Yes, you (or in this case, me) roll a d20 for a to-hit, and the target has the option to try and dodge. Thanks to the Carpet of Adhesion, the Skelebots can't dodge, so as long as you don't blow the roll, you've hit. Critical strikes are possible for the extra damage.Is this a Strike-based roll? A saving throw? How does this lightning strike work? Besides it doing 2D6 M.D./level of experience?
