way to the brat who had been waiting on him. As he passed the woman, leaned in closely and growled, "Remember who you are speaking to. I don't take orders from you," Andrew held a pleasant visage with considerable strain, then straightened his posture and beamed at the girl who was strapped down like an asylum patient.

"Candice Everlight... I expect this one will prove to be quite... Entertaining." Andrew sighed very softly, took a look at the clip board again, "I reckon I can handle her. Untether her, now." Andrew snapped for the men to hurry up.

They swiftly unclasped her from the dolly and removed all the restraints and the straight jacket, leaving nothing but the white skinny jeans, pefectly fitting white tank top and the blind fold.

"They call me Loo," she said softly in a hoarse voice that obviously wasn't used much. She stretched her back and took two steps off the dolly before hands shot out to stop her, all guns pointed at her head. Loo turned her head to stretch her neck and then turned her head to look at him even though her eyes were covered.

The tall woman glared at him from behind and then stood at his side,"We keep the blind fold on or she can easily get away, she has no one who we send the money to, but she does have restrictions Sir. I hope you read her whole file, though i know it was large, she is an important asset to this orginization, just like any of the other kids." The woman then looked down at her clip board and then over her glasses glanced at the tall silver-haired fit and beautiful girl standing in front of them, no shoes nor any type of protection on her anymore.

Loo sighed softly,"I'm not going to entertain you like any other child here does, i know what im capable of, and you cant stop me once you've pushed me" she said firmly, she didn't wqnt to play any of their twisted games, but what did she have to run to? Back to the foster system, then another asylum, then back here, she had no option.

((Sorry this was so late))

Ariana stood up and walked toward her room. When she arrived she stepped inside and spun around slowly, studying the room. Wasn't she supposed to have a roommate? Ariana decided to wait a while and hopefully her roommate would arrive as well. She sat down on her bed and let her eyes drift to what seemed to be some clothes. She didn't bother looking at them better quite yet. ( sorry this was so straight forward... I don't have much time and I felt really far behind)

Andrew chuckled, "Escape? To where, love?" He said this mockingly, gesturing to the expanse of nothingness that ANCHR was nestled in. The place was built off the radar for a reason, it's modern sleekness looking out of place. "Thank you for your services," Andrew said to the men dismissively, "Come along, Cland-- Loo, right?" He gave his classic fake smile, though he reckoned she couldn't see it.

As he lead her through the glass lined halls of ANCHR, Andrew contemplated the "medical assessment" that would truly ensure no one's escape. He smiled absently at the pure genius of the technology that had been put into the injection that they would all receive, under the guise of a Flu* Shot.

As he lead her to the elevator to the North wing, he explained the new pairing that had been enforced. "You'll be alone until further notice. Also be aware of the uniform. Any questions?" He said impatiently, not really caring what the girl had to say.

*Will be edited for something better
