I can roll more stuffs if you want me too, but so far didn't roll the stats of the aquatic lemur...I mean it is a small pet and don't think the stats of the Lemur will matter much. There are little things like some of the items in the equipment (number of specimens etc...) unless you mind think would just do average on those, It's just so many rolls.

Kalepo Niko in brief is a young Lemurian Biomancer Gene-Mage that joined the Military to be more active in the world, with his war steed Rengar (Sea Saber Cat) and aquatic lemur (Gnar), is vegetarian and coming on land to explore and help people. He is scrupulous and just let me know in what circumstances you want to introduce him.

Eternal Alchemist Eternal Alchemist you know the others the same way that they all met; you were locked away in the slave pens on Atlantis and were freed by Dreamy and aided in the Great Escape by the former minion of the Splurgoth. Right now, you are located in Florida trying to recover from your financial worries in Turner Town, a small town owned and operated by Jake Turner, a rather ruthless and unforgiving man that wants to recruit your group into his 'police force' at a bare minimum rate of pay to keep you under his thumb and unable to leave.

Just to be clear, we all know each other and have been traveling as a group?

Heya friends! Hope you're having a good day. =)

What roles do our characters play in our team? I would like to offer Dreamy up as a scout and infiltrator with the caveat that she cannot provide sight-related information, but probably can provide details that most sight-based scouts miss.

In the eight months after Atlantis that you've shared a party with her, you'd be welcome to know that she has a beloved symbiote ("Lumpy!") embedded in the back of her neck whom she feeds with her emotional energy and who in turn transforms her into a Mega-damage being. If you hear her laughing a lot and not sharing the joke, it's something fun going on between them. She does not advertise that she is a "Ninja Undead Hunter" to others (for one thing, I imagine no one in this part of Rifts Earth even knows what a ninja is). She also has a habit of wearing sunglasses that mask her blindness.

Off the job, Dreamy can be a fun and lively friend to have around. She enjoys music, both practicing and playing (one of her "covers" is the wandering minstrel where she plays at pubs and parks). She loves riding around on her (currently-battered) Robot Unicorn whom she calls Troy (there's a story behind that too).

She's got her secrets, but with you, she's revealed that she follows a Native American spirit named Owl who showed her what the sense of sight was. Before the Splugorth came along, Altarans like her could see quite well, but that was thousands of years ago. She never wondered what sight was like until Owl used his spiritual powers to temporarily bestow it upon her. Now she's interested in what having the sense is like. Colors, for example. She doesn't quite know what colors are. There's more but that's enough for now.

How about your characters? What does Dreamy know about yours?

Im fine with her being the scout, Ill have Takuma being a assassin and possibly bruiser and one that intimidates others

I can see Takuma in that role, quite easily! =)

I've been trying to come up with a short explanation of how Raven sees the world, and for a while it had eluded me. Let's see if I can't put a few thoughts together to share a bit of Raven with you guys.

With as little time that we have been together, I can only picture that he would have gone through the initial apprenticeship of the Cyber Knight training before being captured and sent to the slave pens. As he spent his time in bondage, he would have used his healing psi powers to treat the other slaves' injuries, freely giving them to those in need.

Raven is not one to mince words, saying what he means and meaning what he says. When it comes to time to be deceitful, he leaves that to others and stands mute.

In combat, Raven fights honorably, but has no compulsion against using lethal force against those that deserve it, such as vampires and demons and other things that go bump in the night.

Off the battlefield, he is a friendly and gregarious fellow, quick to roll his sleeves up and offer to help with whatever task is at hand. Just don't ask him to cook any food that is intended for human consumption. He is a horrible chef, barely able to boil water without burning it.

Ok, I'm in a quandary here. I don't want to railroad you guys, and want to make sure you have a chance to make your own decisions on what you do. I was not originally planning on having you try and liberate Turner Town, but if you were so inclined to do so before leaving for your road trip with Rab, I can roll with that.

In other words, what do you wish to do?

Would we be able to resupply and repair our armor and vehicles both before and after this fight? If yes, I would be more inclined to give liberation a try.

Psychie Psychie From the tone of the game, I thought this might be the case. I appreciate your approaching us with this. (Incoming big post.)

What I want to do is play the game you have already created with as little fuss as possible. I want this situation resolved before we leave here (else, Dreamy and I want to return soon and have a hand in liberating this place). Neither Dreamy nor I are comfortable with the idea of letting this serious "jerkface" Jake Turner continue his dastardly ways.

However, that's not the game you planned for nor sold us on in your intro to this game.

I would be most delighted if there were some quick yet thorough way of liberating this town. Not for the wrongs he has done to us (which, yes, he deserves to answer for), but for the innocent people who are trying to live here. Turner is a dictator with power. Dreamy does not wonder if this place is "worth it; Dreamy is wondering how she might solve the Turner problem by herself. Of everyone in the party, I think she's got the right skill/power/resolve package to do it. And why trouble a party who is either unwilling or is on the fence about it?

If the party is shaky about doing it, and Owl says it is the thing to do, Dreamy is fully willing to risk her life and go full Ninja mode on Turner (remember, no one in the party should know she is a ninja, assuming they even know what one is; a highly unlikely thing I would imagine).

This means studying taking the time Turner from the shadows, finding out his schedules, strengths, weaknesses, hitting him where he is weakest and removing him and the mercenaries from power while finding someone else to take over for the good of everyone. Difficult? Definitely. Worth doing even at the cost of her life? Equally definitely.

There is little difference to Dreamy between the party here whom she was directly responsible for freeing from Atlantis (that's everyone here save Carlson) and these innocent folks in Turner Town who have no way of fighting back against Turner - they are both equally deserving of freedom and that's how Dreamy's heart and mind has always worked.

But this is not the adventure you had prepared for us, is it?

But, for the sake of our original adventure, what if there were some kind of quick fix? Who cares if it's suddenly convenient? I want to play the game you have prepared for us while it is still fresh in your mind, not for you to create an entirely different adventure only to lose hold of the original adventure while you're doing it (laying one story atop another tends to do that for most GMs I know, myself included). All of that takes time and effort we could spend playing the game you originally sold us on.

So, come dawn, if we look up to the town and notice the townsfolk are suddenly taking down the big ol' sign of "Turner Town" and rejoicing in their newfound freedom... and we look toward the gates and Turner's former merc squad is in the process of leaving the town never to return... and the town seems to have things handled against the dinosaur threat? Come to find out, Fat Boy Jake "The Bottomless Pit" Turner choked to death on a piece of lobster the previous evening, and a quick-witted formerly-military townsperson and his team appeared wearing Turner's power armor collection and told his mercs to leave or get blasted to ash?

Hooray, the town is free and so are we?

I'm all for it! Game on! We are then free to play Psychie's game as originally intended! Go Rab Carlson! Go Thompson Town (the name of the lady now running the place)! Let's get fixed up and head off to wherever we're going with Carlson to wherever we're supposed to go!

That's where this Dann stands anyway. What do y'all think? =)

Honor and fun,
Dann =)

If we fast forward the rescue of the town in order to get us on the move for the main part of the plot, I'm ok with that assuming everyone else is onboard with that, too.

Aaand... just in case anyone here starts getting the wrong idea, it was never my intention to have this Jake Turner assassinated. Instead, Dreamy and I like(d) the idea of kidnapping him, hogtying him up, and... seeing how long he lasts before he gives up.

Think of Turner turning out something like... this.
A good ol' scene from Bruce Lee's Enter the Dragon. =)

I don't mind if we fast foreward it to the liberation of the town. As the main plot if fighting the mystical beasts and i got no problem with that. Who known maybe turned will use this to make a deal with the devil or something so ya not a problem for me at all.

That's three of five players giving the thumbs up to me doing a small bit of hand waving the events of the next few days. Give me a bit to write the scene and we can see how everyone ways to have their characters act to the events.

Ok, I just had a realization that some of you may be able to sense vampires as a part of your character design. I'm not sure if that's the case, but if so, it just was a crazy coincidence that every time that the group met Jake Turner you were not there to be able to sense his alleged vampire-ism.

Or maybe he has some temporary way to fool our senses! Whatever the case, this dude is toast! I mean, burnt blackened inedible you-kin-ferget-abboudit-TOAST! We HAVE to take him out and free Turner Town now! I love this solution! Go Psychie! 8D

Jake Turner is going to be burnt toast! I'm tellin' you!!

I apologize I have been a bit RL busy lately. I will try and get caught up but I am at a annual out of town annual gathering of friends (in a castle no less). I do have some time to write though and will try to get up to date when I can.

What roles do our characters play in our team?
Ajax was a slave most of his life, most of his life was fighting or doing some sort of labor. Thus why most of his skills are physical skills.

His usual tactics is going into melee because as a Knight of the White Rose he is immune to non-magic energy attacks, and he also can parry bullets, energy weapons and such with his really cool TW Barrier Shield. He is also an MDC being that wears decent armor. He also carries his own energy weapons and can fire his own energy blast for ranged fights.

Eonivar Eonivar That's cool and all but what do we know about him as a person? What has he shared? For example, has he shared why he became a Knight of the White Rose in the first place (is he from MadHaven, perhaps)?
